The location is fantastic. Would highly recommend! We especially appreciated the hosts responsiveness when we arrived. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. The host was super responsive and helpful. They helped us locate the correct apartment very quickly. We really appreciated that. It set the tone for a great stay!

Appartement très spacieux et vraiment confortable. Beaucoup de rangements et de penderies pour toute la famille. Emplacement parfait ,proche des différents lieux touristiques et des moyens de locomotion. Le double vitrage atténue bien le bruit de la rue dans la chambre parentale. Climatisation très efficace.

L'email avec les instructions de check-in et check-out n'étaient pas du tout clair, les informations "sautent de ligne", les phrases sont coupées, difficile de trouver les informations nécessaires. Le Wifi n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour (mais c'était peu important pour nous et nous n'avons pas réclamé)

Superbe appartement très situé entre les quartiers principaux de Lisbonne.

Le bruit de la rue ou de la cour arrière . Étant situé sur LA rue principale piétonne, il faut attendre minuit pour ne plus entre le bruit des passants. Mais l’hôte fournit des bouchons d’oreille, ce qui est bien prévoyant.

Great location in a flatter area. Easy to walk to river, grocery, transportation, sightseeing. We were on the 4th floor and although Augusta is a busy tourist street, it was surprisingly quiet inside. Occasional noise like loud music from street performers, but not constant or late at night. I liked looking out the window at the lively street scene. The spacious apartment and kitchen is well equipped for self service and has lots of closets/storage. The online response from remote staff was good for any questions we had. We especially appreciated three separate AC units (one for each bedroom and living room)! Recommend this property and we would definitely return.

Small things to mention: adding a washer/dryer would be awesome. The bathroom is very big and could be more functional with additional hooks, shelves, and storage especially for personal toiletries in the shower. The king size bed is two separate twin beds (common in Europe) with their own separate linen, with one duvet over both. If you like to sleep in the middle, this configuration probably wouldn’t work for you bc of the slight gap between the two mattresses. It was ok for us. Sometimes the street smells are at the entrance lobby (trash, musty) bc you are in the city.

Noisy location since it is directly above a main tourist street. Lighting was a bit dim. One bathroom for four adults was challenging.

Like about cleanness and size and the location of the place. Provide the slipper which was nice and also gave us pretty enough amount of towels, (but you cannot consume it without thinking as you did in hotel which has the room service everyday.) Handling with the door code was not that hard.(But you need to read the mail they sent carefully at first) Had a good experience in general

Check in time is little late and not flexible(hard to deal with early check-in). Little noise at dinner time but can understand, because the location is at the center of tourist places. No washing machine, so not for long-term residence.

Wonderful apartment and great location! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the modern design, comfortable beds, and how easy it was to explore the city from this location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very smooth. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hervorragende Lage, direkt am Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und verfügte über alles Nötige, darunter ein bequemes Bett und gutes WLAN.

Der Geruch im Treppenhaus sowie die Geräusche aus dem Apartment über uns waren etwas störend. Auch das warme Wasser der Dusche ließ sich nicht ganz einfach regulieren. Am Tor befindet sich ein Kombinationsschloss, das jedoch nicht den Schlüssel enthält, mit dem sich das Tor öffnen lässt. Wir haben etwa 5–10 Minuten vergeblich versucht, das Schloss zu öffnen. Tatsächlich musste der Zugangscode an einem seitlich angebrachten elektronischen Gerät eingegeben werden. Leider hatte uns im Vorfeld niemand darauf hingewiesen.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, fica na Rua Augusta bem no centro das lojinhas e restaurantes, próximo de pontos turísticos, e com bom isolamento acústico mesmo sendo em uma área bem movimentada. O host foi atencioso e prestativo. Voltaríamos com certeza!

Veľmi pekný priestranný moderny apartmán, dobre vybavená kuchyňa, pohodlné postele, dostatok odkladacieho priestoru, veľká kúpeľňa, k dispozicii vela uterákov, domace papuce, self check-in prebehol hladko, výborná poloha, všetko blízko, v pešej dostupnosti.

V kúpeľni chýbali vešiaky/háčiky na uteráky, ale to nebolo nič co by sa nedalo zvládnuť.

Ridiculously central location, perfect for the family, close to everything. There is a bit of street noise, but our forth floor apartment was reasonably sound proof, and I say this as a light sleeper.

The one thing missing for a longer family stay is a washing machine, but it's not a big deal.

die Lage war super und es gab alles erforderliche im Appartement, sehr geräumig grosser Wohnbereich, Badezimmer auch. Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, wir haben nichts vom" Restaurantlärm" mitbekommen und konnten somit gut schlafen.

an die Dachbalken mussten wir uns zuerst gewöhnen, aufpassen Kopf nicht anstossen. Das Appartement war nicht besonders hell, trotz der Fenster. Im Badezimmer manchmal unangenehmer Geruch nach Kanalisation WC wir mussten die Wasserabläufe mit Papier oder Badetuch abdecken. Auch im Treppenhaus zeitweise unangenehmer Müllgeruch da Abfallsäcke bis zur Kehrichtabfuhr in einem kleinen Raum Eingangsbereich gelagert werden. Der Aufzug war sehr praktisch.

