El personal es muy agradable y servicial, y la comida estaba muy buena. La única pega es que el establecimiento parece estar más orientado a turistas extranjeros que al público español, ya que prácticamente todos los carteles y la carta estaban en inglés. Otro inconveniente es el horario de la cena, que comenzaba a las 18:00 h y terminaba a las 21:00 h, algo bastante temprano para los horarios habituales en España.

El staff es con diferencia, lo mejor de hotel, por su amabilidad y flexibilidad. Sin olvidar el buffet que es una auténtica maravilla y la comida de gran calidad. Con muchas opciones para celíacos, cosa que nos ganó!

Hotel fornito di tutto, la camera é grande con una bella vista sull'isola. Non mi aspettavo di trovare una cucina all'interno della camera, però é stata una piacevole sorpresa perché ci siamo preparati un pranzo da portare via in una delle nostre escursioni. La colazione a buffet é super fornita sia per il dolce che per il salato e e ci sono le opzioni anche per chi ha delle intolleranze o é celiaco. Anche il ristorante per pranzo e cena sia quello alla carta che a buffet era molto buono e con prezzi giusti. All'inizio del soggiorno ci hanno dato anche dei coupon per avere degli sconti sui pasti, sulle bevande oppure sui servizi alla spa. Ci sono 3 piscine grandi e una piu piccola e hai l'accesso anche per chi ha disabilità. Anche la palestra é ben attrezzata e accessibile H24, C'è anche una sala fitness aperta al mattino e un minimarket. Il personale é gentile e sempre disponibile. Solitamente prenoto hotel solo per dormire ma l'ultimo giorno abbiamo voluto trascorrerlo all'interno dell'hotel per godercelo, é stata una delle chicche di questa vacanza. Favoloso veramente!

Es el segundo año que vamos seguidos de vacaciones al hotel. Este año se notó un pequeño bajón a nivel variedad en las comidas etc que el año pasado. El desayuno de todas formas es muy bueno y el café espectacular. El trato del personal es muy bueno y son grandes profesionales. El gimnasio también está muy bien. El detalle de las toallas para la piscina está muy bien. El albornoz y zapatillas.

En general las instalaciones del baño y de la ducha necesitan un cambio ya que están quedando obsoletas.

Las tres piscinas, el gimnasio bastante completo y 24 horas, aparcamiento en la puerta, la comida y sobretodo el personal

El aire acondicionado no enfría mucho, aunque es suficiente para bajar unos grados la temperatura exterior. Sería ideal que la piscina interior fuera gratis

Gepflegtes sauberes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeitern im kompletten Haus. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel Auswahl und immer frischem ausgefallenem Obst. Zimmer im 4.Stock sehr schön und ruhig. Die Pools täglich gepflegt und sauber und es werden keine Sonnenliegen reserviert (vom Hotel vorgegeben)einfach Klasse. Parkplatz für unser Mietauto am Hotel kostenlos.

Me gustó que habían suficientes hamacas, el bufet aunque parecía que no había mucha variedad porque no era muy grande, la comida estaba muy buena. La atención de los empleados era muy buena. Muy buena atención en general.

Lo que no me gustó fue el horario de las cenas, es muy temprano de 18:00h y termina a las 21h. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien. También tendrían que mirar un poco más a fondo la limpieza de las hamacas, habían algunas sucias.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones amplias y muy limpio. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y desconectar. La comida muy buena y variada.

El único problema es que está bastante lejos de la playa, aunque en esta zona es muy frecuente.

El horario de la cena

Nos gustó todo desde la limpieza, el personal, las instalaciones que están muy bien mantenidas y la comida es muy buena. Todo muy tranquilo, es un lugar para descansar de verdad.

