Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Besonders gefallen hat uns der freundliche Empfang, die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die besonders zentrale Lage. Das Frühstück im Garten kann ich nur loben. Man bestellt einzelne kleine Portionen die frisch zubereitet werden. Die Auswahl der einzelnen Gerichte ist toll und auch optisch was fürs Auge. Das Personal ist freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Felt more like an apartment than hotel. Lacks hotel facilities. Staff were lovely when they were around? We paid extra for a suite. The furniture in the lounge area is very small and uncomfortable. Air con not working properly. Batteries in TV remote needed replacing.

Het zijn zeer nette kamers in een prachtig gebouw, tevens is de binnentuin ook een mooie aanvulling. S’avonds een tafel geboekt bij het restaurant in het hotel, heerlijk gegeten en een perfecte gastheer welke de gerechten en de bijpassende wijnen goed uitlegt. Complimenten aan de keuken brigade. De volgende ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt gehad en een perfecte en goede service gehad van Cengiz.

The location was perfect for walking around the whole town. Ghangis was helpful as a server and valet. I would definitely stay there every time.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Sehr liebevolles und charmantes sowie fürsorgliches Gastgeberteam. Wir hatten das Gefühl wie VIPs behandelt worden zu sein. Die Suite im Obergeschoss war sehr groß und schön und gut klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksangebot war toll inklusive frischer Smoothies und insgesamt sehr lecker. Wir haben es im wunderschönen Garten eingenommen.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Muito bem localizado. Funcionários que te fazem acreditar que eles são os donos do hotel de tão gentis e prestativos que são. O quarto que ficamos é enorme e teria sido confortável ficar em uma familia de 4 por uma semana que não estaríamos amontoados. O café da manhã é servido no lindo jardim do hotel. Tudo perfeito.
Dica: leve uma máscara de olhos para dormir pois são muitas janelas e o quarto fica claro com o nascer do dia.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und das Zimmer super gemütlich. Die liegt zentral und auch nicht genau im Zentrum, was eigentlich sehr schön ist, da es in der Umgebung ruhig ist. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und super Service mit frischen Obst und leckere Brötchen. Wir würden sie definitiv empfehlen und würden auch wieder dort bleiben, wenn wir zurück in Rothenburg sind.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Det här är ett enastående vackert och trevligt hotell i ett smakfullt och varsamt renoverat mycket gammalt hus mitt i de finaste delarna av staden. Jag kom efter ordinarie incheckningstid men välkomnades ändå med ett leende och ett glas svalt vin som huset bjöd på. De erbjöd sig att parkera min bil. De fixade en fantastisk middag fast det var sent. Rummet var stort och vackert med utsikt mot en gammal kyrka. Sängen och kuddarna var underbara liksom frukosten.

Annex bedroom was 200 meters from main facility in a deserted office building. Very hot in room and only a small fan. Big step down to bathroom- perilous in the middle of night (no nightlight). Hot water kettle in room but no tea. You can not walk from train station due to the cobble stone road. They should tell you it is a difficult hike from the train station and to take or arrange a cab. Train connection was only 4 minutes at transfer station and no lift - must be capable of carrying your luggage up and down 25 steps to switch platforms.

The most comfortable and modern rooms with fantastic AC during the heat wave. The manicured garden was magical. The restaurant was amazing! I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received and you cannot ask for a better location right in the main center. Highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Breakfast and housekeeping staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. Degustation Restaurant HerR prepared a delicious and special meal. A treat. Well worth experiencing with knowledgeable information about the food and wine.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und besonders. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, das Apartment war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist mitten im Ort, also sehr zentral. Man erhält super Tipps für einen Stadtrundgang.
Das Apartment war kleiner als es auf den Bildern aussah. Auch im Bad war es relativ eng. Im Nebengebäude ist es etwas merkwürdig, die Türen sehen aus wie Tresore und man erwartet die Unterkunft dahinter so nicht.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Wir verbrachten ein sehr angenehmes langes Wochenende im Herrnschlösschen. Die zentrale Lage war ideal. Die Anreise bis vor die Tür des Hauses war unproblematisch und die hauseigenen Parkplätze sehr praktisch. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Cengiz, die Seele des Hotels, kümmerte sich außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent um alle Belange und Wünsche. Das Hotel bietet einen abgeschlossenen, ruhigen Garten, der uns einige Stunden der Ruhe finden ließ, inmitten von Buchsbaumhecken und plätscherndem Wasser. Am Abend kann man das ausgedehnte und exzellente Menü im hauseigenen Restaurant genießen - wir werden das warme Feldsalatsüppchen nicht vergessen. Wir möchten uns beim Team des Herrnschlösschens ganz herzlich für ein wunderbares Wochenende bedanken.

