We are book King bedroom but they are assigned for Queen bed room, they are cheating

Spacious Rooms and Good range breakfast for that Price

They had some sewage issues and due this the room was stinking. Though they changed the room but the problem was persisting

Very pleasant with basic facilities and kid friendly food. Not much spread for food, but whatever available was decent

Decent stay

The location is very close to the God Siva temple, staff's are good, the environment is good. The room space is very good, The breakfast was okay. Value for the money. They have provided the car parking. We're happy.

The WiFi signal is dropping all the time, no usb charge point. More clean needed.

Thanks to the hotel for upgrading one of our triple rooms to a suite. Beautifully located, a single suite on the top floor of the hotel. A BIG Thank You to Jeeva for arranging a birthday cake at such short notice. Much, much appreciated.

The hotel's definition of a triple bedroom was to add an extra bed to a double bedroom, whereas we were expecting a larger room with 3 beds. The property's maintenance needs improvement, as there were lizards and cockroaches in the suite. The lift was far from the suite door, and all lights were switched off at night.

Neat and clean rooms, wide spread of food with good quality

The staff members were all pleasant and welcoming. They assisted with bringing our baggage up to our room. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of different options.

hello dear property owner or representative the property is not at all at condition and worst part of the rooms are washrooms, smells very bad and fitting are all rusty or either broken. and majorly please improve the restaurant food taste.

I like this hotel even though their restaurant menu is limited. I have stayed here few times. It's worth it.

Calm and clean and serene, ten minutes away from temple, has a good breakfast spread

The ACs and TV were not working or went off multiple times, toilet flushes were not working. No fan in any rooms, so can become really hot in summer. We complained about it multiple times and no response from the staff.

Restaurant, erg sober, geen bar wat wel op booking .com stond, geen mogelijkheid voor massage. Geen winkeltje. En zwembad heeft wel de nodige onderhoud nodig veel roosters. Waren er uit of kapot.

Friendly and courteous staff, clean, well-maintained rooms, breakfast reminders, everything was great. I reached the property with a mild fever and they even helped me with some tablets because of which my Giripradakshina went very well. Was so pleased with their service.

This was my first time staying at Athena, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering a peaceful resort-like atmosphere that is both calm and relaxing. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a pleasant environment throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially when I made some mistakes during the booking process. They were understanding and went out of their way to assist us. Since we were travelling with elderly family members and children, they provided a spacious room that made our stay much more comfortable. Even though it was a peak travel period, the staff never failed to respond to our requests promptly and professionally. Their hospitality truly stood out. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool, although unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use it during this trip. The breakfast was good, the laundry service was fast and efficient, and the overall ambience of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend Athena to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tiruvannamalai. A special thank you to the Athena team for the thoughtful farewell gift upon our departure. It was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable and reflected the warmth and care shown by the staff throughout our visit. I would also like to commend the staff for their honesty and helpfulness when we accidentally left one of our bags behind after checkout. They kept it safely, promptly informed us, and ensured that it was returned to us without any issues. This level of care and professionalism gave us great peace of mind and further reinforced the excellent service provided by the team.

The tv channels doesnt really function well initially

We stayed with our family. Really a nice place to get away with children. They have children play area where you can engage your child some time. Also the pool was excellent and private. Will recommend this hotel in tiruvannamalai. Good ambience to stay

Bathroom design could be better. Walking through the wet bathing area to get to the WC is not optimal and there can be the risk of slipping.

Nothing much. But ambience was good. Staff are cordial and co-operative.

For the tariff charged/paid, comforts were little. Lift didn't work consecutively for 3 days putting elderly, guests with knee problems etc. to lots of inconvenience. Hot water did not come in our rooms necessiating our complaints to the reception desk. Restaurant has lot to improve with availability of food items to guests. Now it is limited. I may not wish to stay at this property in future.
