Always had a sound sleep. Excellent and attentive staff. Rooms were very clean.

Die WC-Spülung funktionierte auch nach zweimaligem Einsatz des technischen Personals nach fünf Tagen nicht. Unzumutbar. Für mich war diese Spülung defekt und hätte ersetzt werden müssen. Eine einzige Zumutung. Auf unserem Stockwerk sowie auch draussen war es wegen Hochzeitsfesten und feiernden Hochzeitsgästen sehr lärmig. Das WC-Papier war sehr spärlich bemessen. Warmwasser in der Dusche war zum Teil nicht verfügbar. Schade. Ich habe stark das Gefühl, dass diese Unterkunft eher auf Gruppenreisende, Geschäftsleute und Teilnehmende an Hochzeits. und anderen Anlässen ausgerichtet ist. Für Individualreisende und Paare ist dieser Resort ungeeignet.

We cant really rest because its a party after party noises at the hallway. Youd be up at 5am because of event speakers. But the place is highly recommended for events. NOT for relaxation.

Very relaxing place to stay close to the airport. The bed and pillows are comfy. The bathroom is clean with all the necessities. The breakfast is excellent. The overall decor is nice with all the beautiful plants & flowers around. The wooden furnishings made for an overall cozy & relaxing environment. The staff provided excellent services. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have stayed there several times this year. The front desk person greeted me by name and welcomed me back. We arrived before checkin time , 2pm, and they upgraded us to a better room that was already clean and available. We attended a wedding and it was spectacular.

A very nice resort with large rooms and a nice property.

The service was excellent, the staff were very nice and polite. We enjoyed our daily breakfast. , Hotel is close to the airport and its very relaxing, you're really surrounded by nature and ohh the hotel has the touch of ancestral homes .

Unfortunately, two (2) incidents took place which made our stay unpleasant and need to transfer hotel. My wife had the opportunity to speak to Leni, manager. You wouldn't want for me to share our experience with TripAdvisor.

Dislikes: Old hotel, far outside the centre. Extremely noisy in the mornings from 4am - very little soundproofing between rooms. Likes: staff are extremely friendly. Very clearly the place to go locally to hold your event, one of the best ive seen anywhere to hold so many at once: 3 big weddings, 3 large birthday parties and 4 other celebration events on ONE day. Overall: good for an event, but only stay if youre at the event itself, for the night of the event. There are nicer more modern hotels available for a more comfortable stay in Bacolod.

The resort had friendly and helpful staff. It had a good location and for the excellent service the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant/ bar, quality of food served in the local breakfast buffet, amenities and function rooms, it was surprisingly very affordable.

Top notch service from shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, cleanliness of the room, the beautiful landscaped yards , great customer service from the front desk, and amazing food and attentive wait staff. Kitchen of ‘The Village ‘ Restaurant was very accommodating and conscientious of our daughter’s food allergies. We stayed at Nature’s Village for 40 days and everyday their service never wavered. It was consistent and excellent. We were able to take a textile tour and walk around the grounds. You can also take a tour of their sustainable garden that supplies produce to their kitchen. Water pressure was excellent with the shower, the room we stayed in was spacious and we only experienced 1 blackout but the generator kicked in right away. I know that can be an issue in other area Hotels in the Philippines. Highly recommend Nature’s Village Resort! Beautiful, sustainable, affordable and strategically located where you are close enough to Bacolod but not in the hustle and bustle of the city.

They gave us an upgrade to a king size bed and were very helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was good and had a nice omelette station. Ann at the front desk was very helpful

I liked that this property is just across from toyota delearship where we drop off our car for service and the reason why we travel to bacolod. The staff and front office supervisor went above and beyond to accomodate us. The property is huge and beautiful, they have a nice pool. Our room is huge.

The food at the restaurant wasn't that good. We had to call multiple times to get our extra bed. We couldn't use the big pool when we went swimming because there were school kids who had their swimming lessons. The duvet insert had stains.

Check out process - was told a cream container was missing..felt like a criminal. Didnt hv any coffee and in check in no itenary had to be signed.

