Everything was amazing, about 6-8 minutes from a metro station, seven eleven in the -1 floor, everything so convenient, there is an amazing bakery outside of the hotel named Daisy. Amazing staff ! They’ve helped me with a lot of things such as rental car, Shinkansen tickets, Airbnb and call a taxi to pick us up to our next destination

The facilities and staff are very good and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast has a very wide selection of international and local options both savory and sweet. The room facilities are great and they have many business related facilities (iron, board, steamer) available upon request. Included in the room there are all extra amenities such as toothbrush, brush and facial towels. Overall the location is very convenient and well connected to metro stations and the nearby park is great for a morning run. There is a 7eleven shop at the basement which is open 24hours. There is also a washing machine facility available which I found very convenient.

The only downside is the value for money which is a bit skewed on the expensive side, also it would be great to have a gym facility as other similar hotels provide it

We stayed here for 5 days and were very comfortable the whole time. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great, with a whole wet room including a shower and a large deep bath. The hotel has lots of fun complimentary bits, like bath salts, teas and coffees, even hair vitamins. The place was well located, 20 mins walk from shinjuku station and 5-10 mins walk from another metro station.

Clean and in a peaceful part of the city. Has its only 7x11 and so you know you wont go hungry. Easy walk to the nearest metro stations. Close walk to the metropolitan buildings so go and get the free view of tokyo even late at night.

Rooms are tight on a triple sharing but considering how little you actually use the room..it wasn't a big deal.

We stayed 2 nights. Furniture far too large for the room making it difficult to move around the room when both trying to get ready. With 2 large suitcases, one case had to sit across a large bulky chair. Replace bulky desk with far narrower one would suffice. TV needs to be on wall in the corner. Replace bulky unit TV sat on with a tall boy to again create more space. Minimal hanging space. Bathroom was nice but sink area tight. If they removed the bath and just kept the shower that would also create more space. Brilliant shower though. Expensive room for what was provided.

Perfect location : very close to office area. My office was right across the road Good breakfast...but they can change some items every day....I stayed 6 days, including weekends...and no change in the menu ... The room size was more than decent for Tokyo....very good furniture and upholstery I found a lot of US and European travellers staying there also

Everything is fine . Didn't find or face any issues. Just that early check-in is a no no....yes you can avail it as a paid service.....but than I believe is the norm, all over Tokyo. But they had a locker room and kept your luggage.

Ottima posizione, il cuore di Shinjuku si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, mentre l'hotel è in una zona molto tranquilla. Ottima pulizia, ottimi servizi (lavatrice a disposizione dei clienti, macchina per le bibite, etc), bagno e doccia di ottima qualità, soprattutto per il getto della doccetta. E' un hotel business in cui ci si sente bene. Personale squisito e disponibile, colazione molto varia (sia occidentale che giapponese), con personale sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Forse sarebbe stato meglio avere le stanze leggermente più grandi: il letto è accessibile solo da un lato.

Molto pulito e bello. Unica pecca rimane un po’ fuori.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, and yet - Cleaning staff were very cooperative and nice. Great bakery nearby. 7/11 at the B1 floor.

Location – neither good nor suitable for tourists at all. Leaving the hotel requires a rather long walk to the nearest train station and a transfer to another train. The route is long and exposed to rain or intense sun. Returning to the hotel in the evening is truly exhausting, and a taxi ride is long and quite expensive. Nothing to do around the hotel. Room – there was a bad smell (like sewage) in the room throughout our entire stay! It didn't come from the bathroom; I think it was from the air conditioning system. The room size was okay; we managed with two large suitcases and two carry-ons. The bathroom wasn't very convenient, as there wasn't much space to put things down. The smallest refrigerator I’ve ever seen - only as deep as a beverage bottle. Laundry – There are three washer-dryer units on the 5th and 10th floors (you cannot select a wash-only cycle). The machines are occupied almost around the clock, including early mornings and late nights, and there is no laundromat in the area. Consequently, this cost us two half-days of our trip. The staff (with the exception of the cleaning crew) were barely civil, displaying total indifference toward guests and a complete lack of willingness to help or engage in any interaction beyond a mere nod. We wouldn't have noticed the difference had they been replaced by robots. They were the worst we’ve encountered on this particularly long trip. There was absolutely no personal touch, empathy, or sense of caring; everything was explained with overt impatience, especially if you had questions. To sum up—the experience wasn't good at all (though not terrible either); we regretted booking at this hotel and won't visit again.

It was the worst experience of my life of staying at a hotel. The staff was very inexperienced and very unwelcoming.i had to cancel my entire booking of 8 days and I wasted my money to switch to another hotel. They charged me for that night along with booking.com charging me for first night too. So I paid double to stay one night. Very old rooms no smart TV. Location was also not good. Nothing was closer.

