Reviewed Mar 5, 2026The apartment itself is beautiful, well kept and clean when we entered. The beds are comfy. The bathroom and water pressure is great.
NOISY!!!!! I can't believe there are not more reviews stating this, our room on the 3rd floor WAS SO NOISY! We barely could sleep. Thank god we brought earplugs. The noise went on until 5-6am every night of our 4 night stay. Technically a great location, was TOO good for us, too in the thick of things. So so loud. I would not recommend!

La comunicación con el host del apartamento fue terrible, realicé una queja al llegar a mi apartamento por el olor a marihuana del lugar y el mal funcionamiento de un detector de humo. Después de realizar la queja, el host decidió realizarme un cargo extra por limpieza en lugar de investigar la fuente del problema. Me quejé de nuevo y el host decidió rectificar la decisión y remover el cargo extra pero le tomó mucho tiempo en dar una respuesta. La lenta respuesta y falsas acusaciones del host me hicieron pasar un mal rato.

El apto donde estaba no tenia buena vista, pues estaba un edificio en construcción. Y tampoco tiene parqueadero. Toca dejar el auto en un estacionamiento publico.

In a bit of a dodgy corner of El Poblado. You can't reach the property by car, which meant that we had to unload our car with junkies watching our every move while we were trying to find the place.

The showers had great water pressure and hot! That is a BIG deal, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in the past. The rooms were quiet and the AC worked well. Each room had its own bathroom…another plus. The size of the apartment is the only thing that keeps this from being a 10.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2025Great location. New building. Front desk security friendly. Beds were very comfortable. There was a bathroom in each bedroom . The bathrooms had glass walls and door so not very private- no problem for us but might bother some. The street is pedestrian only which has lots of restaurants and bars with sidewalk seating. You can have uber/taxi pick u up 1 short block away from apartment in front of Hooter’s (cringe).
As stated in listing it is in the center of El Poblado so it is noisy late night. I wore the provided ear plugs which worked great.

Despite being in Provenza, the window isolates the noise quite well. The host also left us some beers and coffee which was highly appreciated. We definitely recommend it!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025The property was clean, safe, had a beautiful design, and was comfortable. It is located on a pedestrian street, which was beautiful. The property manager was very responsive to all emails and texts. They also were helpful with arranging Car Service to the airport.
Because the building is right in the middle of the social district, it was EXTREMELY LOUD. The property supplied earplugs, but that was unfortunately not sufficient. The only thing that could’ve been different was having double paned or more soundproof glass.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024Best location in Medellin. Great facilities and friendly staff. I visit the city at least twice a month, and so far, it is the best stay ever.
I’d stay in room 202 and I have nothing bad to say, maybe that it was a little bit difficult to activate the door pad in order to enter the access code. Also I’d suggest the administration if it’s possible to install a TV in the Bedroom.
