Toilets are wrost...very small and shower water falling all over the toilet. Water drains very slowly. Breakfast has very limited options with same menu daily.

Exceptional boutique hotel with a beautiful view, sunset view of water from the hilltop. Can walk down to beach in 20 minutes . Restaurants on main strip and convenience stores , main bus to airport runs along the main street. Daily maid service. Beds good. Shower , no tub. Kettle only. Did not see a safe. Pool is spectacular, huge, clean. Sundeck, bar near. Great breakfast with a view. This is by itself a destination. Of course I want to come back. I loved my sunset balcony, the pool, the food.

Location is inside an alleyway. It’s not a big deal. Because it can stay away from a street’s noise. The staff are pretty friendly, nice and attentive. They always give me instructions where to eat or visit.

Расположение в центре, идти вглубь почти без уклона, но потом очень крутой подъем метров 200, материшься, но идешь)) до пляжа возят не всегда, водитель может просто не приехать или не хватит места, с этим не понятно, идти минут 20-25. В целом отель просто вау! Территория маленькая, но невероятные джунгли вокруг, бассейн большой и очень чистый, закаты отсюда выше всех похвал. Матрасы и подушки очень удобные, завтрак потрясающий: все виды блюд из яиц, кофе горячий и кофе со льдом, соки в баночках, десерты очень вкусные, салаты и микрозелень, оливки, несколько заправок, черри, огурцы, сыр, ветчина, йогурты, кешью и арахис, сушенный манго, джемы, мясо/курица, суп - проще сказать чего нет)) Минус: это огромный уклон, если нужно добежать до магазина что-то купить - это будет не так просто (шикарный вид это компенсирует) и то что в центре грязное море (были в феврале 2026), советую взять 4-5 ночей чтобы понаслаждаться видами из отеля и бассейном, посмотреть достопримечательности рядом, а потом поехать на Онг Ленг (там чисто и красиво) или Кхем, так мы и сделали) персонал хороший, отель советую))

The hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its mountain location and lovely pool, but there is a lot of room for improvement. The villas are showing their age, with a noticeable musty smell and trash left by the entrance. Most frustratingly, we had no water for showers for several hours two nights in a row. It’s a 'not great, not terrible' experience that could be amazing with better upkeep

Rooms lights can be more vibrant. It looked very dull hotel toilets needs to be renovated. Its on top of the hill. If anyone one booking it for first time be prepared to walk. Otherwise best option to hire scooters on very first day.

There is absolutely no customer centricity in this property, we asked for water the receptionist replied stating its ur check out today pls come and drink it in restaurant, when asked for coffee packs they mentioned its out of stock.. I paid a huge amount of money for the stay, paid for 2 days but actually stayed only for a day as i checked in too late, if i would have been aware of this i would have booked something else

All rooms smelled strongly of damp and mold. Even the villa :( Very unhealthy and difficult to breath. Long walk up the hill. Not recommend for older people.

רמת ניקיון לא מספיק טובה, לפעמים לא ניקו/סידרו לנו את החדר במהלך השהייה שלנו, היו לא מעט נמלים בחדר, פעם אחת ביקשתי פעמיים לנקות את הרצפה כי נכנסנו לחדר מלוכלך ולצערי לא ניקו.

The carpet on the hallway was damaged and dirty. Our mountain view room smelled of mold. My asthma was triggered, I could not breathe and sleep properly.We cut short our stay and moved to a better hotel. The photos used to advertise on booking.com were deceiving and different in reality.

Location staff, my wife forget her phone in the taxi. We connected with the hotel staff and they safely go the phone returned to us. Breakfast is amazing. And good options for vegetarians also.

Отель как оазис. Дорога, по которой подниматься к отелю так себе (мусор, грязно, собаки), но, попадая на территорию, будто оказываешься в другом мире: зелено, красиво, спокойно! Если не любите ходить пешком, точно не для вас: до пляжа спокойным шагом минут 15-20 Нам сделали апгрейд до виллы с видом на море, приятно, спасибо! Иногда после 23 у бассейна очень шумные компании собираются, персонал никак не реагирует, приходилось выходить самим. В бассейне купаться приятно, лежаков мало, но и народу днём в отеле остается немного. Очень вкусные завтраки, в сравнении с многими отелями Вьетнама. Вид на море красивый!

