因為住一樓 還是沒有二樓的陽台隱私，不過我入住時住客不多，所以影響不大，但喜歡在陽台乘涼抽煙的人建議選二樓

非常好，安静，花园，老板友善随和，房间大且干净，比我后面住的好多了，真应该都住在这里

I loved how private and secure the property felt. I had a beautiful view of the garden. It was quite spacious and I loved having a kitchenette to make some simple meals and have tea. It was hard to get used to the open concept shower but once I did I much prefer it over the closed concept we have in Canada! Great location as well I was able to walk easily to many destinations and if I didn't want to walk I only had to walk about 100m to get to the main road and there were always modes of transport waiting nearby.

I will start with a preface - the photos of the accommodations DO NOT do this place justice. The room was INCREDIBLE, very cute atmosphere and very spacious. I originally thought based on the photos that the rooms looked average but I could not have been more wrong. Almost like a high quality studio apartment with a big bathroom and a full size kitchen (including plates, bowls, mugs, silverware and even a sandwich press for your take home 7-11 toasties). The bed was extremely comfortable and the ambiance was great. We booked an apartment and set our preference to be on the second floor to have a balcony, in which I am so glad we did. The balcony was such a cute place to eat breakfast, step outside for some tea at night, or just sit and listen to the rain. The atmosphere of the facilities was wonderful due to the surrounding trees, gardens, ponds, and shade from the heat. The location was great, it is a 3 minute walk from an infamous food market (which has been visited by Anthony Bourdain) and a 5 minute walk to the Old City north gate. We were able to rent a bike for the whole day (50 Baht per bike) and travel a little further to some more markets and infamous restaurants. The owners were kind and you were always greeted with a smile. A nice detail was that the accommodation provided umbrella's (we stayed in the wet season), tea and coffee packets, as well as 12 liters of water for our stay. As for amenities, WIFI was great, AC worked perfect and the place was spotless of bugs. Terrific overall stay.

地點在古城區外圍而已~外面晚上走出去就有夜市可以吃當地特色美食🍽️位置離景點都不遠~~ 床很舒適,房間很乾淨,冷氣很涼,水給超級多超級讚🤩,住了3個晚上,有帶濾心!水其實蠻乾淨的☺️ 裡面的植物主人顧的超健康,植物都長得很茂盛很有生氣的感覺👍

只有進房的時候有點潮濕,但其實冷氣開完就比較沒這麼不舒服🤣

Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville, dans un cadre verdoyant agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, tout est aménagé avec goût. La grande terrasse à l'étage fait largement office de lieu de convivialité. La propriétaire est très arrangeante (possibilité de laisser les bagages dans son bureau avant le check in et après le check out). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en famille dans cet établissement !

We had the apartment and ended up staying two nights longer than originally planned. The little garden is great and provides a real jungle feeling. Only a couple of minutes away from old town and a night market, the apartment is still in a quiet road and you mainly hear the sound of frogs and geckos. Everything you need is in walking distance (super market, Cafés, beautiful temples, laundry...). We loved the balcony, it is great for having breakfast there. As some other comments have noted the bed's mattress is a little firm compared to European standards, but it has a fluffy topper and we slept very well.

The kitchen isn't actually meant for cooking, there is no real stove. We didn't mind though, because there is a night market right next door with excellent and very affordable food.

环境非常治愈幽静，打车时司机找不到路，房东帮忙联系司机，房东的爱人几次跑门口去接，太热心了。

我和儿子住的G5双床房，是一个有小阳台的二楼，里面干净整洁，处处透着老板的用心，空间算比较大，有个小厨房！整体是个大院子，像花园一样，里面还有好几只可爱的猫咪位置也很好，出去左边是夜市，右边有个摩罗力寺！

Most impressed by the beauty of the garden. We had an independent house for 2, so spacious and private, the view from the window is extraordinary. Just a street from the old town, has a 7/11and lotus nearby, equipped with a small open kitchen, very convenient for a short stay. There’s a laundry shop on the same street, very much recommended. Ps for cat lovers, the owner has 4 cats and they might visit your house : )

Accueil et bienveillance de l'hôtesse. Le lieu est magique : un petit jardin tropical en pleine ville où l'on s'endort au son des grenouilles.

