The hotel was in a great place, with a fantastic view on the balloons in the morning. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly, helpful and considerate, suggesting places to see and where to eat, and accommodating for a vegan Turkish breakfast.

I recommend the Wings Hotel in Cappadocia. Our stay was wonderful. The room is super clean, organized, and very cozy. Very comfortable bed, great shower. The environment is very peaceful, the internet worked really well, delicious breakfast. Excellent location. Beautiful view to watch the balloons at sunrise and the sunset. Truly unforgettable. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Hakan and Sedar for the sightseeing tips, for their very kind and warm welcome. They made all the difference. Great value for money. I highly recommend it! It exceeded my expectations. I hope to return with the rest of my family.

Our stay at Wings Cappadocia Hotel was a very good experience. First of all, it has a perfect location and very intelligent staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hakan. With his recommendations, we had an unbelievable trip in Cappadocia. He gave us the right recommendations to explore all of Cappadocia. The hot air balloons, horse riding, ATV tour, underground city, and the Green and Red tours were amazing. Incredible breakfast! Good job. I highly recommend it to all of my friends. Ужасный опыт. Номер с запахом канализации и чёрной плесенью, деньги не вернули Мы забронировали этот отель из-за высокого рейтинга, но реальность оказалась совершенно другой. После заселения мы оставили чемоданы в номере и ушли гулять. Когда вернулись, в номере был сильный неприятный запах канализации. Мы открыли окно и пытались проветрить номер около двух часов, но запах никуда не исчез. В номере было невозможно находиться, дышать и тем более спать. Когда мы начали искать источник запаха, обнаружили большое пятно чёрной плесени почти на всю стену. Также в номере были большие щели в окнах. Фотографии прилагаю. Мы обратились к сотруднику отеля и попросили поменять номер, потому что жить в таких условиях невозможно, особенно с ребёнком. Нам ответили, что свободных номеров нет, а запах канализации якобы является «нормальной ситуацией» для отелей этого региона после дождей, и что гости просто терпят. Мы приняли решение уехать в другой отель, не проведя в этом номере ни одной ночи. Сотрудник сказал, что деньги вернуть не может, но на следующий день владелец свяжется с Booking, чтобы решить вопрос возврата хотя бы за одну ночь. На следующий день владелец написал мне, что возврат за одну ночь возможен только если я скажу Booking, что уехал добровольно по личным причинам. Я отказался говорить неправду, потому что мы уехали не по личным причинам, а потому что номер был непригоден для проживания из-за запаха канализации и плесени. После этого владелец заявил, что раз я не согласен на такую формулировку, он спишет оплату за все две ночи по правилам отеля. В итоге с нас списали деньги за двое суток, хотя мы не ночевали в этом отеле ни одной ночи. Ставлю самый низкий рейтинг, особенно из-за отношения владельца. Если вам важно здоровье ваше и ваших детей, я не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Дышать в номере с сильным запахом канализации и большой чёрной плесенью небезопасно.

We had a fantastic stay! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Elias handled any requests we had and coordinated our tour bookings. Breakfast was a highlight, truly delicious! The atmosphere felt personal and cozy, and we especially appreciated the excellent travel tips from Mr. Hakan! The location of the hotel was beautiful, with a great view of the valley and numerous fairy chimneys and caves all around!

The location was beautiful and very scenic. Awesome beds and quaint atmosphere of the hotel was great. Breakfast was really nice with attentive hosts and good service.

We had 2 rooms booked. But the rooms were on different floors. The bathroom didn't have locks. In one of the rooms, toilet and bathroom had just glass swing doors.

Uçhisar en hiver n’est pas très bien situé! Göreme est plus adapté mais ce n’est vrai que l’hiver. Petit bémol pour l’odeur de la salle de bain.

Very welcoming boutique hotel, really felt home away from home. It is tastefully decorated without feeling pretentious. Loved our rooms, and daily breakfast was way beyond expectations. Short walk to the square for restaurants and convenience stores.

We had a wonderful time at Wings Cappadocia- the room was large, clean, quiet , and breakfast was delicious. My favorite part of my stay at that hotel was enjoying the evening fire pit with music from the front desk staff ( and his stories ) and enjoying the very delicious green bean dish that was homemade ! Thanks again for a memorable stay at your hotel !

