The villa was very clean and well-maintained, with a large swimming pool and a modern design. It was also well-equipped with all the cooking tools and essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and fast responding

The only issue we noticed was that the glass doors were not sealing properly, which caused the wind to make noise throughout the night.

I booked these villas for a relaxing place to stay for 10 nights after surgery, and advised staff months in advance I would be there recovering from surgery. They proceeded to place me in the villa at the top of the hill which I had to walk up with no assistance, with a lovely view of the radio tower, as far from the ocean as possible, literally the worst view of all of the ocean view villas, despite having booked months earlier. Villa 'Alina 10'. Upon arriving I was hit by a wall of warmth, despite staff advising me both air conditioners had been on for over 3 hours at 18°. I advised it was extremely warm considering, and she had no idea what I was talking about, but called housekeeping. A man arrived with a ladder which broke as soon as he stepped on it, but he did have a digital temperature gauge so I used it on the air conditioner and sure enough, it was registering at 26°. He took it and put it right at the opening of the air conditioner and it did register 18°- unfortunately that is not how air conditioners work. Air coming out is supposed to be considerably colder than the set temperature by at least 10°. The worst concern however was when they took me to the main bedroom and the indistinguishable stench of mould hit me. I asked if this room had been flooded and staff denied it, despite every timber plank being severely lifted at the edges. Black mould has discoloured the joins of every plank of timber on the floor of the main bedroom. Mould was even coming out of the skirtings which they have obviously been unsuccessful in covering up. I immediately requested another villa and the only other option was on the opposite side (so not the ocean view I'd paid extra for) with the bedroom up three flights of stairs. I requested to leave and was advised I would only be entitled to a 50% refund, when I clearly would never have booked a mouldy villa with inadequate air conditioning.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality provided by Nusa Dua Bayview for me and my family for the past 2-3 months. We feel like home at this villa. The staffs the security were all friendly and helpful people and were always available for assistance. We feel safe here. Location was also good, nearby to many amenities. Nusa Dua Bayview is stunning! It is definitely the best spot in Bali. You live relatively central to all the secret beaches which way better then the beaches in for example Canggu or Seminyak. The privilege to have a private villa with private pool is just great. The whole staff is super friendly the cleaning service is coming two times a week and cleans everything super accurately and also change all towels. As a guest you can write with the staff in case you have any inquires. The Wi-Fi is good, only in rare cases the Wi-Fi have outages for a view minutes. There were only one case where the Wi-Fi were down for hours, but we immediately get access to a external router which made the outrage not a problem. Furthermore, you can ask the staff in case you want to plan some trips for example the waterfalls or to the neighbor island Nusa Penida. They have very good contacts and it’s much cheaper then if you book it over another agency. All in all staying in Nusa Dua Bayview made our trip in Bali perfect and we will definitely coming back.

This place so comfortable, clean, nice, ans staf help us a lot. We stay in here for five a days and i hope can stay to this villa again for the next trip. This place suitable for couples honeymoon. So, i really recommended this place to stay in Nusa Dua, Bali

First time I stayed in Nusa dua with friends, the place completely amazing, we get special price at the moment , the place really clean, quiet , peaceful and the staff completely help us a lot. I totally recommend this place to stay in Nusa Dua.

Great experience of long staying in Bali with Nusa Dua Bayview residence. We lived in Bali for one year and changed several villas, this one was the best and we spend here the rest of our long holiday Nice villas with private pools and kitchens, modern and fully equipped Quite place, so you can totally relax and enjoy your holidays Also the area of residence is close and under full day control, you can feel yourself safe and don’t carry about valuable stuff. I have spent time with my family and we love the spaces and the pool, there is private car port and garage and was a great long stay and enjoy my work from home. I woukd fully recommend this to all and definitely will come back soon

I was stayed here for 2 months together with my friends of mine, we enjoyed so much work from Bali as government program. High speed internet and comfortable beds, huge infinity pool and Alina is much recommended villa for you guys.