Alles super praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts! Und es war sauber, obwohl es wie in einem Garten isst - überall grün und mega liebe und süsse Hotelkatzen! Nur zu empfehlen - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist auch super!! Und es liegt an einem ruhigen Ort (nicht an einer Strasse), aber direkt bei der Altstadt.

In der Nacht waren teilweise laute Tiergeräusche zu hören, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts!

J'ai adoré le jardin un vrai havre de paix. L'appartement est bien équipé, le personnel est discret et bienveillant. L'établissement est idéalement placé : proche des temples, des restaurants.

As per my previous review I love this place so much. The owners are so nice the room was great, and the natural surrounds of the place is what I love most, all the plants and greenery, its so cute and quiet too because of the local only road it is on. but close to the main city square. I actually left this place after my booking for 1 week to go to another accommodation for the next week, but I was not happy there so i came back to Oldy De Garden because I loved it and wanted to go back to somewhere I liked and was comfortable in. The owners kindly and easily accommodated my late check in with clear instructions and also happily gave me the same room I previously had again. love the cats on site :) and the bike hire.

De locatie is goed, de sfeer prettig met veel planten en zitjes in de tuin. Er is veel water en koffie gratis. Er is een koelkast, Microwave, tosti-ijzer, waterkoker en voldoende handdoeken. De kamers zijn niet luxe, maar ze voldoen.

De kamer was niet luxe, materieel an afwerking waren basic. Het bed was hard en de kussens niet prettig. Ik miste een kluisje.

Honestly I loved this accommodation so much, I did not want to leave after 1 week, I actually wished that I had stayed here for my entire two weeks instead of moving to the Air BnB I am now in. The tropical garden vibe is so nice and I enjoyed listening to the storm and rain at night looking out my window at all the beautiful greenery. You can hear the birds as well and its really not that far from a main road, but it is quiet and peaceful because it is not a busy street and also the street does not connect all the way through so only local people will be going through there. I rented one of the bicycles for a few days and loved it. so easy going and flexible, no crazy deposit for them like i have had in the past, just pay the cash for the day and off you go. The owners and staff were all so lovely and friendly and helpful. I love the four cats that were on sight too, so cute. Easy walk straight over into the main city square. There was a lovely lady to do laundry with also right up the road. I will definitely want to stay here again.

Would be good if there was a full size mirror in the room not just the bathroom vanity mirror. The drain in my shower wasn't draining very fast (But i did not bother to mention it, i probably should have) but it wasn't a huge bother to me. And I only wish there was also a monthly stay price as I would have love to have stayed on there longer while I find a long term lease.

The property is situated in a beautiful place, it really feels like you’re in the jungle. We had our own kitchen which was great with two teenagers who love 7-11!

The double bed was a bit hard but it was fine to sleep on, we stayed for 5 nights.

Excellent location right next to Old Town, The property is full of mature landscaping making it seem like a quiet, country side retreat a 2 min walk from major landmarks.

Reception / front desk open until 8pm. Easy communication through Watsap in preparation for arrival. The place is very close to city center while in a small street. The property is a guesthouse in a surrounding garden which is tuned by birds (and frogs on night but not too noisy). The room is large, separate are kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen amenities are fine. Air cond, hot water and wifi are fine. The place is very quiet day and night and the cleaning service can be required on demand. Drinking water and coffee/tea are supplied in the kitchen. You can park car or motorbike at the property parking The stay was wonderful, there is nothing to criticize. I would recommend the room B1 for the best privacy.

Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sehr grün und sehr gepflegt, man hat hier absolut seine Ruhe. Die Wohnung war schön und schlicht eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße hört man nichts von dem Verkehr. Night Market und Einkaufsläden in direkter Umgebung, Lage ist hervorragend.