La vista al palacio por un lado, al valle entero por el otro, la ubicación (Uchisar, un pueblo un poco más tranquilo que Goreme y donde todo es menos turístico y más auténtico). De verdad que una de las mejores estadías que he tenido! Gracias a Hakan y a todo el personal!!

Absolutely lovely hotel with wonderful views, best breakfast in Turkey, and an amazing bathroom. Loved the rooftop terraces to catch sunset. We went with my brother & sister in law & had a fabulous time.

We had the most incredible stay at Wings Cappadocia Hotel. The superior cave room was spacious, comfortable, and felt more like home than a hotel. Every morning we woke up to a beautiful skyline of hot air balloons, paired with an amazing breakfast spread. Hakan and his team went above and beyond with their hospitality—by the end of our stay, we truly felt more like friends than guests. He gave us fantastic recommendations and was extremely accommodating throughout. Bella, the sweetest hotel dog, quickly became my new best friend and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience. 10/10 recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again. If you’re visiting Cappadocia, this is the place to be!

Very good location good view for sunrise and sunset

Room was not cleaned when we requested it with a baby it made everything very difficult and people tried walking in after when we were trying to put the baby to sleep which annoyed us

Lovely small hotell with very helpful staff that helped us with both transfer and balloontrip. Excellent Turkish homemade breakfast and two sundecks where you can watch the balloons in the sunrise. The room we had was a luxurious big cave room. We were very happy with our stay and really recommend it.

The staff is amazing, customer service was more than than 5 stars! Every morning breakfast was my favorite part of the day. The food was fresh and tasty. The hotel is very peace and have the best view in Uchisar! I love it!

Fantastic series of terraces to catch views of Uchisar Castle and the hot air balloons. Very welcoming staff and super comfortable king-size bed. Overall, a terrific stay.

Maybe creamer in the room to go with the coffee, but when I asked, real milk was provided, even better!

The location is perfect, high up in the best town in Cappadocia, Uchisar, so the views of the surrounding area are fantastic. I did not go on a hot air balloon ride, but the view of the balloons from the roof of the hotel was magical. Staff members Serdar and Ilyas were very friendly and helpful. This is a luxury experience and not to be missed if you are in Cappadocia.

The property was great with beautiful views of town, and the food was amazing everyday! We truly enjoyed staying at this location. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. We were a party of 8, and they went out of their way to make sure we were all taken care of. I would 100% recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying here again.

Very pleasant stay. The staff members are warm and helpful, and they tried every way they can to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast is awesome. Very fresh and we very much enjoyed the B&B type 'home' feeling. We needed laundry and they found a local vendor to wash our personal items - thank you so much!

The owner, manager, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very communicative, making us feel right at home, even during our two-night stay. We received plenty of tips about local tours. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring a diverse array of local dishes, breads, and condiments. The rooftop was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing both in the morning and at night, offering a stunning view.

We had a fantastic stay at the Wings Hotel. There are a few highlights, 1/ the breakfast has a lot of options and very fresh. 2/ the terrance is very spacious, and you can watch the hot air balloon with a fantastic panorama view. 3/ The staffs are especially helpful. We had a tire blow-off at on the way back to the hotel, but the rental company does not speak good English, Serdar the staff on night duty helped us a few hours to resolve the issue, and the next day, he also helped us to test the repaired car. We can’t be more grateful!

Had an amazing stay at Wings Cappadocia. A wonderful hotel in Uchisar with great views, friendly staff and a great environment for families. Our kids loved it! Big thanks to Hakan, Serdar, Ilyas and the team for their hospitality and making us feel so welcome.

We loved the decor, such a beautiful use of old recycled items. Our bedroom, bathroom and sitting room was very spacious. Great to open the curtains in the morning and see the balloons! Highly recommend visiting Shecooks restaurant directly opposite hotel. We had the set menu which was tasting menu which was absolutely divine. A young couple took it over 6 months ago, they explained the food to us, ohh and it has a view!!

We had a nice big room with aircondition and an excellent bathroom. Beds were comfy and the breakfast had a nice selection of jams, egg (or omelette) and other delicacies. Also good coffy! No view from the breakfast room but great view in all directions from the terrace where we sat and drank a couple of our own beer during the evening. Definitely a place I would recommend.

