Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo, habitación limpia y cómoda. Además está a 7 min caminando del Puerto donde llegas en ferry. Además te guardan el equipaje hasta que no esté tu habitación disponible.

La habitación estaba llena de mosquitos. Habían normas que ni ellos cumplían, había un cartel que ponía si se ensuciaban las sabanas era multa y nuestras sabanas ya estaban manchadas previamente.

La señal del wi-fi no llegaba nada al cuarto #24, teníamos q estar cerca del mostrado.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. The location is great, within walking distance of both the beach and the pier. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, plenty of storage, a large bed, and good water pressure. The pool was also a nice bonus, and communication via WhatsApp was always quick and easy.
A few small things could be improved. The Wi-Fi was quite slow at times (although this may just be an island issue), there was no complimentary drinking water, and housekeeping was only available until 11 am, which felt a bit early.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Amazing location, right in the centre and close to the ferry too. Super new and clean room, and a lovely balcony! The pool was also clean and nice for a dip to cool down. We also appreciated a fridge in the room to keep water cool.
The shower didn’t go hot, just Luke warm and was warm enough. Also only get one toilet roll, so had to ask for another which is fine (but maybe not in an emergency situation lol).

Ongoing construction, causing noise, dirt and inability to relax in the room and at the pool during the day and evening time. The room we were given was directly above the area that was worked on. Only used pool once as the water wasn't clean and there were construction workers working directly next to it. After 2nd night receptionist said our room will be cleaned but that never happened. If not for the fact we were there for 3 nights only, we would have definitely moved to a different place.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Die Zimmer sind gut, Personal ist freundlich. der Pool ist sehr sauber und erfrischend. Leider gibt es keine Stühle am Pool. Die Pflegeprodukte (Seife und Shampoo) sollten besser riechen. Kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Dieser ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollte ausgetauscht werden.

No me gustó que el wifi no andaba muy bien, nosotros que somos extranjeros necesitamos poder comunicarnos, y en toda la isla no hay señal. Entonces al menos, en el hotel, deberíamos contar con excelente servicio de Internet. O al menos que no se corte.

The location was also great: the beach was only a 10-minute walk away, the city center could be reached in just 5 minutes, and the harbor was about 10 minutes away.
The shower pressure was quite weak.

Sehr laut - nix mit Erholung - ständig knattern die dämlichen Golfkarts oder die Party in der Bar nebenan.. Zu behaupten Holbox sei autofrei ( und damit Ruhe suggeriert wird) entspricht nicht den Tatsachen . wir waren schlicht irgendwann super genervt vom Dauerlärm ! Schloss zum abschließen der Fensterfront war schwer gängig , wir mussten mehrmals jemanden zur Hilfe holen um zu zusperren . Keine aufhänge Möglichkeiten für nasse Wäsche vom Strand

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Wij vonden het teleurstellend. Bedden waren oké, maar erg veel herrie en geluiden vanaf de straat. We hebben in de 3 ochtenden en avonden niet warm kunnen douchen!!! Na de eerste ochtend meteen klacht neergelegd, maar helaas het excuses dat het probleem van het eiland Isla Holbox is en dat zij als Boutique hotel er niets aan kunnen. Het kan best een enkele keer voorkomen met minder druk van het water met douchen, maar geen warm water is rond slecht.
Zie hierboven !!! Lees altijd de reviews, ben wel verbaasd over de hoge score die dit boutique hotel heeft.

Falta onde estender roupa de banho, já que é um lugar de praia. As cortinas das janelas não vedam a claridade.

El servicio de la mujer que estaba en recepcion al hacer el check in fue muy malo, grosera, habia mucha gente en recepcion y se quedaba sin hacer nada porque decía que forzosamente teníamos que entrar a la habitacion hasta las 3pm, había personas de la tercera edad incluyendo mi mamá y aunque las habitaciones estuvieran listas ella solo se sentó por horas porque decia que "no estaba obligada a entregarnos la habitación" aunque por mensaje de booking me hubieran dicho que en cuanto estuvieran listas me podrían dar la habitación, ya que me había comunicado antes para decirles de mi mamá. No hay gente además cuidando en la noche y un grupo de tres mujeres tenían una bocina y estuvieron toda la noche con un ruido de musica y gritos hasta las 3am y nadie les decía nada, que les debieron de decir desde que estaban con la música a todo volumen en la alberca y yo tuve que salir a decirles. El personal del hotel tampoco te da información de la isla, todo lo que le preguntaba decia la misma señora que "no sabía", incluso ya me estaba diciendo que me iba antes y le tuve que aclarar que nos quedábamos 3 noches, porque ya casi que nos estaba corriendo. La verdad para ir de vacaciones y pagar una habitación para que la gente que atiende te trate como si te estuviera haciendo un favor y sea tan pedante y grosera, no volvería a este hotel.

No limpian la habitación cada día, por el precio que se paga creo que es algo indispensable. La habitación no tiene nada mas que la nevera, no hay ni una silla para sentarse. No disponen en el hotel ni de un microondas.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025Es un hotel limpio, centrico, esta a la mitad de la isla entre el muelle y la playa a 3 calles del centro lo que lo hace que el ruido no llegue y puedas descansar de mejor manera. ya que en el centro y en la playa hay ruido a altas horas de la noche.
Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran un horno de microondas para calentar algunas cosas que se compran en el minisuper, pero nada que afecte la estancia.

La piscina era pequeña pero limpia y muy bonita. El WIFI funcionó excelente. El muchacho de la recepción (Fernando creo que se llama) nos dio un excelente servicio y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitabamos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo
