Me gustó todo como siempre estaba todo limpio y el personal d sde recepción asta los camareros atentos y agradables al trato .las limpiadoras tenía todo muy limpio y me gustó todo .

Lo que no me gustó en la piscina de barr piscina todo el rato los animadorescon la música y siempre abajo no compartía arriba las actividades..

Essen: Vielfalt, jeden Abend ein anderes Länder Motto Personal: übertrieben freundlich und hilfsbereit PoolPersonal: räumt Handtücher in der Früh die Liegen reservieren sofort wieder weg! Echt lustig zuzusehen wie andere Leute dann nachrennen Parken: könnte man um 8.-/tag dazu buchen, ist aber absolut nicht notwendig. Haben jeden Tag mehrmals am tag zumindest einen öffentlichen gratis Parkplatz draußen gefunden. Nur am Abend wirds ein wenig schwieriger aber auch da war es kein Problem.

Sauberkeit: Kakerlaken liegen hin und wieder tot in Gängen Zimmer: Duschwand zu klein, spritzt dauernd raus, Schiebetüre defekt, WC Düfte wandern ins Zimmer Abendprogramm: jeden besch** Tag, viel zu laut, bis über 23:00, mit tlw. massivst schlechter Sängerin die weder englisch noch singen kann. Absolut grauslich Nachbarn: viele Engländer, sind oft mitten in der Nacht viel zu laut und keiner macht was dagegen

Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atención de todo el personal de Barceló Margaritas. Desde el primer momento fueron amables, atentos y muy profesionales, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más agradable. La experiencia en el hotel ha sido excelente, tanto por el trato recibido como por la comodidad y calidad de las instalaciones. También quiero destacar la gran calidad y variedad de los productos, especialmente en la oferta gastronómica, algo que se nota y marca la diferencia. Sin duda, ha sido una estancia muy agradable y una experiencia para repetir. Gracias a todo el equipo de Barceló Margaritas por el trato y por hacer que nos sintiéramos tan bien durante nuestra estancia. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Do alojamento não gostei, de chegar ao check-in ter reservado no booking tudo incluído 8 dias 2740€ para dois quartos duplos e a reserva estar para dois quartos duplos mas com ocupação de uma pessoa! Conclusão vir de férias e o valor só dar até uma quarta com voo no sábado e ter que procurar outra solução, pois ficar neste hotel até sábado como estava a reserva tinha que pagar mais 1900€.

Be more consistent across your brand please. Playa blanca in June appetiser in all inclusive and free room safe, margaritas in July 40 euro for safe hire and appetiser needs payment. Shame the B lounge was closed at margaritas as really enjoyed the facility at plays blanca ( pre dinner meeting place for large group). Drinks menu not well advertised at bars.

Went to GC in may with my husband. Staff were perfect as usual, attentive and polite and really helpful. If you ask the front desk to taxi you a cab they put it on the system and no joke.......the taxi arrives less than a minute later. literally within about 30 seconds. Rooms are spacious with a great vibe. No complaints about the food and drink, it was all pretty great. This will remain my go to hotel for all GC trips.

The food is very monotonous; the lunches and dinners are very repetitive. The drinks prepared by the bartenders are dispensed from machines rather than being made by hand, and they have a sweet, chemical aftertaste. Nothing happens on the hotel premises during the day, and evening entertainment is practically non-existent. The walls in the room are very thin, and you can hear everything from the neighbor and the hallway. . I don't recommend it; . I wouldn't go back there.

Had a lovely holiday here ! Hotel spotless, room serviced every day. Staff where lovely and so hardworking. Shout out to the bar staff who where fab and the animation team who worked so hard. Food was great, bar was great! Only stayed by the bottom pool. Always got a sunbed, if you require an umbrella you need to be up by 9am. Towels where changed daily by the pool, but I believe that was changing to weekly as we left. Rooms where lovely and we never heard anything of a night. Really comfy beds. The only downside was the location, it's a bit far out. But saying that taxis are €5 to resorts and there is a free bus to the beach! Bars and restaurants not far from hotel. Overall a fab holiday and we will be back!

