This was our 2nd say at Estia — it was the “bookends” accommodation for our two-month holiday in the Greek islands. We love the location, the very comfortable, well appointed room, and the welcoming staff. We will stay here again when we come back to Athens.

Obsługa po prostu znakomita, bo inaczej opisać tego nie można. Wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi, łóżko wygodne, pokój czysty i smaczne śniadanko. Pozdrawiamy cały personel😁

Schönes Hotel und nettes, freundliche Personal.

Die Geräuschkulisse von der Straße ist Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Entspannung ist nicht möglich. Direkt gegenüber ca 20m ist eine laute Baustelle wo schon sehr früh die Arbeit losgeht. Wenn man die Schlüsselkarte einsteckt schaltet sich automatisch der Fernseher mit der Hoteleigenen Infoseite. Schalten man ihn aus geht er 5min. Später wieder an. Das nervt und ist im Schlafzimmer Nachts sehr störend.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et bienveillant. L’hôtel est assez proche de plusieurs métro pour rejoindre le centre rapidement, sinon à pieds tout est facilement accessible si vous marchez un peu. La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de bonne qualité.

Relativ neues, bezauberndes Boutique Hotel. Individuell gestaltete, gemütliche Mini-Apartments mit Balkon. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das im schönen Innenhof genossen werden kann. Kleine Tiefgarage kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Großartiges, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gute Lage, das Zentrum und die Akropolis sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Very new and clean, great airco and wifi. Everything in top condition. Lovely designed rooms, good soundproofing. The front desk is super professional- excellent recommendations and very welcoming and available to help. Breakfast in the courtyard with fresh juice and good pastries. The neighborhood is an easy 15 minutes' walk from the bustling city center, but it also has a lot of new cafes and restaurants that are worth exploring. It's in development, with lots of local places and some rough spots, but that's Athens almost everywhere! We loved the pedestrian-only streets around the corner, and the local Tuesday market. This is our 4th stay in Athens at various hotels and neighborhoods, and now Estia is by far our favorite.

This is our second stay with this amazing little boutique hotel. The location is perfect short 15 minute walk from the main shopping street of Athens and close to a local bus and train service. The rooms are small but they have everything you’ll need and are tastefully decorated in a costal theme. Staff are extremely helpful kind and genuine. Just around the corner lots of restaurants :The egg of the roster for yummy traditional Greek cuisine, The Blue Parrot a trendy bar that serves a mix of foods, a great Mexican restaurant and Vietnamese all within 8 minute walk. I highly recommend this property.

Çalışanlar çok misafirperverdi. Odalar temizdi ve gecelik fiyatına göre odaların içerisinde konfor düşünülmüştü.Konum metroya 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin solunda yer alan sokakta çok tatlı ve lezzetli kahveciler ve yemek yiyebileceğiniz cafeler var. Klişeleşmiş popüler turistik yerlere ek yeni keşifler yapabilmeniz için süper bir konum😊 çalışanlara tekrar teşekkür ederim çok güzel bir deneyimdi ☺️

Friendly staff went above and beyond to make everything convenient and comfortable. The interior and furnishings were beautiful and the breakfast was 10/10.

The area is an up and coming neighborhood in Athens. We felt safe during the day but I suggest if you’re a female traveling alone to be vigilant and avoid walking alone at night.

Receptionists most helpful; even giving us a pre-packed breakfast when they realised we had to leave too early for breakfast ! Well positioned to walk (10 to 15 minutes) to main areas of Athens. A couple of good local bars and restaurants very close. Rooms very pleasant

Wunderschönes Appartement, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Großer Balkon, tolles Bad. Besonders freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Plätzen in einem ruhigen, sehr gepflegten Innenhof.

Das Wohnviertel eignet sich nicht unbedingt für alleinreisende Frauen

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Frühstücksraum im Hof. Super ist die zentrale Lage: man kann alles fußläufig erreichen (1,8 km zur Akropolis) Parkplatz verfügbar über Aufzug, hat aber gut gepasst. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

L'hôtel confortable et assez récent, les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, et réactif à nos demandes. Petits déjeuners copieux et diversifié.

Nous avons été déçus par l'environnement, beaucoup de bâtiments délabrés dans le quartier et nous ne nous sommes pas toujours sentis en sécurité dans certaines rues adjacentes pour rentrer le soir. Il est préférable le soir de prendre un taxi du centre touristique (+- 10€). Notre chambre à l'étage, pourtant à l'opposé de la rue de l'hôtel, n'isolait pas le bruit des terrasses des rues à l'arrière.

Très bel établissement récent dans un quartier très original avec d'excellents restaurants et une ambiance moderne et calme par rapport aux quartiers touristiques d'Athenes. L'hotel en lui meme est très confortable, bien décoré et très calme. Le service de l'ensemble de l'équipe est au top.

המלון מרוחק כ 1.2 קילומטר מהמרכז , סביבה קצת לא נעימה בלילה , אבל סה"כ תמורה מעולה למחיר , חדרים גדולים , ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד כולל ירקות ומיץ תפוזים טרי , וצוות המלון ידידותי מאוד ושמח לעזור בכל דבר .

Bardzo ładny, zadbany hotel w fajnej autentycznej lokalnej dzielnicy bardzo blisko centralnych atrakcji takich jak Akropol, Plaka (ok. 20 - 30 minut pieszo). Wyjątkowo miła i profesjonalna obsługa, co zdecydowanie umila pobyt. Pyszne śniadania. Bardzo polecam!

Das ganze Appartement war sauber, die Better bequem, die Dusche/WC großräumig und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir eine Information brauchten. Das Appartement war recht zentral gelegen, das meiste war zu Fuss in weniger als einer 1/2 Stunde gut erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war zwar inklusive, jedoch eher eintönig, immer das gleiche Buffet, nicht allzu reichhaltig. Die Trottoir von Athen sind dürftig, ja oftmals sogar katastrophal. Die Metrostationen waren vom Hotel eher weit entfernt.

