Location, location, location!!! Brilliant!! Virtually on the beach but also in the town too! Everywhere was spotlessly clean from your room to public areas. The gardens & pool areas were also really neat & tidy.

Apartment was very sparse and basic and although lovely & clean with a super comfy bed looked a little tired.

Очень шумно. В номере каждые 5-10 минут включалось какое-то устройство на 3 секунды, этого было достаточно, чтобы прервать сон. Окна выходили во двор, что устраивало, поскольку сторона северная, не солнечная, но под окном собирался персонал гостиницы, который достаточно громко что-то обсуждал до 12 ночи. Тоже не способствует отдыху. Слышимость соседних комнат потрясающая. Просил поменять номер - предложили тот который не устраивает и с дополнительной оплатой. В номере нет стола, нет стульев. Вместо прикраватной тумбочки две маленькие круглые подставки, на которые даже телефон с зарядкой трудно положить.

Algumas restrições que não fazem muito sentido (piscina só até 18h sendo que estava escurecendo as 20:30), limitam alguns horários de all inclusive (tentamos pegar um sorvete de potinho às 23:03 mas o horário dos snacks acabava às 23:00 e mesmo sendo algo pronto, que estava disponível pra só pegar e levar, não deixaram).

Perfect location, amazing for a 3 star hotel... I have no idea what people are complaining about!! Our aircon didn't work properly for the first day.. they tried to fix it a few times & ASAP I would like to add (it was 35 degrees outside at the time).. and with no luck they upgraded us to an apartment which was awesome! 🤩 staff & entertainment people are so nice could not fault anyone tbf. A short walk to the beach Cala Gran or multiple other bars & restaurants if you prefer. Will defo be back!!

Nothing to complain about. Food is standard 3 star buffet kind of affair so if you're fussy about food just eat out it isnt rocket science🤪🤣 then again one day the best dish IMO... meatballs tasting like a posh tapas place were SO good!!!

The hotel has an excellent location, and having direct access to the sea was definitely one of the best things about our stay. The overall design and setting of the hotel are also very beautiful. However, the hotel is seriously in need of renovation and better maintenance. The restaurant was particularly disappointing. It looked very old and outdated, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the restaurant area. The tableware, plates, cutlery and glasses were old and, more importantly, noticeably dirty. This really affected the overall dining experience and hygiene standards. The food was average rather than “wow”. The selection was repetitive and many dishes were bland and lacked flavour. One evening, the prawns seemed old and had a very mushy texture, which was especially unpleasant. The drinks were also very weak. Although alcoholic drinks were available, there was almost no alcohol taste at all. We stayed in a cottage where the Wi-Fi did not work. We reported this to reception, but we were told that fixing it would take a long time and that a technician could not come there at that moment. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved during our stay. Another inconvenient thing was having to pay a deposit for glasses, which became tiring and unnecessary during the holiday. Overall, I would strongly recommend renovating the hotel, especially the restaurant, dining facilities and cottages, and improving cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel has a beautiful location, direct sea access and attractive overall design, so it has a lot of potential. However, the current condition of some facilities and the quality of the food and service do not match the beauty of the hotel itself.

The property is really old. I had the worst experience at this property. Firstly when we checked in hand wash and shower gel wasn’t there when asked for it were only given a shower gel then the aircons didn’t work at all in the room we were given a table fan which was not good enough. The next day when the cleaner came one of my perfume went missing after complaining nothing happened the staff said sorry and that’s done then no word about the perfume. We still let it go next day the tiles from bathroom wall fell in the bath tub when I was filling up the bath tub five minutes later and it would have fallen on my head. Horrible experience !!!!

La posizione. Direttamente su Cala Grande ed in centro.

Tutto. Condizionatori vecchi rumorosi con filtri sporchi che emanavano puzza di muffa/grotta; cibo immangiabile. Struttura datata non organizzata a contenere tutti gli avventori ( fila alla “mensa”, piscina impraticabile sempre full). Letto scomodo ( ho avuto mal di schiena 6 giorni su 6). Mancava il frigo e bollitore come promesso. Wi.fi non funzionante!

