La ubicación en la ciudad era buena y en general estaba limpio.

No entiendo muy bien porque este alojamiento tiene tan buena puntuación, las fotos de booking son todo mentira. Para empezar no es un hotel, son habitaciones a las que accedes por una agencia de viajes, el balcón que aparece en las fotos da a una fachada de una tienda de ropa y a una pared llena de aires acondicionados (vamos que hay que tener siempre cerrado). Las fotos de la azotea y el desayuno son el hotel de al lado, que es donde te llevan a desayunar.Por no hablar de que las ventanas no cierran y dejan una rendija de 1 cm en cada una. El baño correcto, pero la ducha muy vieja y desgastada. El problema es que lo venden como hotel y es más un hostal, por el precio que pagas hay HOTELES mucho mejores en la misma zona. Incluso miramos la opción de cambiarnos de alojamiento al llegar, pero desde recepción no nos dieren la opción de disponer de cancelación gratis, por suerte solo estuvimos dos noches.

Cách âm kém quá, phòng mình book ở phía ngay đường và đường phố cổ còn hẹp nên đêm xuống chỉ cần xe máy đi qua, bíp còi hay tiếng người nói chuyện cũng đã nghe thấy rồi. Rất khó ngủ với người không quen tiếng ồn.

we stayed for 3 nights. the location near the lake and the church. all shops are nearby. the room was spacious, has smart tv and mini fridge, bed and pillow comfy. we got free upgrade from double room to triple room. the staff very friendly and nice. also, every floor only has one room so it feels like a private apartment.

the only problem we found was the air conditioner is not cold. we set it at 18°C but the room feels like 25°C. i think it needs maintenance service.

Overall erg goed voor een hotel midden in het centrum. alles prima, ontbijt, bedden, service, Prijs kwaliteit meer dan prima.

Great location, very friendly staff, room good, bed comfy, shower good, breakfast at the hotel nearby was fine.

Pour notre premier séjour à Hanoï, nous avons choisi cet hotel situé dans le Old Quarter. L’hôtel possède 3 bâtiments avec une chambre par étage. Après notre périple à Sapa et notre croisière sur la baie d’Halong, nous avons choisi de retourner dans cet hotel en raison de la gentillesse et la serviabilité de l’équipe. Ils nous ont aidé à réserver notre bus de nuit pour Sapa et notre croisière d’une nuit sur la baie d’Halong, la logistique était impeccable !

Le quartier était animée, certaines chambres sont moins bien insonorisées que d’autres.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein sauberes Hotel und eine perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Am Abreisetag mussten wir schon vor dem Frühstück zum Flughafen. Das Team hat deshalb für uns beide ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet und bereits ein Taxi für 5:30 Uhr organisiert. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Hôtel pour une nuit et c'est largement suffisant. La chambre sentait l'humidité et n'était pas très propre. Confort rudimentaire. Salle de bain vétuste. Pour le prix, je pense que l'on peut trouver mieux à Hanoï.

Er zijn betere hotels in die buurt voor die prijs. We hebben van hotel moeten veranderen omwille van een stroompanne en zijn dan in een beter hotel terecht gekomen.

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour à Hanoï dans le vieux quartier. Tracy à l'accueil a été exceptionnelle avec nous. Nos bagages en soute étant perdus à l'arrivée, de nombreuses difficultés ont dû être gérées sur place, et Tracy n'a pas hésité à s'occuper de tout alors même que nous n'étions plus dans son hôtel. Une aide précieuse et toujours souriante. Nous avons pu également réserver des activités et transport directement avec elle, et ça nous a grandement facilité le séjour. La chambre était nickel, la salle de bain très pratique et avec de nombreux accessoires fournis. Le lit est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'immeuble à côté avec un très bon buffet. Allez y sans hésiter.

Værelset var ikke stort. Der var ikke meget plads til 4 personer og bagage. Elevatoren var meget lille.

