Muy bien localizado para acceder a todo el centro histórico. La atención del personal genial y la comodidad de la habitación muy buena. El desayuno para tomar en la habitación era perfecto para salir directamente a conocer la ciudad.

Unfortunately, the stay was very difficult because of the noise. It was extremely loud throughout the night, even with the windows closed, and neither my friend nor I was able to sleep properly. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, which made the situation even worse. If you are sensitive to noise or need a good night’s sleep, this is something to keep in mind.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Nápoles: céntrico, limpio y la atención de la recepcionista (Annalisa) inmejorable. Se adaptan en la hora de llegada para hacer el "check in" y te guardan las maletas sin coste tras el "check out". Está incluido el desayuno, el cual puedes tomar en el cuarto (ganas tiempo y comodidad). La habitación que nos asignaron era grande y espaciosa. Puedes ir a la mayoría de lugares de interés de Nápoles caminando (cerca del puerto y el barrio español). Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Por decir algo, comentaría que hubo poca variedad en los alimentos del desayuno (siempre nos encontramos el mismo tipo de dulces). Igualmente, estaban buenos.

We booked the spa suite in Comfort Zone Naples, but ended up not using it. The room was clean and spacious, but the whole place is a bit tired, including the facilities. It is located in a historic building so essentially it is a flat conversion which makes it a bit strange. Respectively, the location is fantastic, just off the main downtown area of Naples.

The internet in our room was virtually nonexistent. All rooms have separate WiFi networks. Ours didn't. We connected to the room next door, but the connection was unstable and when available, it was so poor that my work laptop refused to use it. I ended up using a roaming hotspot from my phone for work. Breakfast can also be improved considerably. The food choice was poor - few pastries and filtered coffee.

Hostess was very good. Helped with hassle free late check in.Rooms were spotless and location was within walking distance to most things.If back in naples would definitely stay again.

Nápolyban ez az egyik legjobb választás szállás tekintetében. Közel van mindenhez, a spanyol negyed, kikötő pár perc sétára található, a centrum metróval pár perc. A szoba tiszta, felszerelt, kis erkély is található benne ami plusz pont. Szép, hatalmas belső tér. A recepciós - Annalisa nagyon kedves, rugalmas, segítőkész, mindenben a rendelkezésünkre állt. A reggeli finom - édes péksütemények, de ez egész Olaszországban jellemző. Csak ajánlani tudom!

The room was comfortable and the hostess was amazing. She left many complimentary treats and water. The location was good very close to the port where we walked to in the morning.

A bit noisy, you can hear anything through the walls. Breakfast is Italian-style (pastries, pasticciottos - good) and starts at around 8.

La localisation est incroyable mais je voudrais vraiment mettre en avant le personnel ! La dame de la réception était d'une gentillesse hors du commun, elle nous a donné plein de conseils utiles et s'est montré très patiente. Cet hôtel est incroyablement bien situé et d'une propreté parfaite ! Le lit était confortable et l'ensemble de la chambre à la hauteur de mes espérances. Je suis vraiment ravie, je reviendrais avec plaisir !

Všetko bolo super, rýchly check in, komunikácia. Raňajky nám nechávali v izbe v chladničke. Počas nášho pobytu sa pokazila. sprchovacia hadica, čo sme nahlásili a ihneď ďalšie ráno ju prišli vymeniť :). Je to v centre mesta, kúsok od prístavu a pamiatok.

Ms. Annalisa was very kind; she arranged an early check-in for us and gave us useful recommendations for exploring the city. Every morning we got nice breakfast. The location is excellent—right in the city center—highly recommended!

Ottima struttura,camera come da descrizione ed era tutto ordinato e pulito, personale molto attento e gentile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio!

Location is perfect. You can go walking to all the main attraction and most important tourist places of Naples. Very clean and air conditioning.

Points of improvement: - Lack of a full breakfast. Just a daily cake and pastries. Not very healthy options like fruit and or salty meals. Not a real juice but artificial packaged one. - Very noisy neighbourhood, even with balcony closed a deep traffic rumour and noise day and night

The owner was really caring and tried to help us. The pastries in the morning were great and the place itself was very clean with great air conditioning!!! Very recommended!