Lo menos fueron las camas que al ser dos eran más incómodas y bastante blandas, y los cockteles y bebidas del todo incluido que podrían mejorar con productos locales o importados pero de mejor calidad. De todas maneras el barman siempre hacía su mejor esfuerzo por que la elección fuera la mejor.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Our booking was all inclusive, and every meal was of great quality. There was a new dinner-theme for every day of the week. One of us is vegan which can be a little difficult to accommodate, but the waiters and kitchen staff made special dishes for her every night and made sure that everything was right. They took great care of us.

La Atención

l'hôtel est situé à environ 2km à pied des dunes de MASPALOMAS dans un quartier plutôt calme à l'écart de la vie trépidante de la station. C'est un super endroit avec une vue sur les dunes et l'océan. Nous avions une terrasse avec chaises et tables et deux transats! On trouve à quelques centaines de mètres des supérettes, médecins et restaurants, et il est très facile de se garer sur la place devant l'hôtel, idéal car gratuit et très proche. Les piscines (3+pataugeoire) sont très bien tenues et il y a de la place pour s'allonger sur les transats . Nous avons pris l'option pdj +dîner , c'est très bon, copieux et varié, beaucoup de choix dans les viandes , poissons et légumes. L'ambiance est vraiment restaurant et non cantine d'entreprise. les boissons sont incluses y compris les vins , bières, soft, sangria, eaux etc c'est un plus ! et groupes de musique pratiquement tous les soirs. C'est une très bonne solution pour passer un séjour calme et reposant , proche des golf, plages et montagnes. Il est probable que nous y retournerons pour notre prochain séjour sur la GRANDE CANARIE. Et le personnel est super sympa, accueillant et attentif, bravo!

Rien si ce n'est quelques recommandations, l'horaire de fin du restaurant est 21 heures, c'est un peu tôt si on considère les habitudes espagnoles, ce serait bien de pouvoir dîner jusqu'à 22 heures. Le SPA ne semblait pas ouvert et donc ne donne pas envie de l'utiliser. Le marquage du grand parking mériterait d'être refait, pour éviter les stationnements à la sauvage.

Quizás las camas es lo peor del hotel.

I was here with ny daughter and we both found the hotel os not as good as other Ving Hotels, that we have stayed at. We expected better from a Sunprime hotel. The staff was friendly and competent. The manager though, we never saw her and she was stingy. The hotel in itself: Three pools, a lot of sunbeds. And no problem finding a spot. The pool exercise instructor, Bussy, deserves a sorcial mention. She's the best instructor we've had. Even though the three speakers the hotel gave her kept breaking during her classes and she would have to cut them short. The pool towels, that are included, can only be replaced between 17-18 in the reception and so stingy. At other Sunprime hotels, you just get a new at any time and drop your old at a place at the pool. No hype around the bar and restaurant. I think they closed early too. No special drink offers or happy hour, like we've had at other Ving hotels. The balconies are not shady enough and no canopies are offered, even on request. So we could only sit there early morning ir late afternoon. The chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs we've experienced and certainly not the photos shown on the official photographs. And the light on the balcony is centrally operated. At a certain time you can't have light on the balcony. I think it was 11 pm all balconies went completely dark. In all the balcony wasn't a nice place to just chill. The location of the hotel is not really good either. To get to the beach you'll have to take the hotel shuttle. But I wouldn't revommedn the beach. To get to shops in San Fernando it'a an 18 minute walk. About our room: The air condition didn't work. They came three times to fix it. The third time I rrally yad to coax them to come. They said the technicican had taken a photograph that said the temperature on our room was 17⁰ C. Which wasn't even possible. The lowest setting on the panel was 18⁰ C, which it wasn't either, since the main vent let out lukewarm air. The freezer eas broke. All our ice cream, three packages melted. They sent a guy to check the freezer and he replaced the whole fridge. Put it at it's lowest so ice wasn't even forming. When I cotrected that The freezer worked. No compensation was mentioned from the reception. And when I brought it up. Then the stingy hotel manager demanded a receipt for the ice cream and all we could get was two soft drinks from the soda fountain or two draft beers. This to me is ridiculous. At other hotels the manager was present a lot and was committed to guest satisfaction. When we had found cockroached in our room and they sent someone to spray he als checked that it happened and also offered us teo drinks of choice from the bar. And obviously this is the smart thing to do for guest satisfaction and something you learn in hospitality education to strive for. The sink in yhe bathroom was clogged. They came twice for this. The handle on the balcony door was so loose that it was jard to open the door. Sometjinh you'd think the cleaners would notice and tell reception. And maybe they did. But we had to complain about that too, since it became increasingly difficult to open the door. We don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars due to the standard and attitude from management. It's one thing you could do with refurbishing. Another thing that things are not working. We were NOT the only guest that had problems with the air condition. We won't be coming back. .

