Perfect location, super convenient. A staff named Akari is pretty, helpful with very sweet smile. Good price.

We paid for the included breakfast option. The breakfast buffet was sensationally good.

Our room was fine, but it was about the size of a king-size bed. Not the bed. The whole room. It was very difficult to find a place to store anything.

新宿和西武新宿是兩回事,第一次來東京才知道,而且原來可以由地下街走入酒店,因為拉3個行李箱所以非常狼狽,在這酒店待5天才知道酒店去地下街地下鐵的走法,但我兒子和太太都喜歡這酒店,我個人覺得一般,因為始終不是總站,但近歌舞妓町都OK啦

Exzellente Lage in Shinjuku! Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Shinjuku, in unmittelbarer Nähe zig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Nachtleben, einfach alles vor der Haustür. Top Hotel mit ungewöhnlich großen Zimmern und Betten (gerade für Tokyo Verhältnisse), tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer mit großen Panoramafenstern auf Shinjuku. Komfortabler geht es kaum. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Erstklassiger Service und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal Top Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl! Fazit: Das Hotel ist der beste Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Shinjuku und Nahverkehr in andere Stadtteile von Tokyo

Super tolle Lage!! Bei uns war gleich in der ersten Nacht ein Erdbeben der Stärke 5.9. Das schwankte aber total erdbebensicher gebaut.

Kesinlikle Tokyo’da konaklanacak en iyi otellerden birisi.Öncelikle Tokyo’ya gelecekseniz, merkezi bir yerde otel tutmanız çok önemli. Özellikle Shinjuku ya da Shibuya gibi merkezi bölgeler tercih edilmeli. Elbette daha uzakta, daha ucuza otel bulabilirsiniz. Fakat gideceğiniz yerlere ulaşım için yapacağınız gidiş gelişleri ve ulaşım masraflarını hesaba kattığınızda, otelin size neredeyse aynı fiyata mal olacağını göreceksiniz. Ayrıca uzak bir yerde kalmak ciddi bir zaman kaybına da neden olabilir. Bunun dışında merkezi ve canlı bir bölgede kalmanın başka bir avantajı daha var. Gün içinde yorulduğunuzda otele dönüp dinlenebilir, ardından tekrar dışarı çıkabilirsiniz. Örneğin gece saat 10’da gezmeyi bitirmiş olsanız bile, Shinjuku’da hayat devam ediyor. Bu nedenle 24 saati dolu dolu yaşama şansınız oluyor. Otel gayet temiz ve güzeldi. Ancak benim için en önemli tercih sebebi kesinlikle konumu oldu. Otelin altından doğrudan metroya ulaşım imkânı var. Fakat burayı kullandığınızda metro hatlarının ana merkezlerine ulaşmak bazen biraz sorun olabiliyor. Bunun yerine otelden 2-3 dakika ilerideki trafik ışıklarından geçip Shinjuku (doğu girişi )İstasyonu tarafından giriş yaparsanız, birçok yere çok daha hızlı ulaşabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Yamanote Hattı da Shinjuku’dan geçiyor. Shinjuku zaten Tokyo’nun en önemli ve merkezi istasyonlarından birine sahip. Bu nedenle Tokyo’ya gelecekseniz, özellikle aileyle seyahat ediyorsanız, Shinjuku’da kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ben ailemle, iki çocuğumla birlikte kaldım. Shinjuku’da gece hayatının olduğu doğrudur; ancak bölgenin tamamı gece hayatından ibaret değil. Kabukicho olarak adlandırılan, gece hayatının yoğun olduğu yaklaşık iki sokaklık bir bölüm var. Bunun dışındaki bölgelerde normal günlük hayat devam ediyor. Ayrıca resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar da çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle iki kadın resepsiyonist bizimle çok ilgilendi.

交通の便と景色。出かけ易いし。車での旅行の為、駐車場が地下で隣接してて忘れ物とかは取りに行きやすくていいと思いました。夜のネオンも綺麗でした。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。

駐車場の車幅が狭く感じました。駐車場の地下３階にエレベーターがなかなかきてくれない事。だいぶ待ちました。

The breakfast was wonderful. A large variety of ot and cold foods including fruit.