La ubicación es óptima. La comida variada y nada mal. El personal de limpieza y del restaurante muy amable. La limpieza del apartamento de 10. El personal de recepción muy resolutivo, nos hicieron el favor de cambiarnos de apartamento porque queríamos terraza y no un bajo.

Es muy incómoda la ubicación de los apartamentos “nuevos”, es un camino un tanto descuidado desde lo que es el edificio principal del hotel hasta llegar a ellos. La piscina pequeña (la de esos apartamentos) necesita renovación y más cuidado.

A comida tem fartura mas sem sabor poucas opeções de carne e muito repetitiva.o tudo incluído termina as 11 o que nao corresponde ao tudo incluído que ha em outros hoteis.deveriam informar isso aos clientes antes da reserva.apartir das 11 ate agua tem que pagar vende no próprio hotel nas maquinas 2 e meio um roubo por uma agua pequena.deichei cair a toalha da varanda onde estava a secar fui a receção para recuperar demoraram 4 dias para me devolverem e eu fui la reclamar todos os dias.fui obrigada a comprar uma toalha de praia nova..

Close to the beach and everything.

On a first night of arrival they mentioned that the hotel was already full so they booked us a different hotel.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. Tous les employés sont accueillants, souriants et disponibles. L’enregistrement s’est parfaitement déroulé : nous avons pu laisser nos affaires, nous changer et profiter de la piscine avant de revenir à 14h pour finaliser notre check-in. Le Check out également s’est très bien passé. Un grand merci notamment à Miriam, à la réception, qui a été très professionnelle et qui maîtrise parfaitement le français, l’espagnol et l’anglais. À noter également que presque tous les réceptionnistes parlent français, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel du bar et du restaurant est également très sympathique, toujours souriant et attentionné. Les menus sont variés et les boissons sont à volonté. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les différentes soirées organisées ainsi que la proximité immédiate de la plage. Notre chambre offrait également une très belle vue. L’hôtel est entouré de boutiques et de commerces agréables, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Enfin, les trois piscines sont agréables et permettent de varier les moments de détente. Une très belle expérience, avec un personnel chaleureux et un emplacement vraiment pratique.

Une chambre plus moderne serait appréciable avec une bonne connexion wifi.

Le seul point positif, l’emplacement de l’hôtel!

Très déçue de l’hôtel. Nous avons payé 1900€ pour 5 nuits. Le premier soir, nous avons eu une chambre avec une clim qui ne fonctionnait pas sous 35 degrés avec un bébé de 3 mois et une petite fille de 3 ans. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, c’était irrespirable. Nos enfants étaient très mal au réveil. Le lendemain nous avons perdu une matinée à négocier une chambre avec Clim etc… inadmissible! Honteux même! En ce qui concerne la literie, la moitié du matelas est en dehors du sommier. La salle de bain est vieillot alors que nous avons eu une chambre « rénovée ». La propreté reste à désirer. Quant à la nourriture, elle est de très mauvaise qualité. Le rapport qualité/prix n’y est pas. Je ne recommande pas!

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba indirectamente no había. Eran días de muchísimo calor y humedad. Hotel con mantenimiento 0. Instalaciones poco cuidadas. En Mallorca lugar turístico que todavía haya hoteles como ese es lamentable. Nosotros somos y vivimos en la isla. Sabemos lo que es vivir del turismo. El precio no corresponde con lo que es el hotel.

Maten va verkligen inte bra, speciellt lunchen. Det luktade så pass illa att vi inte kunde gå ner och äta. Dom behöver skaffa någon typ av luftkonditionering i restaurangen.

Vår AC kylde dåligt i rummet och sen regeln att de ” låser upp ” solsängarna kl 10 var lite ovanligt..incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid då vi anlände med flera andra resenärer med allt som skulle fyllas ut innan man fick nycklarna till rummet, kanske kunde man hitta en bättre lösning eller ge ut banden så man kunde få lite mat och dryck medan man väntade..det hade vart trevligt ?

Sehr gute Lage, man ist in 2 Minuten beim Strand. Die Poolanlagen waren auch sehr cool und sauber. Es gab jeden Tag Unterhaltung im Hotel und auch coole Aktivitäten wie zB Tennis werden angeboten.

