The hotel is situated in a quiet road. There is a metro station nearby.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a very low power output which lasted about 36 hrs. We were unable to use the air conditioning and the lights were constantly switching on and off. The problem concerned the whole street. A back up generator would be a good idea.

Pannes de courant 2 jours de suite sans lumière, sans climatisation et sans appareil électrique ( lampes, ampoules, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, grille pain). Impossible de dormir les 2 premières nuits (bruit strident du à la carte magnétique et la deuxième.nuit lumière bleue près de la porte pour créer une lueur).

Невероятная чистота; все удобства - гель для душа, шампунь,… фен. В комнате (одноместный номер) был кондиционер. В номере по ночам относительно тихо, шум от соседей в целом не мешал, хотя изоляция не идеальная. По мне - очень хороший завтрак. Расположение отеля в принципе достаточно удобное, много остановок рядом.

Нет прачечной/ стиральных машин для посетителей.

Avevo la camera invasa da formiche che ho trovato anche nello stesso letto. Non ho fatto polemiche perchè ci sono rimasta per una sola notte ma è inaccettabile

As empregadas no geral( menos a empregada italiana da recepção que foi muito amável) são bastante carrancudas Principalmente gostava de chamar a atenção a empregada moldava que tinha o sentido de humor bastante peculiar. Fora disso depois do check out tivemos que esperar 2 horas antes de ir ao aeroporto no hotel. Antes de sair pedimos a essa rapariga moldava ir a 🚾. A mim foi rejeitado. A minha mãe com muito “por favor conseguiu” e fui acompanhada até a casa de banho com as palavras várias vezes repetidamente e bastante alto :”para que eu preciso essa dor de cabeça”. Foi extremamente desagradável para nós no final. Eu pedi para jogar algum lixo fora e ela fez um esgar de desagrado total e quando afastei me continuo a resmungar. Fomos colocados num quarto onde ao lado ficaram todos os ares condicionados do primeiro andar então as noites parecia estávamos a dormir numa fábrica

Mi habitación era la más alejada y no tenía señal suficiente fluida en la conexión wifi , todo el tiempo se desconectaba, salvo en el marco de la puerta o afuera , pero era muy incómodo sobre todo por el calor que hacía .. y el baño tenía un desperfecto el socalo de goma de la ducha , por eso salía todo el agua mientras me bañaba hacia fuera del baño al dormitorio y la primera noche se mojaron mis pertenencias .. di aviso esa misma noche y al otro día a la encargada Francesca, pero lamentablemente esa persona me atendió muy mal , no se pudo solucionar esa situación , ya sea con un plomero , cambio de habitación o de última reducción en la tarifa de la habitación ya que me asignaron una habitación que no estaba en las condiciones óptimas para si uso o por lo menos lo garantizado en la reserva ( sin wifi y baño que pierde agua ) . Me sentí estafado . Pague las noches de una habitación al mismo precio como si funcionara el wifi y el baño perdiendo agua . Horrible . Llame a booking y también sentí una desatención ante el reclamo .. está todo registrado My room was the farthest away and I didn't have enough fluid signal in the wifi connection, all the time it disconnected, except in the door frame or outside, but it was very uncomfortable especially because of the heat .. and the bathroom had a damage to the rubber base of the shower, that's why all the water came out while I bathed out of the bathroom to the bedroom and the first night my belongings got wet .. I warned that same night and the next day to the manager Francesca, but unfortunately that person Served very badly, that situation could not be solved, either with a plumber, change of room or last reduction in the room rate since they assigned me a room that was not in the optimal conditions for use or at least what is guaranteed in the reservation (without wifi and bathroom that leaks water). I felt cheated.

I had a wonderful stay at Relais Manzoni! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was always clean, and I especially loved the lovely scented soap—it was such a nice touch. The breakfast was also great and a lovely way to start the day. The location is convenient, with many iconic places nearby, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Best of all, it’s quite affordable for the quality and comfort they offer. Highly recommended! ❤️

La colazione non di alta qualità ...ma buona

Läget. Nära till kollektivtrafik samt gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Litet men trevligt rum. Skön säng och trevligt med balkong/terass.