Negative thoughts- taxi required for most places although is free bus to beach however on the beach miles from any toilets which you pay for. Location not the best Hotel is regimented in terms of what you can and cannot do we liked the quieter pool but smokers be ware smoking area is the only place you can smoke not around your sun lounger they come along and tell you off like your 10. No floats in quite pool not even for anyone with a disability even hidden ones only allowed in big main pool which is busier and does not suit everyone. Adults only hotel is why we booked however did not expect to be treated like a child on rules rules rules Positive thoughts- all staff in the hotel including cleaners are lovely warm and welcoming. Food was always nice too. Would we come back no we like to enjoy our holiday not have to adhere to being treat like children if ya dare to want a smoke or dare to feel safer with a float in a quiet area. Just got back from a 5 night stay here and we had a lovely time , hotel was really nice clean and spacious with three pretty big pools too . There was always sunbed available and no body was getting up early to reserve them . We was only breckfeast and the food was brilliant too So much to offer really enjoyed it . The staff was so friendly too on arrival we all had been offered some prosecco. which was a nice touch too . Taxis are available at the front too . Location is also good too , Shops near by available you can walk to playa de ingles too .

La tranquilidad, el desayuno y las instalaciones del hotel, con tres enormes piscinas, muchas hamacas y mucha vegetación. Hay una pequeña cocina en la habitación. Y un pequeño supermercado dentro del hotel.

El suelo de la habitación, al ser de gres no resulta acogedor. Las camas no son muy grandes y en lugar de ser de matrimonio son dos juntas. Está a media hora andando de la playa.

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las piscinas. No había mucha gente y encontrabas las hamacas fácilmente. Teníamos buenas vistas desde la habitación aunque estaba muy lejos. El gym está muy bien.

Las camas necesitan un cambio, los colchones eran incómodos. El bar piscina está mal señalizado y debería tener más opciones para todo incluido.

La nourriture était bonne, le personnel super sympathique au restaurant et au buffet, un peu moins à l’accueil, très froid et peu d’informations fournies, on m’a rendu mon badge et quelques flyers et dit le numéro de ma chambre, c’est tout.

L’accueil pas top, et les lits sont peu confortable, mal dormi.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, den Minimarkt im Hotel beim Pool sowie den für ein Hotelzimmer relativ grossen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. WLAN und Klimaanlage funktionierten gut. Die Lage ist mit dem Auto ebenfalls sehr praktisch: etwa 5 Minuten zum Strand und ca. 20–30 Minuten zum Flughafen. Restaurants und eine Apotheke befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Personal an der Rezeption, beim Buffet und im Minimarkt war sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer und Teile der Anlage wirken etwas veraltet. Das Bett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten und quietschte bei fast jeder Bewegung. Die Kissen waren für uns zu weich und es gab keinen richtigen Platz für die Koffer. Mit der Reinigung waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden: Einmal kam eine Reinigungskraft bereits gegen 09:00 Uhr ohne Vorwarnung ins Zimmer. Bei einer anderen Reinigung wurden unsere Koffer geschlossen und persönliche Sachen umgestellt, was bei uns ein unangenehmes Gefühl hinterliess. Im Badezimmer waren beim Check-in einige Stellen nicht vollständig sauber und ein Spinnennetz neben dem Bett blieb während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestehen. Der Pool war für uns deutlich zu warm und bot kaum Abkühlung. Das Frühstück Buffet war grundsätzlich gut, wurde nach mehreren Tagen jedoch etwas eintönig. Besonders enttäuschend war der Kaffee, der für uns leider kaum geniessbar war.

