A peaceful location, comfortable pod, & well-stocked shop on site. An ideal stopover for catching up with friends

I felt really safe during my stay. The toilets weren't too far from the pods and the area was well lit and warm. The showers were nice and hot with and area that stayed dry to keep your towel and dressing gown.

A small stool and a bowl in the pod would have been really useful.

Lovely size, very clean. On site shop well stocked.

A great location for us and the staff were very cheerful and helpful.

A very warm welcome,friendly and very helpful owners.The accommodation was excellent and very clean 10/10,and situated ideally to get to many attractions.Could not fault the accommodation or the site it was on,would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.Will definitely be staying there myself again.

There was nothing me or my partner disliked or could complain about,it was perfect for what we wanted.

The location was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected. I really like King's Lynn and I would definitely recoomend to my friends, family and work collegues.

There wasn't really anything I disliked over than perhaps more cooking equipment as I like to cook and the pods being close together to feel as discreet. But other than that it was fine. I really enjoyed the experience.

Although aware it did not have bathroom facilities (these were just a short walk away) I did expect it to have a kitchen sink with water. This was easily overcome once I realised there was an outside tap near to pod. Bedside light switch was not near the bed small issue but little annoying.

Perfect spot for myself whilst working in the area, the self-contained living accommodation (Mega-Pod) is just the job, comfy bed, microwave, fridge and kettle. The reception staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking is free and straightforward.

If you are used to camping you will understand that there is a common toilet/washing block which is not a problem but some may like to have everything within there own rented accommodation.

Access by bicycle on the A47 was a nightmare. Not the site's fault, but it did make it harder access for us as cyclists.

Oven not easy to use and very frustrating. Seemed to have mind of its own. No washing up liquid or sponges etc would be handy, especially when only staying a couple of nights. No sharp knife for general cooking. 2 bread knifes, quite tricky to cut things like onions etc. Glasses quite small.

For me only one thing. Bedding for the sofa bed. It was handed to me at reception. The mattress protector, bedsheets and duvet. The cover was already on the duvet and pillow. But the rest of beds were okay and clean. Other things to consider but there were not an issue for us. It's near farm so some might struggle with the smell (especially in the heat) but my little one was very excited hearing pigs and cows Towels - We were okay as I have inquired prior about towels and decking furniture. Daniel was very helpful. Best to check before and we brought our own camping chairs Not an issue for us as we packed all of it but some might miss this, you need to bring your own washing liquid, sponge, toilet tissue, etc as it's not provided The 2 bed pod is great for family of 4. We were 5 so would go for a lodge instead

It’s a great base for exploring Norfolk. The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our pod didn’t have a WC, but the public toilets and showers were nearby and very clean. There is a shop on the reception. A little playground for kids.

Two things were quite annoying. The pods are located close to the motorway, so there was quite a lot of traffic noise, and unfortunately, I didn’t sleep well on any of the nights. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the farm. Hopefully, this was only temporary.

There was nothing in it, no towels, no hand soap, no washing up soap or cloth. Self catering but couldn’t wash up properly or wash hands. Luckily had sanitiser for the kids

Great Lodge, easy to get to and around the local area. Small fault which when mentioned to staff, dealt with promptly. Lovely area and site.

Clean camping pod, seems very new, park car right next pod, nice modern kitchen. plenty of pots, pan cups, knives and forks,Bathroom was clean and modern. Bed mattresses are quite comfortable.

There was no restaurant, pub, anything within walking distance, car was needed for everything. No Towels , one toilet roll for 4 people, No storage whatsoever for clothes in one of the bedrooms, the bigger bedroom just has a rail with three hangers.

Comfortable accommodation. Well stocked camp shop. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although out of the camps control, you can hear the road noise, which some may find disturbing.

Was greeted by q young lady around 6pm who came across as Hitler himself. Very strict no noise after 10pm policy (not that we would anyway, we were an adult couple) entered our pod which to be honest was bloody freezing although Adolf said she had put the heating on earlier which clearly wasn't early enough. We were aware there was a kettle and microwave in the room so just took a couple of microwave meals and a bottle of wine. Stupidly we assumed that there may have been complimentary tea or coffee...there was not... not only was their no such things as tea or coffee but there was also no water for the kettle (drinking water on tap outside although wasn't made aware of this by Adolf in the dark. Following the no water in the room their were also no mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates, bowls or anything you would expect to have in q room which included a dry kettle or microwave so we then had to drive to tesco approx 5 miles away and purchase said items so we could at least have something to drink from and a fork to eat our delicious 85p microwave meals with!! Can't sat I'd recommend and certainly won't be returning!

This is our third time here - several of us travel from all over to meet each year with our kids. The location is great, the campsite is super quiet and really well managed. The staff are brilliantly friendly and the side entry pods are very clean and well looked after. It's become one of our favourite places to visit. No doubt we'll be back for a fourth year running!

Friendly and very helpful staff. The shop on site has almost everything you need, even spare parts you wouldn't think you would get there! The site is very clean and well kept.