A warm friendly welcome upon arrival is something every hotel guest anticipates. More than that, I was greeted by name and every time thereafter. At breakfast, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile while the egg station waiter cheerfully greeted good morning! He prepared and delivered the ordered omelette to the table with flair, without delay. Seeing that the wait staff was rather short, he was also quick to wait on guests’ tables. When we returned to the room at the end of a hectic day, my husband wanted to make a cup of coffee. Everything was in the room except boiling water. He walked a few meters to the water dispenser in the hallway. The inviting scent of coffee made me wish for a cup too, so he went a second time. A passing Housekeeping staff saw what was going on and without being asked, fetched an electric kettle for our room. Flexibility and sensitivity to guests’ needs seemed imbedded in the staff’s minds and hearts. This kind of initiative and genuinely happy, efficient service abounds across the hotel and overall reflects management’s meticulous training, motivation and value of their team. I highly recommend to visit this hotel when in Bacolod, Negros Occ Philippines.

A beautiful property set up for larger events outside of Bacolod. The rooms are spacious and in decent shape.

While the place was ok. It was not what I expected. It was disappointing in that A "KING" consisted of two separate small beds. I was not pleased

My bed. Also, because I always drink lot of water I like Ice with my water. Getting a bucket of ice seemed like a big chore to them and at one point they wanted to charge me 38 pesos for a bucket of ICE. I refused.

I understand that this is a resort that host a lot of events, on a daily basis there are several hundred people on the property grounds. Which makes it hard for the patrons of the hotel to enjoy peace and solace. I felt overwhelmed. As sat I at the restaurant on the terrace there are kids running around, people walking extremely close in front and in the back of me while sitting and eating. The WiFi is horrible, even through the night and early morning. Overall a nice resort but not peaceful.

They upgraded their grounds and rooms. It really great value for the money you are spending. Food had also improved and reasonably priced.

Window type aircon needs to be upgraded to split or centralized. It is so noisy and you will never have good sleep. Noise from other guest is not monitored. Especially when there are big events. During the time I stayed there, people are screaming out their lungs at almost 11pm. Lastly is the breakfast should vary and offer wider option for foreign guest.

We went to the restaurant only so this is a review about the restaurant only - not the hotel. We ordered the seafood with fries and an adobo. The adobo was out more than 15 min after the fries and seafood … impossible to eat together and a 101 restaurant fail. Additionally, we had to send the fries back because they were uncooked, they returned a bit browner but still uncooked. Oil probably not at 180 centigrade. Moral of the story, don’t eat here.

Bad service, does not have a sense of guests needs, especially where it matters when there is no running water in the room and you cannot take.a shower. They cater to so many swimming clubs and lessons, guests cannot enjoy the pool. Location is far from the city, quite inconvenient.

I stayed at Natures with 4 of my best friends. It was such a good experience, and the service was so good. The rooms were very nice and the food was excellent, especially Jake’s fried chicken! Unfortunately, we were unable to visit Sir Ben’s hall, but I would recommend giving it a try. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here if you are in Bacolod! Extra points if you’re friends with Sir Ben!!

Love that I was accommodated over the phone for an early checked in.But, check in was a bit iffy. However, the check out was amazing. Art was exceptional. He kept his cool during the hurdle. Overall, we loved our stay. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the clean room.

The hotel had a great garden area with farm to table available. It is remote so limit local food choices, but the hotel restaurant was nice. Staff was nice. Refrigerator kept unplugging when unit is pushed flush so had to leave it sticking out to run.

Most everything. The pool could not be used because of the be number of kids who come into the pool. Staff was of little help on everything. The elevator most often did not work

I love the property. It’s very clean and well maintained.

I love everything about it except its a bit far from where i want to travel but it was a really good stay especially with kids. The staff are really helpful as well.

Spacious room. Good Wifi and staff were aways very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very pleasant. Room was well serviced.

Breakfast choice was fairly limited. Only fruit available was melon (not ripe) and watermelon every day. Other choices were OK but not that interesting. Evening meals, seafood was good the first time ordered, after that the portions were smaller and seafood was not as fresh. Shower could have been warmer. Not really good value for money.