・立地がよい。旧市街やホアンキエム湖などもそばにあり、各所へアクセスしやすい。 ・お部屋がとてもきれい ・朝食は、近所の別ホテルの10階の小さなところでビュッフェ。ベトナム料理は少なく、お腹休めによさそう。 今回、バックパックでの一人旅で、ホテルや周辺でのんびり観光ではなかったので、こんなよいホテルに値段はちょっともったいなかったなーと思いました。 でも、ハノイ観光をするためだったら、ゆっくりできてとてもよいと思います！

Emplacement parfait pour Hanoïw cherchez pas mieux. Le personnel a ete très disponible et a tout fait pour nous rendez la vie facile ( navette vers aéroport, douche tardive avant de prendre l'avion) et prenait le temps de discuter avec nous. La chambre est bien, propre et confortable. Le petit dej (dans l'hôtel d'à côté) était vraiment très très bien (continental ou local...)

À deux pas du lac et du centre, l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Il n’y a qu’une chambre par étage qui sont spacieuses et le balcon donne sur une rue qui est calme la nuit. La personne à l’accueil était très agréable.

La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie, mais elle est propre et fonctionnelle.

I had a wonderful experience at Family Hanoi Hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The tour I booked through them was also fantastic, and my room was very comfortable and clean.

The staff is really nice, we booked a standard room for two people but they gave us the suit because it was free and bigger and quieter… we didnt like that there was a open shower so the bathroom floor would be all wet so they let us change to a tree bedroom with a closed shower.

It looks like the pictures but some rooms hat a bit of a wet amel but this is normal in vietnam i think …. as already mentioned the open showers but everyone hat different wishes in generell it was clean but of course it was a little bit older so some things looked used. The breakfast is in another hotel next door but was okay.

Super lokalizacja, przy jeziorze, 15 minut spacerkiem do train street. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, śniadania w hotelu obok na 10 piętrze. Fantastyczna obsługa na recepcji, pomogli we wszystkim. Wygodne łóżka, sklep całodobowy tuż obok.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main square, markets and lake. The staff are nice and gave us an upgrade to a balcony room. Beds were really comfy!

We were grateful for the balcony room upgrade, however the noise of the Main Street kept us awake.

Drobné zmatky se snídaní (včetně/extra), ale nakonec se operativně vyjasnilo k naší max.spokojenosti.

Schöne Seitenstraße dadurch etwas ruhiger, trotzdem mitten in Geschehen! Wir haben sogar ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade bekommen :)

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff also went above and beyond by allowing us to store our luggage and offering us a place to shower long after check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

L'emplacement est parfait 100 m du lac. L'entrée est surprenante car on entre par une agence de voyage. Une chambre par étage. Personnel très agréable, et tous les services sont disponibles. Petits déjeuners dans hôtel voisin absolument grandiose.

El trato del personal fue excelente, nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos recomendaron muchos sitios alrededor. El hotel no podía estar mejor ubicado en el old quartier y el desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Hanoi! Very convenient location — everything is nearby: attractions, cafes, and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Super breakfasts: a variety of fruits, fresh salads, and good coffee. Another big plus is the ability to book tours directly at the hotel, which is very convenient and saves time. Only positive impressions — I would gladly stay here again!

What a good hotel nearby the Hanoi center, you can walk to all the attraction and good restaurants, the cafe... Very good breakfast. The room is clean and nice. The staff especially Tract at front desk is the best, very friendly and helful.

La localisation est parfait, au centre du vieux quartier tout en étant dans une petite rue plus calme. Le rapport qualité prix de l’hôtel est très bien. Le personnel est très agréable et enfin le petit déjeuner qui se fait dans un hôtel à côté est très bon!

Nous n’avons pas été logé dans l’établissement même mais dans un hôtel de remplacement nettement moins bien. Néanmoins un geste commercial a été fait et nous remercions l’équipe de Family Hanoi hôtel.

The front desk staff ( which I forgot to get the name ) was very friendly and accommodating. The room is big enough for us 3 and supplies were replenished everyday. The breakfast which is in another hotel was nice. They prefer cash payment.

That the room was only cleaned at around 3pm ( on our third day ). It would have been nicer to go back to a refreshed room after lunch because it was so hot outside. The AC should be colder.
