The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The room so clean and comfortable.

The girl at the check-in talked really low and didn’t bother to speak up so I didn’t understand much, just heard the music.

Slow for checkout at desk for a Sunday morning. Slightly complex paying for parking.

the beds were small for 2 people and the worst they turned off the Air conditioner every night at 3 am making you wake up to turned it on again also was regulated to 19 degrees celcius wich felt like 26 in reality.

Room was beautiful, the bed was large and very comfortable.

Je n ai pas put séjourner dans votre établissement car mon chien n était pas accepté mais note sur booking que oui du coup impossible de trouver un hôtel a 17h et j ai du passer la nuit sur le port et dans notre voiture avec ma femme et ma fille de 12 ans

The waiter who looked after us when we got back from our concert was so kind and helpful. The food was lovely and the rooms were clean.

The sofa beds were not made up in both of our rooms for our children, and it was annoying having to try and contact staff and get it sorted. We were told our 2 rooms were together. Which we were delighted with. I asked for early check-in also, and it was agreed. When we arrived, they weren't ready, and they were two corridors apart. Room 318 and 320. But 2 corridors apart. So when we saw the sofa beds weren't prepared we weren't impressed.

Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning unit very noisy. Couldn’t have it on when sleeping, so had to open window and traffic noise loud. Room was expensive, maybe because there was a concert on that night. No complementary biscuits on tea tray.

Room was a good size. All very clean. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Hotel staff were excellent, especially Jacqueline. Hotel looked great and was a good choice for a special occasion. Food in the restaurant was good. We really liked some of the lunch menu items.

Breakfast was very busy. We moved to the quieter bar area. Cooked breakfast was just ok.

The location and parking at hotel. The tram was available right outside the hotel to the city centre. Lovely food at breakfast and in the sixth restaurant. Spacious clean rooms with toiletries and tea and coffee provided.

Staff is very nice and respectfull, happy to help and resolve and issues. Very professional too. They also gave us guidence around the city when needed and the breakfast has a nice variety which we also expected. Overall nice and welcoming.

Website shows possibility of booking a bigger room so we booked the King Deluxe, but at the end the rooms are all the same size, only the bed size is different, and also that is not as big as espected. Diner is server very slowly and the staff are quite forgetfull and confused when you tell them you booked the dinner trough hotel. Still very nice and respectfull.

Reception staff was helpful, room was small but clean. Luas stop right outside the door was convenient.

Breakfast was very busy; the aggressive jazz sax didn't help the ambience but I guess it helps getting people out the door to improve turnaround. The sleeping couch for our son was quite uncomfortable. Restaurant food was okay-ish but overpriced.

The hotel itself was so beautiful, one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in, it felt so luxurious and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely when looking to change room type before our stay which was really welcoming and appreciated.

Check in staff were rude. Breakfast staff were rude. No table available at breakfast for me. I felt underappreciated and disrespected. I won't use Hilton again.

Sehr sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer. Die sehr gut gefüllte Kaffeestation auf dem Gang war ein schönes Extra.

Breakfast was excellent and very varied. Room was clean,modern,a good size and well equipped. Bathroom was modern,clean and the shower was pretty good.

I came down for a bottle of water at around 11 pm and asked at reception. Reception told me to ask in the bar which was closed. I left with no water. I was disappointed that nobody was able to source a bottle of water in a four star hotel. Thankfully the maid left plenty of water the next day after I left a note.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was good as well.

This hotel is advertised on Booking.com as soundproof, which justifies its price, but in reality, soundproofing is completely nonexistent. We booked 3 months in advance and requested a quiet room twice (online and at check-in). Instead, we got a room with an interconnecting wall door. We heard every word, TV show, and movement from the neighbors as if they were in our room. The next day we were moved to a room without an interconnecting door, but there was negligible improvement due to an absolute lack of insulation in the walls and corridor. Every single noise floods straight in, so this accommodation should be priced much cheaper.

Service was prima . In de eerste kamer was de douche niet goed schoon en we werden meteen naar een andere kamer verplaatst.

Is toch wel ver lopen vanaf centrum. Maar met de tram prima te doen.

L’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel

Pas de passage « ménage » pour les chambres sur un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Nous avons dû interpeler une femme de ménage nous mêmes un matin.

A bit far from city centre

The location. The LUAS line is right in front of the hotel.

The front desk reception staff. Rude and incompetent. This particular reception supervisor, andrea propescu was the main problem. She failed to find my booking despite having my booking number and details. She was rude to my wife during the process. The issue was settled immediately when an interested colleague of hers got involved and found our booking immediately. Then we were informed by her in a lack of interest way that the room we specifically requested and paid (a delux room as we have children) for was not available. Instead of finding a solution, she simply stood at the desk and told us that the room was not available instead of contacting her manager. We finally requested the involvement of her manager who was able to solve the problem immediately. So overall, this is a very unsatisfactory check in process.

Rooms were spotless, bedding comfortable and breakfast was brilliant, Staff were all very pleasant and we had a brilliant nights getaway

Only small things were that the bed was advertised as a large king sized bed but it was just two beds pushed together wasn’t an issue at all we’re still very comfortable. Rooms were also advertised as sound proof but we could very clearly hear the room above us. Wouldn’t stop us from coming back to the hotel.

Etablissement très bien situé à 2 pas du tram. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, et propres. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très copieux (bon rapport qualité-prix).

J'aurais aimé avoir quelques biscuits à disposition en plus des sachets de thé (et aussi un meilleur choix de thés)