I was on holiday here from the 18th June until the 25th of June and had a wonderful experience. All staff were great, place was spotless. We got fresh towels everyday at the pool (which is an important factor for me). We were also able to swap dinner to lunch on the last day to enable my daughter to eat something prior to flying home. We found the location great, atmosphere was good around the pool. The rooms were modern and clean. I enjoyed it so much that I booked to come back 2 weeks later. Although the majority of things remained the same and we really enjoyed it, there was a couple of things that I was disappointed with. Fresh towels by the pool have now changed to one change in your holiday. (I appreciate some guests on my last holiday were taking advantage of the clean pool towels, but now I feel we are all being penalised). Lastly, although I’m half board I never ate anything on the first evening due to arriving late. (They put on a cold buffet, but it is not great for children, so ensure you eat before you arrive). However, on this visit they would not let us swap our dinner for lunch on the last day unless we paid 26euro each!!! Although I have now read prior reviews stating that if you’re all inclusive or half board it starts at 12pm on arrival and finishes at 12pm on the day we leave. I feel when I book a 7 day holiday at a hotel, I am a guest until I walk out of your hotel and on to a bus home. This means you are technically not getting any food on a Thursday as you are not there due to flight times and no food (apart from breakfast) on a Thursday!!!! I absolutely loved Gran Canaria and will definitely be retuning next year. I will however, seriously consider if I would return here again or look elsewhere.

Thursday. Water Polo Day. It all came down to this. Two teams lined up for what would undoubtedly become the biggest game of their lives: a 5 vs 5 friendly. Although there was absolutely nothing friendly about it. Tensions were already simmering after certain comments about Freeman’s sister, Tammy, the day before. To make matters worse, Freeman had been picked last—just like every PE lesson at school. He’d had enough. He wasn’t turning up to make up the numbers. He turned up thirsty for revenge. The whistle blew. It was end-to-end stuff. Mac was flying into every challenge. Cam gave absolutely everything. Wynnie was everywhere, glued to the ball. Mayo, meanwhile, put in one of the all-time goalkeeping disasters. He couldn’t catch a cold, let alone a water polo ball. By the end, the only thing he’d managed to save was his energy. And Luke… well, everyone forgot Luke was there. The holidaymakers completely forgot they were on holiday. Every pair of eyes was fixed on the pool. The bar had never been so empty. For a while, it was a close contest. But one team was clearly superior. Unfortunately, they hadn’t factored in the biggest obstacle of all: referee Alexandro. The decisions became more baffling by the minute. I’ve seen less corruption in a game of Monopoly where the banker also owns half the board before the game starts. He made Gianni Infantino look like the gold standard of transparency. Rumour has it FIFA are already considering him for the next World Cup final. If that’s true, football is finished. The final whistle blew, and somehow the better team had lost. One thing’s for certain… We’ll never be playing under those regulations again.

Pocas actividades y las que había muy limitadas de tiempo. Comedor - poca variedad de la comida y poca cantidad para cuando el hotel está lleno.

El hotel, en general, está bien. Los bufés son variados y cada día están ambientados en la gastronomía de un país diferente, algo que hace que las comidas sean más entretenidas. Aunque hay aspectos que podrían mejorar, la oferta es bastante amplia. Dispone de dos piscinas, gimnasio abierto las 24 horas y una sala de recreativos (las máquinas son de pago). El personal fue amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La habitación era correcta, con una terraza de tamaño normal.

Nos alojamos aquí durante cinco días buscando tranquilidad y desconexión, pero este hotel está claramente orientado a familias y a clientes con régimen de todo incluido. Desde primera hora de la mañana ya había personas consumiendo alcohol y un ambiente muy festivo que, simplemente, no era lo que buscábamos. Las piscinas cuentan con música alta, DJ, animación y actividades durante gran parte del día. El primer día nos despertó una fiesta en la piscina con un volumen excesivo, ya que nuestra habitación daba directamente a esa zona. Además, durante nuestra estancia hubo bastante ruido tanto de día como de noche, con huéspedes ebrios, peleas en habitaciones cercanas y mucho jaleo en las zonas comunes. El buffet se llenaba mucho, por lo que a última hora (sobre las 21:00) ya se notaba el desgaste: algunas bandejas estaban muy desordenadas y la limpieza podía ser mejor. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque era correcta, las almohadas nos resultaron bastante incómodas. También encontramos algunos detalles de mantenimiento mejorables, como zonas de la ducha con óxido y la silicona aplicada de forma poco cuidadosa. Otro aspecto que nos molestó bastante fue un ruido constante, similar a un zumbido eléctrico o a una descarga, que no cesaba en ningún momento. Aunque no era muy fuerte, al escucharse de forma continua resultaba bastante incómodo, especialmente por la noche, y dificultaba la sensación de descanso. En definitiva, si buscas un hotel con ambiente, animación, actividades para familias y un todo incluido muy activo, probablemente sea una buena opción. Sin embargo, si lo que quieres es descansar, relajarte o celebrar una ocasión especial, personalmente no lo recomendaría, ya que el ambiente está muy enfocado al ocio y la animación constante.