Einzig das Bett war für uns etwas zu hart, aber dass ist ja persönliches Empfinden.

Oldy De Garden felt like a haven full of nature and peace in the middle of the city. The staff were lovely, and the room had everything you would need, including lots of bottled water, tea, coffee and cooking utensils. The room was spacious with the kitchen and bathroom in different rooms and the bed was huge and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet location in the heart of chiang mai

A sweet little apartment walking distance to the Old City, a night food market and some tourist sites. The apartment has a large room with a basic kitchen with large fridge, microwave (I think) and kettle and a few dishes etc. Enough to make a basic breakfast and also a large bathroom. We had a balcony to the garden but didn't really sit outside as we were tired by the end of a busy day. One of the night markets is around the corner and was great for dinner. a few restaurants for breakfast. Very accessible to points of interest and walkable if you like to walk or Grab was easy to get. Wat Lok Moli temple right around the corner - interesting at night to see. Very good value for money.

Missed the great breakfast that most places offer in Thailand , so you have to either make your own or find a restaurant or grocery store nearby - there are just a few. Have to google maps where you can grab coffee or food in the day.

This is my second time to choose Oldy De Garden. Comparing to my travel in 2024, the owner couple enlarged the number of rooms and kept three cute cute siam kitties. I stayed in G8 room, and it's just comfortable for single traveler. Tide, clean, cozy, quiet, adn also with a fully-equipped kitchen. Moreover, the location is rather convenient to everywhere. The hotel is 300m awaty from north gate of old town, where a small night market, a 7-11, a lotus fresh market, a nice bruch cafe nearby. Convenient but more quiet than live near Tha Phae Gate.

It would be perfect if those new furnished rooms connecting cable and guests could watch local TV program to experience more Thai culture.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street yet very close to a food market. We appreciated the large space (we had the 2 bedroom suite) and full kitchen. We also liked that the bathroom was separated into a shower room, toilet room and sink in the corner so we could each use a different part. We found the space to be clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning. The outdoor decor and patio seating was welcoming and nice to relax in. Overall an excellent stay and I would return next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The shower drain was very slow and it flooded the entire bathroom floor.

唯一满意的是床垫。较硬而且是king size. 我用的是自己带来的床单和被套包括枕头。 旁边的一个床垫较软，但是我没有使用，懒人沙发也没使用过。

不满意的地方还是很多的。先说最不满意的地方：绿植太多太乱，毫无章法，需要修剪。 再有：因为入住期间的气候还算好，我没有使用过空调机，但是空调机的滤网已经被灰尘堰塞，我庆幸没有开空调。 这个位置附近有很多民宿和廉价旅馆，有很多人走过围墙边，大声说话和使用摩托车。我的经验是如果你一定要来清迈，还是住在古城里更好，因为想要穿过古城的护城河的马路是一项技术活。我在这里住了十八个晚上，较远的地方都是用出租车，但是去古城就很苦恼，有太多的驾车人在斑马线前不会礼让行人，除非你也开摩托车。但是因为我没有摩托车驾照，虽然我会开，但是我不愿意违法。 还有一个经验：这个旅馆有A B & G 系列的房间，我推荐一定要预定G系列的房间。我没有预定好我要的房间类型，结果老板娘给了我一个A04的房间，那是一个朝北的楼下的房间，楼上是B系列，楼上的住客会有噪音传到楼下，我的房间整天是没有阳光进来的，只有在傍晚时候在房间外面的凉亭里有点西晒的阳光可以晒衣服。而且因为离围墙很近，路上的噪音也很多。 清迈的数字游民很多，周围的很多旅馆里都是各国来的实行廉价旅游的人，晚上有很多人在附近的夜市摊位上吃食物，但是我连看都不愿意看一眼，那不是我能吃的食物，太低级了。我在清迈期间都是在google map 上寻找评价在五百个以上的4.5分以上的餐厅吃饭，或者到big C 采购熟食回来吃，早餐都是面包和水煮鸡蛋加牛奶，这个旅馆的餐具只有微波炉和冰箱，还有电加热的水煮锅和小火锅，工作台非常低，不适合180CM身高的人。

