Staff competente gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, camera molto spaziosa, la struttura é ubicata a 50 metri dal parlamento in pieno centro storico e comunque molto silenziosa

Location is fairly close to all attractions and it was clean.

The facilities, too small, the elevator was extremely tight and old, felt scary.

Great Location, amazing communication with the hotel staff, easy to find, they filmed me a video of how to enter and made sure we arrived safe after our flight to rome got delayed. They communicated with us on WhatsApp from the day before we arrived. There's a free minibar with water and soda, and also coffee and snacks for free. Hot water, working AC unit. Nice pillows, comfortable bed. Charging ports next to the bed.... Everything you can wish for. Also there was toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, conditioner, shampoo.... everything. There are a few gluten free restaurants nearby

If you can't walk a lot, it takes a few minutes to get to the nearest bus stop, and unfortunately they don't always arrive right on time... so be aware that you'll mostly walk to places. But everything is in a walking distance!!!

Situació immillorable al centre de Roma, just al costat del Parlament. Tots els grans monuments situats a pocs minuts caminant. Ciutat del Vaticà a 15 minuts caminant.

L'accés, amb un ascensor molt petit i extremadament caloròs.

Todo impecable !!! Supieron comunicarse con nosotros que no hablamos ni tanto ingles ni tanto italiano, siempre alguien que se comunicaba con nosotros en castellano. Aparte siempre atentos y serviciales.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, nieopodal Panteonu. Pokoje przestronne i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obiektem oraz instrukcja dotycząca zameldowania w późnych godzinach. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

A cama era confortável, o quarto espaçoso. Como fui no verão o ar condicionado fez diferença, deixava o ambiente geladinho.

Personale molto gentile e cordiale, abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda ma visto che alloggiavamo solo 2 giorni non abbiamo avuto il tempo di dirlo se non proprio il giorno della partenza, la ragazza è stata molto gentile e mi ha detto di dirglielo la prossima volta e che avrebbe controllato il problema. La stanza era pulitissima e ordinata, per il prezzo, la posizione ben collegata a tutto e la cordialità dello staff è assolutamente uno dei migliori hotel da poter prenotare!

9-11 Temmuz tarihlerinde 2 gece burada konakladım. Yorum okuyarak çok araştırarak tercih ettim. Çok memnun kaldım çalışanlar çok nazik ve yardımsever özellikle Azra Hanım’a çok teşekkür ediyorum. Çok güler yüzlü ve işini severek yaptığı belli. Yalnız gezdiğim için sorularım vardı bana her konuda yardımcı oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyi merkezi pantheona yürüyerek tam 5 dk. Tüm Roma’yı yürüyerek gezdim. Odalar tertemiz klimalar iyi. Bir kez daha gidersem yine düşünmeden burayı tercih ederim.

It was pretty uncomfortable to get to and from the number by an elevator, which was very small and stuffy. Overall the building (out of the numbers) doesn't have an AC and when you get out of your number to a corridor, you get a sunstroke.

We stayed at PAX Hotel in June as part of our honeymoon, and it was the perfect base for exploring Rome. From the moment we booked, Christie made us feel so welcome. She contacted us via WhatsApp before we arrived, was there to greet us in person, and throughout our stay her communication was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction came with a genuine smile. The location couldn’t have been better. Situated right in the heart of Rome, we were able to walk to all of the major attractions, making sightseeing incredibly easy. Having a lift from the ground floor was also a huge bonus, especially when arriving and leaving with suitcases. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a safe, fridge, coffee machine with pods, TV, and more. Every part of the hotel was immaculately maintained and felt fresh and welcoming. One feature we particularly appreciated was the compact kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare or heat up food after a day of exploring. The thoughtful extras, such as an ironing board and other useful amenities available for guests to borrow, really added to the convenience and showed the attention to detail. PAX Hotel offers exceptional hospitality, a fantastic central location, and outstanding value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located place to stay in the heart of Rome.

Une pépite au cœur de Rome! Vous y trouverez un logement spacieux et climatisé avec tout le confort qu'il puisse y avoir dans une ruelle centrale mais très calme ; un grand lit confortable, du rangement, une cafetière et un frigo avec le nécessaire à disposition (dosettes, eau plate et gazeuse, biscuits...), du linge de toilette et toute une gamme de savons et necessaire de toilette. La baignoire jacuzzi est un vrai plus pendant les chaudes journées de visites l'été. La propreté y est irréprochable, et l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Nous gardons cette adresse précieusement.

Great location! Staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Christi. She went above and beyond to assist us with our departure. Rooms were comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

A bit of a search to locate the hotel. Not a lot of signage and it’s tucked away on an upper floor so getting luggage upstairs can be tricky.

We stayed at Pax Hotel during our trip to Rome, and it was an excellent experience. Our room was very spacious, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the extremely hot summer days. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were replaced daily. We also really enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi in our room after long days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is outstanding. It is very close to the Italian Parliament Square, which made the area feel very safe. The surrounding streets were also safe, even when walking around in the evening. From the hotel, we were able to walk to many of Rome's iconic landmarks, including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza del Popolo, the Borghese Gardens, and many more. The hotel staff were always kind, respectful, and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Pax Hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Extraordinario lugar, en el centro del casco histórico. Cuenta con todo lo necesario a pasos de los mejores sitios turísticos y para andar a pie. Impecable, el personal encantador y dispuesto a hacer de tu estadía la mejor experiencia. La habitación tiene un minibar y en el área común hay utensilios de cocina por si necesitas copas, platos u otro, también cuenta con baños afuera de las habitaciones. La casa muy cómoda y el baño cuenta con todo lo necesario. Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados, realmente una fantástica experiencia!!! Si regresamos sin duda será con ellos!!

A localização do hotel é simplesmente perfeita, estávamos em lua de mel e eles providenciaram uma decoração. Gostaria muito de ficar novamente hospedada lá.