We had such and amazing stay at Wings, the cave room was such a special way of experiencing Cappadocia! The biggest highlight was Hakan, the host, he provided the best suggestions for us and was always pending that our stay was outstanding. The breakfast was the best one we had during our holidays and set up the bar way too high! Very personalised experience and we can’t wait to go back.

The rooms were spacious and clean. It is a small hotel with exceptional customer service. The owner of the hotel, Hakan Bey has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He is very helpful in making your stay a special one. We particularly liked the breakfast.

We stayed for four nights with our two daughters in April and worked with Hakan before we arrived to organise all of our activities. The hotel is a charming and very comfortable with a lovely varied breakfast which catered for all of our tastes. The trips which Hakan had suggested and arranged for us all exceeded our expectations and when our balloon trip was cancelled due to the weather conditions, we did not have to discuss any alternative plans as Hakan had already secured an alternative date for us which worked well with or agenda. We had 2 cave rooms which were very comfortable and gave us a unique experience. The hotel is a short walk into the town and just a few minutes to some exceptional restaurants. If you are planning on visiting Cappadocia, we would certainly recommend the Wings Cappadocia Hotel.

The room was magical and had a unique and careful touch to each element of the decor. The atmosphere of the stone buildings and beautiful terrace view is truly something to experience. The owner was extremely hospitable and a delight to chat to. Same for Sem, who was also super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our stay in Turkey. What a Nice mushroom Cave Hotel. We checked google review before we booked as well as expedia and it was indeed best decision. we are literally next to the Castle Uchisar. 6min walk. The place is amazing. The hospitality is 10/10. Kudos to the team and Sam ( Serdar) was top notched. He helped us get taxi, book for dinner reservations even and booked us ATV tour that we randomly decided. My suggestion for anyone who will stay here is to message them ahead so they can book for any itinerary that you want since they know more and can help you with it. Whatssup is a big thing in Turkey Cappadocia so it’s very easy to communicate via text( whatssup ) or even call. The room we had was amazing. they even made sure we got a note since this is our honeymoon vacation. Its clean, quiet and of course the breakfast is excellent. the view anytime night or morning sunrise to sunset is amazing wake up early to see the hot air balloon take lots of video and photo and have breakfast after . The room was the right temperature in the winter and hot water was readily available. The property manager/owner Hakan's personal supervision of breakfast everymorning was exceptional part of the stay at Wings. The made to order omlettes and all the condiments provided provided an excellent start to our day. The staff was really helpful in arranging transportation to the underground city, booking the hot air ballon ride and even restaurant reservations for dinner. Overall a very pleasant memorable stay in the stone Hotel with awesome views from the terrace and stone's throw away from the Uchisair castle.

The hotel at great location with panoramic view of the valley, as in pictures. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Can access to gerome easily by taxi (approx 250 lira) We booked our balloon ride through the hotel. And it was one of the best. When we booked the ride was 245, it came down tp 170 euros. We loved our stat at Wings. Everyone from Staff to the owner Hakan were very accommodating and helpful. They catered to every single need of ours including milk for kids at odd hours. Breakfast was an amazing home made Turkish spread and the views from the top were breathtaking.

I like staying in the cave room. Cool, clean and so comfortable. The bed so nice to tug in and sleep. I stay for 2 nights. The owner is so humble and kind. He is very helpful, he gives some ideas how to fill our time in since our hot ballon flight was cancel due the weather. The breakfast was good. The staff also friendly. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very nice, good location with good restaurants near that you can go in walking distance. Great view, good rooms, cozy and some nice decorations (not fancy). Breakfast was WONDERFUL… But the extra came from a very special attention we received from Mr. Hakan - he helped us in everything: good advices, good transportation, good balloon voyage and everything on market prices. In the end… we were on the way to airport and my wife noticed that she forgot a pair of sandals at hotel, we called Mr. Hakan and he came to meet us halfway to avoid us losing the flight. Not easy to visit Turkey because it is very far from our country, but if in the future we can we will go back to Capadocia and stay in Wings Hotel again.

Beautifully designed and a well run place. It’s like a little gem in the town. The hotel overlooks the Uchisar castle with Is a sight to behold. Owner Hakan brings in his charm to the place and makes every guest feel at home and get special treatment. It was a pleasure to stay here.

We felt very welcomed as if we were the most important guests staying there. We were greeted by Hakan (owner) he was very attentive to our needs. Also met his wife and enjoyed an amazing breakfast.

We did not like that we only spent one night there. We should have stayed longer.
