Lokasi mudah dicari persekitaran tenang dan damai nak ke tanjung emas pun dekat nak ke pusat bandar pun dekat..bilik memang bersih sebab nak masuk ke ruangan lobi pun kena buka kasut.kalau nak mandi di swimming pool pun ada...juga ada toilet berdekatan untuk salin pakaian lepas mandi di swimming pool.

Ruime kamer in een mooie villa met tuin en zwembad in een soort residentiële wijk op 10’ wandelen van centrum. Rustig verblijf waarin we na een lange dag nog even konden zwemmen (samen met de leden van de zwemles). Aanrader in Muar!

Twee werkpuntjes: we verbleven drie dagen. Kamer hoeft niet schoongemaakt te worden, maar aanvullen van thee, koffie of handdoeken zou prettig zijn. Daarnaast: onze airco blies, zelfs in laagste fan, heel erg hard en recht op het bed. Eigenlijk te hard voor een goede nachtrust….

Most of the time the house was for us, except when they do swimming lessons in the house pool. Great wifi to work and more at ease, now with grab services reaching Muar to move around and get food.

Our room was quite small and there was not a lot of inside cozy space to hang out in.

Wir sind zum 2mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen,weil es uns das letzte Jahr so gefallen hat. Aber?(siehe was nicht in Ordnung war)

Wir waren nicht begeistert das der Schwimmingpool und die Ruheplätze am Nachmittag für Schwimmkurse aus der Stadt genutzt wurde,so daß dieser für uns nicht nutzbar war.!!! Wir kannten dies vom letzten Jahr nicht. Es wurde bei der Buchung auch nicht darauf hingewiesen.

There are no establishments or cafes nearby - it's a quiet place. The waterfront is not far away.

Screaming children running down the hallway on the floors in neighboring rooms—they were running from 9 PM to 12 AM, the parents didn't care and didn't watch them. It was noisy and impossible to rest. There is absolutely no control over guests or order in the hotel. The lack of a refrigerator in the room was surprising for such a hot climate. If you want to store and drink cold beverages - there is nowhere to do so, forget about it. Ban on bringing food into the room - there is a sign hanging up. Complicated access - the hotel has two sliding doors; they give you a remote with buttons, and to enter the house you have to enter a long code every time. The second code door in the house was open, but maybe we just got lucky. The TV is old and you won't be able to stream anything from services.

I love the decorations of Tg Villa. Comfy and has a healing vibe. And the staff were very attentive.

The shower a bit darker as one of the light not working. But its still a pleasant stay.

we just wanted to rest but were kicked out from 12 to 1 am with the excuse that if we check out tonight we will get a deposit refund of rm100.....we are very dissatisfied with the service provided.....the workers are very unfriendly to us.....we were not allowed to take a swim in the pool because kak yanti said it would disrupt the event that was being held....the rooms are expensive but can only accommodate 2-3 people....we are with 6 friends but were kicked out....but there is a family of 8 people that is ok

The property is well maintained and set a cozy relaxing environment to the residents. worth the price.

The whole place was comfortable and it felt like you were in a resort. The pool was great and the communal area next to it was spacious enough to have your takeout dinner or breakfast which we did a couple of times. Room was clean and Angel was just lovely and accommodating.

Overall is ok and good. Maybe is plug at room not enough, if want use more device in one time, need to unpluged another device.

Very convenience and near the city center. The only thing is that every morning 5am there is a mosque broadcast which wake us up. We fully understand that it is a Muslim practice of praying every morning. We had good stay in this villa and highly recommend for any visitor.

This villa is an absolute gem! The price was surprisingly reasonable for the level of comfort, amenities, and stunning views provided. It felt like a luxury stay at a bargain price!

The setting of the grounds and pool were lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Angel was excellent in greeting us and helping with any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tanjung Villa and Muar in general.

It's a nice cozy villa with rooms only on the first floor. So, might not be suitable to those with limited strength in climbing stairs or those in wheelchairs. The rooms are spacious and clean with ensuite bathrooms. There are many sitting areas outside the house, and the pool is pleasant. However, there needs to be some markings around the pool with regards to the depth around it. The rooms and the compound are tastefully decorated. There is a water dispenser and a large shared fridge outside the house. Rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with cupboard, TV, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and kettle. It was a pleasant stay.

Pool area was idyllic. Rooms were clean and spacious. Angel, the customer service lady was excellent. Overall could not have been more accommodating.

Lots of internal cameras. Also the fact other guests kept their doors open and banging them unfortunately. Ideally have some soft drinks available to purchase.

Lovely house, large room, comfortable bed. Free, safe parking. Kettle in room. Small, pretty outdoor pool which we didn't use. Close to walking paths and shoreline and in a prosperous part of Muar. I'd recommend if you speak Malay. However...

A really frustrating arrival even though it was about 4 or 5 pm, eg., a 'normal' time to show up at any lodging. And we did have a reservation after all. It wasn't clear where or how to enter. The place is obviously a large private home with a big wall around it converted into a guesthouse. The receptionist, or whoever was in charge of reception, didn't seem to be around and it wasn't clear what to do. No signs in any language on either of the two entry gates. Luckily, a person in the neighboring house (which looked like it might be the office) answered her doorbell and called the receptionist. The designated receptionist was friendly but spoke no English. That was inconvenient bc there were specific procedures for how to open the gates, how to park the car, how to access the rooms, etc., not to mention simple advice on where to eat dinner nearby. We had a glitch with the AC and had to spend a few minutes running around the property trying to find her and then had to get her to come to the room bc I couldn't communicate what the issue was and she couldn't communicate how to fix it. If it is hard to get workers who can speak some English, it's easy to make paper handouts for guests and signs as well. Wifi was iffy. No breakfast offered and room had no fridge.