Adults (16+) helped to make it a more relaxing and less noisy experience, with our two older children (16 and 22). Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff were excellent. Food was lovely.

The only thing that stopped we scoring it 10/10 was that we had a large group next door to us who came back from partying at 2am and continued to party in the room. We had to phone reception to ask security to tell them to stop every night we were there.

El horario de la cena era un horario muy temprano, enfocado mas bien a turismo europeo, el español no suele cenar a las 6 de la tarde y las 9 como hora maxima es muy pronto. En mi opinion retrasaria media hora. Pedi una almohada grande y no disponian de ellas, tampoco me dejaron unas pequeñas, pero por no ser pesado no lo volvi a solicitar...las almohadas es un punto a mejorar, no son muy cómodas. Respecto a la limpieza de habitaciones, ha habido dias que no han cambiado las toallas, pero tampoco se si no se hace de forma diaria. Y por ultimo, en segun qué informacion se observa los mensajes mas en ingles que en español. Otra mejora a hacer, indicar en las plantas el recorrido para ir a la piscina, por ejemplo. Estabamos cerca de la esquina del edificio y descubrimos al 3er dia que habia una escalera que nos dejaba al lado de la piscina, pero eso no se indicaba en ningun lado.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad , el personal super amable y simpáticos, la limpieza , el buffet aunque me pareció pequeño, después no faltaba de nada , hasta chía hidratada. Sin duda volvería

Staff cordiale e disponibile, in tutte le aree e in tutte le mansioni. Posizione eccellente. Colazione molto ricca e variegata. Aree comuni curate, molto ampie e non caotiche.

Sebbene nella camera fossero presenti tutti i comfort e un ampio terrazzo, una leggera ammodernata l'avrebbe resa perfetta.

Me gustó mucho este hotel. El personal es súper amable, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudarte con lo que necesites. Mención especial al personal del comedor, que son maravillosos. La variedad de comida/bebida en el comedor, había para todos los gustos y estaba todo muy bueno. Las instalaciones estupendas, todo muy completo y en perfectas condiciones. La habitación un 10, contaba con todas las comodidades. La ubicación estupenda para moverte a cualquier sitio de interés en la isla. Es muy posible que repita alojamiento si vuelvo a Gran Canaria.

I came to the hotel after cancelling my previous hotel stay because of how appalling it was. Sunprime was like a breath of fresh air. Very relaxing stay (hello adult only), friendly staff (a big shout out to the lady who was working in the shop when I was there who helped me with my awful attempts at speaking Spanish), great sized rooms with a balcony, good sized pools, lots of sun-loungers, great location.

It was great that I could use the pool until pick-up, but it would have been very helpful for there to be a more adequate place to shower rather than the one communal shower by the toilets. I found the entertainment in the evening lacking but I wasn’t too concerned as there were plenty of options outside the hotel.

Instalaciones muy buenas y cómodas,desayuno muy completo y mucho donde elegir,la cena también muy buena, tiene 3 piscinas en exterior más una para niños que hace que no estén saturadas siempre encontramos hamacas libres el agua eso si estaban siempre caliente creo que es porque nos ha coincidido con que hacia mucha calor, una cosa que no he encontrado en ningún hotel que he estado es que la bebida de la cena este incluida y este si puedes servirte toda la que quieras muy bien por el hotel,

