Un accueil exceptionnel , très attentif à toutes nos demandes , en particulier pour nous réserver un garage proche. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent , pour les gourmands des pâtisseries typiques Nous avons été conquis .

The property is very quiet. It is in a lovely local authentic neighborhood out of the busy tourist section. And yet, around the corner is Pitti Palace. Breakfast was lovely… they even had gluten free products.

This beautiful museum like gem of a hotel was centrally located so that all the places of interest in Florence were walkable. The instructions on after hours check-in were delivered via email and what’s-app ahead of arrival so we had no difficulty getting into the building and into our room. Roberta welcomed us in the morning with a delicious cafe latte and wonderful breakfast spread. There were numerous beautiful nooks to hang out and have a glass of wine which we were delighted to share with friends. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and the AC worked fantastic on the hot days and evenings. When staying in Florence in the future- this will be our number one choice.

There was very little storage place so we couldn’t unpack our suitcases.

Terrific location just across from the Pitti Palace in a renovated building. The rooms are good sized for a European city and the air conditioning and water pressure are good. The breakfast is a bonus, Cheese, meat, pastries, hard boiled egg and cappuccino. A good start to the day. Great restaurant recommendations from the front desk staff. Much better than the guidebook. No staff after 6 pm, but entry with a code is very easy and there are several levels of security. This is very close to the Ponte Vecchio. Stay here and avoid the crowds.

Casa Botticelli je jedno od onih mjesta koja ne doživite samo kao smještaj, nego kao dio putovanja. Lokacija je izvrsna, soba prekrasna i iznimno ugodna, a cijeli prostor odiše umjetnošću, elegancijom i poviješću. Antikviteti, slike i pažljivo odabrani detalji stvaraju atmosferu kakvu rijetko možete pronaći u klasičnom hotelu. Posebno nas je oduševila prekrasna blagovaonica u kojoj se poslužuje doručak, ali gdje možete tijekom dana sjesti i u miru popiti kavu. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, srdačno i uvijek na raspolaganju. Najljepše od svega je osjećaj koji ovo mjesto ostavlja, kao da ste na trenutak zakoračili u neku drugu Firencu, u vrijeme njezina procvata, umjetnosti i elegancije. Casa Botticelli ima dušu i upravo je zato naš boravak u Firenci bio još posebniji. Mjesto na koje bih se bez razmišljanja ponovno vratila.

A água do banheiro somente que escorria para fora um pouco do box, mas nada que uma toalha não desse um jeito.

L’unico aspetto che non ho apprezzato è stato il fatto che la TV si trova all’interno dell’armadio. La camera non è molto grande, ma c’era spazio sufficiente per posizionare l’armadio accanto al letto e la TV di fronte, su un supporto. La reception è aperta fino alle 18:00, ma non è stato un problema per me, perché è comunque disponibile un numero di telefono attivo 24 ore su 24.

Las habitaciones son enormes y cómodas..La ubicación genial. Sorprende mucho que detras de una entrada y escalera sencilla se encuentre este precioso hotel.

Très bien localisé à côté du palazzo Pitti. Une meilleure signalisation peut-être. Jolie décoration avec des oeuvres d'art dans les chambres, et un peu dans les couloirs. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une belle salle.

A touch nosy on the lowest floor as opposite breakfast room and right next to reception so you can hear telephone and front door, but it’s a boutique hotel, so not busy! Still loved the place!!!

The bad didn't have the curtains as shown in the pictures. It was also loud and crancky when you move around (metal frames were noisy). Shower spilled water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast didn't have scrambled eggs and pancakes.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel, proche du Palais Pitti, du Ponte Vecchio. La décoration de la chambre et de l’ensemble de l’hôtel avec son mobilier et ses objets d’art est luxueux. L’accueil très chaleureux de Roberta est très appréciable !

The room was beautiful, with an incredible ceiling! The breakfast room was like being in a mini room in a beautiful gallery! The artworks , sculptures and grand piano filled the room. Breakfast was also very generous delicious with great choices. And snack are available throughout the day! Fabulous location …

The bed was a little soft, personally… king size would be preferable!

So well located near the Piazza Santo Spirito, where there were plenty of locals in the sunshine and at the cafes. An easy walk to the river, Pitti Palace etc. Generous size room and bathroom with a good outlook of the street and beyond. Roberta was a delightful host.