Otrevlig personal. AC läcker vatten som lämna stora vattenpölar på golvet. Duschhandtaget spruta vatten på flera ställe pga läckage. Toalettens spolning är kass och kan ta flera försök att spola ner toalettpappret. Går inte att checka in hos reception efter 22.30.

Struttura piccola ma molto carina, La camera era piccola (in fase di prenotazione c'era scritto Matrimoniale Piccola) ma l'ho travata veramente molto accogliente ed il plus è il piccolo patio con sedie a tavolo per ugnuna della 4 camere che si affaccia su qquesto cortile interno, doccia di ottime dimensioni nonostante il bagno sia piuttosto piccolo Nonostante la camera piccola il letto, molto comodo, era di dimensioni Queen e non alla francese come erroneamente mi aspettavo. Molto pulita, cambio asciugamani anche se non richiesto e questa cosa non è affatto scontata. Due bottigliette di acqua in omaggio. Personale molto gentile

La colazione è il vero punto debole della struttura, pochissima scelta anche se cornetti vari sono prodotti da forno e non surgelati, niente uova strapazzate o bacon, solo uova sode. Prosciutto e formaggio di qualità non proprio top Consiglio alla struttura di porre più attenzione, la colazione è cosa che invoglia molti a tornare in una struttura piuttosto che in un altra. Non c'è frigobar, al suo posto una cantinetta dei vini, l'ho trovata spenta al mio arrivo, una volta accesa non è riuscita a scendere a meno di 20 gradi, dovrebbero arrivare a 8.

Colazione discreta ma accettabile, a differenza dello staff non presente nella sala colazione durante l'orario previsto (seppur 20 minuti prima della chiusura della sala) ed una volta che la signora dello staff si era accorta della nostra presenza, ci ha accolti urlandoci :"WHERE IS THE GLASS!! WHERE IS THE GLASSS!!", con molta dolcezza e cordialità dall'altra parte del corridoio, per indicarci dove ci dovessimo sedere. Dopo questo accaduto la signora è entrata un attimo nella sala colazione per muovere due cose dietro al bancone, borbottando tra se e se con tono burbero, palesemente contrariata e scoglionata per il nostro arrivo 15-20 minuti prima della fine dell'orario della colazione. Come se non bastasse dopo un minuto ha preso ed è andata via a fare altro. Ho mangiato un toast con un po' di nutella con la mia ragazza e siamo andati via, senza bere, ne caffè, ne succo, ne tè o latte in quanto dietro al bancone la signora non c'era e non mi sarei permesso di prendere le cose autonomamente. Totale impiegato? probabilmente 3 minuti. Fosse stata una colazione decente massimo 10 minuti, e comunque saremmo stati nel range di tempo prestabilito dall'orario della colazione senza sforare di un minuto. Se a qualcuno interessasse ho preferito prendere una redbull alle macchinette della metro al posto del caffè che ho pagato insieme alla mia stanza, per poi andare a fare colazione in un altro posto. In un servizio adeguato il cliente deve essere messo a suo agio, e non essere trattato così, ed anche se fosse molti servizi di ristorazione, caffetteria ed altri simili hanno sempre del tempo in più fuori dalla fascia prevista per servire il cliente se ha fatto tardi o sta ancora consumando, trattandolo comunque con cordialità, in questo caso non ce n'è stata una briciola neanche nell'orario prestabilito che sarebbe stato opportunatamente rispettato.

We booked three nights and left with one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The air conditioning did not work at all – with 35°C outside, the room sat at around 30°C and was impossible to sleep in. Reception called a technician but we were simply told it couldn't be fixed, and staff refused to move us or offer any compensation. The room itself was falling apart: the toilet seat was broken and the shower didn't work properly. On top of that, we found ants in the room. The breakfast was meagre and disappointing. For the price this hotel charges, the standard is unacceptable. We felt we were paying a premium to sit in a hot, broken room with no willingness from management to make things right. I travel and stay in hotels constantly, and I have never encountered anything like this. Save yourself the money and the frustration – book elsewhere.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De koelkast op onze kamer werkte niet, waardoor we onze drankjes telkens aan de balie konden afgeven. Het personeel zette deze met plezier koel voor ons. Na elke daguitstap werden we bovendien steeds hartelijk en persoonlijk ontvangen, wat ons verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Het ontbijt was eerder beperkt, maar dat was niet storend. Aangezien het geen groot hotel is, is dat ook begrijpelijk. Ondanks het kleinere aanbod was er voldoende keuze en vonden we altijd iets naar onze smaak. Het was een leuke extra dat elke kamer over een eigen terrasje beschikte, waar je rustig kon zitten en genieten.