Kahvaltısı saat 10.30'a kadar istediğiniz saatte size özel hazırlanıyor. Minibar oda fiyatına dahil olarak hizmetinizde. Her yer tertemiz. Bunları belki başka otellerde de bulabilirsiniz fakat çalışanların ilgisi, özeni anlatılamaz, yaşanır. İnanılmaz bir deneyimdi. Cengiz bey'e (selamlar olsun) ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. Otelde değil misafirlikte gibi hissettik. Aracımızın park edilmesinden, gezeceğimiz noktaların önerisine varıncaya kadar ilgilendi. Bir sonraki gideceğimiz şehre varıp varmadığımıza dair bizi aradığında hem çok mutlu olduk, hem de çok şaşırdık açıkçası. Cengiz bey çıtayı öyle yükseltti ki, bundan sonra hiç bir otelde mutlu olamayacağız sanırım. Aynur hanım sizi de unutamayız, nezaketiniz, samimiyetiniz, tertemiz odamız ve harika kahvaltınız için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için plan yapmaya başladık bile. Defalarca kez teşekkür ederiz.

Not having an elevator was something I don’t run into often. Especially with the wife large suitcase. All the rooms used a physical key, which is charming, but just different, especially since the key lets you out the front door. I went out early in the AM to take some pics. It’s a good thing i didnt lock our room door, or my wife would’ve been locked in. So ask for 2 keys.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2026Das Hotel liegt hervorragend zur Erkundigung der Stadt. Die Zimmer, ich habe auch das meiner Freunde gesehen, waren absolut top in die alten Gemäuer integriert. Das Problem der Parkplatzsuche wird durch das Valet Parking sehr gut gelöst. Was den Empfang und den Service im Ganzen angeht, ich habe noch sehr selten so freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter eines Hotels erlebt. Ich war geschäftlich weltweit unterwegs, der Service in diesem Haus hat mich echt überrascht.

Das Hotel hat Scham, ist sauber, eine tolle Sauna und einen verwunschenen Garten. Hier wird alles mit ganzem Herzen erledigt. Vielen Dank

Zimmer sind schön aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was jedoch auch zum Flair des Hotels passt.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026罗滕堡是我很喜欢的一个地方。这次的住宿也很棒！我们订的带厨房的公寓。房间打扫很干净。前台很热情。酒店门口不能长时间停车。酒店后巷不远、有专门的停车场。15欧元/天、停车很安全。住宿包含早餐。早餐非常美味、煎鸡蛋很好吃！完美的住宿地。希望下次有机会再来。

Mas o mais importante é a simpatia, profissionalismo e carinho dos funcionários, especialmente o Cengiz! Não tenho palavras para descrever a gentileza e o cuidado que ele tem com os hóspedes. Sempre preocupado com tudo, com a nossa segurança e conforto. Ele nos fez sentir em casa e acolhidas! Nota 10 é pouco para ele. Um verdadeiro tesouro e a alma desse hotel milenar! Jamais esqueceremos essa experiência mágica

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026This is not properly hotel. There was no reception if you come late at night. (I arrived there around 8 pm) The one who takes care of me is waiter who run restaurant at first floor. But he is great by the way. I booked extra bed but they didn't prepare so the waiter come to help even he super busy downstairs. By accidentally, my husband offer to help him and end up with bleeding fingers. The room was so cold at 1st night so I have to ask for portable heater on 2nd and 3rd night. The smell from the kitchen at 1st floor is all over the place, even at my front door. Moreover, they've never replied message at booking.com. So I had to find their email to mail directly and asked for extra bed. I wasn't happy all 3 nights that I stayed.

Internet não funciona, não tem elevador, depende de um funcionário faz tudo, aliás, excelente. Faz check in e check out, carrega as malas(meus filhos carregaram também para o 3o. Andar), garçon no café da manhã. Enfim, sem ele o hotel não sobrevive. O restaurante estava fechado. Não tinha nenhuma opção para uma água ou snacks no hotel. Depois de cero horário não fica ninguém na recepção. O hotel precisa dar essas informações para o hóspede optar por aceita ou não.
