O hotel é lindo e muito confortável. Uma casa antiga com muitos elementos em madeira e um jardim muito bonito aos fundos. O funcionários foram super educados e o café da manhã é muito bom.

I loved the concept of this place and the great special tast for details. Great to stay in a smaller more individuell hotel obviously run with a lot of Love and care.

Enjoyed Breakfast in the garden, watching the squirrels.

I couldn’t imagine returning to Zurich and staying anywhere else. This hotel is close to everything but you feel like you are off in the countryside. It is so peaceful and yet you are so close to the hustle and bustle of Zurich. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive.

Sehr gemütlich und persönlich ein tolles Boutique Hotel

Du musst wissen dass es ein altes Haus ist welches in der Denkmalschutz steht und daher keine Klimaanlage über keine Klimaanlage verfügt. Deshalb können wir im Sommer eine Zimmer schon etwas kuschelig werden.

Persönlicher Empfang, alles andere als das gewöhnliche Standard-Hotel.

Leider nur eine Nacht, aber diese war wunderbar. Eine Stadt-Oase die man nur empfehlen kann. Es war eine heiße Nacht, aber es wurde gekühlt was die Geräte hergaben, so dass alles sehr erträglich war. Super netter Empfang und sehr hilfsbereit. ..

In der wunderschönen Gartenanlage, wo Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit ihren Platz haben, fehlte mir jedoch die Stuhlauflage um noch gemütlicher sitzen zu können

Herausragend, tolle, sehr gepflegte Villa, ausgesuchten Möbeln, Fischbacher (!!!)-Bettwäsche, sehr nette Gastgeber, entzückendes Frühstück bei schönstem Wetter im wunderschönen Garten. Circa 10 Fussminuten zum See und vielen Restaurants.

Ein ganz außergewöhnliches, bezauberndes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Villenlage unweit der Altstadt mit sehr geschmackvollem Interieur, wunderbarem Flair und sehr hilfsbereitem, netten Personal.

Lovely old charming house with a very nice garden. The staff were very nice.

No AC was the first thing. It was 35C and we had to make do with a fan. Second was the toilet is in the bedroom, half hidden by a part wall but no door so it’s in the bedroom. Only suitable for single occupancy. Breakfast was ok but portions were very small and the selection was not much better.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Betreuung. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich gleich wohl.

The small hotel is extremely charming; an old villa with beautiful interior design and an amazing garden. Very tasty breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Leider war kein Föhn im Zimmer. Und beim Frühstück fehlten uns die Tomaten und Gurken als Brotergänzung zu Käse oder Wurst. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible boutique hotel. The room and house are classically furnished, very comfortable beds and facilities. Amazing breakfast in a beautiful room facing the lush garden. We did not want to leave!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Garten

Vielleicht ist es schwierig, die Türen besser zu isolieren… man hört die Menschen reden im unteren Aufenthaltsraum und ich wundere mich immer, dass die meisten Hotels zum Teil so furchtbare moderne und gerade in dieser Villa unpassende Bilder an den Wänden haben müssen.

Ruhig und doch recht zentral gelegen.

The boutique nature and location of the Hotel and garden. Honesty bar and wonderful staff.

There was a beam in my room above the bed and being tall I was worried about hitting. We moved the bed so that solved the issue.

I didn’t take breakfast. No staff at the Reception. There is no firmal receptionists. They go home. If neoI needed anything during night, I felt very uncomfortable to disturb the service staff as they have to respond, may be from their homes

This is a discreet small hotel in a quiet yet convenient location. 5 mins walk to the Botanic gardens, 15 mins walk to the lake and less than 10mins by tram to the centre. Secure parking for my car. Relaxed atmosphere with a lovely garden and very helpful staff. Breakfast is very nice with many options.

The house is beautiful, especially the breakfast area. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

The hotel’s convenient yet quiet location was wonderful, but it was the staff and host who really made our stay phenomenal. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions and dinner reservation-making. The breakfast was delicious! I would love some of their recipes to take home with me. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Zurich!

