Everything about this place was brilliant. Great staff and lovely room and facilities. No problems at all.

Easy to get to just on the outskirts of the town so no problem with traffic and parking. Very helpful and friendly staff, made us feel welcome. Breakfast was basic buffet so we were able to eat just what we wanted, and it was hot and tasty. Full menu of TV choices including streaming channels was a bonus

Small problem with my dinner, the jacket potato wasn't hot enough, but it was quickly rectified without any fuss.

The room was very dingy with little natural light. There was no central light for the room and the reading and side lights were inadequate.

Large room, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Extra tea, coffee etc on reception desk if needed. Comfy bed and very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The breakfast was not very good. Didn't realise until the second day that fried eggs were available. The toaster was pretty hopeless. Didn't brown enough but if put in again it was burnt. No fruit salad and not much choice of bread or juice.Lighting in room was very poor. Needs better reading lights and a main light.

Staff were welcoming and friendly and keen to help. Room and all hotel areas were very clean and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked and superb value for money. Afternoon (Starbucks machine) coffee and hot chocolate was well made and well received.

Hotel building nice and clean with good parking. Breakfast good, bar well stocked and staff lovely. Location dreadful from a tourist perspective. On industrial estate next to huge roundabout. No way to walk into town. Ok for workmen/business users just wanting a place to stay.

Location implied town centre, 5 mins drive, but completely out of town with no way to walk to local sights/restaurants. Very disappointed. Not able to cancel second night stay without losing payment as receptionist said I had taken the 'cheap option ' so no refund would be appropriate.

Breackfast was luke warm, egg swimming in juice , Dinner chips tasted like they were reheted , furniture in bar were sofas were dogs sitting on fabric ones and old need cleaning

very clean and welcoming reception, with bar, dining ,seating areas all very nice. Bedrooms modern decor with everything from large smart tvs to power showers, and everything you could need such as a hairdryer. The shower/ toilet was clean and modern too and the bed really comfy. good modern lighting just no mini fridge.

I didn’t like the idea that the hotel described that they were fully booked & that was why the peas so high. When I arrived there was only a handful of guests onsite & all the car parks were empty I did mention this to the receptionist,but they never mentioned anything

The staff were all very friendly - front desk, bar, kitchen, breakfast and it has a secluded spot so there was no outside noise. Value for money was terrific, breakfast was very good. I am happy to recommend particularly for the staff and the value 👌

The food that we had was good, the staff relaxed and helpful at all times. Very nice establishment. We will return. Incidentally on arrival we asked if we could exchange our room for one on the ground floor, and were re-accommadated, straight away. A dust free fan would have been nice. Remedy, I got a kitchen wipe out and cleaned it as far as I could without dismantling it. Job done. The only other thing was the toilet, limescale at the bottom of the toilet on both sides. Not very attractive, also the hight of the toilet was very low. Otherwise all was good in the hood.

We booked a 3 night stay at the last minute to visit friends. On the good side the staff were cheerful and friendly, the parking plentiful, and everywhere appeared very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely large shower in the bathroom. The main problem was the lack of storage space in the room. There were no drawers or cupboards and only just about adequate hanging space. Also the lighting was very dim, but that seems to be true of many hotels now. We had a nice fan and an iron and board however. There was a limited menu but what we had was well cooked and presented, and breakfast covered all the basics. All in all we felt welcomed and would return, although with as little luggage as possible !

Housekeeping needs to keep ontop of dust and cobwebs in the restaurant, we sat at table 18 for breakfast and radiator next to the table was dusty and lots of cobwebs visible around windows and curtains, doesn't help that the sun was shining on them !!! Can I also say the outside seating area needs attention, we ate, as alot of guests did in the evening outside and some tables and benches were broken and unsafe and the worst thing was looking at the 'garden room' rotten widows, 2 tone bad paint job, double glazed windows you couldn't see out of and a general need to repair it , that really brings the building down which is a shame . Also a housekeeping note, you really should use pillow protectors on all pillows it's more hygienic there was a mattress protector, so why not pillows? Apart from those things mentioned ,our stay was good ,it's a no frills hotel ,great for a stop off ,overnight , and if we stay again would love to see some improvements.

Although the room was very nice and comfortable and despite the weather being warm and bright our room was quite dark due mainly to the large tree outside, a very large and lovely tree, so i wouldn't want it to see it come to any harm. My score for location was low , this is in no way anything against the hotel, for our needs it was someway away from the main town and a hefty walk. The breakfast was nice but very limited in variety and selection.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but need to provide soft and firm pillows to meet guests preferences. Breakfast was ok pretty basic no fried eggs which is a shame. Nothing much to shout about just a basic stay for the night.

