Były to wspaniałe wakacje……..do ostatniego dnia, kiedy zniknęła z naszego pokoju w dniu wyjazdu kosmetyczka z zawartym w niej portfelem z ponad 1000 Euro. W ostatni dzień pobytu tuż przed wyjazdem wychodząc z pokoju po zakupy zostawiliśmy otwarte walizki , a w nich - pod koszulką tę kosmetyczkę. Po powrocie mąż zauważył wyłączoną klimatyzację, a zostawialiśmy włączoną. Pomyśleliśmy, że personel sprawdza, czy już może sprzątać. Ten szczegół jest ważny, bo świadczy o bytności kogoś w pokoju pod naszą nieobecność. U kogoś zadziałał odruch i to go zdradziło. Niestety- dotarło to do nas już w domu. Walizki zamknięte przez trzy dni w samochodzie ruszyły w drogę powrotną, a w domu okazało się, że nie ma w żadnej z nich kosmetyczki z pieniędzmi. Hotel odpowiada, że może pieniądze zostały gdzieś indziej, ale po to mieliśmy małe walizeczki, aby po spakowaniu się na trzydniową podróż nie otwierać już dużych. Duże od wyjazdu z hotelu do domu nie były nigdzie otwierane.

Wszystko mi się podobało, poza tym okropnym incydentem, gdzie nie zaproponowano nam żadnego rozwiązania i odpisywano ogólnikowo na maile, że taka sytuacja nie miała miejsca, bo personel nie potwierdza i Kierownictwo mu ufa. Żadnej propozycji rozwiązania , brak empatii i profesjonalizmu

Fabulous location was able to garage car on site. Staff are fabulous. Terrific breakfast eggs bacon cooked to your liking. Stayed in Junior suite with a very large room ensuite changing area and very large outdoor balcony with sun chairs and umbrella lovely terrace

Tudo maravilhoso! Ficaria apenas 5 dias, mas gostei tanto do hotel e de Taormina que estendi minha estada por mais 5 dias. Me senti em casa! Giuseppe, Grazia, Gina fizeram meus dias muito especiais. Muito próximo da Porta Catania (nem 3 minutos a pé), sem o barulho da movimentação dos turistas, excepcional! Café da manhã perfeito, com buffet variado e ovos mexidos feito na hora com muito carinho! Amei!

Tutto perfetto.

Céntrico hotel a dos pasos de la calle principal de Taormina. Decoración clásica pero renovada. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda con terraza igualmente grande. El hotel disponía de parking y ascensor, 2 cosas muy de agradecer en Sicilia. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo atento en todo momento. El desayuno, exquisito.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owner Giuseppe was very kind and made our stay absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend!

Room were clean, everyday staff changed towels and cleaned the room. Breakfast buffet had everything you needed, also many gluten free options. Chef made us smile every morning we will definitely come back to Casa Adele. Location was perfect!

The location is awesome! Near to where the principal street starts. Very comfortable room and complete breakfast. The staff is super warm and welcome. Having a private parking in Taormina is key!

The staff and service were exceptional, they made us feel at home, genuine caring people. We loved the location, close to Catania gate end of the Corso, everything close by, supermarket across the road. We hired a car and were able to park it in their garage, very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, Gracia an Gina catered to our every need. I am Celiac and they had lots of options for me. Our room was kept beautifully clean and tidy. Giuseppe the owner went over and above to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to return here again. Thank you

Trash pickup was somewhat loud but the hotel can’t control that.

The team at Hotel Casa Adele were outstanding. Their attention to detail and professionalism was consistent throughout our stay. Every member of the team who we encountered was friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure our time in Taormina was memorable. Location was perfect for walking around Taormina or if we required a taxi, there’s a taxi rank at bottom of road . Handy shop across the road for water and any essentials. On arrival the complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate my birthday was a very special touch . Thank you for a wonderful, welcoming stay. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Nothing everything was perfect

We stayed at Casa Adele in Taormina for 4 nights in June. Guiseppe was extremely helpful and resourceful. He is very quick to respond and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is very close to all restaurants and shopping. We did 2 tours while we were there. One is the Godfather movie tour that takes you to the villages of Savoca and Forza D’Agro where the movie was filmed. The other is Dolce La Vita Mini fiat 1 hour ride through out Taormina which was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed at Casa Adele for 3 nights while visiting Taormina and the surrounding area, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of Graziano and Giuseppe. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, making us feel more like guests in their home than customers in a hotel. They were always available to help with recommendations and any request we had. A special thank you to Giuseppe for coordinating with the parking garage in Ortigia, which made the next part of our trip much easier. We highly recommend Casa Adele and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Sicily. A very small suggestion for improvement: it might be nice to provide a small electric kettle in the room for guests who enjoy preparing their own coffee or tea in the morning or evening. This is only a minor detail and did not affect our wonderful stay in any way.