La limpieza era pésima y cuando nos quejamos adjuntando fotos, nos dijeron que no nos devolvían el dinero. Ni el alojamiento ni booking. Vergonzoso

Die Dame, die für die Organisation und den Check In zuständig war und sich über Whatsapp bei uns meldete, war sehr bemüht. Das zweite Zimmer war auch - im Gegensatz zum ersten - sauber. Zudem waren beide Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gründsätzlich sehr gemütlich.

Leider mussten wir nach unserer Ankunft feststellen, dass unser Zimmer scheinbar nach den vorigen Gästen nicht (ausreichend) gereinigt wurde. Im Bett waren einige dunkle Flecken und braune (schwer identifizierbare) Patzen. Außerdem befanden sich auf den "frischen" Handtüchern rasierte Haare. Ebenfalls waren Haare im Mistkübel und einige Haare und Flecken auf dem Klo. Natürlich kann es passieren, dass einmal ein Zimmer übersehen wird; nach einigen längeren Nachrichten hin und her wurde uns dann doch noch zugesagt für eine Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer zu wechseln; dieses war zum Glück sehr schön und auch definitiv zuvor geputzt worden. Da wir für unsere zweite Nacht aber in das ursprüngliche Zimmer zurück ziehen hätten müssen, buchten wir uns hierfür eine Übernachtung in einer anderen Unterkunft. Auch wenn uns natürlich versprochen worden war, dass das Zimmer bis zur zweiten Nacht gereinigt werden würde, wollten wir uns in dieses Bett nicht mehr legen. Einige Tage nach unserem Check Out meldeten wir uns über Booking.com erneut bei der Unterkunft, um noch einmal zusammenfassend die Situation zu erklären. Leider erhielten wir hierauf keine Antwort mehr.

I highly recommend this accommodation! The room is large, spacious, and very clean, and the property is located in a safe area close to the city center. Annalisa is a wonderful and friendly host. She gave us great recommendations on places to visit in Naples and kindly arranged a taxi for us on the morning of our departure to the airport. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 🥰

The room was lovely and light with a balcony. Bathroom had a walk in shower all very nice . Lady on reception was very helpful. Location was excellent for the ferries to Sorrento and amalfi coast. Also 9 mins walk to the Alibus stop which costs €5 to the airport. Would stay here again if in Naples.

Rugalmas becsekkolás, jó elhelyezkedés, poggyászmegőrzési lehetőség. A szoba alapvetően szép, igényes berendezésű.

A reggeli rendkívül kevés és egyhangú, ár-érték aránynak nem megfelelő. A tisztaság kifogásolható, esetenként koszos, dohos ágynemű, jelentősen elhasznált törölközők jellemzik.

The location is great! Easy access to everything in the centre, close to the port and also 30 minutes by foot to the train station, nice and well-lit area. The staff is great, Annalisa is very welcoming. The breakfast is mostly pastries, but still nice to have. The room is comfortable and has everything you need including coffee machine.

Can be a bit noisy outside at night, but apart from that everything was good.

A személyzet kedves és mindent megtett értünk, amit csak kívántunk. A legutóbbi alkalommal nem volt lehetőség reggelizni fent a szobránál, de most csodás reggelit kaptuk, sok- sok gyümölccsel és remek kávéval. Kiváló belmagasság, tágas fürdőszoba. Imádtunk itt lakni.

Unica pecca essendo zona centrale e trafficata, si sento molto il rumore delle auto.

Struttura centrale, a due passi da maschio Angioino e a piazza del plebiscito. Fermata della metro sotto casa. Colazione gradevole a disposizione. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

Curatenia lasa de dorit: prosoapele erau patate, miroseau ciudat, lenjeria din prima zi era patata si ea, peretii murdari, draperiile la fel..a fost dezamagitor. De asemenea micul dejun nu este ceea ce va imaginati: nu exista mese, se serveste pe un dulap din hol iar mancarea consta in cateva briose, o prajitura, gem si cereale cu lapte, in rest nimic din ceea ce tine de un mic dejun conistent.

