Great location close to the old town but in a very quiet street. Lovely owners and lots of character

The rooms were nice a comfortable, the property is located near the lake and old quarter (about a 10mn walk) and tucked in a quiet lane (valuable in Hanoi!).

The staircase is quite narrow and there is no elevator which could make it tricky for people with big/ heavy suitcases or mobility issues. It didn't bother us but people should be mindful of that when booking.

Personeel regelde alles wat je vroeg, zelfs 2 dagen na uitchecken hebben ze ons geholpen eerder te vertrekken uit sa pa. Hebben gelukkig een extra nacht bij hun kunnen doorbrengen.

Prima plekje met mooi design. Het is geen hotel maar meer een guesthouse met kamers. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Niet direct in het centrum, 15 min lopen naar het oude district. Genoeg in de nette en rustige buurt.

De bedden waren voor ons te hard.

El alojamiento está muy bien, muy cerca de la estación de tren y de la parada del autobús que viene desde el aeropuerto. Han sido súper amables con nosotros, nos guardaron el equipaje durante una semana y ayudaron con el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto ya que teníamos que llegar muy pronto por la mañana. Todo genial!

Очень удобное расположение. Приветливый хозяин, немного говорящий на русском. Представился как Толик. Большая благодврность его дочери Lan Bui, которая не только обеспечила наш трансфер до и от аэропорта, но и организовала экскурсию по приемлемой цене в Халонг.

Все нормально с точки зрения соотношения цена-качество.

Fantastic room with everything you could need! Very homely and in a brilliant location in the city. The host was absolutely amazing, very friendly and accommodating and made sure all our needs were met!

Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße hinter der kubanischen Botschaft. Kurze Entfernung zur Altstadt. Zumindest Teller, Tassen und ein Wasserkocher sind da. Draußen gibt es noch eine Herdplatte und ein Spülbecken.

Über die Schließanlage/Zugangskarte wurde leider auch die Stromversorgung der Wohnung gesteuert. Der Kühlschrank war schimmelig.

Très bon emplacement dans une ruelle calme (sauf quand il y a des travaux). Le monsieur qui nous a été accueilli était très sympathique. Vue sur les toits agréable et proche du centre. Très bien !

Fairly central location to downtown. Had 3 beds if they are needed. Had a kitchenette if needed.

Floors were quite cold but they had slippers and blankets were warm. A bit hard to find at first for our driver.

The room is really lovely - my favourite hotel room in Vietnam so far. Very comfortable bed. Everything is clean. Good bathroom. Water and kettle provided. Host very friendly. Great location.

It's not the fault of the hotel because it's an external issue but there was a sound coming from outside that prevented me from sleeping (even with earplugs!). I don't know what it was but it was quite high pitched, maybe a generator or an industrial air conditioning unit or something. Really loud. That's the only reason I didn't give 10/10 because apart from this, the hotel was perfect.

Très bel accueil ainsi qu’une chambre confortable et propre. L’hôtel est situé proche de la prison (15-20 min de marche du vieux centre). Le quartier est calme et accessible (sans compter les travaux qui commencent à 6h30 du matin…)

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es espaciosa y tiene de todo. Muy bien decorada.

Quizás hay un poco de ruido debido a la cercanía con las viviendas colindantes pero no supuso un problema

Great location within the Old Quarter. Walking distance to many tourist attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle of the chaotic main streets. Lovely hosts, easy check in and clean facilities. Many wonderful cafes around and great balcony to sit on while listening to the rain!

Die Lage ist gut und es ist ruhig. Es war sauber.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht und bekamen das 4 Bett Familien-Appartement im Erdgeschoss. Der Empfang war etwas ruppig. Es war aufgrund des Regens feucht. Die Matratzen waren hart wie Stein.

部屋がオシャレで窓からのベトナムの景色が好み。 宿から数分、道路を挟んでCuba大使館の斜め向かいに食べ物屋が数件並んでいるのでそこで食事可能。バインミー屋も高くない

階段のみの急階段なので荷物の重い方は大変だと思う。 オーナーは不在の事が多くて必要なときコンタクトが出来ず不便。 レイトチェックアウトを20時にお願いしたら2泊分かかったけど、もう少し安くしてくれたら嬉しかった

Very quiet neighborhood , close to lake Hoan Kiem. Much better location for staying than historical center. Very safe area due to a fact it's in the residential zone with embassies etc. Building seems to be a little bit ordinary, bit room was exceptional (and big) - the beds were so comfy! The owner was very helpful and we could leave our luggage there before/after check out/check in.

Es liegt zwar etwas versteckt hinter einer Baustelle, ist aber trotzdem total ruhig. Wir sind sehr verspätet vom Flughafen angekommen, wurden aber trotzdem herzlich empfangen.. Wir hatten eine ganze Wohnung mit Küche. Sehr liebevoll, alles da, perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

It was a pleasant stay in a small and cozy room in the old traditional Hanoi house. The interior is nice. I just needed a bed, a shower and a pleasant surrounding for two nights in the city center. And it was perfect. Also had a lovely chat with the owner’s uncle during late check-in:)

There is a steep stairway to the 4th floor. If you have heavy luggage, little kids, or physical disability, this place is not the best choice.

Cool (didn't need a/c) and quiet spot down a little residential alley. Simple, cosy decor and very clean. Well-ventilated wet room style bathroom. Owners were very flexible about a last-minute late check-out request.

Stairway up to the rooms is very narrow, so not easy with luggage. A couple of mosquitoes, but apparently they have nets and natural repellent available. No easy place to hang a towel so it can dry quickly

the room is so spacious. the facility and furnitures are clean, the bed and the pillows and blankets are all comfortable. and Mr Bui, the man who assisted us is so accomodating and friedly, such a jolly person.

not really i dont like but somehow the location is not near the road, you need to walk for few meters, but its okay.

We arrived after a long day, and a kind and happy man welcomed us into the house. Sweet room with everything you need and reasonable price.

The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺

Construction going on next door atm started up around 8/9am. Shouldn’t a problem if you’re up early or spending the day out and about.

The picture and the real just exactly the same. The room is big, bathroom is perfect with the amenities, hairdryer, enough towel during your stay. cozy, quiet and feel like homey. easy acces with public transportation from the airport. walking distance to Old Quarter and the Lake. just be carefull with the stair, it's fits for Asian size.

Unlucky there is gov construction next door but they're provide earplugs.

Very very noisy building site next door, mostly only during the day but occasionally at 3am as well. Not the hotel's fault but it was very disruptive.

I am foreigner and can't speak local language. The host cancels my order without my confirmation. When I reached there, somebody else was check-in. Holly shit! I brought two heavy luggage and had to find new place for living. Men, we were having a business trip and can't check any info all the time. so meaning to foreigner... so mean!!! no recommendation!!!!!!!!!
