Host was very nice and polite. Great location, two spacious rooms. Comfortable for 5 people. Living rooms is spacious. Small room is en-suite, 2 other rooms share one bathroom.

Third room is very small and doesn’t have a window (has one but you cannot see through it and leads to an indoor patio and as far as we noticed, we couldn’t open it). Kitchen is basic and kitchen appliances are old and basic. No oven, no dishwasher. No window blinds, both during day and night there’s intense light coming from the street. Bathrooms were a bit old and would require maintenance.

El servicio fue excelente. Muy lindo lugar, todo muy limpio. Cristian es muy amable, excelente anfitrión. Primero porque tuvo la buena voluntad de dejarnos entrar antes de tiempo para dejar nuestro equipaje. Nos ofreció una guía de panoramas para hacer en el sector, además de darnos consejos y datos útiles para la estadía. Hacía bastante frío en stgo. y disponía de una estufa que fue de mucha utilidad, como también los implementos de cocina para recalentar comidas, preparar te/café, etc. El sector es estratégico, cercano al metro, dispone de muchos lugares turísticos que vale totalmente la pena visitar. Totalmente recomendado.

Cristian met us early in the morning so that we could store our luggage. He was extremely accommodating.

This apartment is in a great location for traveling on foot to many attractions and is within a block or so of Line 1 of the Santiago Metro. We enjoyed the easy 10 minute walk to the Barrio Lastarria. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of living area, including 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, a large living room and dining table. There is an elevator in the building. Our host, Christian, could not have been more pleasant and helpful and speaks English well.

There is street noise, especially during the summer, so earplugs can be helpful while sleeping. The locks to both the street door and apartment door were sometimes difficult.

O apartamento é espaçoso, acomodou confortavelmente 5 adultos e 1 criança, a localização é boa e conseguimos fazer quase tudo a pe. Christian é gentil e deu muitas dicas locais. Ele também nos ajudou com uma mala que havia esquecido e precisava levar para Farellones. Com certeza voltaríamos!

O único ponto ruim é que a cortina é muito clara e há muitos postes na rua. O quarto não fica escuro e nosso filho acordou muito por isso. Depois colocamos um papel alumínio e o problema foi resolvido. Não é nada grave, mas é bom levar tapa olhos para dormir melhor.

Excelente todo. Cristian tuvo desde el inicio una gran disposición para atender las necesidades que tuviéramos.

A forma de pagamento foi possível somente em espécie, deveria aceitar cartão de crédito ou débito.

Cristian foi um ótimo anfitrião. Nos encontrou prontamente quando chegamos para a entrega das chaves. Deu diversas dicas de passeios e restaurantes. Foi atencioso e prestativo sempre que precisamos de sua ajuda. O zelador Armando também foi muito atencioso conosco. Ficamos muito bem acomodados. A localização é excelente.

O apartamento estava bem limpo quando chegamos. Mas ficamos 7 dias, a sujeira se acumulou e sentimos falta de utensílios e produtos de limpeza para a manutenção da limpeza.

This apartment was the perfect location. We had views of Santa Lucia Hill from our rooms. Our host went out of his way to accommodate our early arrival. Close to grocery stores, shops, bus line, and downtown.

It was a great spot for our family of four.

Our host Cristian was super nice and responsive. I communicated with him using WhatsApp on the day of our arrival in Santiago. As soon as our taxi got to the building, he came to meet us in no time. He handed the keys to us and explained very patiently. He also showed us things to do near the property. The property has a super convenient location. Everything was very close. We also want to give a special thank you to Cristian. After we checked out and got to the airport, one of us realized her pdi paper was left in the apartment. We decided to go back to the apartment to get it. Cristian responded immediately to our message in WhatsApp and met us there when the taxi returned to the apartment. Thanks to his help, my friend got her pdi paper and we returned to the airport in time for our flight.

Big home with lots of space. Walking distance from most restaurants, museums etc. Lovely park within 2 minutes walk. Host was very friendly. We were able to make our meals in the kitchen.

There is no washer in the apt as the description says but the host offered to take our clothes and have them laundered. We declined and and instead, washed our own clothes and dried them on a makeshift clothes line. The room was very warm and the small fan provided didn't help much. There is too much traffic noise outside, so couldn't open the windows.

Location, close to the city centre. Lovely old furniture in the living room and lots of interesting art on the walls. The host was very kind and let us store our bags in the apartment on the last day before departure, as our flight was late in the evening.

The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated and in need of a renovation and fixing some malfunctioning taps. The third single bedroom is very small and windowless, the bed just fits the width of the room and would be too short for a slightly taller person. The description says there is a washing machine in the apartment, but there actually isn't. However the host kindly offered to do our laundry and returned it washed the next day.

The location was great. Cristian is an excellent host full of very valuable information and was kind enough to let us have an early check in.

Whilst it might not bother some people, we found the lack of air conditioning a problem in sleeping and the curtains in the bedrooms are not blackout. Not good when the room is literally under street lights. The place could have used a bit of a clean. It would be a bonus to have a tv in the lounge for when unwinding at the end of the day, there are tv’s in every bedroom.

This is a great location. We walked most places and used uber a few times. The apartment was the perfect size for us.

The house location is strategic. The living hall and rooms are comfy. The toilet are clean. The host is friendly and fast response.

The small room toilet need to be improved as the curtain is not functional and the whole floor like flooded after showered.

We stayed six nights at the apartment and really enjoyed our stay there. We were 4 people and used two of the three bedrooms (the third one has a single bed) and the two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make us breakfast (coffee machine, toaster, water kettle...). The beds were comfy; a few towels were provided. There wasn't any room service but we did not expect that anyway. The apartment is ideally located in the center, close to nearly everything that's interesting. It's also close to a metro station (please be aware of the seriously good pickpockets in Santiago - we lost a smartphone on the metro to them). Supermarkets can be found close by. As it is in the center center you will have to live with some street noise (the bedrooms face the street) - nothing my ear plugs couldn't handle. The keys and the opening of the door of the apartment and the gate downstairs are a bit tricky at the beginning - ask the host Christian to show you how it is done; he's very helpful and will surely explain!

We arrived earlier than expected but Christian came straight away to let us in and show us the apartment. Location was great- only meters from Santa Lucia metro so very easy to get around. We even used the BIP card to go all the way to the airport on the day we left. A 3 bedroom apartment was more than the 2 of us needed, but it was great to have space and a kitchen for less than the cost of a hotel. Also, extremely secure property.

The building security was good and mini marts close by and only a short walk to a bigger supermarket. The location was great within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants in the Lastarria. About 10 minutes to Plaza Armas and the tourist info. Also about a 20 minute walk to Bellavista and Cristobel hill vernacular. The spacious three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathroom apartment included a large comfortable living room and large dining table. The kitchen had all the basics ( would be good to add a small sharp vegetable knife and vegetable peeler and a new dish draining rack). While no bath mats, there plenty of bath towels for our use, however they were very old and thin also the the bathroom shelf including the hand towel rack was old and flaking with rust.

Great apartment right in the center of Santiago , walking distance to the histrical buildings, ceroo santa lucia and the lovely restaurants of Lagarrita. The apartment is confortable and homely and the 3seaparte bedroom make it easy to share in 3 to 6 people. The host was very responsive and everything was extremely smooth. Great find and great value.

We stayed here twice in the one trip as didn't feel it was worth risking trying a new place when this one was so great. Big apartment, great location and lovely staff with host Cristian and concerje Armando. Cristian was super accommodating to our group and we really appreciated it.