Ingenting. Der var to søde kvinder i receptionen, som forsøgte at hjælpe det de kunne. Det var svært at kommunikere med damen der var på i dagstimerne.

Vi ankommer til at receptionisten siger "Hiii, I have a very Big discount for you", og vi forstod ingenting af, hvad hun mente med det. Hun viser os til værelset og siger, at der er vandskade, fordi badeværelset ovenpå, har haft et læk. Det betyder at der er en stor plet på væggen og loftet, hvor det er tydeligt muggent og virkelig ulækkert. Hun siger at hun er virkelig ked af det, men de ikke kan gøre noget for os. De har ikke andre værelser de kan tilbyde os, og vi kan ikke få noget rabat eller noget. Vi kan skifte hotel, det er det hun siger. Vi vælger at sove der første nat, og kontakter booking.com for at vi kan få pengene tilbage. De siger at det kan vi nok godt, men at vi skal aftale det med hotellet. Så vi må skynde os tilbage til hotellet inden kl. 23, før hun er gået hjem, for at høre om de vil acceptere at vi annullerer bookingen og får pengene retur. Hun siger det først kan lade sig gøre efter i morgen, så at vi ikke kan få pengene retur for første overnatning. Vi finder et nyt lækkert hotel tæt på, som var en kæmpe opgradering, men til helt samme pris. Derudover, til morgenmaden havde vi en skrækkelig oplevelse med kvinden der arbejdede ved morgenmaden. Vi åbner døren fra vores værelse om morgenen, da vi skal ind til morgenmaden og bliver mødt af en hånd som afværgende bare siger "no no". Hun er i gang med at betjene personale elevatoren, og vi skal vente. Så kommer vi ind til morgenmaden, og tager et bord, og sætter os - vi vil gerne sidde i midten, så det gør vi. Der bliver vi mega uhøfligt på halv italiensk og med store armfagter fragtet væk derfra. Vi får af vide hvor vi må sidde. Hun ruller tydeligt øjne af os. Så begynder vi at tage morgenmaden, og her er hun igen utrolig ubehagelig. Jeg ved ikke hvad jeg havde gjort hende, men ligegyldig hvad jeg gjorde, så gik hun og bagtalte mig på italiensk, og hun lagde slet ikke skjul på det. Jeg spurgte om de havde flere yoghurt, og der rullede hun igen med øjnene og tog nogle ud.

Nagyon bájos a hely. Minden picike, de tiszta, rendezett, ízléses, olaszos. Földszinti szobánk volt, így egy kis kertkapcsolatunk is kialakult, nagyon mediterrán, hangulatos volt.

A reggeli egy picit spórolós, tudom, hogy az olaszoknak alapvetően idegen a kontinentális reggeli, de a főtt tojást gyakorlatilag dugdosta a pult alatt az egyik reggeliztető hölgy (idősebb, morcosabb, kevésbé kedves), aztán a többi napon nem is volt tojás, azonban egy másik reggeliztető hölgy volt, aki nagyon nagyon kedves volt, igazi olaszosan csacsogós, vidám!

Room size a bit challenging

Evidenzio solamente che la camera era veramente molto piccola. Viaggio molto per lavoro e certamente è stata la camera in assoluto più piccola dove sono stato accolto. Personale ineccepibile, ottima accoglienza e disponibilità.

La camera per dimensioni troppo ridotte.

We stayed here and overall were very satisfied with our experience. The staff was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options. The location is very convenient: only about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum, and public transport connections are excellent, making it easy to get around the city.

There were just a couple of downsides. The shower in our room was leaking, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, if you book a room with separate beds, it’s important to know that they are truly separate and cannot be pushed together.

It was clean and well positioned for the Metro and Colosseum.

Bathroom had some maintenance issues one was fixed but the other there was no urgency to fix this. We had to manage for our three night stay. Breakfast wasn’t great, very limited and some of the staff not very welcoming or helpful.

