Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Sin duda alguna, lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel. A 15 min a pie del centro de Catania, que por cierto nos encantó y merece la pena sin duda visitar. Pudimos aparcar en la misma calle del hotel varios días, gratuito. Hay un Lidl justo al lado, ideal para comprar agua o lo que necesites! Desayuno con opciones dulces y saladas, correcto.
Instalaciones viejas, el baño no estaba bien limpio además de tener mobiliario antiguo. Colchones mejorables, almohadas muy finas. Desayuno completo, calidad media.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The location was good because it's on the road, in the middle of the city, there's a supermarket on the side and shopping places nearby as well as the park.
The location also became an issue because of the park, during the night it was so loud that we had problems finding sleep while the concerts were still going. The receptionist also was not nice, the breakfast was really bad, I couldn't find anything to eat, the shower was so small I couldn't fit in I had to shower the doors open.

Disagi con il condizionatore che gocciolava , tra l'altro nel centro del passaggio,anche se il ragazzo della reception ha sistemato il problema alla meno peggio. La delusione maggiore è stata sentirsi dire alle 18 che se volevamo un rimborso dovevamo lasciare la camera.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026This was our fourth time here last years, which confirms our satisfaction. For the price, this is the best choice in the center of Catania. While the hotel has seen its best days, the cleanliness isn't always the best, and we had to ask for the shower to be fixed immediately upon entering (the shower head was leaking and the drain was clogged), the friendly guy at the front desk makes up for it all. We'll definitely be back.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't work perfectly, but everything else was great.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Cercavano un hotel che fosse molto vicino alla villa Bellini , ci siamo recate a Catania per un concerto. La vicinanza della struttura e l'accoglienza gentile e giovane di Damiano ha sicuramente riscontrato due punti a favore per questo hotel.
Stanza molto grande , ma poco pulita, tende bianche , non più bianche da tempo, tende staccate in alcuni punti, lampadario e accessori con parecchia polvere, bagno con diccino rotto. Colazione con pochi prodotti e con poca scelta. In un luogo come la Sicilia dove il cibo è il.fiore all'occhiello di questa bella regione mi aspettavo qualcosa in più (poteva fare la differenza!)

Aparcar es relativamente fácil en los alrededores. Camas comodísimas. El baño un poco anticuado pero muy limpio.
En una de nuestras habitaciones había una colonia de mosquitos que causaron más de cuarenta picotazos .

We did find paid street parking but felt lucky because it's a busy, full street. ( Not expensive ) Loud road noise from windows until 10 pm. We didn't see a way to use any air conditioning, but luckily the room cooled down in evening with windows open. You should ask about summer air conditioning. ( We were there in May.)

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück konnte von Angebot viel besser sein. Jeden Tag Toastbrot, Kochschinken und gleiche Käse macht kein Spaß. Wir haben uns einen besseren Angebot gewünscht. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Osoby które przychodziły nieco później nie miały co zjeść. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlały tego, co zastaliśmy w rzeczywistości. Brak kosmetyków do mycia, szklanek w pokoju i w obiekcie.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Large room, close to a nice garden. Well enough isolated so that we didn’t hear motorbikes at night. We could hear nearby guests talking but they were quiet at night. Friendly receptionist.
Rooms are a bit dated, notably the carpet below the bed was very stained and really needs a change ! Breakfast OK but not very varied (only 1 person to take care so I understand), don’t go too late cause it did not seem to be refilled.