On arrival wasn't told about breakfast times and check until I asked, seemed a rushed check in and guests after 11pm slamming doors as they have no consideration for other guests! wanted to speak to a member of staff about it in the morning but all of them seemed to be busy. Breakfast was ok apart from watery scrambled eggs no fried eggs and no fried mushrooms. Cobwebs on the ceiling of the room and bin needs a good clean.

Stay away from this hotel. I parked for 20 minutes and got a parking ticket for £100. What a con I bet the hotel gets commission for all the poor sods that get ripped off. Look for a cheaper place to stay like Travel Lodge, or Holiday Inn or tent it will be cheaper.

Bed comfortable. Good quality tea in room (very important), with two choices. Breakfast looked good. I only had yoghurt and fruit which was fine. Staff friendly.

The bathroom was very clean but the main shower wouldn’t stay up. Completely forgot to advise staff on checkout.

Stayed with a friend for an event so chose twin room. Beds were so narrow and we both felt we were going to fall out of our beds. Additionally there were only very thin pillows

As a female travelling alone, I would have preferred a room on the first floor, rather than the ground floor.

Great location near Kings Lynn. Friendly staff. Bar is well stocked and plenty of seating. Outdoor area for smoking but no non smoking outside area. Breakfast is fair, with limited hot food (no mushrooms, tomatoes or hash browns) Great parking .

Real lack of effort, you don't expect 5 star service in a place like this but no milk for the cereals at breakfast on 2 consecutive days. No one to ask for poached eggs that are apparently on offer, as are veggie sausages. Hot breakfast options were unpleasant, congealed fat, virtually inedible. Only one toaster that is constantly in use. No top ups of coffee and milk in your room when you leave a sign on the door. I would stay pretty much anywhere else in the area next time.

Another business trip funded by my frugal employer. Its ok here, it used to be another brand and was probably a little less tired. Its cheap though so they recognise that at least. My room is ok in that oldy chain room design, complete with fan, iron and view of industrial estate. I ate here curtesy of company food allowance and laziness. Its ok, that obviously engineered menu from some Food Service or other which pretty much anyone could cook but thats how it is nowadays, part of that enshittification of everything. The people were friendly though.

It was very close to the race track and motorway links.

Very good location close to the Hardwick and easy routes into town and further afield, no traffic/road noise heard from our room. Breakfast was good and enjoyable.

Room could of done with AirCon but room was cool enough with the fan and window open, breakfast menu needs to add hash browns.

The location was ideal for visits in and around the Kings Lynn area. Plenty of free parking. Staff were excellent, friendly and went the extra mile to help us. Brilliant TV in rooms. Very sharp, clear picture. Awesome shower, the best I've experienced.

Rooms were very basic with no drawers or other decent storage areas for clothes. Had to live out of a suitcase for 4 days. Mirror was badly placed for makeup. Mattress not the best. Ours felt like it had seen better days. A mini fridge would be a great addition. Meals on offer very basic, breakfast ok but also basic. No mushrooms, hash browns or tomato. Ok for a short stay only.

When I arrived on Thursday the staff were outside smoking/vaping. The windows and doors were all open. The reception area stank of cigarettes. I nearly went elsewhere but thankfully my room was well away from the stench.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE, THE ROOM WAS A DECENT SIZE AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFEST YOU HELPED YOURSELF TO WHAT YOU WANTED . THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL FOR US , AS IT WAS JUST OFF THE MAIN ROAD GOING INTO KINGS LYNN, BUT ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE TOWN. ALSO WE HAD THE ROOM UNTIL 11AM, WHICH MEANT WE WERENT IN A RUSH IN THE MORNING

Check in very good & into our room about an hour early. Breakfast was far better than expected. Good large carpark. Bathroom facilities were very good.

Well- the building is about to fall down in some parts, hallways musty, carpets need a good clean, rooms are dark and our bed was like sleeping on concrete. A worry when we were the only people in restaurant on Saturday night. Meal was just ok. Bar lady was a tad rude when we ordered a drink. Surya hotels need to take a look at the facility.

Plenty of onsite car parking. Helpful staff. Good shower and shower room…bright, walk in shower, copious hot water. Good with my wife in a wheelchair they allocated us a ground floor room.

It had disabled toilets by the bar area but very small…trying to get my wife in a wheelchair and myself to help her into the disabled toilets was a tight squeeze. Found the bedroom very dark. Buffet breakfast ok but nothing to rave about and coffee not enjoyable at all.
