de locatie zelf was erg mooi en een hele goede beveiliging. Ook was het zwembad prachtig en heerlijk om in af te koelen. Het zwembad was wel klein, maar goed genoeg. De locatie zat heel erg dichtbij het centrum waardoor het makkelijk te bereiken was met het ov of met fietsen huren. De keuken in de kamer is groot zat en bevat eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt.

Wij hadden er iets meer van verwacht. We hebben best een forse prijs betaald voor dit verblijf en daarom viel de kamer ook erg tegen. Het bed was in het opzicht van de kamer enorm klein waardoor de kamer heel veel ruimte over had voor eigenlijk niks. Ook hadden we de laatste dag geen wc-papier gekregen, toen ben ik naar 'het kantoor' gelopen maar daar was niemand waardoor we de laatste dag zonder wc-papier zaten. Ook vond ik het jammer dat we een dag om 16:00 uur terug kwamen naar het hotel en dat onze kamer nog niet af was waardoor we een half uur moesten wachten, terwijl we al om 10:00 uur de deur uit waren.

In een rustige buitenwijk, vlak bij een tramhalte. Sleutels waren bij de portier op te halen.

Ruime nette kamer, erg vriendelijk personeel

Ingang van het hotel was lastig te vinden. Liep toevallig een beveiliger langs die ons verder kon helpen. Was geen balie bij het hotel, dus konden helaas geen vragen stellen. Dit geprobeerd via Booking.com maar helaas geen reactie ontvangen. Niet alles was even schoon, zaten vlekken in het beddengoed en de kamer was warm konden niet zelf de airco instelen Dichts bijzijnde metro is 15 minuten lopen, de wijk waar je door heen loopt is niet prettig voor de avond/ in het donker.

Il personale destinato alle pulizie é entrato in camera la mattina mentre dormivamo. Dovrebbe esserci un modo per far sì che da fuori sia possibile capire quando gli ospiti si trovano all’interno per non disturbarli e non violare la privacy.

Es ist ein solides Hotel - es hat wirklich gut gepasst für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip nach Mailand, wenn man eh nur wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringt. Ein modernes, schönes Apartment und Hotel, vor allem der Pool war super, um sich abzukühlen und ein bisschen zu entspannen. Im Apartment Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeetabs, kleines "Frühstück" als add on und frisches Wasser hat super gepasst! Wir konnten auch spontan früher einchecken als online angegeben war.

Wir konnten zwar früher einchecken, aber die Dame von der Rezeption hat uns mehrere Male darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass man eigentlich nicht früher als der Check-in zum Hotel kommen soll, was für uns etwas unangenehm war, weil wir ja sowieso nur die Koffer schnell abstellen wollten. Und das Apartment hatte im Bad wirklich Schimmel/abgesplitterte Wand bei der Dusche, was eigentlich wirklich unhygienisch ist. Und beim Pool und Terrasse ähnliches Problem: Ekelhaft wegen Tauben. Es gibt bei dem Hotel wirklich eine Tauben-Plage. Das macht die Terrasse ungemütlich (Tauben Kot, Federn, eklig).

Le confort, la propreté, l’eau fraîche soigneusement laissée dans le réfrigérateur, le nécessaire pour déjeuner dans l’humilité on n’a pas le temps de sortir acheter : thé, café, lait, biscottes, plusieurs confitures , miel .

L’emplacement , il n’y a pas grand chose a proximité en termes de commerces , restaurants ect. Bon le Aldi faisait un peu l’affaire tout de même.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. In der Nähe diverse Anbindungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir durften schon vor der üblichen Zeit ins Zimmer. Wir haben die Parkgebühr erstattet bekommen, weil der Safe noch vom Vorgänger verschlossen und nicht nutzbar war. Lieber wäre uns ein funktionierender Safe gewesen. Autoschlüssel, wichtige Dokumente, das gesamte Geld und die Kreditkarten mussten wir so immer mit uns führen. Bei Diebstahl oder Verlust wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Wegen der Erstattung führe ich es bei positiv auf, obwohl es für uns eher negativ ist.

Die Zimmer werden zwar täglich gereinigt und es gibt frische Handtücher, jedoch wird leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Alter Schmutz im Eingangsbereich. Kalk, Schimmel und Seifenreste in der Dusche. Entspannung und Wohlbefinden kann sich da nicht entfalten. Echt Übel ist der Pool oder wie wir ihn nennen, Taubenspa. Am Ankunktstag waren wir noch drin. Bis wir gesehen haben, wer den Pool hauptsächlich zum Baden nutzt. Tauben. Auf dem Boden, den Liegen und der Glasabtrennung findet man Vogelkot. Dort wird leider genau so gut täglich gereinigt, wie in den Zimmern. Wir haben die Reinigungskräfte einmal mit einem Besen und einem feuchten Lappen am Pool gesehen. Kein Eimer mit Wischwasser, Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel. Leider mussten wir deshalb auf die Entspannung am Pool verzichten. Manchmal kann man gegen Vögel nichts tun, aber dann muss man den Bereich auch täglich hygienisch Grundreinigen.

