一階ラウンジにいた従業員さんに質問をしたかったが無視された。

A bit of a short walk from the metro, room got very warm due to poor circulation but staff gave me a fan for the room.. only so much you can do without fresh air coming in tho. Room was kept bright 24 hrs so if you get up in the middle of the night to pee you have bright lights on you

深夜に自分が泊まっていた階で、宿泊者のいる部屋のカーテンを間違えたと言って開けて回っている不審者がいた。おそらく部屋が留守かどうか確認して貴重品を盗もうとしていたと思われ、大変怖かった。

Ottima posizione, non centralissima ma vicino la stazione della metro e a 10/15 minuti dai maggiori punti di interesse. Staff cortese e super disponibile. Camere spaziose e molto comode. Reviewed Sep 1, 2026This place was lovely. It was in a great location, walkable distance to very famous Osaka districts, as well as very close to subway lines to travel elsewhere. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable. Exactly what you would want in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I re-visit Osaka.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026由於臨時新增旅伴，原訂隔壁的捷絲旅沒有三人房，所以我就來住旁邊的膠囊旅館，我根本就像領隊寄鋪一樣，結果住到一間寶藏膠囊旅館。 籠HOTEL 櫃檯在二樓，我把行李箱放在一樓就上二樓去辦理入住，沒想到服務人員居然直接下來幫我送到櫃檯，很貼心的服務。 背包客房男女分開，辦理入住完由櫃檯後方電梯感應上樓，電梯門口有睡衣跟耳塞自由拿取，每個床位其實就是一間房間，我的28吋行李箱可以完整打開，只是睡上鋪就要把行李整個扛上去，如果不想把行李箱放在房內，是可以寄放在櫃檯的，一間房大概有八個床位，共用兩間廁所跟兩間淋浴間，淋浴間還有免費提供牙刷、刮鬍刀，還有造型髮膠可以用！ 最棒的是！九樓有浴場可以泡澡，來日本我都希望每間飯店都可以泡澡，尤其早出晚歸走一整天路回飯店泡澡真的很爽，雖然空間沒有三井花園酒店的大，但在這足矣。 一樓是交誼廳，是24小時開放空間，有提供免費咖啡、綠茶、味增湯，還有販賣機，個人座位區還有充電孔可以使用；很少有膠囊旅館的櫃檯人員是24小時的，有問題不怕沒人可以問！ 而且每天都會更換大毛小毛，直接放ㄧ袋在門口，有些膠囊旅館是不會更換，甚至不會提供！這價格這規格真是無可挑剔，下次獨旅可以考慮再入住！

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Le personnel était très gentil, serviable, poli. Les installations sont géniales. On est vraiment pas loin de shinsaibashi, à 20 min à pieds de Namba (mais le quartier est vachement plus sympa que Namba je trouve). Les cabines sont super spacieuses c’est vraiment agréable, on peut même y rentrer sa valise si elle n’est pas trop grosse, le coffre fort fait le travail. Lit confortable, les cabines sont plutôt bien isolées de l’une à l’autre donc on est pas trop dérangés par le bruit. Les toilettes sont impecables, les douches aussi, lavabos pareil. Le bain public accessible au dernier étage est absolument génial pour se détendre en fin de journée.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Gemütliche, kuschelige Kapsel mit Safe für die Wertsachen. Dusche und Toilette super sauber. Man ist hervorragend angebunden. Unten gibt es Mikrowellen und Tische, an denen man mitgebrachtes Essen aufwärmen und essen kann.
Das Licht auf dem Gang brennt die ganze Nacht durch. Da die Kapsel nur mit einem Vorhang zugezogen wird, kann das bisschen beim schlagen stören.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026清潔でリーズナブルで従業員さんの対応も良かった。あと大浴場もあり足を伸ばして湯舟に浸かる事も出来て、カプセルホテル形式の宿としては充実した設備だった。
空調が部屋毎で個別に調整出来ないので風呂上がりは暑く、夜中は寒かった。まぁ、仕方ないのかもしれないけど…あと、部屋に冷蔵庫が無かったが、チェックアウトの時ロビーに共用のがあったのに気付いた(チェックインの時説明が無かった)

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The cleanliness is amazing and also the capsules have a lot of space, compared to the typical ones. The amenities are nice, with daily fresh towels and pijamas. There is everything you need for your stay, so basically you only need your clothes and nothing else.
I'm a light sleeper and even with earplugs I could hear a lot of noise. If anyone in other capsule hit the wall or dropped something I would hear it clearly... and my last night there was a clumsy guest that kept waking me up from all the noise.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026보통 캡슐호텔은 샤워실이 한 층에 몰려있기도 하고, 캐비닛에 캐리어를 둬야해서 너무너무 번거로운데 침실에 다 함께 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았어요 깨끗하고 직원분들도 다 친절하셨어요 주변은 조용하면서, 조금만 걸어도 신사이바시 맛집이랑 다이소가 있어서 너무 좋았습니다 다음에도 또 여기 갈거같아요
없긴한데.. 굳이 따지자면 샤워실이 한층에 있고 캐리어를 내 방 바로 앞에 두는거라서 잠귀가 예민하면 싫을수도 있을 거 같아요 저는 ㄱㅊㄱㅊ

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026お部屋はまんま施設写真の通りで、一通りなんでも揃ってます。机と座布団、テレビ、クローゼット、個人の靴箱まで！ お手洗いやシャワールームも使いやすかったですし、アメニティは揃ってるし、大浴場も使い勝手よかったです。
心斎橋駅からちょっと歩きますが、道は分かりやすいし、コンビニもあるし、問題というほどでもありません。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026每個人都有自己的小空間， 而且能夠放行李在自己的區域內（雖然只有一個布簾擋著）， 環境很乾淨，工作人員會定時整理環境， 睡衣、毛巾和洗漱用品也都有提供， 還提供飲用水跟沖泡飲料， 周邊有幾家便利商店，買東西也很便利， 除了離車站有點距離外，剩下都很棒。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Location was very clean and was frequently cleaned by staff at all times of day. Location was okay and close to many local train routes. There were also close by convenience stores.
The roof of the rooms were kinda low so you had to either kneel or bend over at all times when in the room, but I guess that is to be expected from a capsule hotel.

it was all pleasant These are superficial things but I say them for information the pillow was uncomfortable but there were some available of different textures and shapes I wish there were shavers in the girls' rooms too (my brother said there were in the boys' rooms). I would have liked to use the sink in the kitchen and some cutlery

Reviewed May 27, 2026I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the shower and bathroom facilities. Staff was very helpful.
I didn’t like how noisy neighbors who snore heavily can disrupt the peace and quiet in your own capsule. This neighbor was not considerate of others while sharing close sleeping proximity to other guests. Capsule only has a curtain therefore sound insulation is not the best. The capsule does get a bit hot due to lack of air ventilation.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Location wise, it's right there, easy to walk everywhere and in the middle of Shinsaibashi. Public bath on top floor. Everything is clean, they can keep your luggage at the front desk to leave a bit more space in your room. Good stay overall.
The bathrooms are not much, a simple curtain act as the barrier to keep private, shower was great. Can get a bit hot in the room once the curtain is close, not much air is getting in and since I run hot easily, the room became very hot. Comfy bed, but needed a second pillow (wich was easy to get).
