Personal muy atento, la ubicación bien en moto, y varios sitios muy buenos de comida cerca. La habitación cómoda y limpia. Buena relación calidad precio, hotel bien.

No daban botella de agua cerrada sino una jara, cerca de mezquita y el techo nada insonorizado, pero no es culpa del alojamiento. Tuvimos mala suerte eran unas fiestas locales y justo la musica estaba muy cerca del hotel y aunque nos dieron tapones y nos informaron justo en el check in fue un poco incomodo. Nos fuimos la segunda noche a otro hotel y nos dejaron la moto mas horas sin cobrarnos nada. Por lo que todo bien.

Chambre très agréable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Le lieu n’est pas vraiment au calme beaucoup de bruit la nuit avec mosquée très proche. Les petits déjeuners sont servis sur la table devant le logement mais elle est trop petite donc obligés de mettre des choses par terre. Ils proposent par message sur booking des transferts mais ne les honorent pas. J’ai demandé un transfert la veille à 17h30 pour le lendemain 10h. On m’a répondu à 8h le jour même comme quoi ce n’était pas possible … Et pareil pour le deuxième transfert, on m’a dit que je n’avais rien réservé alors que j’avais les messages sur booking et que ce sont eux qui n’ont pas appelé le chauffeur. L’anglais n’est pas maîtrisé par tous les employés ce qui amène à des confusions.

Super séjour dans un super établissement très propre et accueillis par des femmes très souriantes et sympathiques. Je recommande !

Struttura molto curata e pulitissima. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno anche organizzato l’ escursione alle Secret Gili e i trasferimenti per l’aeroporto a prezzi ottimi. La struttura si trova in un piccolo villaggio locale dove passeggiando si entra in contatto con la magnifica gente del posto, inoltre si trova a cinque minuti a piedi da alcuni beach resort dove è possibile mangiare, usufruire dei lettini e soprattutto godere dei bellissimi tramonti.

It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. Not far from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They keep everything spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the best we’ve had on our trip around Indonesia.

Superbe expérience dans cette hôtel. Les logements sont beaux, très très propres! Eaux chaudes. L’équipes se pli en 4 pour vous aider. On été pris en charge comme des rois en tout cas :)

Parfois l’anglais n’est pas très bien compris par tout le personnel mais il arrive toujours à trouvé une personne qui comprends mieux. C’était peut être un peu loins du centre ville où ça bouge un peu plus mais seulement si vous êtes à pied, sinon véhicule pas de soucis pour vous!!

Hôtel au calme de la route principale, mais proche des restaurants et plages. Chambre et villa bien équipée. La piscine privée de la villa très appréciée pour un après midi au calme.

We stayed in villa 1 with our own pool. Everything was lovely! All very clean, spacious, private and quiet. The staff are so very welcoming and extremely helpful. We had breakfast delivered to us each morning and for other meals we went to local restaurants, just easy 5-10mins walk away along the beach. Cozy cottages is down a local street and surrounded by local families and roaming farm animals and I loved it! I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were a true highlight, consistently attending to our requests with eagerness and high competence. The breakfast and room service were both exceptionally tasty, and the property offered great value for the price.

The staff were lovely and did everything to give us a comfortable stay. The breakfast area is tucked away and nice and spacious with books/games available.

The shower head had never been cleaned, we had to take it off and hand wash mould and grime off it before using. The bed was nice and big, but uncomfortable due to a hard mattress and pillows. Morning prayer wakes you up at 5am every day, we wern’t aware before booking.

Short walk to great restaurants on the beach. Cozy. Helpful staff will book taxis, hire scooters and hold luggage ect. Nice to have brekky delivered to your room.

Choix limité des petits déjeuners, et qu’il n’y est pas une partie bar/restaurant ou une salle pour les petits déjeuners contraints de le prendre sur les terrasses des chambres tables trop petites.

Clean, great breakfast and lovely staff. Pool was great, big bathroom with good shower. Great aircon. We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer.

Nothing but it is noisy with the call to prayer, but they give you complimentary earplugs, but we were used to it by this time.

Un très agréable séjour ! L’établissement porte vraiment bien son nom : Cozy Cottage est un endroit très cosy et plein de charme. La chambre était très jolie, propre et parfaitement aménagée. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour, et on sent que rien n’est laissé au hasard pour le confort des clients. Le personnel est adorable, très agréable et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner était également excellent, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée. Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit, notamment la nuit et tôt le matin. Mais cela fait aussi partie du folklore et de l’ambiance locale, et cela ne nous a pas empêchés de passer un très agréable séjour. Nous recommandons vivement Cozy Cottage et y avons passé un très bon moment. Une belle adresse où nous reviendrions avec plaisir ! 🌴

Le personnel était particulièrement agréable! Les cottages sont magnifiques avec des salles de bains semi-ouvertes très belles.