I went to many villas in Nusa Dua and found these villa. We stayed at Bawika Villa, master bed room so huge and we love the swimming pool, while working with consistent internet speed, enjoy and we had so much working atmosphere. Definitely will come back as the soonest

My husband and I visited Nusa Dua Bay View for 5 days. During our stay we found it to be comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and the private pool was lovely overlooking the lush greenery of the country. We did face two small problems however. We were told we would get a complimentary airport transfer to the hotel but when we showed up at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. We called the hotel and were told that we had given them the wrong flight information (our information given was correct) and that the driver didn’t find us and left. We had to take a taxi to the hotel. Another thing was that we were not informed prior that the restaurant at the hotel would be closed for the next two months for renovations and that no room service would be available at anytime. Only our breakfast was served to the room. Luckily we had downloaded Gojek and Grab applications which allowed us to order food online without any problems. On our checkout however, on voicing our concerns to the manager, he was nice enough to give us a small reduction on our final hotel stay bill. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

We had visited this place for 2 days of our 15 days trip to Bali. Really nice property with nearly perfect amenities. We travel from Ubud and later to Semiyank. So this was close to GWK and ulutwalu. Overall hotel had nearly everything perfectly lined up. Availability of Bike on rent, breakfast, laundary, toys for pools etc everything was worked out well by staff.

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Room service was very efficient.

We stay here for four nights. When we check in, front desk arranged a room which is cheaper and not what I made reservation. She told me the price of all the rooms are the same, and she can not arrange the original room for us, because that is not available during the time we stay here. I keep telling her that I already made reservation for this room, however, she didn’t say anything but only no room now. I search the website of Nusa Dua Bayview, and I found they price is totally different, and I can book the original room at this time, and show to her. She just said maybe the sales do some mistakes on the website. We keep arguing with them, and, finally gave the original room for 3 nights. And, we have to change the room at 4th morning. (The told me we don’t have to change the room on that day morning). The appearance of Villa is really pretty. As for the room, really lack of maintain. You can find dust easily. Stain of the bath towel, pillow and sheet. There are many insect in the room, especially bathroom, and we also found almost 5-8 centipede during our stay. The view of swimming pool is beautiful. Except for the wrong room arrange, all the staffs are kindly. They also provide us free transfer to the airport because the inconvenience caused. But, I would never come back again, and, this is the most awful hotel stay experience! 入住時櫃檯給了一間比我們預訂房價更便宜的房型，還不斷告訴我們，房價都是一樣的，他沒辦法安排原房型給我們，因為已滿房，當下我立刻查官網，發現價格完全不一樣，而且還有房可以訂，折騰很久後終於給房了，而且是立馬有房! Villa外觀非常美，泳池景也很漂亮(但要住對房），房內維護的非常非常差，很多灰塵，枕頭、床單、棉被、浴巾上都有明顯污漬(每天的都有)，到處都是飛蟲，尤其是浴室，入住的四天內也發現不少蜈蚣， 飯店人員其實都蠻親切的，後來提供我們單趟機場接送，不過這真的是是我最差最差的入住體驗，原本抱著很高的期望來這裡，結果卻非常非常失望，絕對不會再入住！

The first thing I was puzzled was why there was Bay View in the name. Certainly was a misnomer as I can hardly see the bay from the villa. While the staff were friendly and tried their best to help, the build and amenities certainly required more work. The aircon was temperamental and didn’t work at times. Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms could certainly be improved. I also do not understand why there wasn’t a main lock at the front entrance to secure all the rooms. Just having locks to each bed room and not securing the pool or living area certainly was questionable. Thankfully the bed was comfortable.

My partner and I visited Bayview last month. What a fab place. Villa was amazing. Very spacious and very well laid out. The infinity was just breathtaking. The views from the pool were stunning. Found Bayview very relaxing. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely pay another visit to them.

The pictures are legit and the concept of the villas is great, but it’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to take a taxi anytime you want to go anywhere. Additionally, the view from the pool and deck is just a big dirt area full of garbage and power lines. There’s nowhere to sit in the sun. It’s either he under the cabana in shade or be in the pool. The food was not good. They do extremely basic cleaning but there’s dust and stuff like that everywhere. Staff is very difficult to communicate with. Lots of random things that broke or didn’t work at times during our stay (phone, tvs/cable, WiFi, air conditioning). It seems like they put a lot of money into the materials themselves but they cut costs installing and maintaining it all. Additionally, they were doing construction on new things the entire time and we only saw one other villa that was in use, providing a very weird vibe. Also, the locks on the front door have clearly been attempted to have broken into and the lock barely fit in. I’d avoid this place completely and go down closer to the beach where you can walk to shops and restaurants and enjoy the ocean.

Me and my friend was renting Alina Villa for one night,a two floor modern architecture villa located on the top of the nusadua hill,the bedroom and livingroom is really spacious with a big TV screen, pool was clean ,the security,guest service , welcome drink and amenities were great, the environment wasn't so quiet because there some ongoing construction.

