Location was great, clean good bed and shower had good water pressure. I would stay here again

The name of the hotel is Raon hotel, not DN Beach hotel. Water half floods the bathroom when showering and the sink doesn't drain well. Small maintenance task

I like the location, it was close to the beach and to a lot of restaurants around and we also had halal options which is great. We booked 2 rooms, one on the 4th leave and the other on the 9th level, I was on the 9th level which was quite and couldn’t hear the street noise, great for me. The beds were huge, could easily fit 3-4 people and comfort. I like how the fridge were working even when the card that activates the electric wasn’t in, so you could store and enjoy a cold drink anytime.

I wish they provided breakfast. The hall way on the higher floors were hotter, and the sensor lights disconnects very quickly but it’s not too big of a deal. I wish the elevator had a fan to reduce the heat when needed

Air conditioning would have been better.

It’s right next to the beach so the location is great and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. Our bed was fairly comfortable and there’s a swimming pool which is a nice addition.

When I initially booked it I wasn’t aware there was no window. We had someone smoke outside of our room in the hallway so when we got back to our room it smelt very strongly and there wasn’t an easy way to air it out.it was a bit confusing since there were signs everywhere saying no smoking but there was a completely full ashtray on top of the bin next to the lift. We also got back from being out all day and our room had been cleaned but there was an extremely strong smell of durian. The staff were pretty confused as to why it smelt like that but gave us some air freshener which helped.

There is construction near by and pretty loud. Besides, the sound proof is not that good, so you literally and hear everything on the corridor and the next room

The gentleman at check in spoke English and was efficient. After check in, the other staff were okay.

The very strange incidents at this hotel was having two men walk into my room with key cards: One at 5AM (still dark outside) and the second about 9AM. As a woman traveling alone, I found this very disconcerting.

It was such a fantastic spot to stay. Walking distance to everything. Always welcomed with a happy smile each time leaving hotel and coming back. Definitely worth adding this to your trip. Special mention to miss Q who was outstanding and looked after us best well

The rooms are very run down. The receptionist sleeps behind the counter after 12am and it was quite awkward to get help.

Location was very good, only a short walk to the beach on good streets for restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Bad staff, cleaning, and wifi. Constant outages electricity. Not clean place. Bed was brick hard and AC very weak. Kitchen was not clean and nobody cleans. Cleaners only sweep floor and take out trash. They do not change bed sheets, clean bathroom, and clean kitchen.

This is a good value for money hotel, well located for exploring the city, beach, restaurants and coffee shops. WhatsApp reception communication good.

Facilities old and not maintained compared to photos on booking site. Poor housekeeping service in room. Public areas not clean. Unexpected construction next to hotel during stay. Remember to leave your key at reception if you want your room cleaned! Door to room difficult to lock.

The staff was very friendly and they allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby after check-out. The room was quite spacious with a large shower and view over the city.

The room was large, pretty, and comfortable and the staff were very friendly! I also really liked that the room I stayed in had a small kitchen area.

The location is near the beach (you just need to walk for 10 mins). The staff are friendly and willing to give some extra help, for example, helping me with tying my luggage to the bike when I decided to ride one to Hoi An. The room is spacious.

The room is not quite soundproof and the TV is not a smart one. Anyway, it’s still good value for the price, thanks to the huge size and cleanliness.

I really liked the location and the beautiful theme of the rooms. It was within walkable distance from the beach and great restaurants. The hotel staff were prompt and very helpful.

Though it was a great room, the view was not so great. Need some maintenance as some electrical sockets were not functional. Inclusion of breakfast would have been ideal.

The hotel has good location, not far from airport, Han River Bridge, and beach.

TV did not work well. Bathroom floor was not clean. Hotel did not offer complimentary water. Room is little bit small.

Close to beach , handy location,and not to far away from attraction site's 45 minutes to ba,na hills. Mia at reception was awesome so helpful her English and understanding was great .

Old building not like photo. Toilet broken ,no hot water at times .run down apartment needs overhaul .sorry for not good review but had to be said .hopefully the owner can get it back on track .

The location near beach, just around 5min to walk. You have everything you need near there, 24 mini mart, beautiful cafe shop, restaurent , local food. Studio room have the amazing windows view to checking.

The bed is a bit hard, and you should double check the room rate because there will be a difference between the price displayed on the app and the price the hotel sends you. It was explained to me that it included 10% untaxed fees. Because I only book for 1 night, the tax difference is not much, but if you book for a long time, you should check this issue carefully to avoid conflicts about money.

Loved the location and the staff. The stay is near the Da Nang coast. They had motorbikes for rent and it was too easy to get them and roam around the city. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel has a musty damp smell throughout! My room appeared to have a damp issue. The walls in certain areas clearly had water/damp damage. There was a damp smell in the room when I entered!

The property is in a very good location, and the staff is very attentive and responsive. They do their very best to make sure that all their guests are taken care of. As far as Steffen goes one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I enjoyed the ability to purchase beverages in the lobby, the comfortable beds, AC is near restaurants and grocery stores.

It is a bit far from maim attractions in Da Nang but really close to the beach.

The view at night with gigantic window is unbeatable! It makes you feel like you live in a penthouse when the lights are off. Staff are the best, super communicative friendly and speaking fluent English. I also loved how spacious it was, bed comfortable and huge, big bathroom. There's a lot of things good with these apartments

No Aircon is painful when the flat has big windows and is on one of top floors. The heat is unbearable and the fan is not enough. Aircon theoretically is there but it is old and doesn't do the job, it is blowing warm air. Furniture are old, warn and kind of falling apart. It is such a shame because the receptionists are lovely and the flat has huge potential

The price is cheap

Room has a very strong musty smell. And there is no window to the room. Something to take note, to be aware if the room you booked comes with a view. Aircon took very long time to make the room cold.

Staff speak English very well, always trying to help

The staff are so friendly and always available to help! Also in a good location close to the beach and close enough to the city centre to take a bike taxi!

The room is not as it was shown in the booking.com, AC was not working properly and we had to check out of the hotel earlier than the checkout time due to humidity inside the room. Paint over the walls was torn out, and basic amenities were not available.

it's in a middle of a touristic ghettto. The location is weakest point, but if you love mosques it will be ideal. Th room is extra small but there is nothing too bad in it.

We had a spacious, quiet double room on the top floor. The hotel has good location, staff is very helpful, they organised the transport to the airport for us and printed our visas.