Superfijne cottages!! Super schoon, goede douche, prima bed. Lekker zwembadje. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Er stond lekker koud water, de airco stond al aan. Zowel handdoek als badlaken aanwezig. We hadden hier graag een nachtje langer gebleven qua verblijf maar was helaas (voor ons) volgeboekt. Er zit op 10min rijden een géweldig steakhouse!! SeaBreeze! Aanrader

We dachten dat het dichterbij het strand zou liggen, op loopafstand, maar je hebt wel een taxi nodig. Deze werd keurig geregeld door het hotel en de chauffeur heeft ons naar het strand en later nog naar een restaurant gebracht!

It was nice to have the pool directly outside the bungalow. All the staff were very kind and helpful.

The bathroom did not feel so clean. The breakfast options weren’t great. I had a medical emergency and they sent me to a clinic with a man that did not even look at my injury and insisted I do a procedure that cost a lot of money. This did not make me feel comfortable at all and ruined the stay for me in this area.

Tout ! Chambre avec piscine privée au top tout est parfait avec un personnel d une extrême gentillesse et attentionné. La commande des repas via wa est très pratique et surtout l établissement est au cœur des locaux on se sent comme chez nous entre poules chèvres et nature loin des resort à touristes une belle expérience ;)

Rien je serai bien resté car je m y sentais comme à la maison ! à noter pour ceux qui ont les oreilles sensibles on entend l appel à la prière mais mettez des boules quies c est un détail par rapport au reste tant apprécié !

We stayed 2 nights here and had a wonderful time. The staff were incredibly helpful with all our requests and so friendly. Lovely room and nice pool too. Well located away from the main road but close enough to the beach, resorts and local restaurants. Breakfast was also fantastic and easy to order via WhatsApp. An excellent stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sengiggi.

Wir waren in einer der drei Villen mit Privatem Pool. Um zu entspannen war das perfekt. Wir konnten ganz bequem die Bestellung für das Frühstück oder auch ein Dinner auf der Terrasse per WhatsApp abschicken. Das funktionierte super und alles wurde uns bis auf den Tisch geliefert. Auch um die Rollervermietung haben sie sich problemlos gekümmert. Also wer ein kleines bisschen Luxus zum guten Preis haben möchte, sollte sich die Villas anschauen.

The location was perfect, very quiet but with a few restaurants nearby (Molly’s was our favourite). The staff were so friendly and welcoming and our villa was GORGEOUS. We are still stunned!! Could rent bikes at the hotel which was so easy.

Wir hatten die Villa mit kleinem privaten Pool. Im Zimmer und Pool alles sauber, allerdings kann man die Liegefläche draussen ohne Decken nicht benutzen weil sie sehr dreckig sind. Passt nicht zum Standard des Hauses. Frühstück hatten wir Fruchtplatte und Omelette, sehr gut und gross aber wie so oft in Indonesien 30min früher als bestellt, somit wird man geweckt oder ist die Eier kalt. Strand sehr Nahe mit Restaurants.

It was a hidden gem. Behind a humble front door and sign was a beautiful setting. With very comfortable beds, a good shower, swimming pool at your door. It was spotlessly clean and everything was provided for from towels for the beach to umbrella in case it rained.

The location itself wasn't to bad, but the signage to get there was non existent. Then instructions were great but it felt like you were walking through a village farmyard and it caused me to have doubts about whether I was on the right track or of the place was going to be ok. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great little villas tucked away from the main road with restaurants, grocery stores and beach all 5-10 minutes of walking away. Everything was clean and working, AC was sufficient, the private pool is much larger than you might think from the photos. Breakfast is amazing (selection from about 8 options and everything we tried was great) and you can even order regular food and drinks after breakfast. But most importantly - the staff is simply excellent. Very friendly, always smiling and making sure everything is to your liking. We took advantage of scooter rental, laundry, transport from airport and it all went smooth, quick and without a problem.

Yes, the mosque prayer calls are audible quite a bit. You get complimentary ear plugs but after two nights it didn't even disturb or wake us up anymore, even without ear plugs. You just filter it out. It did not affect our stay in any way

Es war toll und alles super sauber, egal ob Pool, Zimmer, Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett und unser Scooter wurde in der Nacht sogar eingesperrt. Das Frühstück war super lecker und wurde uns auf die Terrasse gebracht.

I bungalow sono molto graziosi, puliti e immersi nel verde del villaggio, in una posizione perfetta per godersi l'atmosfera autentica di Lombok restando a due passi dal mare. Bellissima l'idea della colazione servita in terrazza all'orario preferito. Un plauso particolare alla direzione: a causa di un malinteso iniziale la camera non era stata pulita, ma il management ha gestito il problema con un'onestà e una generosità incredibili.

Solo un piccolo intoppo con il servizio di pulizia il primo giorno, che però è stato risolto immediatamente e in modo eccellente dalla proprietà