Hubo un problema con una avería con el agua caliente , hacia mucho calor en Roma y viajaba con mi madre de 80 años , y fue muy incomodo no poder ducharse con condiciones nirmales ni las veces que hubiese sido necesario

Muitas escadas estreitas tanto para subir e descer para os cômodos. O café da manhã é razoável, mas faltaram itens básicos como frutas, variedade de pães, há limitação de sachês de adoçantes.

Skimmelsvamp på badeværelset. Toiletsæde der ikke sad fast. Meget lydt. Ingen søvn fordi man skulle ringe på døren for at komme ind i lobbyen ude fra, hvilket folk gjorde hele natten, den ene nat var receptionisten på toilet i over 30 minutter hvor der blev ringet på mellem 01:00-01:30, som vi blev vækket af! Blev vækket kl 04:30 fordi receptionisterne stod fjantede grinte om morgenen. Man kunne høre ALT hvad folk talte op på deres værelser og på gangen… Forfærdeligt ophold.

There was mosquitos in my room and got couple of bites overnight. There was a neighbour dog barking which was annoying but it stopped by midnight

Muy buena ubicación, sitio muy limpio, habitación cómoda y con aire acondicionado.

La habitación tenía humedades en las paredes y techo, por lo que se veía muy descuidada la habitación. El desayuno estaba bien pero faltó tener variedad, por lo menos algún pan integral.

Colchon muy incómodo, ondulado. Paredes con humedades y descorchadas. Vimos otras habitaciones y estaban muy bien, ni comparación con la nuestra, yo creo que cuanto menos pagas te alojan en el mayor zulo.

lift defect, wc van een van de kamers defect, deur badkamer in de nacht geblokkeerd, onaardig personeel bij het ontbijt, bagagedepot ivm late vlucht open en bloot onder de trap, niet afgesloten, buiten zicht ook van receptie. Bij ophalen bagage mochten we geen gebruik maken van het toilet. De houding van de receptioniste was zeer ongastvrij: "zoek het maar uit" Kortom een zware tegenvaller, geen ster waardig.

Hotel cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Llegamos tarde y el ascensor no funcionaba, pero la chica de recepción nos ayudó amablemente con las maletas. En general, una buena experiencia.

El desayuno estaba bien, especialmente los panes, aunque podría tener un poco más de variedad en los complementos.

Aria condizionata rotta. Non forniscono una chiave per entrare quindi siamo rimasti 20 Minuti chiusi fuori ad aspettare.

Całkiem niezłe śniadanie w cenie, mozliwość pozostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

W momencie zameldowania dowiedzieliśmy się, że klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działa (na dworzu ponad 30 stopni). Zero jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty oprócz butelki wody gratis.. W łazience straszny grzyb na suficie.

Hotel é ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização perto do metrô. Muitos locais perto para comer, mercado e pontos turísticos.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, nada que desabone ele, mas com muitas malas acabou ficando apertado.

Brekfast was sad, one cornetto and few pieces of old bread, coffee was good. Room was super small, i could touch the door sitting down in bed. No toiletries. Nothing was as in pictures.

Je werd altijd op de vingers getikt dat dit niet mocht of dat niet mocht bv tafels verzetten als je met 6 personen bent mag niet je moet per 2 aan tafel . Bij ons was de wc bril stuk wij gaan dit melden krijgen wij als antwoord ja we weten dit kan misschien morgen ofzo gemaakt worden. Wij zijn er 4n geweest en was bij vertrek nog steeds niet gemaakt

De kamer is klein maar compleet, modern ingericht en netjes. Het bed is heerlijk. De badkamer is goed ingericht. Een terras voor de kamer was heerlijk, zo midden in Rome (geen uitzicht). Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Bus en metro op 6 minuten lopen.

Voor ons geen probleem maar goed om te weten: onze kamer ligt op de begane grond maar er is een trap naar de receptie en een trap naar de ontbijtruimte. De lift naar de ontbijtruimte is alleen te gebruiken samen met een medewerker.

Wifi didn't work at all, the windows was without mosquito net so you couldn't open the window, because you immediately mosquitoes inside.

Não tem elevador, banheiro com descarga quebrada, box com muito vazamento, cama desconfortável.