Bueno el tema de las camas fatídico, se supone que vamos de vacaciones también para descansar bien,y este no ha sido el caso poder descansar porque los colchones son súper tiernos eso se lo tienen que mirar porque no duermes bien te levantas con los riñones hechos polvos,es lo único que les pondria un negativo la ubicación un poco lejos de la playa pero a la vez lo bueno que tiene estar lejos que puedes aparcar bien,otra cosa es que este hotel esta más pensado para el turismo Extranjero ya que el horario de la cena es muy temprano se 6 a 9 aunque una vez dentro tampoco te ponen pegas para que salgas a la 9 pero te avisan de que te pilles comida toda la que quieras porque van a retirarla

La nourriture, le all inclusive c’est un peu une arnaque dans cet hôtel : pendant la journée il ne propose pas grand chose que de tranche de pain sec avec du une tranche de vieux fromage sans beure … vriament pendant la journée tu a faim et les cocktails c’est de l’eau … Pour le buffet pas du tous assez variées, tous les jours pareil … et végétarien.es passé votre chemin !!! Car le néant total ! Et la Viande est toujours pareil! De plus Aucun accès au restaurant sauf payant !

Just returned from a fab week here. Stayed in 2 bed apartment which was over in corner didn’t get much sun but spent most time at pool. Lovely big apartment. Checkin was great nice glass of fizz on arrival. Staff were excellent all work so hard. From bar staff to waiting staff, housekeeping, gardeners and all chefs. Food was best we have had on all inclusive. Spotless clean. Well done to all. Would definitely come back. No sunbed wars etc. met lovely lady and her daughter by pool each day from Oslo. Cocktails in main bar were delicious. Went out a few nights. Taxis reasonable. Went to beachfront Maspalomas didn’t like it as too busy. Tried to get into tipsy hammock queue was mad. Went to Mulligans a few nights as we have been. Before great music.

El personal es encantador.Las instalaciones son impecables en cuanto a limpieza,;modernas , funcionales y esteticamente atractivas.La comida está rica y es variada. Hay suficiente cantidad de hamacas y sombrillas. Las zonas de piscinas están muy cuidadas al igual que los jardines. La habitación era muy amplia.

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de la habitación que no tenía suficiente potencia y el.primer día pasamos calor, lo solucionaron bastante. La animación nocturna es pobre y no hay bar en las piscinas . Está lejos de la playa.

This hotel is actually amazing. My first holiday in 15 years and did lots of research but was still slightly apprehensive that I had missed something. No need to worry! The hotel is so well kept, staff are always cleaning. The rooms are nice and spacious (1 bed apartment) with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, fridge, 2 ring hob and fridge. The shower had ample shower gel, conditioner, shampoo and handwash gel and plenty of towels for the room and the pool so no need to take your own. The hotel staff work so hard and are always friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and we wished we had gone All Inclusive instead of B&B. Don't go self catering, pay the little extra and have breakfast, it's well worth it. We had 3 evening meals at the hotel and the food was incredible. We highly recommend the Canarian buffet night, the Asian buffet night and the Tapas buffet night. So much quality food and drinks on tap (beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks) as much as you want while you eat. The buffet nights were €56 (when using the discount vouchers given on arrival) which is about £48 and so worth the money. No rush for sunbeds in the morning so don't need to get up early to get one. There are 4 pools and all beds have parasols. The guests are mostly mid 40s and older and a mix of English, Swedish, Dutch and German from what we could tell. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. No arguing, no noisy kids (or adults), no noise issues at night. Check out is 12pm but no issues with using the pool and communal showers after check out (our pick up wasn't until 6pm) We put our suitcases in the locked luggage room and used the towels from our room which we returned to reception once we were ready to leave. My only disappointment was the "entertainment" was pretty dire and the onsite shop is way too expensive for most things. Other than that, a thoroughly enjoyable stay, a beautifully kept hotel, great staff, wonderful food and we will definitely be back again.

Our stay #21. Nice to have the burger and hotdog back on the menu :). Again a great stay, food and service still i top, but..... rooms starts to need some refurbishment. Paint in our room was starting to fall of. Water from room above was coming through. A fix was done, but 3 days later same problem. Beds are getting very... used. Staff is just fantastic, buffet was so great. Stay #22 is booked.