Whilst the shower/toilet block was very clean and well maintained, unfortunately, the showers were abysmal. The shower head either sprayed everywhere, and i mean everywhere (even getting your clothes wet in the seating area), or the jets were so forceful, they nearly stripped you of your skin. No matter what time of day I went to shower, the most I got was warm water. Then the push button only lasts about ten seconds, so it just added to the frustration. Also, the entry door didn't fully shut, so the lazy ones leaving couldn't be bothered to close it, which meant there was a cold draught coming through. Also, a lot of road noise; if you're staying near the road, you can't have the window open as on the first night, I got no sleep. Such a pity, I would love to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, a few things killed it. If I know you've changed the showers, I will be back in an instant.

A very comfortable lodge in quiet location, the staff were very friendly and the on-site shop was well stocked with food items and daily essentials.

The shower would sometimes change to too hot or too cold, presumably due to a change in water pressure.

3 bedroom lodge was clean, comfortable and everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and the onsite shop was excellent. Everything you needed was available for a 3 night stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again.

Called in on off chance of being able to check in early and was able to. On site shop has good selection of produce.

Think getting lodge as per picture however when get on site mixture of new and old lodges and ended up with old lodge that was tired and need some tlc. Could have done with a deep clean. Sofa was really low and difficult to get up from. Smelt fusty particularly curtains and bedding. No double bed. All 6 single beds. Think lodges mainly being used for workers in the area Monday to Friday with a lot of vehicles going out around 6.30am . Wouldn’t stay there again.

Didn't want to leave

The lodge was beautiful, perfect for a small family, bathroom was massive, the small shop on site had everything.

Cleaning could have been improved, had a funny smell inside but heatwave happened when we stayed. Bring a fan if the weather is above 20 degrees as the heat inside was unbearable! None of us could sleep as was like a furnace inside.

As advertised. Bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The wash block was close by,.clean and tidy. I stayed in a pod.

The timer in the shower was a bit tight. It ran for 5-10 seconds which meant repeated pressing of the button which was annoying but not the end of the world.

Charged £25 per night for parking our lorry that fit comfortably in the space given there was no mention of extra charge for parking when booking

Everything was great but could of done with at least a dish cloth in the kitchen.

The pod was well equipped ( although we didn't notice we were meant to bring our own towels) There was plenty of space for 2 adults. The site was well managed and there were many places to visit within an hour's drive radius especially National Trust and RSPB sites. The onsite shop was a bonus as was the nearby Tesco & Sainsbury's store ( an 8 min drive)

It was very hot inside the pod and a fan would have made it more manageable. Although there was a combined Microwave,grill,oven, a toaster would have been helpful

We had a wonderful stay at King's Lynn Caravan & Camping Park! We stayed in a large pod which was incredibly spacious with plenty of room outside to sit back and chill. The location is excellent and very convenient with its connection to the A47. Plus, the small play area in the corner was a great touch for the kids. Highly recommended!

The pods are located all the way at the end of the drive past the main caravan park. Our biggest disappointment was how strictly the rules were enforced. At 10 PM, a lady on night patrol told us off just for sitting outside and talking. We were even told to keep our kids quiet because of other pods nearby. To me, the whole purpose of camping and outdoor activities is for kids to have fun and families to socialize outside. This strict policy wasn't clearly mentioned on Booking.com, and solely for this reason, we likely won't choose this location next time.

No nassesaty items in the pod I.E couple of tea bags, hand soap or towels which you would get at a Travelodge. In fairness the lady did provide towels once we went to reception.

Our lodge was far too close to road with constant car noise day and night, we fully understand this can't be helped, but definitely not the peaceful break away that we had imagined. We found it fairly basic, we have stayed at other lodges before that some basics ie. Washing up liquid, hand wash etc have been provided. Not a major issue but sometimes is nice to have a small welcome pack to start you off.

It’s our 4th time to this property. We enjoy the site as it’s very clean, relaxing, well maintained and very friendly. All that you need for a great stay in the lodge and owners are so happy and helpful. We will see you a again soon

Another great stay, accommodation is very good the Pod comprises of a double bed, sofa, fridge, microwave ample space to move around for two guests. There is a television, WiFi connectivity which is excellent.

Facilities for washing or showering and the loos are contained within a central block which is fine by me but others may prefer an en-suite.

We were pleasantly surprised, the whole site was very quiet, well maintained and look after, the pod we stayed in was spotless and well equipped. The reception and shop staff were friendly and extremely helpful, couldn’t fault anything.

The Host was brillant warm and welcoming the shop was excellent value a great visit all round

Brilliant stay, a very cosy pod with a double bed, sofa bed, microwave and room to move which is all I wanted. There is a separate shower/WC block a short walk away which is not a problem.

A little noise heard from the A47 which is the main road adjacent. Nothing else springs to mind.

Description gave impression it was quiet ‘set in 10 acres of land’ it was actually backing onto an A road, just a hedge between. Constant traffic day and night, even with the windows shut you could hear it but with hot temperatures and windows opening, sleeping was difficult. The other side of the property was a linen shed in regular use. Single and double beds very uncomfortable, springs sticking through. Modern facilities but no personal touches to make stay more comfortable. No welcome package, no spray to clean kitchen/sink, no hand wash

Everything was perfect. Such a warm welcome, the pod was spotless as were the toilets and showers and super friendly staff- Thank you for a fantastic stay. We only stayed for 1 night but we will definitely return for longer