Awesome, large villas. Private pool on rooftop was beautiful, not much of a view to look out to but that’s okay. Staff so friendly and helpful. The villa is away from Nusa Dua town but the staff provided free transportation around Nusa Dua so it was easy to get around.

For example, there lots of dust and cobwebs in some places, stained sofa, and stains on some of the walls. This didn't really affect us, but they were apparent. The listing doesn't state and/or show that the villa is open-air. The master bathroom is exposed to the outdoors and immediately outside of the master bathroom, there's an opening at the door which allows geckos and other bugs enter the villa (and it happened several times). In addition, the door to the pool is a gate and not a door, and as a result, bugs and animals were able to come into the villa. We used the smaller bedroom and bathroom and kept the doors closed to reduce the amount of bugs, mosquitos, and geckos coming into the villa. The villa offers a shuttle in and around the Nusa Dua area, but the shuttle driver didn't seem enthused about driving us places. There's nothing to do in the area so you need to take a taxi everywhere. We wouldn't return here. Overall: not a horrible stay, but not the best one either.

This is high quality accommodation about 8 minutes drive from the main beach resort area. An inexpensive taxi arranged by the hotel reception is all you need to reach the more commercial locations. It is 200 metres from a convenience store. A free and simple afternoon "high tea" was most pleasant. I also enjoyed the private swimming pool and used it many times per day to rejuvenate and exercise. Nusa Dua Bayview was the 2nd stage of an enjoyable Bali experience.

We recently stayed at Bayview and would not return. Although the villa was clean and the bed comfortable we did have to ask for extra toilet rolls after the villa was cleaned. It didn't feel very safe with no front door, definitely wouldn't have stayed with young children. The internet was terrible, had to sit halfway down the first set of stairs to get anything decent. Considering the villa sleeps 6 only 2 people could sit comfortably by the pool. The pool was very cold and not very private from the neighbours. We could hear the neighbours scraping their chairs across the floor. Although breakfast was included there is an extra charge for room service, which food and coffee was not even warm when it arrived. The restaurant only offers one alcoholic drink - Bintang. The view from the bar is of waste land. The volcano can be seen if the sky is clear. The staff were friendly. Bali Collection is 10 minutes taxi ride, don't pay more than 50,000idr. We found some drivers reluctant to make the journey back to Bayview.

Simply excellent, one of the best villa’s you will find

Fantastic experience and service, I booked this luxurious villa because of a last minute discount. Everything was so idyllic and on point and when I asked for a late check out, I was expecting an extra hour or two at best, they very kindly told me I could leave at 5PM! Very appreciative of so much kindness and great assistance! Would definitely recommend!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The vegetarian breakfast is lovely and tasty. The only problem is the bedding sheets are getting old (I have found the same problem in the Kuta’s hotel too...).

The villas are massive and nicely furnished. Pool and views were lovely. Staff were helpful and approachable.

部屋の中に蚊、ヤスデ、ネズミ、ゴキブリ、くも、が、イモリ、ヤモリ等とにかく虫が多い。そこらじゅう隙間だらけだし半野外のスペースも！キッチンも半野外で現地の家の炊事場って感じで使う気になれない。無駄に広いだけで使い勝手の悪い造り！

電気水道が一斉に止まった。朝食、夕食ともにレストランではメニューにはあるが用意できないメニューがたくさんあった。部屋の中はハエの死骸がすごく、掃除もされない。

Staff were friendly, service was excellent. It's relaxing and quiet. They have a cool restaurant with good view. The only thing is, it is not suitable for the one who cannot stand for insects. Since it's on the mountain and their bathroom, kitchen and access to the pool is open to the nature, insect cannot be avoided to be honest.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location. Amazing private pool overlooking the area ,very well equipped with kitchen facilities and Lounge area ,the beds are large and extremely comfortable ,stunning bathrooms and fast WiFi. We love the location totally quiet away from the hustle and bustle but yet a short taxi ride away from the seafront at Nusa Dua. The private rooftop pool and seating area is amazing Breakfast is varied and made fresh every morning, thoroughly enjoyed the healthy bowl and fresh juices. We are at night in the restaurant which was also excellent and very reasonable. The staff are all super lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to assist if you need anything. Thoroughly recommend and will be staying here again on our next trip !

Staff were great. This is a complex in the process of being built and the condos are beautiful and new. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. An 8-10 km taxi ride down to Nua Dusa but the accoms were worthwhile and value for money..could NOT be better.