Breakfast was a touch too formal for our liking.

Roberta was exceptionally amazing! Her English was perfect, and she was able to assist and help us with every question we had. She even went above and beyond, by booking a restaurant for us (they would not take phone reservations and we were still in Australia at the time. Roberta walked to the restaurant to make us a booking) this is just so kind and sweet. We were obsessed with the breakfast room, such a cute intimidate set up and great food.

We stayed in room 1 - there was just a buzzing noise in the bathroom that wouldn’t stop all night. We also had a lot of difficulty with the lift.

Boutique hotel with a large room/2 bathroom suite in a convenient neighborhood across the Arno from the crowds. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

The bedroom was up a very narrow spiral stairwell and there wasn’t room for our suitcases up there. Wouldn’t recommend our room for anyone who has trouble with stairs as there are steps up to the bathroom too.

It was so peaceful, room decor so beautiful. Breakfast was first class, and we were well looked after. It's really close to Florence main square shops and markets. Sunsets were amazing from the bridges over the river. Would definitely recommend it. Local to train station so visited Venice 2 hours easy trip. Wine tours are definitely a must into the Tuscany hills. .Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel has an excellent location. The breakfast lounge was pleasant, and the breakfasts themselves were quite good overall.

We booked this hotel because of its positive reviews, but in our opinion, it is not worth it. When we arrived, we were assigned a room directly opposite the breakfast lounge, and the soundproofing of the entrance door was practically nonexistent. If someone was talking anywhere near the room, it felt as though they were inside our room. We asked if it would be possible to move to another room, and the receptionist replied, “Well, what do you expect? You shouldn't book the cheapest room.” We were quite shocked by this response, especially since we had booked a standard room. To be fair, we were offered an upgraded room. However, it faced the inner courtyard, where renovation work was taking place, and construction workers started making noise from 8 a.m. every morning. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. My impression of it was very mixed.

Das CB ist eine Art Pension über 2 Etagen in einem alten Palazzo mit Rezeption tagsüber. Die Zimmer sind eher sehr groß, Betten nicht so weich, das vom Zimmer abgetrennte Bad ist ok. Frühstück auch ok, typisch italienisch. Wasser kostenlos, Flasche Wein gratis und immer Cantuccini & Vin Santo kostenlos verfügbar. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, direkt nebenan vom Palazzo Pitti und mit sehr vielen echt guten und sehr preiswerten Trattorias.

Im Zimmer gab es so gut wie keine Aufbewahrungsmögluchkeiten, man lebt aus dem Koffer. Und so eine Pension über 2 Etagen ist eben auch etwas umständlich.

Excellent location. Warm and gracious reception staff, offering clear instructions and guidance re: car rental. Comfortable room with artistic flair and high ceiling.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The space was more than adequate for two adults with 4 large pieces of luggage to pack up after shopping! The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place for couples.

Our room was absolutely stunning, spacious and elegant. Viva Italia! The breakfast was exceptional and served in a beautiful setting. We look forward to our next visit to Florence!

Giacomo and Deborah wete both helpful to call for taxis for us. They were very friendly.

Notre chambre communiquait par une simple porte avec une autre chambre. Nous entendions donc la télé et les conversations comme si on était dans la même pièce...

l'hôte est très sympathique et de bon conseil. L'établissement est très bien tenu, le petit-déjeuner est très bon et varié. La chambre est très belle, spacieuse et bien décorée. Le parking avec lequel la propriétaire collabore se situe à 150 m de l'établissement. La zone est un peu en retrait des quartiers où l'on trouve les meilleurs bars et restaurants mais les principales attractions sont très facilement accessibles à pieds et se situent à quelques minutes demarche.

Perfekte Umgebung um Florenz zu erkunden, direkt am Palazzo Pitti und etwas abseits vom Altstadttrubel. Schöne Zimmer, etwas dunkel vielleicht. Gutes Frühstück

Roberta was awesome long before my arrival. She helped me with many questions and arrangements which really made the entire experience very positive! I really liked that this hotel is so unique. It's in a historical building, you'd never guess it's a hotel from the outside. But once inside Casa Botticelli really shines as a one of a kind place to stay. Breakfasts are great too!