Beautiful place, plants and creative native artwork throughout the resort, delicious food, friendly staff.

Location quite outside Bacolod, some taxi cabs refused to take us there from the city unless we pay extra.

Our room is huge, clean and excellent for couples. The grounds is well kept and the restaurant offers excellent food. It’s really value for money.

Breakfast is basic but with the amount you are paying I think it’s just that okay. But there is always room for improvement. Foreigners or those with preference for western breakfast might not have options.

This place had such beautiful and well-maintained facilities they can be very proud of. We really loved the breakfast, and how options changed everyday. Our room and bed were massive. They really made the effort to make it as eco-friendly as possible.

The room is very clean and spacious..and because it’s surrounded with trees it feels very relaxing.Also the location is very good as it is situated not far from Bacolod City and it’s near the Silay City Airport.. 😊

Not that I don’t like what they served but maybe they can add some more dishes on the breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious, a first for me since the usual accommodations I had before were smaller. The bath and potty areas were separate - another first and this setup made it easier for the multiple guests to use what and when they needed. There were multiple power outlets inside the room, which was great. Coffee, sugar (which seemed to be muscovado/coconut sugar), and creamer were placed in small glass containers, which were aligned to be sustainable. Instead of plastic mineral water bottles, a tall, reusable, glass bottle was placed and the water station/dispenser was down the hall, near the elevator area. This was another first, and I found it clever and unique. The let-down, however, was the small refrigerator that needed to be replaced since the racks showed signs of giving up. Guests could enjoy the pool, the outdoor swing (which was another first, and I found it refreshing to sit and relax), and the abundance of greens while inside the resort. The Bistek Bisaya (Visayan version of beef steak) and lengua con champignon are a must-try from its Village Restaurant menu, along with its Village Fried Chicken (really crispy to the bones). Its breakfast buffet offers unique, home-cooked ('lutong bahay') selections, including boiled plantain (saba) and camote, lemongrass tea, and camote tea. Nature's Village Resort provided a breather for me from the busy urban life. :)

The room was so spacious! The bed was huge and it was equipped with standard resort facilities. The resort staff were also accommodating. They allowed us for an early check-in. Breakfast buffet was also delicious though the choices were not too many.

The toilet and bath were separate and were across each other. It was quite a hassle.

The staff is accommodating. We have some requests, though, at the hotel wherein it would take another phone call to get done. But overall,it was a great stay. They serve good food at their resto as well. The service crew are really nice and make sure you are taken cared of. My husband and his frjend who are both from the US, enjoyed it there. Nice beds great rooms. We love that it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Location, facilities, staff and food served at the restaurant were exceptionally great. Room was really well cleaned and furnished with needed things. It always smells fresh and very satisfying to sleep after long days of tiresome fun . All employees met around the property were very courteous and respectful.

Unexpected and accidental toilet knob breakdown .. But help and fixing staff were provided and taken cared of right away. It was tremendously fixed and never happened again.

the property is very old they never upgraded it, you can see old stain old woods hotel need refurbishement, window does not have a security lock that kids can open, TV is working but some channel does not show, wifi is is really bad,

The property is a great place to stay. My room was nice and big, the toilet and the shower are nice. The WiFi or the internet connection was horrible, as if there is none. You cannot connect, the signal strength needs to be fixed. I don’t think there is internet connection.

The property was undergoing some renovations. They were some work on the parking lot which created dust and crowding on the property during our stay on April 19th to to 24th. Our room was upgraded to a suite with an early check-in. We commend the staff for their excellent service from the front desk, servers at the restaurant where we had buffet breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance. The suite room that we had would need minor improvements, the cherry wood flooring had white strips. The decor is a bit dated and had a leak under cabinets of the bathroom sink which was remedied on the second day of our stay. I would come back and stay at the hotel because of the great hospitality of the staff which the highlight of our stay. Kudos to the management for their great staff and hope they do something on the items that we raised.