La location était parfaite, et la chambre en elle même était bien

Le petit déjeuner dans la chambre alors que ce n’entrait pas précisé du tout en amont, il fallait déjeuner dans le lit. Le bruit du frigo c’était un enfer surtout la nuit. L’insonorisation de la chambre était plus que déplorable on entendait même les gens parler dehors

The location, cleanliness, and breakfast (pastries and juice provided in the fridge) were excellent. Although we were usually out by 8:00 a.m. for most of our stay, it was nice to have the breakfast items available to munch on when we returned from our exhausting daily excursions in the afternoon.

Area around hotel was dirty (rubbish etc all over footpath). Breakfast included, which was a plate of cakes in room fridge. Information provided by booking.com was that it was in local cafe. Balcony room chosen however the balcony was standing room only, no furniture and view was down to street.

Annalisa was very welcoming and gave good information on a place to go swimming and lots of restaurant suggestions. The room was super clean. It's in a good location and felt very safe. You can walk in 10 minutes to via toledo and the port for boats to islands is also convenient.

Szépen berendezett szoba,tiszta, az erkély plusz pont Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt és minden nap takarítottak. Volt folyamatosan kávé kapszula utánpotlas is. Az olasz pezsgő amit ittunk nagyon finom volt,megérte a 30 eurót

Éjjel is nagy a zaj és a fürdőszobában a tusoloban lassan folyt el a víz.

Convieniently located walking distance to the cafes, shops supermarket. The train station is 500 minutes away which was good for our arrival and departure. The room is clean and tidy the lady at reception was extremely helpful with the check in and recommendations for restraunts.

Location was fantastic, Annalisa was extremely helpful. She allowed us to leave bags prior to check in and check out, even as a family of five! Great recommendations for food and how to get around! Breakfast was good and started early so we could eat before check out! Would definitely stay again!

Due to traffic there is a little bit of noise but it was to be expected in the inner city. As the floors are marble/stone you also hear the noise inside the apartments.

Posizione splendida per poter girare e visitare la città. La stanza e il bagno puliti e Annalisa ci ha accompagnato ancor prima di arrivare grazie ai suoi consigli e la sua disponibilità. Mi sono sentita a casa. Unica pecca dalla stanza si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva in corridoio e viceversa, consiglierei di insonorizzare in qualche maniera. La stanza dava sul cortile quindi non si percepisce in alcun modo il rumore da fuori. Il servizio di portineria è un plus valore molto gradito. La colazione un pochino spartana, ma di alta qualità. La torta al limone era deliziosa. Vorrei ringraziare Annalisa e mandarle un grande abbraccio da parte di tutti noi! Grazie e alla prossima!

Breakfast is not a breakfast, but cakes that they leave in a fridge in your room a day ahead, i.e. when they clean the rooom in the morning they leave the cakes for the next morning. It really can not qualify as breakfast, especially when there is no sitting area in the room.

Bed was comfortable and location convenient. Also great communication with the property manager. And we appreciated the breakfast as well. The price is competitive as well

Given the rating on booking we expected a nice place but it was not great. There was a smell of sewage and the overall condition of the room was not great with mold in the shower, chipped and consumed furniture and some tiles unglued. Ok for one night but we would have been very disappointed if we stayed for more than a day.

Comfort, location, nice breakfast in the room. Easy communication and access, friendly and approachable staff. Also we were able to leave the bags at the reception on the last day, as we had another full in Napoli. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast plenty with sweet pastries and milk in the Italian style (although not necessarily English style, as it is quite sweet for first thing in the morning) and daily fresh water. Safe with key in the room to keep the valuables and fridge was very convenient. Lovely big TV although everything in Italian language. Able to sign into Netflix with own account or to mirrorcast from own phone. Lovely little balcony, comfortable bed. Analisa at reception very helpful, and also was able to provide us with an iron machine.

Although i didn't check the facilities provided before going, i expected to have proper shampoo provided. There was a dispenser with a sigle product (unsure if it was shampoo or shower gel). In the end we made due with it, but I recommend you bring your own shampoo.

La struttura in posizione centralissima ma al tempo stesso in una zona estremamente comoda e tranquilla. La camera estremamente pulita e molto grande. Annalisa ci ha accolto subito con la massima disponibilità ed è stata estremamente ospitale dandoci una serie di indicazioni preziose. La mattina drl check out dovevamo lasciare la struttura molto presto e ci ha fatto trovare la colazione in camera. Spero veramente di poterci tornare. Lo consiglio se volete sentirvi quasi come a casa.