Essen war manchmal etwas fad und Fleisch sah nicht unbedingt appetitlich aus, aber es gab genug andere Alternativen. Aber alles in allem war das Essen für ein All-inclusive recht gut.

The Hotel has great location, only 2 minutes from the nice beach. The stuff are pretty friendly and helpful. Especially great that there are many international employees who can even speak your language and make you to feel like at home. There are also pools and nice property on the hotel location. In only 100m you can find streets with shops. Even in main season you find parting place there around.

Unfortunately, the food quality needs improvement. Breakfast was always the same, but some stuff like salami, bacon was impossible to eat. The dinner was better. Hotel rooms need reparation, especially bathroom and doors ( when someone from this floor leaves a room - the door closes incredibly loud). Safe, beach towels are not included.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es inexistente, no cambian las sabanas y apenas hacen limpieza de esta y menos del baño...en ese aspecto está muy flojo el servicio. Nosotros hemos estado 7 dias del 12 as 19. El resto genial.

La situación

La comida poca variedad y mala calidad e higiene. Y que cierren la piscina a las 18:00h y te echen de las hamacas, en pleno verano es súper pronto.

The pool was nice and big enough. The location was amazing. The beach was right in front of the hotel and all the main restaurants and shops were all only a few minutes walk. It was a 20 minute walk to the marina so would be a cheap taxi ride if you didn't want to walk. Staff were all lovely and allowed us to keep our AI wristband on the last day when we checked out. We preferred to go out for dinner but they had burgers, chips, nuggets and salad available at the pool and toasties later in the afternoon. Lots of facilities. Everything expect the room was great

I wouldnt stay here again for the AC alone. It was a vent in the roof by the door and didn't cool down the room at all. We had to keep the door and blinds shut the whole time to avoid the sun coming in. Trying to sleep was a nightmare and a cold shower before bed was a necessity to try get some sleep at all. I wouldn't be one to complain and I get you don't always get exactly what is advertised but the room was not like the photographs at all! It was a bed, two lockers, a tv and a couch that was so squashed towards the bed you couldn't get passed it. It was very old fashioned compared to what we thought we were booking online. Although the pool was nice, we weren't aware that the pool would close at 6pm every night as the lifeguard was finishing

Excellent location with stunning beaches nearby and close to town. Enjoyed the activities provided. Friendly staff and good variety of food at buffets

Alles außer der italienische Mitarbeiter, der die Nachtschicht macht.

Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen echt in Ordnung der Service die Anlage und das Essen war echt stabil. Jedoch gab es einen riesigen Störfaktor. Bitte passen Sie auf was sie nach 22:00 Uhr machen. Wenn in der Nachtschicht arbeitet immer ein kleiner nerviger Italiener, der nachts auf die Zimmer läuft, wenn man mal ein Wort wächst und direkt rot die Polizei zu rufen. Leider hat das Hotel ihn noch nicht gekündigt. Er hat uns echt einige schlaflose Nächte bereitet, obwohl man noch eigentlich meinen müsste, dass dafür so ein Urlaub da ist, um mal richtig schlafen zu können. Es hatte schon fast was von einer Heimsuchung, wie er durch die Gänge gegeistert ist und die Gäste terrorisiert hat. Hoffentlich arbeitet er dort nicht mehr lange …

Läget. Fantastiskt läge vid Cala Gran stranden. Även nära gångavstånd till övriga vikar i byn. Underhållning varje kväll. Mat och dryck fanns att tillgå hela vistelsen. Billigt och maten därefter. Men läget är perfekt. Hittade parkering i området.

Hotellet är slitet, otroligt dåligt tryck i duschen så nästan så inte schampot åkte ut. Fanns ju alltid mat men inte så vällagat, smaklöst. Men man blir mätt.

