Room smells smokey, bathroom was smelling of cheap chemicals, my room view was towards the public waste area which was horrible

Best for Family Stay We had a very pleasant stay at Ramana Towers with our family. 😊 The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the property was a great choice for a family stay. 🏨✨ The location was convenient for our visit to Tiruvannamalai. 🙏

During our visit, the road connecting the property to the main road was under repair due to ongoing sewage-system work. 🚧 This made access slightly inconvenient, although it appeared to be a temporary issue and did not significantly affect our overall stay. 👍

I dont like Complementary breakfast. It better to don't include in i Complementary. It's waste of money. I suggest don't book.along with Complementary breakfast. Quality and quantity is not good.

The reception area was good - felt like a spiritual place

The overall attitude of the folks at the reception was not good. They only provided one bath towel, the room was booked for 2 people. No glass in the room. No one picks the phone in the reception. There is no network once you are inside the rooms. No kettle, no glass- they give only one water bottle, if you need more water then it’s chargeable. Complimentary breakfast is limited.

Ramana Towers is an ideal place to stay during the visit to Thiruvannamalai. Ideally located with easy reach to Ashramam and temple. Excellent value for the money charged.

It was a very good stay. Room was big & comfy bed. The hot water was excellent. Food was good too. But 2 kms to temple. This is located near ramanamajarishi ashram.

Breakfast was very good. Location for me is definitely great because my lakshya was the Ramanashramam. Felt safe ,as I had travelled alone.

Hospitality and the location

Location is excellent. Close to Ramana Ashram about 300 m but in the quieter part. Temple is 2 kms from the hotel

Food at the restaurant was not up to the mark. But it is the most convenient option at the hotel since hotel is in residential area

Excellent location, clean facilities etc but the staff behaviour was completely indifferent. The restaurant staff were the worst. It's touristy expensive and the staff behave like they are distributing free food. At 5 pm, the staff were in an all hands meeting for 20 minutes on customer support while seven of us were made to wait !!!

The restaurant staff require a complete attitude fix and retraining. The restaurant manager generally behaves like a grumpy owner, who does not understand hospitality at all