The neighborhood is not fantastic, but not unsafe. And it is a little bit of a walk to downtown.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux. Le parking privé de l'hôtel est très pratique dans une ville comme Athènes. Le petit-déjeuner était de qualité et délicieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien décorées, propres et confortables.

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue passante et bruyante, et l'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas suffisante. Il est loin de l'Acropole et des sites d'intérêt touristique (prévoir 35mn de marche).

Great quality appartement, tastefully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. It’s situated in a less touristique part of Athènes with nice authentic restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance from main sites. Nice breakfast and a very responsive and accommodating staff.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Matratze und Kissen waren qualitativ hochwertig und sehr bequem. Mehrere Metro Stationen in der Nähe und in 10-15 Min erreichbar. Zentrum aber auch zu Fuss in 20-30 Min erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr vielfältig, das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit, hat Restauranttipps gegeben und auch Reservierungen vorgenommen.

Loved this place. The room was perfect. Had a small kitchen with plenty of space. The bed was surprisingly good, plenty of room. Staff friendly. The breakfast area was really quite perfect. Priced super reasonably. Having said that, this is not a location you want to walk around much. Lots of abandoned buildings and trash. Pretty much, get a cab, get out. We went to visit the Greek Isles, which were wonderful. Athens is not so great. The infrastructure hasn't kept up with the population, lots of trash everywhere, vehicle exhaust quite overwhelming in the streets. Not one of our favorite cities.

We stayed for 5 days over the Christmas period. The staff were amazing, so accommodating, providing dinner recommendations and making reservations for our Christmas day meals. The room was just glorious, the location was close to trains and within walking distance to the main attractions. We can't recommend Estia Boutique Apartments highly enough. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

The reception staff were 5 star .... very helpful and we always received a quick response to our Emails prior to our arrival .... nice breakfast included, nice room amenities and great air conditioning .... location about 15-30 minutes from most attractions, old town and restaurants .... only comment is the local neighborhood is not up to the quality of the hotel .... we had no safety issues but it's a bit run down .... we would stay there again

Na początek zostaliśmy powitani lokalnymi ciasteczkami, co było bardzo miłe, otrzymaliśmy też mapę Aten i dużo rekomendacji do zwiedzania.be samym hotelu bardzo czysto, niesamowicie pomocny personel, możliwość wyboru dodatkowych poduszek, deska do prasowania w pokoju, duży i wygodny stół na cztery osoby, duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, smaczne śniadania. Spędziliśmy tam święta i dobrze wspominamy ten czas. Niedaleko znajduje się też market dzięki czemu drobne zakupy nie są problemem. Wszystkie okna mają też rolety, więc można zaciemnić całkowicie pokój. Istnieje możliwość ustawienia innej temperatury w sypialni i innej w salonie. Aranżacja całego apartamentu spójna i ciekawa.

Gdybym miała jechać sama do Aten to wybrałabym inną okolicę, było spokojnie podczas naszego wyjazdu, ale w okolicy hotelu było sporo pustostanów, po zmroku nie wracało się przyjemnie. Brak możliwości kontaktu z recepcją z telefonów które są w pokojach. Trzeba wybrać się na dół lub zadzwonić z telefonu prywatnego. Kawy z ekspresu w pokoju są bardzo małe.

We had an amazing time in Mykonos apartment. It was so clean and decorated so elegantly. Even the plates and the furniture were in such a good shape and obviously clean. We spoke to Katerina in the reception who was super nice to us and actually offered us the specific room we booked and it was the best choice ever. And the breakfast was so good, so nicely cooked and the girls even gave us a call and asked us if we wanted them to bring it upstairs which was so thoughtful. We had an amazing time in Mykonos apartment and we will definitely visit again.

Αρκετά θορυβώδης γειτονιά με κίνηση όλο το 24ωρο και πάρα τα διπλά τζάμια τη νύχτα υπήρχε αρκετός θόρυβος στα δωμάτια. Παρά το γεγονός ότι στο booking φαίνεται διαθέσιμο parking , δυστυχώς τα δωμάτια δεν εξυπηρετούνται πλήρως από το parking (περιορισμένος αριθμός θέσεων) . Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα εισόδου κ εξόδου στο parking μόνο τις ώρες που λειτουργεί η reception.

Sehr sauberes, toll eingerichtetes und komfortables Appartment. Super nettes Personal, sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Leckeres Frühstück, wobei die Auswahl begrenzt war. Zu Fuß haben wir ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Plaka gebraucht, was für uns als Familie gut möglich war.

Wir hätten uns beim Frühstück etwas mehr Auswahl bei den Müslis gewünscht.

10 out of 10. The room was spectacular and breakfast was amazing, everyday there was something different. The location was great - only a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis or the Metro. Staff at hotel were all super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Il y a un contraste entre le bel hôtel assez spacieux et le quartier moins attractif. Mais pas gênant car le centre est accessible assez rapidement à pied.

Şehir merkezinde, temiz ve her detayı düşünülmüş mükemmel bir otel! Güler yüzlü personeli giriş anından itibaren çok yardımcıydı. Ücretsiz yastık seçimi sunmaları kişiselleştirilmiş hizmetin en güzel örneği. Otoparkı olması merkezde büyük kolaylık sağlıyor. Kahvaltısı ise gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Doğum günümde mekan rezervasyonu konusunda yardımcı olup odama şarap ikram etmeleri beni çok mutlu etti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

The staff is remarkable they made our stay memorable and really comfortable!! The rooms are modern fully equipped, lovely decoration, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast we would go back again defenately. Safe parking, spacious room❤️