El cierre de la piscina ya que era a las 18:00, pronto para ser época de vacaciones, tienen dos así que una de ellas podían dejarla un poco más de tiempo abierta. Entiendo que tenían que montar las mesas pero para ser verano es demasiado pronto, habitación era algo pequeña para cuatro y no tenía nevera.El tema del aparcamiento era complicado cuando se movía el ciche

Location fantastic, value for money excellent! We stayed in an apartment with a great view overlooking the small pool. Room cleaned every day and the cleaner was always very polite and happy! Our daughter came for a surpise visit and they allowed us to book into our room for a short duration for an additional cost. Receiption staff very helpful and polite. Majority of staff happy. I've seen some other complaints about catering staff, but they work so hard and long hours think they do a great job! Can't smile all the time.

Great idea at check in to download the barcode at check in to speed the process , however ideally would like to have done this before arrival at home as mine didn't work and after 10 mins had to do it manually anyway. This speeds things up and you just want to get you room after numerous hours travelling. Dont forget your euro for the glass deposit! This was my fourth holiday to this hotel and I'd stayed there several days and went to the bar and one time only had 50 cents, explaned to the barman thas all I had could I have one drink then return the glass. He refused point blank, 'thats what they all say' haha so had to trek back to my room for a euro. Having spent £3800 for 11 nights for the 4 of us, he could have shown some discretion, I was hardly likely to do a runner with his glass!. which i consider to be petty and spoilt my drink to be fair.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, on the shore of a beautiful bay. We liked everything about it. The only thing was that the air conditioning wasn’t very powerful.

Great location! Good for cheap trip with pool, close to beach and spacious rooms. I did room only as the restaurants in the town are a lot nicer than what the food looked like at the hotel and was a short walk nice to get out!

Pool doesn’t open till 10am which is very late so people were lying on the floor, I would recommend they move this forward to 9am to make the holiday experience better. Shower room after check out had a queue of 5 people.

The hotel is well located near the beach and town centre, the room is compact but sufficient for a small family of 2 adults and one child even though the third bed is very high off of the tiled floor which was concerning. The pool is just outside the room and gets very few poeple using it so no fight for sunbeds or crowding as it's at the back of the complex.

The extra bed could be lower for small children and the lack of a dining table was awkward for the days we wanted to eat in the room, due to the room's location there is no drinks station close by if you are all inclusive. The airconditioning only stays on for about 20 minutes at a time and didn't seem to just stay on with the use of a thermostat. The food menu in the restaurant is very 'samey' so it's worth eating out for dinner most nights.

Our stay at Gavimar Cala Gran was amazing! The location is simply perfect – everything is within walking distance: beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, the marina and lovely promenades. You don't need a car because everything you need is right here. The C Apartments were excellent – spacious, clean, comfortable and perfect for families with children. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Don't miss visiting Cala Esmeralda – it's absolutely stunning! We had a perfect holiday and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

V nabídce hotelu ty bazény vypadají větší.měli jsme zakoupené dva pokoje a v obou celý pobyt nešla klimatizace.noci byly katastrofa, nešlo spát.na noc jsme na sebe dávaly studené ručníky, žena chodila v noci se ochladit do vany se studenou vodou.uz bych se tam nevrátil.

Amazing place and food was good

Asunto: Reclamación por nuestra estancia Estimados señores: Queremos presentar una reclamación por los problemas sufridos durante nuestra estancia en su hotel. Reservamos y pagamos por adelantado un apartamento con cama de matrimonio y sofá cama, pero al llegar comprobamos que no había sofá cama. Además, el ducha estaba averiada y tuvimos varias dificultades debido a la falta de información y organización. Incluso llegamos a perdernos dentro del hotel y tuvimos que pedir ayuda a una persona del servicio de limpieza. Asimismo, el día antes de nuestra salida consultamos en recepción la posibilidad de ampliar el check-out. Una empleada nos informó que podíamos quedarnos hasta las 19:00 horas pagando 40 € y que el almuerzo estaba incluido. Sin embargo, al día siguiente recibimos varias llamadas exigiendo que abandonáramos la habitación y finalmente tuvimos que pagar 80 €. Lo que debía ser una estancia relajante terminó siendo una experiencia llena de estrés y molestias debido a errores, falta de coordinación e información contradictoria por parte del personal. Solicitamos una explicación y que se tenga en cuenta nuestra reclamación. Atentamente,