Ce n’est pas un vrai ALL IN, les choix sont limités en snacking par exemple et le bar ferme très tôt le soir.

El personal y la tranquilidad. El buffet muy bien.

Paz e tranquilidade, excelente atendimento, staff simpático e muito prestável… Gostei muito da grande diversidade da comida, cada dia fazia referência a uma gastronomia de alguma parte do mundo. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, perto de basicamente tudo, praia, shopping, supermercados…

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava direito, mesmo com a temperatura no mínimo o quarto não ficava frio… E os cocktails que bebi tanto no bar da piscina como no bar do hotel eram péssimos.

Arrived on 31 July hoping for a quiet 7 day relaxing week. All inclusive. We weren’t disappointed. Rooms of great standard and very clean. Cannot fault the food and the restaurant. Absolutely excellent. Even if it looks like there’s a big queue you’re in within a few minutes. The pools are excellent and there are always plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. All staff in all areas we found to be friendly and accommodating at all times. Very pleasant people. My only complaint is the cost of retaining my room beyond normal departure time. We don’t depart airport until 1800 (6 August) tomorrow but it I’ll cost us at least 55 euros to keep the room until 3pm which I think is a bit excessive. Otherwise a great time and a great place

Estaba todo super limpio, el personal fue un encanto. El desayuno increíble con muchísima variedad. La habitación muy cómoda, grande y con todo lo necesario. Fue el cumpleaños de mi pareja y le dieron una felicitación y una botella de cava, un detalle muy bonito.

Me hubiese gustado que la cama y las almohadas fueran un poco mas cómodas.

This is the first review I have written on any hotel! My daughter and I stayed here for a week. The staff are so lovely, friendly and efficient. They also seem happy in their jobs. Everywhere is completely spotless, I have never stayed anywhere so clean. The food was superb, fantastic selection and a different theme every night so we didn't get bored. We stayed in a studio, which had a little kitchen. We didn't really use if, other than the fridge, but everything is there if you did want to cook. We both found the beds really comfortable. You get your day time drinks in the mini market near the pools, you can also buy anything you need, toiletries etc. The soft drinks are branded. My daughter tells me the cocktails were lovely. I don't drink alcohol, but the 0% was San Miguel which was fab! They even stocked the fridge for me, I think I was the only one drinking it! This is an adult only hotel. The majority of people staying there are from Germany, Sweden, Holland etc. There were young couples staying, but if they wanted a lively evening they would need to go out of the hotel. In the evenings they had different singers in the bar area, some better than others. We would stay for a few drinks and then go to our room. This holiday was about relaxing and recharging. Overall, if you just want to chill it's the place for you. I recommend the "beach pool", Hope this review helps you.

Staff davvero accogliente, colazione super fornita e posizione ottima

Over deze accomodatie kan ik geen positief verhaal schrijven. Als de spullen op je hotelkamer al niet veilig zijn, moet je je afvragen of het hotel 4* waard is. Het schoonmaak personeel is niet te vertrouwen. Daarnaast houd het andere personeel de handen boven het hoofd van het jattende personeel.

Disfrutamos de la estancia en este hotel el año pasado, y nos gustó tanto que hemos repetido este. Lo mejor del hotel son las preciosas instalaciones y la tranquilidad y silencio que se respira en el ambiente. Ideal para desconectar. Tienen muchas comodidades como un mini market en la piscina, cocina en las habitaciones y un gran parking.

Durante nuestra estancia nos ha pasado varios días que saliendo a las 10am e indicando el cartel de que se podía hacer la habitación, hemos llegado a las 14pm y seguía sin hacer. En dos ocasiones el personal de limpieza a sugerido que saliésemos de la habitación porque justamente iban a hacerla cuando hemos llegado. Cuando vuelves de estar toda la mañana fuera, no es algo agradable.
