The breakfast was OK... but some touch is missing, like only one coffee machine.

We asked about a taxi to the airport. The answer was unprofessional. We first got a very high propsal and when we rejected it, it started a bargain which was unprofessional.

L’hôtel est également proche de quartiers animés et des restaurants. La chambre était de bonne dimension et confortable. Le déjeuner offre un très grand choix aussi bien en nourriture plus asiatique que en occidental. Le personnel parle bien anglais et est accueillant.

Cleanliness of the place overall was great. Staff was helpful and toiletries were available to pick from the ground floor in a selection stand.
Should have washing machines on every floor. (They were on alternate floors which is bad if you are on a floor with the vending machine instead).

Breakfast was decent and we made use of the free umbrellas. Multiple entries into Shinjuku station within a 3 min walk. Lots of restaurants within a short walk, including the one across the road!
Would be good to know in advance if they are closing the bar during advertised open times.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Great location, the room and bed was bigger than anticipate especially since i was traveling alone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also multiple laundromat which was very useful and easy to use.
The facilities has no gym which could have been a plus, there is also rug everywhere and in the room, so a consideration for people that dislike that.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und sehr gut gelegen. Bahnhof Shinjuku ca. 5 Minten zu Fuß, was für Erkundungen eine gute Ausgangslage ist. Sauber gepflegtes Hotel, 24h CheckIn, sehr freundliches Personal, Gepäckwaage für den Check der Koffer vor Abflug. Frühstück sehr große Auswahl. Fenster kann teils geöffnet werden. Wer das erste mal nach Tokyo geht, ja die Zimmer sind halt immer etwas kleiner durch die Großstadt aber immer noch ausreichend.
Milchglasfolie an den Zimmerfenstern, zumindest bei mir im 4. Stock.

Room very small, little dated, smelt of urine in the bathroom. No ability to check in early and when I managed to get in early an hour before they charged. No other hotels do this. They have a very small waiting area which is badly laid out. When I asked to checkin early as I was feeling sick, no support at all.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026I stayed her for 9 nights as a solo female traveller. The location was great, shinjuku and Shibuya are both within walking distance, the main station is about a 3 min walk away which gives you access to pretty much every district you would want to access within Tokyo. When I ordered ubers there was no issue finding the hotel (I’ve had this in other hotels!) Other things within the hotel which are worth mentioning is the amenities station near the lifts which include everything you may have forgotten, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors and body products which was super helpful! There is a microwave and washing machines on each floor (I think, there was on floor 13) which come in handy if you just wanted a quick dinner The hotel never felt crowded or overwhelming. There wasn’t lots of people waiting around and it felt very peaceful Room was great for one person, i had an economy double which was perfect for me. It may be a squeeze for 2 people but this is standard in Tokyo hotels Room was clean, air con was amazing. My room had a smart tv so I could log into Netflix, Amazon ect. Room also had a fridge, kettle, hairdryer which all come in handy If I was coming back to Tokyo I would 100% stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026La ubicación era perfecta. La báscula para comprobar el peso de las maletas en recepción era muy útil. El check-in y el check-out muy rápido y fácil. Los amenities de baño muy completo: mascarillas faciales, kits dentales, etc. estaban en recepción y podáis coger los necesarios.
La bañera estaba como "descolgada" y cada vez que se usaba hacía mucho ruido. Tuvimos un problema de suciedad en el baño, pero reclamamos en recepción y lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026O atendimento foi excelente. A equipe foi muito cordial e atenciosa. Ficamos hospedados duas vezes, pois dividimos a viagem para conhecer outros lugares, e nas duas ocasiões deixamos nossas malas no hotel. No retorno e também no dia de ir para o aeroporto, foram super solícitos em nos ajudar. O hotel oferece várias amenidades gratuitamente na recepção e tem uma ótima localização, perto do metrô, lojas e restaurantes. Apesar do quarto pequeno, era silencioso e dormimos bem.
O quarto é bem pequeno, com cama pequena e travesseiros mais duros. O hotel é antigo e, na minha opinião, precisa de uma reforma. As toalhas também já estão um pouco desgastadas e o secador não é dos melhores. O café da manhã foi decepcionante nas duas vezes. O ovo cozido era servido frio, os ovos mexidos também estavam frios e as frutas eram praticamente sempre maçã e abacaxi. O café também deixou bastante a desejar — até o café do 7-Eleven no Japão é melhor. 😂

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Hotel is very convenient. Closed to Shinjuku express bus station and Shinjuku station. Direct shuttle airport bus to the hotel. Closed to many shopping areas. Takashimaya and Keio Plaza department store are within walking distance. Staffs are well trained. check in and check out are Fast. I booked deluxe twin room with sofa which is quite big. Bed is very comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Az első japán utazásom első öt éjszakáját töltöttem itt, és jó kiindulópont volt Tokió felfedezéséhez. A Shinjuku állomás közelsége nagyon praktikus volt, az esti séták után is könnyen visszajutottam. A szállodai mosási lehetőség külön jól jött egy hosszabb utazás során. Sok szép emlékkel indulok tovább, örülök, hogy itt kezdődött a japán kalandom! 🇯🇵

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026This was a beautiful and convenient hotel. Right outside of the Shinjuku Train Station and centrally located in Shinjuku. Easy to talk to places around the hotel.
The breakfast buffet at the first floor restaurant offered some limited selection of items to accompany a single entree item that had to be ordered. With this kids who can be indecisive the options on the buffet offer more flexibility.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Grand hotel super fonctionnel, confortable, bien organisé, et très bien placé pour visiter Tokyo depuis la gare de Shinjuku, tout près aussi du quartier vivant de Shinjuku et d'un grand centre commercial avec beaucoup de restaurants. Très bon petit déjeuner international. Grande quantité de produits divers mis à disposition des clients dans le hall, dont des parapluies qui nous ont été bien utiles.
Mosquito (appareil émettant une sonnerie ultrason douloureuse pour les jeunes à l'entrée de l'hotel pour que les jeunes ne restent pas devant la porte d'entrée) : pas très agréable quand on est avec ses enfants. Chambre trop petite pour pouvoir y poser et ouvrir 2 valises de taille moyenne+.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026La grandeur de la chambre .c'était vraiment trop petit et oas de place pour mettre nos effets personnels. Impossible de s’asseoir tous les 2 sauf sur le lit . Il devrait y avoir des fauteuils aménagés sur l’étage pour pouvoir s’asseoir et discuter à l’extérieur des chambres. Peut être une salle de repos ?