Уборка не очень тщательная, остается пыль, хотя в целом персонал старается.

The hotel was run down and looked very different to the pictures, our room was dirty on arrival and smelt like sewage throughout the stay, the breakfast was also very average with flies hanging around the fruit and only one pair of tongs for 5 different items. The staff were friendly enough but definitely not the best service we've had. It wasn't a horrible experience but it didn't meet our expectations and unfortunately we won't choose this hotel again.

Bad and terrible experience! Hotel informed me that the room will be ready at 2pm, but turns out our room was ready at around 3:30pm. We woke up at 4am in that morning and took an early flight which I expect the room is ready at 2pm as informed by the hotel. We were extremely tired and very exhausted waiting at the hotel lobby. The staff just kept telling us they were fixing something in the room. That’s ridiculous! Hotel also promised to arrange decoration for our honeymoon stay, but nothing has been prepared. We found it too annoying to communicate with them again and we just let go. Toilet paper is not refilled after house-keeping. Have to walk to the lobby, told to reception, and await for a few hours for them to arrange. It always takes long for them to handle one simple request. What my recommendation would be “If you have alternatives, skip this hotel. If you cannot find another hotel, don’t come to Phu Quoc Island and avoid staying in this hotel.”

Pour le prix de l'hôtel je m'attendais à quelque chose de mieux . L'espace extérieur et la piscine sont les points forts les chambres sont désuètes et le ménage reste fait en surface. La rue aussi pour se rendre à l'hôtel il y a beaucoup d'odeurs en marchant vers la rue principale.

The saltwater electrolysis pool at TomHill is not only amazing in terms of water quality but also offers a prime location. From the pool, I can see the entire resort and the distant beach.

Уборка номера ужасная. Полы не убирали, полотенца постоянно недодавали, то нет для рук, то нет для ног, то положили полотенца для бассейна. Мусор выбрасывали выборочно. Подушка слишком плоская и тонкая, в шкафу подушка дополнительная есть, но такая грязная, что лучше бы не видеть. Умывальные принадлежности на одного человека, мыла не дали совсем. Отель когда-то был хорошим, наверное, сейчас следы увядания во всем, экономия.

علقت على باب الغرفة بعدم تنظيفها وانا خارج للنزهة ولكن الظاهر لم ينتبهوا وقاموا بتنظيفها لا يوجد محارم ورقية في الغرفة سوى الموجودة في دورة المياه وطلبنا منهم ولم يحضروها

I love Tom Hill Boutique Resort & Spa. They have the best and most friendly people working at the hotel. The location is super and the view is amazing! I kept booking more nights because I did not want to leave this great place and these friendly people.

Die Aussicht ist gut. Allerdings schaut man auch auf Müllhalden rechts und Links neben dem Hotel. Es wirkt leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Keine Reinigung der Zimmer während des Aufenthaltes. Schimmel und Stockflecken überall. Generell müsste alles mal wieder schick gemacht werden. Das Personal ist bemüht aber überfordert, aber die Barriere der Sprache spürbar. Die so viele positiven Bewertungen kann ich schwer nachvollziehen. Es fehlt der rote Faden. Wenn ich ins Verhältnis setze, was ich hier für 5 Nächte gezahlt habe, war es dies nicht wert.

The lush, peaceful environment was perfect for unwinding after busy workdays. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a fantastic mountain view. My kids loved the pool and the small organic vegetable garden. Breakfast was delicious and varied, especially the fresh fruit juices. We’ll definitely come back!

From positive I would list the view from the hotel (not the room), infinity pool and good variety of food at breakfest.