La atencion de Graziono y Giuseppe es espectacular, tener parking en el mismo hotel es un diez. Y la zona que esta ubicado es el corazon se Taormina y sin embargo es my facil llegar. Rest excelente enfrente. La habitacion es amplia, comoda y todo es como estar en una casa, la terraza para un drink al atardecer es genial. El dessyuno muy rico y completo.

No tiene cafetera o tetera en habitacion.

Casa Adele was very comfortable. We had a large room with a balcony and well-equipped bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. 50 metres from the pedestrian main street, but taxis can come to the door.

The accommodations were beautiful and the staff could not have been more accommodating.

-Location is right outside Porto de Catania with nice restaurants across street and up the hill. -Rooftop terrace. Lovely views and breezy place for an evening aperitif. Particularly enjoyed their almond wine. -Staff. Graziano & Giuseppe were amazing hosts at the lobby. -Breakfast. Eggs to order by lovely staff with fresh fruit every day.

1. 전용주차장이용시 외국인같은경우는 처음에 많이 헤맬수있으니 더 충분한 설명이 필요할것같습니다!

Exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff, comfortable beds, quiet but central location, sun terrace, delicious breakfast. The fragrant scent of orange blossom as you walk in the door from the trees outside.

Perhaps an extra storage space for clothes would be useful.

The staff were very friendly. Giuseppe arranged transportation for us from an to the train station. The breakfast was very good and the staff wonderful. It was so easy to walk to so many places and Mt. Etna was right there!

Beautiful rooms, the whole property was spotless and clean, and wonderful decor. The beds were comfy, the breakfast was fantastic and varied, the location was perfect. But what was most special were the staff, from the wonderful reception staff, to the kind kitchen staff, they were all friendly, helpful and like family. When I hurt my foot on our honeymoon, they went above and beyond to help me and make the rest of our stay comfortable. We have already booked to come back next year for our 1 year anniversary. Thank you Casa Adele for a wonderful honeymoon. Jess and Sam

We had an amazing time at Casa Adele hotel. Giuseppe at Reception went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. The room was wonderful and spacious and the breakfast was amazing. We will be returning. Room was accesible via lift which is a real bonus in Italy.

Exceptional hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff and hotel owner; very accommodating and catering to the needs of the guests. Giuseppe-the owner is the BEST and made our stay in Taormina very memorable.

Our short holiday was absolutely wonderful at Casa Adele. Giuseppe and Gina were the true highlights of our stay — so warm, welcoming, and kind. Giuseppe shared the beautiful story of his family’s hotel and how it became what it is today, which was so inspiring to hear. Gina created such a cosy, homely atmosphere that my best friend and I felt like we were part of their family. Giuseppe also recommended amazing authentic food spots around Taormina — every one of them was fantastic! The room itself was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and full of charm with a splendid view over the see and the castle on the top of the hill. We loved every moment of our stay at Casa Adele and will definitely be back soon! Thank you for having us

Großes Zimmer, v.a. wenn man die Ausziehcouch nicht braucht. Aner auch als Dreibettzimmer noch immer genügend Platz. Insbesondere ein riesiges Badezimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal, Rezeption 24/7. aund ein Parkplatz in Haus! Das ist wirklich super.

A localização, a poucos metros do calçadão do Corso Umberto, associada á garagem do hotel, tornam a Casa Adele uma escolha estratégica para desfrutar melhor Taormina quando se viaja de carro. A equipe do hotel, todos de uma mesma família, é muito atenciosa e deu valiosas indicações de passeios e restaurantes. O café da manhã, muito gostoso, é servido num belo salão da propriedade. Nosso quarto era aconchegante e bem equipado.

Excellent hotel, great location, very close to the city center, clean and comfortable, good breakfast, and most importantly — excellent service with a personal touch and a constant willingness to help. No doubt I’ll be back.
