The hotel was great, the staff was gentle, room was fine. The location was perfect for every purpose.

I didn't like the fact that i was charged twice for the city taxes. Once on booking website and once in the hotel while checking out and It simply didn't help showing them the papers.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff Hugo and Ella who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The position means you have easy access to what is a beautiful town. Great shopping, cafes,bars and restaurants. To add the cherry on top of the gateau the views are stunning! The bar is a great place from which to people watch. Breakfast was a great experience served by two incredibly positive people. In our four week road trip this has made a huge impression on us. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. One piece of advice book station side rooms as they have phenomenal views! The

We wanted to have dinner and breakfast and were limited on where we could go due to a very old immobile dog. The restaurant has no vegan options (I had chips for dinner nothing else) which is disappointing in 2026

The hotel is centrally located, close to Chamonix station, shops and restaurants. We had a spacious room, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was well appointed. The continental breakfast was plentiful with breads, fruit etc.

Location and friendly staff

We had booked a standard room and were given room 210, which faced the courtyard. The room smelled really bad, even though we tried airing it out. We pointed this out to the staff, who fortunately upgraded us to a room with a view of Mont Blanc. If you choose to stay at this hotel, be prepared for a hostel-like atmosphere, and I would recommend avoiding a room facing the courtyard. There is a bar located there, and I can imagine that it can get quite noisy.

The first room we were in was very small so the manager very kindly moved us to a larger room. The only downside if the 2nd room was a lorry very early each morning just below our window. Not sure if it was a delivery or council but it woke us each time. Other than that the stay was excellent and such a good location to the train station, tram and high Street.

This hotel is having an excellent location, close to everything in Chamonix...Breakfast is quite good and is served to the table...Staffs are very helpful...WIFI fine...Standard rooms are rather small, but OK for a short stay...Excellent mountain view from room...Free train travel pass for visiting Chamonix valley given by the hotel (for the entire duration of hotel stay) is indeed wonderful...

No AC...So, opening window is necessary as required...Fortunately, there was no big (music) sounds from outside after 11 PM...Attached bathroom/toilet is very small and looks suitable for slim persons only...Room lighting system is rather inadequate...

La literie mériterait d'être plus soignée. Constat dès mon arrivée de la présence de cheveux, poils, tâches sur les draps propres et sur les oreillers. Attention, ça ne donne pas une bonne image sur la netteté des lieux.

بكل صراحة، كانت إقامتي من أجمل تجارب الإقامة التي خضتها، وأتمنى العودة مرة أخرى في أقرب فرصة. الفندق يتميز بموقع رائع ومميز، وقريب من العديد من الخدمات والمرافق. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، والحمامات في قمة النظافة، وهذا ما أعجبني كثيرًا. كما يوجد مصعد قريب من الساحة، مما يجعل التنقل والوصول إلى الفندق مريحًا وسهلًا. ويتوفر أيضًا موقف للسيارات بسعر 10 يورو لليوم، وهي ميزة ممتازة ومريحة للنزلاء. بشكل عام، كانت تجربة رائعة من جميع النواحي، وأنصح بهذا الفندق وبقوة. يستحق بكل جدارة تقييم 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐، وبالتأكيد سأكرر الإقامة فيه مرة أخرى

Nicely located, city center, several parking spots are near. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice places around.

The sink in the bathroom was not draining properly and the door panels did not close flush from each other. The blanket was too big for the bed sheet cover. The window handle was broken. As a reference for them to improve, we had the room 301.

The location is superb - right across from the train station, in the center of town. Easily walkable to anything you want to do in Chamonix or the surrounding area. Our room was super comfy, though small. We had read some bad reviews about the bar being very loud at night so we requested a room far from the bar. I'm not sure if there weren't events during our time there or what, but it was so quiet at night that we slept with the windows completely open and were not disturbed. (We were here late August/early September). The staff was incredibly kind and friendly too, always eager to help out with anything and chat. Wifi was super fast as well.

It would be nice if breakfast was included instead of having to pay extra, but even so, it was reasonably priced for what they gave you and VERY tasty.

Great location, right across from the train station and on a main walking street in Chamonix. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the patio and courtyard.

As expected, there was no air conditioning, and Chamonix was quite hot during our summer stay. The room got pretty warm, especially later in the day.

Historic hotel in exceptional condition. Extremely quiet. Location is perfect, across from the train station and in the village full of restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel restaurant, Chambre Neuf, was great, special of the day was traditional French fare and a bargain. Most of all, the staff was the best we've encountered, ever.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, professional and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size with adequate furniture. The amenities were basic and the bathroom was tiny but it was a step in shower, which we prefer over a bath/shower. Also wardrobe was also inadequate for a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The staff were very friendly and the morning breakfast was a great daily option during our stay.

We were in town for the UTMB race, and next door one of the brands hosted late activations every night which disturbed our sleep leading into the race. I wish quiet hours were extended to the neighboring brand events.

The room and facilities were clean and tidy and an exceptional view

the weather was extremely hot outside and because my room was on the 4th floor in the roof of the hotel had become very warm. If the hotel had provided a fan in the room to cool it or have some air movement this would have helped.

posizione centralissima, a 5 minuti di camminata dai vari parcheggi a pagamento. Offrono molti servizi e attività, sopratutto per gli sportivi. la struttura sembra essere stata ristrutturata da poco, quindi è tutto nuovo ma si respira un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. la colazione viene servita direttamente dallo staff al tavolo con una selezione di prodotti che viene scelta dall'hotel e uguale per tutti gli ospiti (a noi ad esempio hanno servito l'uovo alla coque, yogurt, brioches e pane, salame, prosciutto e formaggi, marmellate e burro) mentre il bere si può scegliere autonomamente.

il bagno è molto piccolo ma essenziale. anche l'armadio è piccolo. ma per una camera d'albergo va bene. l'albero sembra gestito da ragazzi inglesi e parlano solo inglese, pochissimo francese.

Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre de la vieille ville et à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui est particulièrement pratique pour découvrir la ville à pied.

Cependant, le parking dispose de peu de places, la chambre était assez rustique et l’absence de climatisation peut être gênante en période chaude. La communication en français avec certains membres du personnel était parfois difficile. Enfin, j’ai regretté qu’aucun remboursement ni geste commercial ne soit proposé concernant une nuitée que je n’ai finalement pas pu utiliser, malgré ma demande. Un geste aurait été apprécié et aurait amélioré mon appréciation globale de l’établissement.

GREAT location - truly across the street from the train station, and on the edge of the town - a 5min walk to the Center! Nicely updated hotel, with character - my room was just below the roof, so my ceiling came with slants and beams! I loved it! Good size room for 2, nice bed, small but charming bathroom with great towels. View of the Aiguille du Midi through my small window. Great breakfast - diverse and plentiful! Good coffee too! Wonderful staff - all foreigners as Langley Hotels is a Swedish chain; very welcoming and friendly, very supportive as to what to do in Chamonix and how. Very patient at giving guidance or directions.

Lighting in the room is a bit dim, but not a real issue if one uses the room mostly for sleep and shower!

Depuis plus de 10 ans que je suis le partenaire de BƠOKING, et c'est à cet établissement que je constate que tout ce qui est écrit de l'établissement sur votre site est complètement FAUX. PAS d'ascenseur pour le premier étage, impossible de contacter avec le personnel de l'hôtel par téléphone dans la chambre, les serviettes de bain sont trop usées et ont des odeurs, salle de douche inondée après la douche, pas de place pour le parking, gérante de l'hôtel est ODIEUSE, refuse de parler en français pourtant on est en France pas en Angleterre... BREF très déçue de l'hôtel et de BOOKING, pourtant c'est un hôtel de 3 ***

Prima locatie, erg vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt en de gezellig bar/brasserie Chambre Neuf beneden het hotel.

De locatie was top. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en enthousiast. De kamer was schoon en wij hadden prachtig uitzicht op de Mont Blanc. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Wij hebben enorm genoten. S’avonds de dag afsluiten met een borrel en/of koffie en een spelletje op het terras. Heerlijk😊

To af den unge engelske piger var virkelig søde, venlige og serviceminded ved morgenmaden. Det samme kan ikke siges om en af de svenske piger, hun var virkelig anstrengende og servicen var ekstrem dårlig. Beliggenheden er god, meget centralt.

Rengøringen var virkelig dårlig, jeg kan slet ikke forstå, at hotellet vil aflevere et værelse i den stand. Sengebordet var af træ og der var rester af snavs på sengebordet fra tidligere gæster, som vi selv måtte gøre rent, da vi ankom sent om aftenen. Badeværelseshylden var ligeledes meget beskidt og de rene håndklæder var lagt direkte oven på den beskidte hylde. Dynebetrækket dækkede ikke hele dynen, og mindst 20 cm af dynen stak ud uden betræk. Det oplevede vi som både meget uhygiejnisk og ubehageligt. Derudover lugtede der virkelig dårlig på værelset, selvom vi havde vinduet åbent hele tiden. Vores værelse lå på første sal, og lige nedenfor var der en bar med høj musik og fest til sent på aftenen og ind i natten. De dage hvor der ikke var musik til sent, var der råb og larm fra andre mennesker i løbet af natten. Det gjorde at det var svært at få den ro, man forventer på sin ferie. Generelt fremstod værelset nusset og mangelfuldt rengjort og der var flere ting som ikke fungerede. Vi havde på ingen måde følelsen af at kunne slappe af og nyde vores ophold. Den samlede oplevelse var så dårlig, så selvom vi havde booket fire dage, valgte vi at rejse tidligere.

Brokastis bija lieliskas, komplekts pat bija par lielu, bet varēja izvēlēties kam dot priekšroku katru rītu. Galvenais pluss - ļoti patīkams, laipns un atsaucīgs personāls.

Second time we’ve stayed here and had a room upgrade both times. Great location and very comfortable rooms with fantastic views.

Both times that we’ve stayed here we’ve been kept awake by banging noises and heavy footsteps from above. The first time we thought it was just bad luck but having it for a second time was frustrating. The walls must be very thin. There was a small stain on the bedding.

Superfräscht svenskt ägd hotell , perfekt läge i stan och vid tågstationen. Jättebra frukost, trevlig personal och fräscha rum. Även god mat i resturangen. Parkering och välkomnar hundar. Mysig inredning.

Det va över 30 gr varmt så en AC på rummet hade helt klart höjt mitt betyg men det är ju en sommar vistelse fråga. Kan starkt rekommendera hotellet.

Too hot to sleep comfortably. Recommend having oscillating fans in every room for guests. My friend was at another hotel, they offered fans. I borrowed one from her room. It made staying in my room bearable. If I didn’t get that fan, I would’ve had to leave after one night it was that bad, even with the window open.