We arrived 1.5 hours before check-in time and the hosts graciously allowed us to keep our luggage in the unit while the cleaners worked. That was extremely helpful. The apartment was super central and convenient to everything. We walked everywhere in town and the vibe was great. The bedrooms were generously sized and had lots of storage.

We were in the two bedroom apartment and the living room was a little small compared to the bedrooms. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed - just missing a couple minor details like cooking oil and dish sponge. The bathroom was huge and water pressure good but we didn’t like the shampoo/body soap combo product that was provided. One of the bedrooms faced the Rua Augusta and for us, the windows did a good job, noise-wise. Someone sensitive to sound might be disturbed. Lastly, because the living room faced the light well and not the street, it was without much natural light and a little dark.

Great location, easy access with a code. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay.

Pillows are not good. And a bit of smell of humidity but that's common in all apartments in central Lisbon.

The appartment had everyting that you need for a short stay, and it was close to all major attraction in the center area. Quite spacious and easy to access.

Location is right in the most touristy part of Lisbon so it could get noisy at night. It would also be nice if there was a washing machine in the apartment.

O fato de a geladeira não ter congelador e só refrigerar, acho uma falha grave na estrutura de um apartamento. Não há como saber no ato da contratação já que na plataforma diz que tem geladeira e não especifica sobre o “detalhe”.

The location of the property is really good.

Lift broke and we were on the 5th Floor. We had to walk up and down 5 floor every time we stepped out. Apart ment we saw was probably one of the middle floors and the one we got was in the loft and all of us were tall. We banged our heads feee time in the wall.

The location cannot get better than this! It is literally on the Main Street of Lisbon with every place easily walkable. Lots of great restaurants. Waterfront is like 2 mins of walk.

Windows are fairly soundproof but can still hear noise from loud crowds especially in the weekend evenings when they get drunk and sing together. There was a performer always singing outside our window every single night we were there.

Zentral gelegen, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, vom Flughafen mit U-Bahn gut zu erreichen. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und neuwertig. Supermärkte und Bäcker in der Nähe.

Location was the best, very beautiful apartment, but noise from outside can be bothering, till 23 music (we liked it) and from 6am (restaurants preparing tables and chairs) just writing for those who like to sleep longer

We would have liked a map and information re busses and sightseeing trips to make, to be in the apartment. Tourist information was difficult to find.

La ubicación es espectacular. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades posibles. Nuestro piso fue el ático y a pesar de eso, era totalmente cómodo. Habitaciones amplias y baños grandes con todo. La cocina super moderna. Repetía sin duda.

The apartment was in a perfect location to explore old town Lisbon (Castle area, Alfama and all the shops, and restaurants).

The place was clean, well furnished and easy access to the top floor with an elevator. It would be nice to have someone to clean the apartment perhaps every 2 or 3 days and take the garbage out. Also the shower was very complicated to understand how it works. All my friends had the same difficulty to make both showers working properly.

We didn’t like the showers. We never saw that conception of a shower before and it took until the last two days of our stay to understand how to make them work properly. Also, it would have been nice to have someone coming over every two or three days to maintain the place clean and take the garbage out.

Beste Lage in ganz Lissabon. Zentraler geht es nicht. Schönes Arpartment mit Blick auf die Einkaufsstraße. Der Lärm hat nicht gestört, da es in der Wohnung selbst von der Lautstärke her akzeptabel ist. Ganz still ist es zwar nicht, aber voll im Rahmen und schlafen war problemlos möglich. Innerhalb des Hauses war es sehr ruhig. Schönes, modernes Bad mit riesigem Spiegel und offener Dusche. Angenehm eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Zur Wohnung fährt ein Lift. Die Couch haben wir zwar nicht viel genutzt, aber um Sachen abzulegen kann man diese ja auch verwenden. Die Küche hilft, um schnell ein kleines Essen zu machen. Sie hat eine gute Größe um alles bequem zuzubereiten. Ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden.

Der Preis ist ein wenig zu hoch, aber Lissabon im Gesamten ist wohl im September nicht so günstig wie gedacht.

Great location.. awesome bakery 2 doors down ( paul).. skipped buying breakfast items at market and hit this bakery every morning.. good views of everything on the Augusta promenade at night

We loved our apartment in Lisbon. Located on a very busy and active pedestrian street in the heart of many sights, restaurants, shops and activity. Very busy area with tourists !

Me ha gustado todo, no podíamos pedir más. Un apartamento bonito, limpio, con estilo. En todo momento hemos tenido contacto con los dueños y siempre han sido atentos, rápidos y siempre nos daban ayuda. La verdad que si vuelvo a Lisboa iría a este apartamento sin pensármelo. Muy agradecida con todo☺️

No hay nada que no me gustó.

The location is great, but it's on the main avenue, so expect a lot of people walking around. With the windows closed, you can't hear a single thing, which was amazing! The apartment was huge, clean and had all the basic amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we didn't miss a single thing.

I missed a couple of amenities in the bathroom, like maybe body lotion or hair conditioner. It's not a huge deal, though; I'm just being picky. Also, a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom would be great for hanging more towels.