Stayed here for the first time and the hotel was beautiful. However, some things dissatisfied me abit. Firstly, no toilets outside, this meant that you have to walk from pool side all the way inside wich is abit of a game when ur soaking wet as your not allowed in wet Secondly, we arrived late saturday night and missed tea time we was told they had a late arrival buffet in the restaurant wich was just fruit and bread however the bread was stale. so on the last day we was getting picked up around 5PM so i walked in the restaurant so i can take back my dinner that i missed the first day and i felt uncomfortable and left my food because the lady let me in and she knew i was leaving late that day so as i sat with my food the restaurant manager ( i think it was anyways bald guy) he came over and was understanding but was told no longer a guest after checkout wich i think is stupid check-in should be when you arrive so reason why i left my food was because of how uncomfortable i was Thirdly i understand half board means just breakfast and tea with one drink the free drink was one water then you have to pay for the next glass of water. In my opinion you shouldn’t have to pay for water as i’ve never known anywhere like it as it’s essential. Entertainment could’ve been abit better during the night as 2 out of 7 nights there was only a singer on and the indoor bar could’ve been opened as outdoor bar was extremely busy and finally the food, it was nice however some parts of the food wasn’t cooked and looked near enough the same food every night However the hotel was beautiful and maintained and the rooms were very clean and staff was friendly

We recently stayed at the Barcelona Margaritas Hotel in Gran Canaria and, overall, had a lovely holiday. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to local amenities. Our room was excellent—very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was good, with enough choice, and the majority of the staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our departure day was disappointing. We had a late flight and had been advised the day before to book a shower room early the next morning. When we went to reception at 8am, a rather unfriendly receptionist told us there were no shower rooms available because the hotel was busy. We were told to get changed in the toilets by the main pool, where there were only two cubicles and only one working tap. This wasn’t ideal and took away from what had otherwise been a very enjoyable stay. On a much more positive note, the hotel somehow knew it was my birthday and surprised me with a bottle of fizz and a selection of macarons in our room. It was a lovely, thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated and made my day extra special. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. The only area that could be improved is the handling of late departures and access to shower facilities.

Hotel was very average. The rooms were nice to stay in and kept very clean but the main pool was always busy as not many sunbeds and the other pools floor was all pulled away and broken. Food was also incredibly similar each night, fruit was the nicest part of it. Quite different from all the other barcelo hotels we have been to previously. The different hotels of the company we have been to we had been very impressed so was a shame.

Another visit and few changes . The inside bar wasn't open and so had to go outside to the pool bar , which as you can understand gets a bit busy. Changes to drinks in restaurant, at night , as you have go up and ask someone at a make shape bar area , rather than helping yourself, presume people on different boards have been taken advantage for "free" drink. Moved some of the food stations around, which was better as not overcrowded. Unfortunately, they have changed seats on balcony, as now 2 little bistro seats and a round table , where before, they had seats and leg stools. Around the place could do with a little touching up in places but still did our 4 day break.

Thus hotel is good regarding cleanliness, food and the rooms are good but there is a distinct lack of adult entertainment which you expect for an all inclusive 4 star hotel.

Boa localização, boas comodidades, funcionários simpáticos, fácil de estacionamento na rua do hotel, havia sempre cadeiras disponíveis em uma das piscinas. Comida também boa, mas repete-se ao longos dos dias. Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado. Tem noites temáticas no restaurante. Também tem animação de jogos na piscina.

Poderiam aproveitar as noites temáticas do restaurante e continuar a festa no bar da piscina, e diferenciar mais nas animações como noite branca, festa de espuma na piscina.

Me ha gustado todo. Es increíble el hotel, he ido a pocos pero es de los mejores que he ido.

When we booked, we considered the reviews, which I beleive don't often provide an accurate representation of what happens. There was no upselling as we read in some reviews. The hotel was very nicely presented and every staff member whether at recpetion, in the restaurant, in the Bar breeze or the entertainment team were friendly, helpful and alwaysgreeted you with a smile. Special mentions go to Marco (We Happy team) and Alberto (Bar Breeze) who both made our stay extra special. The Hotel is situated a short bus ride from the beach, which the hotel puts on free buses. Sunloungers are plentiful, but as always, if you're a larger party reserving on the way to breakfast is recommended.

La bandera de España a la entrada del restaurante, no me gustó y más el día de Canarias Los símbolos y las religiones deben estar en su lugar . Por lo tanto, dado que el hotel lleva muchos años se debería hacer un guiño al mundo hotelero y sus gentes. Es decir, sus empleados.