Отель действительно как дом, ты не то чтобы в гостях, а чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение отличное, до центра ходит трамвай, но ари этом ты живешь в спокойной и тихой обстановке. Завтрак в саду был прекрасен, персонал очень дружелюбный. Рекомендуем однозначно и сами бы остановились снова.

Allt var så fantastiskt fint & bra. Rummet var så fint, sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost som vi intog ute i den otroligt vackra trädgården. Otroligt trevlig personal. Vi är så otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Place is amazing, location is nice, public transport is close, underground parking is available. Room was very nice, the house is very authentic 🤗 Breakfast was incredible 🤩There is inside garden, very beautiful area, food was perfect, something as buffé, other things by order. Staff was friendly, welcoming. Owner welcomed us on breakfast 🤩 very nice and we appreciated it. ❤️

Beautiful home with exceptional staff. Located in an exclusive neighborhood away from tourist traps and large hotel chains. Beautiful peaceful gardens. An excellent place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and a very pleasant place to stay. Although it is just outside the city area, there is a stop about a minute walk where you can take the bus or tram to the city in just a couple of stops. The staff at the hotel was excellent! Always smiling and attentive to us at all hours. Breakfast was amazing and they were not particular about guests arriving for breakfast after 10am! We were there during winter so the nice warm fireplace helped a lot! Although only breakfast was provided, I was happy that even though we ordered Uber Eats for meals, they took the effort to provide utensils for our use. This was just an amazing place with great hospility. We will definitely be staying there again in future!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfasts in a sunny room overlooking the gardens were sublime. And the honor bars were a wonderful, welcoming feature after a long day of sightseeing. We felt like guests in a grand country house rather than a big, impersonal hotel. We look forward to returning.

The location was lovely, in a pretty area of Zurich. The house was charming and stylish and the room was very comfortable.

The rooms at this small boutique hotel are expensive, which you would expect. What I did not expect was that I would have to pay $10 AUD for a cup of tea or coffee which was not supplied in the room.

Signeau house is located in downtown Zurich, within walking distance to public transportation, the old town, water front etc. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful and well maintained.

After 8.30pm there are no staff in the house - they leave and go home. This was a problem as the night we stayed the internet went down and no one could help us restore connection. The absence of staff also made it feel like a student dorm, not a guest house. The rooms on the top level (level 3?) are very nice, but the one we stayed in had a concrete strut over the end of the bed which was below head height. As a consequence, my wife inadvertently walked into it and ended up with a nasty lump on her head where she hit it. This had obviously been a problem for other guests as they had attempted to stick silicone tape on the beam/strut. This could be a potentially dangerous problem for others if not rectified.

After staying at the usual suspects in Zurich for my umpteenth visit, I found this gem on booking.com. The place is just like a Wes Anderson set. Loved it. It delighted my local friends who came for coffee. I hardly left the hotel - it was so lovely - and worked all day like a recluse on the terraced balcony of my super spacious room #4 on the second floor.

There is no coffee machine or fridge in your room, There is a nespresso machine and fully stocked bar and snacks in the lobby with a honor system to write down so they can charge everything you take. Coffee is EUR6? I think it would have been perfect if there were better facilities like a coffee machine and mini bar in the room - so I could have lived like a hermit and refrigerated the Sprungli luxemburglis. haha.

Unique and beautiful, vintage, exquisitely refurbished, peaceful. Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. All the amenities, fantastic delicious breakfast.

Welcome was a little bit blunt, but other staff made up for it. There was a private event in the common areas of the house so we could not hang out there, and enjoy the house, had to stay in the room. We had not been advised beforehand of this nor were we offered any compensation or discount for the inconvenience. Would have liked to enjoy the house freely for 900€/ night we paid, specially as it was a rainy afternoon. The TV switched on by itself at 2AM, we know Samsungs can do this sometimes but were a bit spooked as the house is so old (-: As an afterthought, since the house has no staff at night and there are other unknown guests, we are foreign with kids, in a residential area, would have liked to have a phone number at hand in case of emergency (someone tried the door handle at night and we took a while to go to sleep again) but it was ok.