The service at this hotel is terrible, and the most disappointing part is the reception—they seem completely uninterested in working. I spent 10 nights here and still have no idea how the shuttle to the beach works, nor did I receive any clear information about the restaurant or the spa. The biggest concern is safety. Upon arrival, we discovered that the inner door between our room and the neighboring one couldn’t be locked. According to other guests’ reviews, there had already been incidents of money being stolen. Despite multiple requests to the reception, nothing was done to address the issue. Additionally, if you have kids or are afraid of dogs, be cautious—the road from the main street to the hotel is poorly lit and full of stray dogs. While they are not aggressive, they tend to bark at people.

Breakfast is boring, of the same type, if you do not eat pork, then it will be difficult for you to have breakfast. When we stayed at the hotel, there was only one chicken.

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main street with its bars, restaurants, and massage salons—yet the resort itself is peaceful, surrounded by nature, where you wake up to the sound of birds singing. The daily walk up and down the hill was a great free workout! The staff were incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and varied every morning. We also loved the free pool table on the terrace—a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to all the local attractions, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Silent location with a great sunset view. Clean and conformable rooms. Responsive and pleasant staff. It's possible to rent a motorbike directly in the resort with a good price. They have good enough breakfast and lunch/dinner options. The territory of the resort is very beautiful.

We tried massage at their spa, but it was very deep and painful. I guess it's a common problem of the most spa of Vietnam.

Pool. The bed was large. The lady who served the welcome drinks was wonderful. The staff tried their best to help us with our situation. But it was discouraging nonetheless.

They did not have our booking which we made through Booking.com Because they did not have our booking, they could only offer us accommodations for 1 night. We cut our holiday short and returned home to Hanoi. This was very disappointing. *I also tried to connect with Booking.com and this was incredibly challenging. Eventually, someone emailed me from Booking.com and asked for my confirmation # etc. I responded and I never heard back from them.

The breakfast was of a very high quality with lots of options to suit everyone's tastes. The rooms were kept very clean. They hotel hostest a really fun NYE party. The buffet was delicious and the staff were really accommodating and fun. It is only a short walk to many excellent places to eat and about a 15 minute walk to a gorgeous beach.

Although it is not currently very crowded, it gives a glimpse of the past as a four-star hotel. It can be seen that even now, all the staff are doing their best to save the hotel. In order to solve the problems written in the review, they provided a quick vehicle pickup service and replaced the safe. The price was low, and as a genius member of the Booking.com, I benefited from early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrade, my satisfaction increased. In particular, I was very grateful to receive a birthday cake for my companion. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a friendly, cost-effective four-star boutique hotel near tourist attractions. In particular, the kindness of the staff and the condition of the room are good.

I recently stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort and Spa and had a great experience. The location is quite central, perched on a hill, offering spectacular sunset views. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing support via WhatsApp which made communication very convenient. The buffet, though not extensive, was good and had a cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, and the fresh morning air added a refreshing start to the day. A special highlight was their accommodation of our late flight by offering a late check-out, which was much appreciated. Although my stay was just for a day, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was good, a good variety of food was on offer. The location was a bit far from the main street and is located on a hill, so you need to be in good physical health to manage this walk to and from the main road. The pool is big and clean.

A transport option between the hotel and the main road would be a bonus.

If you are not afraid of insects and animals, it is an okay hotel. We experienced that the air was very bad and we found a gray silverfish. We did get another upgraded room where the air was much better, but we immidiately found another disgusting insect in the shower. When we caught the insect in a cup and went down to the reception with it, the person who was there was so frightened that he almost jumped, so it was not only us who thought it was disgusting! There are also a LOT of ants everywhere, in the room, the bathroom, the carpet in the hallway, on the food at breakfast, and on the breakfast tables. We travel on a budget, so we didn't have the opportunity to change hotels. We stayed there for a week. It was okay to stay there when we regularly removed ants from the room, didn't eat cakes from the breakfast buffet, made sure there were no ants on the dishes, removed ants from the fruit, and avoided the bread slices with ants. The hotel is up a hill from the beach and main street. We thought it didn't matter, as we don't mind walking up and down hills. But the downside was that there were often dogs in the street in the evening that bark aggresively when you walk by. Although we reported the insect findings, we didn't hear anything more from the staff, and don't know if they did take any actions. Towels, toilet paper and water were also missing several times, so we had to ask for it.