We booked this hotel last minute for NYE and a week out of miserable Uk. And we had a wonderful time, the hotel was spotless and rooms lovely and modern. We had a pool view Kids club was great and clean and the pool area for was kids was enclosed. The heated pool was great for the colder days. NYE was great, entertaining and the food was outstanding the entire time. Location - was set back but was a free shuttle bus that is provided - again great. Would return to a barcelo

Arrived and was taken to a twin room and requested double one person on reception was rude and laughed at me as complained. The manager was great an rectified the issue carnt fault him lovely guy. Room was slightly outdated but that's just me being fussy.The hotel food is good plenty of choice .The atmosphere wasnt great not much to do in the evenings entertainment was non exsistant.It tends to get chilly in the evening but you have to stay outside as no bar inside. The day of leaving I had a late flight I was told I would have to either stay outside as not allowed to stay in the hotel after checkout or to pay to stay inside I was shocked.With a few changes could be a great hotel.

Ambiente accogliente e pulito,e posizione strategica sia per il divertimento che per gli spostamenti con mezzi pubblici. Il bus navetta che ti porta alle spiagge è un plus che merita. Ristorazione buona e varia con serate a tema e una nota di merito a Javier,il cuoco sempre disponibile al sorriso e a scambiare due parole. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Peccato per la mancanza del bidet, altrimenti sarebbe stato il top,e l' uso della tela cerata un po' rumorosa sotto le lenzuola ha disturbato un po' il sonno.

A great holiday, a fab hotel sadly not on the beach but there's a handy shuttle to get you to and from the amazing beaches close by in particular the truly beautiful Maspalomas beach. Everyone at the hotel was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and in good condition. The restaurant offered a good breakfast and a good mix of dishes at dinner ranging from the traditional (eg paella) to pizza (highly rated by husband). We also had live music at dinner some evenings which was fun. The entertainment team (especially Marco) were great and organised fun evening shows and poolside activities including pool exercise classes! We recommend the bingo - we were lucky enough to win some cocktails and a bottle of cava!!

I stayed for 1 week and it was amazing. The hotel entertainers and staff were excellent and extremely friendly. There was plenty to do around the hotel and outside too. The food was good, especially on nights when they had a theme, eg: Chinese night. The weather was very nice, (getting at least 28 degrees daily, I went in May). There was complementary shuttles to the beaches every hour or so, I went to playa del ingles and there were plenty of shops for souvenirs and nice restaurants such as steak houses. People were friendly there too.

Our 3rd time staying at the hotel. One of the most efficient hotels we've stayed at. The room was amazing. The food was really varied. We will eat most things but the choices were good. The staff were so professional and kept the food flowing, the tables cleaned and everything ticking along. Very happy again. Loved the room, number 106. Its a shame the pool wasnt heated as it was too cold to enjoy but everything else was fab. No reserved sunbeds which was really good to see. We were never rushed at mealtimes. Cleanliness was excellent. The team just kept working and it showed. There seemed to be alot of pride taken in every single role and each staff member we came across was great at what they were doing.

Great food, good entertainment during the day if you wish to be involved. Overall had a really lovely holiday. Easy morning walk to the sand dunes. And a 30 min bus journey to Porto del Mogan.

Todo en general, desde el personal de recepción, los camareros y camareras del restaurante y los bares de la piscina, nos hicieron sentir como de la familia.

Had a great holiday here. Food was lovely waiters were friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds round the pool at all times of day. Overall excellent place.

We stayed here for a week in May. The check in was quick and efficient however we were not given any information on what the half board included and found out that water was the only drink available at dinner free of charge It would be nice to have the option of a soft drink as well. We had a top floor room which was immaculate however the corridors could do with a bit of a refresh it was like walking down a travel lodge hallway. Our room never had any sun on it all day but that wasnt to much of an issue because siting on the balcony's is not the most private areas as all the other rooms look out over each other. The food was what you'd expect from any other buffet but always found something to eat. The location is ideal for a small stroll to the shops and bars and the free bus to the beach is ideal as it would take about 25 mins to walk there. Although we have nothing against the hotel we wouldn't return due the area. Playa Del Ingles is not for us.

The customer service has been consistently excellent. After coming here for two consecutive years, it genuinely starts to feel a little like home. The staff are always very polite, smiling, welcoming, and willing to help with anything needed. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, which definitely contributes to a comfortable stay. One small suggestion I would make concerns the reception team: even if guests have visited before, it could be helpful to clearly remind them what is included with the wristband colour they receive for their stay. After a year, it is completely understandable that guests may not remember exactly what is or isn’t included, and this could help avoid awkward situations or misunderstandings during the holiday. That said, the welcome and hospitality from the staff have always been excellent. If I had to mention one area that could be improved, it would probably be the dinner variety. Compared to last year, the menu felt very similar, with limited variation in cooked vegetables, main courses, and desserts. Everything was fairly good, but overall quite basic and not particularly memorable or exciting. On the positive side, breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was a wide variety of food available, and the selection and quality of milk options was especially appreciated. Overall, this remains a place we enjoy returning to, thanks above all to the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