經營者非常用心維護花園，擺設極具美感，走出房門可以看到各式各樣的植物花朵，讓人看了心情就很愉悅。房內空間大，附有冰箱、小廚房。地理位置極佳，走路就可以到Wat Lok Moli一定要去。旁邊就是Chang Phuak Market，到很晚都有小吃。喜歡喝咖啡的朋友，推薦附近的A-Roon Coffee。

位置非常好，在古城北白象门外，每天都有夜市，非常热闹。酒店在巷子里，很安静。 酒店是个大花园，房间是独立的小楼，私密性很好。我们住的是二层楼，带一个小阳台，坐外面很舒服。推窗可以看见一个古塔。

除了冰箱有点吵和早上的鸡叫的比较早。其他都还很满意

地點好，窗外就是美麗的花園，花園內有貓自在地玩耍，貓咪很健康，受到很好的照顧，花園後面有一個像是有歷史的塔，很神祕，畢竟這邊是老城，我很高興能夠在這邊享受快樂的假期。

An oasis in the bussieness of chaing mai

acceuil et management agréable et discret, les chambres sont superbes, plein de petits ustensiles pour la cuisine, eau en bouteille stocké, rien à redire, nous étions comblés.

Pas unique à cet établissement, mais quel dommage que les voisins laissent leurs chiens libres dehors la nuit dans la ruelle où nous logions, nous avons été réveillés plus d'une fois par leur vacarme.

酒店就在古城边，出入非常方便。周边的饮食、购物都非常近。酒店是一个花园式的酒店，非常干净舒适，适合一家人入住。如果下次去的话，我一定会再选这一家酒店。

Big enough space and very privacy with lots of plants. Love the small kitchen and drinking water, no need to buy bottle water. Every time I visit Chiangmai, I stay here. Feel very comfortable.

种植了许多植物，环境安静优美。离古城很近，周边景点、购物夜市都很近。

房间地板需要有一点点的清洁。

裡面花園環境很棒，有幾隻小貓咪嬉戲，陽台是吃早餐的好地方，廚房提供餐具很齊全，還有微波爐，鬆餅機，電火鍋。

有一間浴室淋浴間沒有簾幕，淋浴時地板都濕掉，失去乾濕分離的意義，另一間馬桶水箱有問題，按沖水後按鈕卡住，我們每次用沖馬桶完，自己維修。

2024년 인도네시아 발리 우붓에서도 Oldy De Garden 느낌의 숙소를 선택 후 매우 만족했었기 때문에, 비슷한 바이브의 숙소를 찾고 싶었습니다. Old Town 북쪽과 매우 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있어 Old Town, Santitham, Nimman 지역으로 이동하기에 매우 적절한 위치였고, Bolt를 이용하여 드라이버를 부른다면 Night Bazaar가 위치한 지역으로도 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 숙소는 미니 정글 같은 느낌이 들며, 만약 리모트 근무로 치앙마이에 오래 머물게 된다면 적극적으로 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 치앙마이에서 친구네 커플을 잠깐 숙소로 초대했었는데, 친구네 커플도 매우 아름다운 공간이라고 칭찬했습니다. 또한 레이트 체크인을 하는데 전혀 문제가 없었고, 사랑스러운 주인 아주머니께서 자전거를 무료로 빌려주기도 하셨습니다!

아파트를 대여했던 만큼 키친을 사용할 일이 있었는데, 누군가 사용을 하고 치우지 않은 흔적이 있어 청결에 예민한 사람은 불편할 수 있겠다고 생각했습니다. 예를 들어, 전기포트에 이전에 누군가 사용했던 물이 담겨있었던 것과 냉동고에 이전에 누군가 사용했던 얼음이 그대로 있었고, 제가 사용하는 이불에 누군가의 혈흔이 묻어있었습니다.

Lovely quiet location in a little oasis. Rooms very clean with great facilities and comfy beds.