Hotellet var rent och fint, frukosten var dock ofta väldigt utplockad. Hotellet låg på ett berg så blev en ordentlig promenad varje gång man skulle ut från hotellet. Vi kom förtidigt och satte oss och väntade på att få checka in, men fick inte checka in föränn 14.40. Men personalen var väldigt trevliga.

If you want a quiet stay not far from everything, Tom Hill is a good choice. It is a few km from the busy night market and up on a hill which overseeing the sea. Hotel provides free buggy to the main street (600m walk away) but the service is until 6pm only. So you have walk back after dinner. We rented a motorbike the second day so transport is not a problem anymore. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of choices. Awesome infinity pool in the hotel. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is okay but the bathroom is a bit outdated. Overall it is a good stay.

Stayed her for one week and overall it was a pleasent stay. Staff is very friendly, the pool is clean and Nice, breakfast is decent. It's a good idea to go early to the breakfast as If you Come late, you'll might face that Everything is empty and they won't refill dishes that are out. Even though they claim breakfast is from 06:30-09:30. I did experience this once when I Come for breakfast around 08:45. Unfortunately a Group of starving chinese people came before me... Leaving me scrubs. Room cleaning could be better scheduled as I experienced that it was very random also in quality (refilling towels / filling mini bar ect.) I had to call / ask receptions/Staff a few times for different items. Due a build next to the hotel it was quite noisy in the morning. They started each morning around 07:15 am with construction. I must admit that If I knew this before booking the hotel, I've would have found another place. I would recommended the hotel to considder giving the rooms a good scrubdown cleaning once a while, as I did notice that walls, bathroom ect. All had minor stains. Stains that could easily been washed away - this should be a minor thing and a low budget investment for the hotel to do as it would lift the standard a noch and give the customer a better experience during their stay.

음... 일단 감동적일 정도로 친절했습니다. 공항 픽업은 물론 사파리 셔틀 버스 타러 갈 때도 데려다주고 언덕에 있어서 주변에 아무것도 없다는 것이 좀 단점이지만 그래도 별로 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 즈엉동 야시장도 가까워서 택시를 타도 얼마 나오지 않았어요. 조식도 가격대비 훌륭했고 조용하고 룸도 깨끗하고 친절하고 다 좋았어요.

Fint hotell med fantastisk utsikt och en riktigt stor pool. Mycket att välja på till frukost. Ligger en bit ifrån den värsta trafiken. Bra avslappningsställe.

Vi kände oss välkomna och uppskattade som gäster på Tom Hill. Personalen var mycket vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Rummet och hela anläggningen var tipptopp, vårt familjerum var på baksidan och vette från trädgården/havsutsikten men rummet kändes svalt och skönt. Extra plus för det buddistiska templet vi hade nästan direkt utanför vårt fönster. Fantastiskt fin utomhusmiljö med trädgård och pool som vi utnyttjade till fullo. God och varierad frukost. Hit återvänder vi gärna.

Very few of the personnel had any clue on hotel or restaurant services. Food was not good, frozen pizzas, undercooked fish etc. Hotel side room cleaning some days removed all the towels, some days left extras. Toilet paper you get only one roll and get new one only whwn that was used. Examples are numerous. Very few spoke any english, and understood even less. Good view from the hotel and pool area was nice.

A really lovely new hotel in serene surroundings. Staff genuinely couldn't do more to help and always greeted with a warm smile. Only 2 minor gripes. As it is a new hotel there is still some building work going on and the surrounding grounds could do with a clear up and try location is at the top of a very steep hill which could cause problems for people who find walking distances a problem and it is a little too far away from then main high street with everything going on, but this can easily be rectified by taking one of the many cheap cans that are available on the island.