Camera pulita, di dimensioni non enormi ma comoda per 2 persone + 2 bagagli grandi. Bagno grande e molto bello con doccia e vasca, in perfette condizioni. Bella la vista dalle finestre. Posizione molto buona per visitare Shinjuku e il resto della città: 15 minuti a piedi da Shinjuku station e 10 dalla metro. Colazione ottima a buffet sia asiatica che continentale. Ottimi i fluffy pancake cucinati al momento. Molto gradite le amenities.

Rooms were a bit small and compact. But I guess it’s common in Shinjuku. Very functional though and no complaints

The location was fabulous. But the staff! I checked in on my birthday. I received a gift and personalised card. So thoughtful My room was absolutely fantastic. So spacious and a massage chair!?! The view from the window was lovely and the amenities available are top shelf. The bath and shower were clean and comfortable. And well needed and used after full days exploring Tokyo! I will be back on my next Japanese vacation and will recommend to my friends and family also. Thank you for making my birthday extra special

My stay was too short. The hotel was fantastic

Hotel veramente molto bello, dotato di comfort di vario genere (supermarket sempre aperto al piano -1, ottimo ristorante, staff disponibile, etc). Ben posizionato in un quartiere pulito. Nonostante la posizione centrale e’ lontano dal caos cittadino : è una piccola oasi. Le stanze e struttura sono molto molto pulite. Se si dorme in piani alti la vista è ottima.

La posizione è ottima perché si trova a 5 minuti dalla metro e a 10-15 minuti piedi dal centro di shinjuku. Personale gentile e camera pulita. Buona colazione, molto limitata per chi è intollerante al lattosio.

Good location not far from Nishishinjuku subway station, or you can walk to Shinjuku area if you want. Also close to the government area. Quiet and clean. Convenience stores close by. Staff very helpful and allowed us to store a bag for several days prior to arriving and all our bags after checkout for the day. Nice room and bathroom, though small.

This hotel room was not as nice as the Daiwa Roynet room we had in Akita, which was larger and had a bigger bathroom. Limited or no shelf on headboard on bed (common in Japan for some reason). Room space quite small meant tripping over luggage. A bit more expensive than other options in the area. Had to walk a little to find restaurant options outside of hotel.

Un buen hotel, con su Seven Eleven en la planta baja. Zona tranquila y cerca del metro. Es bueno para huir del ruido y bullicio del barrio de Shinjuku. Personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción y desayuno.

El desayuno lo cierran a las 10:00... deberían alargarlo un poco más.

Su ubicación, sus amenities y que tenga dentro del hotel un seven eleven. Tienes el edificio del gobierno y paradas de metro al lado.

Recogen la habitación cada 3 noches....nosotros estuvimos 4 noches. Eso significa que nos pasamos 3 dias con las camas sin hacer y sin cambiar toallas....lo hicieron el último día que dejamos el hotel.

I stayed here for my first night in Tokyo. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Room was bright when the curtains were open (and the blackout curtains were effective). Perfect for my 3-5pm nap recovering from the flight. Bed was comfy, with good power delivery and also USB offering. They let you borrow a multi-port travel cable too (which you can just use as it's in the room!), although I didn't need to use it. The bathroom was great with multiple towels, lots of equipment. Separate bathtub and shower. Location was good: 10 minute uncomplicated walk to the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable room and we had a great view! Bathroom very spacious and both shower and bath were great for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, the Japanese pancakes were amazing. It was 10 min walking to the subway station.

Breakfast can get really busy, make sure to get there early and still it can be kind of crowded.

We stayed at Daiwa for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip to Japan and would absolutely recommend it. It’s in a great location for exploring Tokyo. As to be expected in Japan, the rooms were compact but spotlessly clean - the bed was super comfy and the shower was great. Would definitely recommend.

Although there is a restaurant attached to the hotel, it wasn’t possible to have a drink there at the end of the evening, which would have been nice.

The rooms are incredibly small and the staff are very unhelpful, unless you pay extra for things. When they moved us to another room they charged is $750 and then put us in a room directly under the hotels air conditioning units knowing they rattled loudly and made the room shake.

La struttura è davvero bellissima , con un bagno enorme in camera che presenta tutti i comfort , dal phon per i capelli super funzionante ( professionale ) ai gadget che ti mette a disposizione l’hotel , la struttura offre di una vista molto bella su Tokyo ed è davvero comoda alla metro 5 minuti a piedi, che ti collega a qualsiasi punto della città. In oltre sei a 15 minuti a piedi da Shinjuku che la sera è mozzafiato. La struttura presenta anche un mini market 7Eleven all’interno. C’è davvero tutto e la colazione è ottima per tutti i gusti. Siamo stati davvero benissimo grazie.
