Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Sehr sauber. Gut zu erreichen. Tiefgarage nicht zu eng. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Modern. Hervorragende Betten, sehr bequeme härtere Matratzen. Tipp: Bei längerem Aufenthalt größeres Zimmer buchen. Standardzimmer reichen mit 16m² gerade zum Schlafen und duschen.
Keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Zu wenig komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten zum Frühstück. Beim Frühstück fehlt Rührei/Bacon, aber durch das Konzept des Hotels für größere Mengen schwierig umsetzbar. Frühstück war trotzdem frisch und lecker.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Bad, alles sehr eng, aber ausreichend für 1-2 Übernachtungen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Reception ist hervorzuheben.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich nur mittelmäßig und das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Es fehlen Rührei o.ä. und frisch angemachter Joghurt - auch die Körner für Müsli haben wir vermisst. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist nur sehr schwer zu finden.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. We had a wonderful stay and everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, mas para uma noite não atrapalhou. Recepção foi inflexível quando solicitamos um late check-out por 2 hs. Cobraram uma tarifa de 10 Euros por hora. Apesar da cobrança, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e entendo que trata-se de política do hotel.

The only downside was the small size of the rooms, as well as the lack of some in-room amenities, such as a refrigerator and a kettle for making hot drinks.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location was excellent. 2 mins walk to old town Romer and 3 min walk to Financial district with lots of lovely restaurants coffee shops and bars. Transport link stopped outside the hotel and only 5 mins walk to the train station . Staff were very helpful and pleasant
More hot food at breakfast would have been nice. We did have hot boiled eggs Hotel rooms are small but bed was big and comfortable

Das Zimmer war zwar geräumig, aber ungewöhnlich schmal geschnitten. Die große, fast raumhohe Fensterfront im amerikanischen Stil verstärkt diesen Eindruck – man hat beinahe das etwas unangenehme Gefühl, direkt aus dem Fenster fallen zu können. Die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt – auch wenn man sie, wie vom Hotel ausdrücklich als Zeichen für die weitere Benutzung vorgesehen, wieder aufhängt. Das ist nicht nur unnötig, sondern widerspricht auch dem eigenen Nachhaltigkeitsanspruch des Hauses. Außerdem sind die Sitzmöbel für ältere Semester wenig geeignet.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Lage am Mainufer ist sehr gut, um die Museen zu Fuß zu besuchen. In der Nähe kann man am Abend gut essen und besonders im Sommer draußen sitzen. Ideal ist auch die Parkgarage, wen man mit de eigenem Wagen kommt.
Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Besonders bei den Temperaturen in diesem Sommer 2026.

Das Frühstück war etwas wuselig, da wie bei Motel one üblich, niedrige und zu wenig Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Der Preis von 35 Euro p. P. erscheint dann doch etwas zu hoch für das Angebot.

Além disso possui linhas de bonde bem em frente que levam direto a estação central. Quarto e banheiro limpo e com todas as comodidades necessárias. Adoramos a estadia.

There was just not enough space for breakfast. The place was absolutely packed in the morning. If you can't staff free or seat breakfast, then you shouldn't be offering it.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Super Aufenthalt für einen Kurztrip! Sauberkeit top, sehr gepflegte Zimmer und ein wunderbar leckeres Frühstück, das keine Wünsche für den Start in den Tag offenlässt. Das Personal war jederzeit überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sogar früher als geplant angereist und haben sofort ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer angeboten bekommen. Für einen Wochenendtrip absolut empfehlenswert!
Einziger kleiner Punkt: Zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr platzt der Frühstücksraum etwas aus allen Nähten – worauf aber vorausschauend in den Aufzügen aufmerksam gemacht wird. Ansonsten alles bestens, wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Dass es heute( Sonntag) kein Obst gab. Nur ungeschälte Orangen. Größe der Zimmer wurden durch Weitwinkel Aufnahmen schon sehr "geschönt"..Kaum Platz, keine Schränke...Hier ist bis auf 2 kurze Regale das Leben aus dem Koffer angesagt.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Die Zeil, Römer und der Main sind in wenigen Gehminuten bequem zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine S-Bahnstation. Das zum Hotel gehörende Parkhaus ist gut anzufahren und die Parkplätze sind ausreichend groß. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was schon beim Check-Inn beginnt. Beim Frühstück ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kaffee- und Tee Auswahl ist sehr groß und sehr gut. Auch bei großem Andrang muss man nicht anstehen und es wird ständig alles aufgefüllt.
Die Lüftung im Bad war zu schwach. Nach dem Duschen ist durch den Wassernebel alles nass und feucht. Von einem Lüfter haben wir nichts bemerkt und haben zur Lüftung die Badezimmertür geöffnet und mit einem Handtuch verkeilt so dass die offen blieb. Dies hat auch bestimmt 10-15 Minuten gedauert, bis man das Bad wieder benutzen konnte. Zwischendurch haben wir das Bad mit einem Handtuch trocken gewischt.

When I booked the room weeks before my arrival, I had to pay for the two nights I planned to stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the first night, and absorb the cost for the first night. I understand this is a business, but other hotels allow cancellation and reimbursement up to a certain date and time. When I arrived at the hotel very late for my second night's stay, there was no one at the reception desk. My escort/guide had to search for a hotel worker to check me in. The room was sparse--I guess that's what I paid for. There was only 1 paper cup (and how long do you think this lasts?), and no refrigerator. In the morning after my only night, there was repeated knocking at my door, even after I asked to know who was there. I wasn't expecting anyone. I kept asking "Who is it?" No one answered, but the next thing you know, someone (perhaps a cleaning person???) was unlocking and opening the door. I immediately slammed the door shut and re-locked it. This was very disconcerting! I have traveled all around the world and I have NEVER experienced this!! The breakfast was included with the room. The organization of the breakfast items left a lot to be desired. Many items I could not find, but I saw them as I was leaving the breakfast area... On the whole, the last night/morning of my time in Germany clouds my wonderful experiences prior to staying at Motel One Frankfurt-Romer!

El personal de recepción incompetentes y nada amables llegamos y no encontraban mi reserva de booking me miraban como si yo quisiera colarme luego encontraron el problema que cambió su configuración y me dijo la chica lo hiciste hace mucho siempre reservo con antelación y era el 6 hotel de mi viaje baje a desayunar y no tenía incluido lo sabía en vez de apuntar el número de habitación y cargarlo para el último día me enviaron a pagar a recepción hasta ahí bien lo entiendo cuando voy a pagar diciendo el número de habitación el recepcionista me pide pasaporte por seguridad primera vez que me sentí junto con mi marido despreciados no volveré más y el personal del desayuno muy antipático también

The main light was broken (flickering)… check out is 12pm but I had cleaners knock on the door at 10am, 11am and when I opened the door there were three guys waiting to get in…

Bei Doppelbelegungen des Zimmers sollte es eine 2 Sitzgelegenheit geben .

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Die Lage ist sensationell! Mitten im Zentrum - der Stadtteil ist super lebendig, viele Lokale und Restaurants gleich ums Eck. Und das Bankenviertel zeigt eine schöne Skyline :) Vom Hotel aus zu Fuss sehr viel erreichbar! Der Check Out um 12 Uhr ist auch sensationell! Alles super freundlich und unkompliziert! Sehr komfortable Zimmer :) Ich buche immer wieder Motel One überall wo ich bin - da weiss ich was ich bekomme!

In den Zimmern von Motel one fehlen immer Haken, um etwas, z.B auch Handtücher aufzuhängen und Leselampen am Bett mit sanftem Licht, das den Partner nicht stört.