The bed was firm. The rooms compact but to be expected in Japan. The room was near the elevator, where other travellers, unfortunately were not considerate of noise waiting for lifts and this awoke us very late and very early morning.

Sembra di entrare in una cabina di una nave. Stanza piccolissima, priva anche di armadio (i vestiti vanno messi su attaccapanni di fortuna). Rumorosa, proprio perchè sopra alla stazione della metro. Noi eravamo al 19o piano e nonostante questo, la metro si sentiva comunque

Posizione perfetta: vicina alla stazione di Shinjuku e nella zona vivace la sera per ristoranti e locali. Pulizia eccellente. Inoltre ogni giorno viene fornita una bottiglietta d’acqua e il pigiama pulito. La vista dalla terrazza del ristorante al piano 25 vale almeno un aperitivo

Room was a good size and the Aircon went to a pretty cold temperature which we loved.

This hotel is perfect for the best Shinjuku experience as it is in the middle of it all. It also is directly by the train station and numerous metro stops. The hotel breakfast is very good and the rooms are very clean.

The rooms are miniscule and more suited to one or two nights stays. There is hardly room to open a suitcase and the bathroom reminds of an airplane bathroom.... but all is super clean, perfectly organized and the location is perfect.

İlk 5 gün konaklamamızı bu otelde gerçekleştirdik. Otelin muhteşem bir konumu var ve turistik her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Odaları küçüktü fakat son derece güzel dizayn edilmişti. Asla yer sorunu yaşamadık. Hepsinden önce resepsiyon de görevli Omi bize konaklamamızın ne kadar keyifli geçeceğini kısa bir özetini sundu diyebiliriz. Tekrardan kendisine teşekkürlerimi sunmak isterim. Tekrar konaklayacağım bir otel.

We recommend this hotel. Location is the highlight. Right in the heart of Shinjuku, and within 10min walk is Shinjuku station to go around. There is a subway station under the hotel too (which we did not use). If one is happy to walk, there is enough to walk around to within 30min distance - shops, restaurants, national garden. We got adjoining rooms. Rooms and amenities were nice and clean. Staff was polite and helpful. We did not opt for the breakfast (vegan family - options limited as per online reviews). We used hotel service to send our luggage to Tokyo hotel, which is a big value (although expensive a bit).

Not much, it's not inexpensive and rooms are Tokyo style - small, double bed is queen size (felt small), space is limited (but manageable). May be they can provide body lotion too in the bathroom.

Chambre très grande conformément à notre réservation et à un étage élevé avec une superbe vue. Propreté impeccable. Café et eau à disposition. Rien à redire sur le confort de la chambre. C'est impeccable.

A vrai dire pas grand chose. Peut-être le prix élevé du restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons donc préféré manger ailleurs.

Molto scarso dalla colazione alla dimensione delle camere ... vanno bene solo se sei un puffetto. Il bagno e deludente sembra quello di un aereo per dimensioni e perchè ondeggia. Per essere un 4 stelle è pessimo. Personale cordialissimo ma nessuno capisce bene l'inglese

Dimensioni delle camere veramente al limite della sopravvivenza soprattutto per chi viene dall'europa con dei bagagli un po' più grandi. Bagno microscopico sembra di stare in una nave, dondola.

The hotel is super handy, right opposite to McDonald’s , and have 100 yen shop and underground shops just less than 5 minutes walk. Superior and deluxe rooms are spacious and comfortable. And I would like to thank Mona for the arrangement and good service . We had a great stay.

Location was right in the middle Shinjuku at the train station. Check in and out was easy. breakfast was ok, buffet with a main choice. for a compact room it was adequate, but possibly only for a couple or single person. Shower pressure was very good.

Bed had one side against a wall, so had to climb in. The bathroom was a cubicle, like on an airplane. Shower only had a curtain

Incredible stay. Room was far bigger than expected, with a full fridge and freezer, washer and dryer. The staff were warm and friendly, including in the upstairs bar/restaurant. Ideal location. Just an all-around fantastic hotel experience. Thank you.

Not too loud noise from the train since I could see the train track from room window.

Nothing. The cleaning service worked really early. I forgot to put no disturb sign on door knob before I went for morning jogging. I came back from morning jogging before 11:00 and the room was already cleaned and the towels were replaced. I planned to reuse the towels at the first place.