La comunicación con el personal,cuando llegue a Milán no había recibido ninguna indicación de cómo acceder al apartamento, tuve que llamar para que me explicaran que había un conserje hasta las 9 de la noche( si llegas más tarde hay que pagar 30 euros) . Cuando llegue al apartamento me encontré una puerta cerrada , no había nadie. Tuve que volver a llamar., me dicen que la dirección que aparece en Booking no es correcta.No pueden explicar todo eso en un mensaje antes o en la primera llamada? Conseguir una factura está siendo una pesadilla y dudo que la vayan a enviar, llevo 9 días reclamándola. En fin no volvería porque la gestión es un desastre aunque el apartamento está bien

De accomodatie was top. Mooi en ruim appartement met goede bedden, rolluiken en airco. Het was netjes gepoetst en voorzien van alle comfort. Er was koffie, water, cracker, handdoeken, zeepjes,... Het appartement was rustig gelegen, toch nabij centrum. Extra veilig door bewaker/info aan de ingang. Het zwembad was zalig om even te relaxen na een stadsbezoek!

The staff is very nice and helpful. I enjoyed some small details over it like free snacks for breakfast, water, big towels for the bathroom as well as earplugs. Also, there is a private parking and a very good gym (one of the best hotel gym I’ve seen) in addition to a swimming pool and its lounge area. The hotel is pet friendly which is very important. Also you can request extra towels or other stuff via a request form in the TV. The kitchen is well equipped and works just fine. If you travel by car the location fits the need to come in and out of the city quickly.

The check-in process was a bit unclear, I had to spend some time looking for how to call the host. My emails were not replied but the phone call was taken. The shower is a bit broken and the cabin needs some refresh. The lights in the room are blinking. There is no « don’t disturb, please» sign. The sofa in the room is not so pet friendly so we had to cover it to protect.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appart-hôtel. L’établissement est vraiment excellent : l’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement était très propre, la piscine est incroyable et la salle de sport est bien équipée. Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait.

En revanche, nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec la personne qui s’occupait de l’appartement. Elle a essayé de nous faire payer une deuxième fois les taxes de séjour ainsi que le parking, alors que nous les avions déjà réglés. Lorsque nous lui avons montré les preuves de paiement, elle nous a traités de menteurs au lieu de reconnaître son erreur. Son attitude était très impolie et peu professionnelle. C’est vraiment dommage, car cette expérience a terni un séjour qui aurait été parfait. J’espère que la direction prendra ce problème au sérieux afin que cela ne se reproduise pas avec d’autres clients.

Zum kochen nicht wirklich geeignet. Teller waren dreckig, Besteck etc. auch. Nachts/Abends musste man die Fenster zu lassen da extrem viele Mücken unterwegs waren hier würden sich Mückennetze schon rentieren.

Really convenient for transport options- near a tram line and a metro, can get into the main area within 15minutes. Secure entry so felt safe. Room was a good size and had a kitchenette included.

The bathroom lacks privacy. The shower has a glass wall facing directly into the bed. There isn't any air conditioning which can be controlled in the room. We stayed mid June so would have preferred the option to have Aircon (especially at night). This meant the room was quite uncomfortable to sleep in based purely on temperature.

Il n’est pas admissible que l’établissement ait organisé des fêtes avec de la musique à très haut volume les soirs des 10 et 11 juin nous empêchant de dormir une partie de la nuit.Cela est d’autant plus gênant lorsqu’on doit reprendre la route le matin.

Luxe appartement met hotelfaciliteit; super schoon en mooi met op dezelfde etage (voor ons dan) een gym (niet gebruikt, wel mooi) en een zwembad (klein, maar fijn) met ligbedden en uitzicht, geweldig! dichtbij openbaar vervoer, dus snel in het centrum van Milaan. in directe omgeving, op loopafstand, diverse goede en leuke restaurants. top locatie! tegen betaling: fantastische plek voor auto!

A very nice hotel, and the rooftop swimmingpool and the gym were easy to acces and a real bonus with the hot weather. Many ways to get around by bus/metro/train very close by, also a big Esselunga (supermarket) 5 mins walking distance. A room clean every day, a nice welcome from the owner and a nice kitchen, stocked with extra’s (koffie/tea/breakfast cereals/milk). I will surely stay there again!

Accoglienza non delle migliori. Una signora rigida e poco disponile. La porta che non chiude perfettamente e la notte batte di continuo. Capelli (non miei) nel sacchetto del cestino dei rifiuti. Il lavandino del bagno otturato, macchinetta del caffè non funzionante. Smart tv basica senza possibilità di netflix o altro. Aria condizionata centralizzata e ho patito il freddo!!!! (Ho video di tutto il dichiarato) stanza pagata 171 euro e dopo il saldo mi hanno mandato una richiesta di pagamento della city tax di 204 euro!!!!!! L’ho fatto presente e poi hanno fortunatamente rettificato. Gestione pessima.

L’établissement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans une ambiance élégante et chaleureuse. Les équipements sont de qualité et tout est pensé pour le confort des clients. La situation est à proximité des attractions principales, avec une ligne de bus pas très loin pour visiter Olbia.

Struttura nuova e moderna, situata in una posizione strategica di accesso alla città. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, arredi e biancheria di ottima qualità e gusto. Lo staff è gentilissimo, accogliente e in grado di risolvere ogni necessità, siamo state molto bene e ci siamo sentite a nostro agio e comfort!
