Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The 2 bedroom suite had a kitchenette (microwave only) and water and coffee were provided. There's a 7-11 and a coffee shop on the ground floor and restaurants, pharmacies and a hospital nearby.
The penalty for a missing key card was P500.00 - too expensive for something that can be easily lost or misplaced. Other hotels don't even charge for this. No coffee facilities for the smaller room.

This is out of your control but it was a bit hard to get in and out due to traffic.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026Convenient location not far from the airport and the port. The room was clean, and there’s a nice café downstairs which was a pleasant bonus.
The street is extremely noisy, which is already challenging, but what made it worse was the housekeeping noise in the corridors (vacuuming around 10 PM). While I understand that outside noise is beyond the hotel’s control, noise from within the hotel should be better managed. Overall, if you’re a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend bringing good quality earplugs or considering another option.

L’hôtel a été très compréhensive et d’une gentillesse incroyable . Le mail ce fait très bien en tuk tuk . Excellent rapport qualité prix

It would be nice if the noise from the street filtering into the room would be controlled especially at night.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025We had booked this as we had been up since 2am and were trying to get a ferry to Siquijor which was fully booked. We chose this out of never due to its proximity to the port and price point. This turned out to be a gem. The property was clean and the bed was large it had a 7/11 downstairs and also a cafe too. The staff were so helpful, they let us check in early so we could sleep. And called a tuk tuk for us when it was time to leave for the ferry, as well as giving us helpful tips regarding the ferry. If only I had remembered because I would’ve left Siquijor earlier and then stayed the night again before flying out to Coron.

Small area (building) and room was small. Staff tells you not to stain sheets when you check in or will be charged. Price too high for the location.

Parking could be better but the hotel security has been helpful finding/ getting into one.

Nice spacious clean room, good shower, and quality comfy beds and linen. Lovely little coffee shop on the ground floor for a proper latte and pastry before heading off in the morning.

Most Suite room that they have, were facing the busy street. Which makes it hard to sleep at night. It was very noisy! We have to wear earplugs and it didn't help. There was a 7 ELEVEN store in the lower level, which is very convenient if you needed something, but made it worst sleeping at night.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2022I think it is one of the best options in Dumaguete. The rooms are nice and clean and of sufficient size. The hotel seems to be quite new. There is a 7-Eleven in the same building.
The distance to the port and to the city center was longer than expected. Most of the tricycle drives seem not to know this hotel.
