Right by Rome Termini, a good place to stay for one night. The area is fine and did not feel sketchy. There are multiple places to get food, and shop.

I love how close the stay was to public transportation and other attractions in Rome. It was easy to get around to doo all the things I wanted to ro do. Great resturants were also very close where I was able.to enjoy dinner.

The breakfast could have been a little better, but it was ok. The homeless people in the area as well but I guess the closeness to the roma termini compensated for that.

The main advantage of this property is the location—it’s directly across the road from the train station, which was very convenient as we had an early train to catch the following morning. For one night before catching an early train, the location was incredibly convenient, but I personally wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

The accommodation is essentially an apartment that has been divided into separate guest rooms. You enter the main apartment and then each individual room has its own locked door, with different guests staying in the rooms around you. Unfortunately, there is very little privacy or soundproofing. You can clearly hear conversations from the rooms next door and anyone talking in the shared areas, so you are very aware of how close you are to other guests. Our room was extremely small and felt very cramped and claustrophobic. The shower was also tiny, so anyone on the larger side may find it difficult to use comfortably. There is a small shared kitchen area where breakfast is served.

I really never would recommend this to anyone. There is no air conditioning for the guests. It was super hot and the only thing they provided to my family was a small fan. We had a baby and my parents which are old people. The night we spent there was terrible!!!

Limpieza, el personal, sin ruidos. Sencillo, pero muy bien. Justo al lado de Termini. Desayuno sencillo, pero suficiente. Toallas y sabanas impecables a diario, ademas de accesorios para el baño.

Si bien es cierto que está al lado de Termini y tiene servicios y transportes publicos al lado, del resto de monumentos está dando un buen paseo. Al que le guste caminar, como a mi, sin problema

As fi vrut sa am o oglinda mare in cameră , micul dejun la pachet ( a fost de acord sa ne facem singuri 2 sandwichuri) , dar sa nu am cafea mai devreme de ora 8 mi s-a părut puțin ciudat. Masa de calcat nu este buna, trebuie sa fie schimbată și din fierul de calcat curge apa. Se aude zgomot de la strada principala daca vrei sa stai cu geamul deschis. Daca vrei sa te trezești mai târziu nu cred că poți pentru că micul dejun este fix langa camere și se aude orice vorba. Noi nu am avut balcon, am înțeles că există dar sunt camere cu 2 paturi.

Super Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Termini Rom, Gepäck wurde kostenlos untergestellt bis abends alles unkompliziert. Direkt neben dem Hotel sind auch "BagLocker" wo man sein Gepäck einschließen kann gegen eine Gebühr auch längere Zeit, Infos auf Baglocker punk com Zum Frühstück gab es Croissants, Marmelade, Nuss Nugat Creme, Cappuccino, Tee usw. Zimmer waren klein aber fein mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken, Völlig ausreichend für ein paar Nächte.

Nichts, perfekt für einen Kurztrip in Rom.

Hotel Review I would rate this place around 6–7/10. It was neither very good nor very bad—more of a mixed experience. One important thing to know is that this is not really a traditional hotel. It is more like an apartment/suite with around 4–5 rooms inside a residential building. Even the entrance and the floor feel more like a house than a hotel, with different rooms rented separately. The room itself was very good—newly furnished, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we first arrived, but after a few hours it started working. However, the speed was still a little slow. I also want to mention that the receptionist and Fabio were very helpful and kind. When we wanted to leave our luggage while going out, they helped us and arranged everything for us. They gave us the keys and made sure someone would be there so we could come back and collect our luggage at the time we needed. We really appreciated their help and the service from the staff. The biggest advantage is the location, as it is right in front of Roma Termini, which is extremely convenient if you are travelling by train or staying for just one night. However, because of the location and the surroundings at night, I personally didn’t feel it was the safest or most comfortable area for a family staying for several days. The breakfast was very basic—just some bread, cheese, croissants and a few small options. There is a lady in the kitchen, and you can tell her what you would like, but it is not the kind of proper hotel breakfast you might expect. I understand that August is a very busy and expensive period in Rome, so the price was probably higher because of the season. However, considering the amount we paid, I personally didn’t feel it was completely worth the money. Overall, if you are staying one night because you have an early train or need somewhere very close to Termini, it can be a convenient option.

L'allotjament està molt bé, molt còmode i net. L'esmorzar està bé per fer-se un café, menjar una cosa ràpida i fer marxa. Una menció a banda mereix Letizia, està a la recepció i és molt amable i molt simpàtica, t'ajuda amb el que necessites. Si tornem a Roma segur que repetim!

Las camas muy incómodas y bajas. La habitación pequeñísima, las paredes son de cartón, de hecho da la impresión de estar dentro de placares. El baño mínimo. Las mesas de luz de tan mala calidad que se movían al tocarlas. Donde se desayuna no es verdaderamente una sala de desayuno sino una tabla de pared con sillas altas en un pasillo. Realmente un hotel demasiado caro para lo que es. El barrio a evitar, en nuestro caso lo necesitábamos para tomar el tren muy temprano. Es un hotel agradable para una noche pero no a ese precio, la tarifa es muy elevada para la prestación.

Muy buen sitio para pasar unos días en Roma. La habitación estaba muy limpia y todos los dias la limpiaban y nos cambiaban sábanas y toallas. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente, y Leticia es un encanto, siempre pendiente de lo que necesites. No tienen recepción en si, pero llames a la hora que llames te atienden. El último día nuestro vuelo era a las 20:00 y les pedimos dejar las maletas, ya que la habitación se deja a las 11:30, y no pusieron ninguna pega, todo perfecto.

The location should have a heads-up concerning families. The street of the hotel was very unsafe at night for families. For any able-bodied adult it's no problem, but a heads-up should be given regarding families.

Muy bien ubicado, junto a la estación de tren y al metro. Cerca de todo. Habitación muy limpia. Desayuno incluido que prepara Leticia molto barvara para comenzar el día con fuerzas para recorrer Roma. Climatización de la habitación excelente. En plena ola de calor se agradecía llegar y encontrarte la habitación fresquita y con botellas de agua en la nevera. Muy recomendable.

El desayuno muy bien, el personal muy amable. La habitación cómoda y el baño impecable. La zona es más segura de lo que parece.

No es hotel, porque a partir del mediodía no queda nadie en el lugar y eso no me gustó.

The hotel is conveniently located near Roma Termini station, making it easy to travel around the city. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family. Everything was very clean, and having an elevator was a big advantage, especially when traveling with children and luggage.

The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It is centrally controlled, so we could not adjust the room temperature ourselves, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The hotel is also a bit far from Rome’s main attractions, so we had to use public transportation frequently.

I paid €98 for one night, but this place is worth no more than €20. The staff were rude, but the biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom, snoring, coughing, talking, and leaving their rooms early in the morning with doors constantly slamming. Once the so-called "breakfast" starts (which consisted of stale cake and Nutella-filled pastries), you can forget about getting any more rest. The location is also a major downside. The area around Roma Termini feels very unsafe, with many shady people around both day and night. The photos are misleading. The property is dated, worn down, and looks nothing like the pictures. If you want a terrible night's sleep and a disappointing stay, this is the place to book. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

Great location, right outside airport bus stop and train terminal, walkable to the Colosseum. Friendly staff, beautiful room decoration, fantastic shower, very clean, good breakfast. We only stayed one night, en-route to Civitavecchia for a cruise, which meant we didn't waste time and energy carrying heavy cases. Ideal stay for this.

It wasn't the most upmarket location, but the convenience for a short stay outweighed this. Nothing to dislike about the room or service.

Me gustó la preocupación por el personal y la dirección del alojamiento de que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Cómodo y funcional. Te proveen de agua y un aire acondicionado que se agradece en Roma en verano. Es tranquilo y se duerme bien

No me gustó la finca en donde se encuentran los alojamientos. Está enfrente de la estación de Termini, con mucha gente de paso. Eso te da una sensación inicial que no es buena pero que luego cambia radicalmente, cuando estás allí. Pero eso es lo que le perjudica

Excelente ubicación, con todas las conexiones de transporte justo a la puerta y a pocos pasos de la estación Termini. A pesar de que nuestra habitación daba hacia la calle de la estación, el lugar resultó silencioso y tranquilo, garantizando un descanso sin ruidos. Además, agradecemos el gran detalle de recibirnos con botellas de agua de cortesía a nuestra llegada.

Semplicità nell'accedere e essere autonomi

Colazione: rispetto al rapporto qualità prezzo la colazione era molto standard Stanza: parlo di rapporto qualità prezzo, quindi rispetto a questo: Non c'è un tavolino/scrivania per appoggiarsi se devi lavorare., poco spazio per appoggiare le cose (soprattutto in bagno), non c'è uno specchio in stanza (solo in bagno) ...ripeto rispetto al prezzo te lo aspetti!

Ihned ráno po příjezdu jsme dostali pokoj, nemuseli jsme čekat na check in. Poloha byla velmi blízko nádraží Termini. Měli jsme pokoj do vnitrobloku, v pořádku , ale jsou tam i otočené pokoje směrem ke rušné ulici nádraží Termini. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný.

Trochu mínus byla sprcha, sprcha byla totiž bez pákové baterie, pouze se sprchovou hlavicí. Koupání dítěte byla velmi obtížná. Nedoporučuji. Na pokoji nebyly žádné skřínky, snídaně byly předpřipravené , spíše sladké. Večer bylo zakázáno používat kuchyňku.

Tolle Lage, alle Verbindungen sind direkt vor der Tür erreichbar. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Nette Dame, die sich um alles gekümmert hat und bei allen Fragen gerne weitergeholfen hat.

Amplasarea aproape de gara Termini. Personalul OK, Desi bucataria este foarte mica si inghesuita pe un hol, micul dejun a fost decent avand fructe, cafea foarte buna, iaurturi, prajitura, sandvich-uri, croissante., suc de portocale, dulceata, etc.

Camera 22 este foarte stramta, abia ai loc sa te misti, paturile OK, pernele OK. Nu exista nici un dulap de haine, exista doar un cuier de fier undeva intr-un colt. Prizele desi sunt multe, nu sunt adecvate pentru EU (majoritatea sunt pentru stilul englez si american). Baia este mica si foarte prost amenajata: nu exista decat o polita foarte ingusta pentru a-ti pune ceva pe ea, oricat de putine lucruri strict necesare ai cu tine, nu ai cum sa le lasi in baie!!! La dus nu poti sa te speli fara sa te uzi pe cap (para de la dus fiind in tavan si fiind foarte lata, nu poti sa te speli doar pe corp)!!! Sunt 4 sau 5 camere de toate pe un singur etaj 2, ai o multitudine de chei/cartele de la vreo 3-4 usi pana intri in camera. In concluzie locul de cazare nu merita banii doar pentru pozitionarea in fata garii.

Unterkunft entsprach nicht den Erwartungen eines Hotels. Frühstück erst ab 8.00 Bestuhlung wie in einer Bar-gemütliches Frühstück nicht möglich, Ansprechpartner täglich nur für kurze Zeit vor Ort, Toilettenspülung war bei Ankunft defekt und wurde lediglich provisorisch repariert.

Giriş talimatları gereksiz karışık. Halbuki kendi sayfana ana kapının, zilin ve 2. kat kapısının birer fotosunu koy olsun bitsin. Odada giyin dolabı yoktu. Çok saçma dolap yok. Ayrıca havalandırma/soğutma merkezi, ben ve kızım geldiğimizde nezleydik, odamdaki soğutmanın kapanmasını istedim, kapadım dediği halde çalışıyordu. Kapıyı açsan acayip bir sokak gürültüsü. Hoşuma gitmedi. Bir daha kesinlikle kalmam

La ubicacion es muy buena si la idea es pasar una noche por Roma. Esta ubicada justo enfrente a Termini, y de la parada de los micros que te llevan al aeropuerto. Antes de llegar tuvimos muchos intercambios con Fabio que se mostró atento a las necesidades. Las habitaciones estan ubicadas en el 2 piso de un edificio. Tiene ascensor. La entrada es medianamente sencilla si seguis las indicaciones de Fabio. La habitacion cómoda para dos. La nuestra daba a la calle y a pesar de ser sobre una calle transitada, no se oia nada por el tipo de cerramiento que tenia. El baño y la ducha muy bien tambi{en. El desayuno sencillo pero suficiente para arrancar un dia de caminata por Roma.

lo unico que me hiubiera gustado es tener la posiblilidad de hacer check out ya que nuestro vuelo salia tarde a la noche. Fabio se ofrecio a guardarnos la valijas pero preferimos quedarnos un poco mas en la habitacion. Averiguamos y tuvimos que pagar otra noche completa pór la aplicacion. Seria bueno que lo tuvieran en cuenta para la proxima!

The location was great next to the train station. The two ladies staff were nice and helpful. The room was very spotless, cosy with balcony. Good coffee and croissants.

It is expensive for what you get. Breakfast options were very limited. No fresh juice and the cheese was burger Cheese slices. For 2 days there was no hot water available in the bathroom, upon complaining the owner was unapologetic and rude. He even blamed us for breaking the bidet tap ring, whereas we didn’t even used the bidet.

Obsługa bardzo miła, pokój bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Śniadania pyszne. Mimo tego że dotarliśmy o 1 w nocy bez problemu otworzono nam drzwi. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, przy dworcu Termini, autobusy na lotnisko odjeżdżają z tej ulicy. Do Koloseum poszliśmy na piechotę a metrem tyko dwa przystanki. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Friendly staff and the location was excellent
