The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! All in all a very enjoyable experience, that i would happily repeat.

Conoscendo già il Riad avrei dovuto scegliere una camera più grande!

Nous avons été bien accueillis avec du thé. Le Riad est très beau et l'atmosphère y est calme. La chambre est spacieuse et bien décorée. Lit confortable, on a passée une bonne nuit reposante. J'ai apprécié les cotons démaquillants à disposition dans la salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner.

Je recommande d'utiliser Google maps pour accéder au Riad. Ce n'est pas évident de trouver. Dommage que le bassin soit petit pour vraiment se rafraichir. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas il me semble à l'étage lors de notre séjour. Mise à part ça tout était très bien.

Le personnel est adorable, ils nous ont très bien accueilli, ils sont aux petits soins. Le Riad est très beau et bien équipé et bien placé dans la médina avec la Clim…

Tout était parfait mais nous avons trouvé plusieurs gros cafards dans la chambre et le Riad. Il y en a même un qui est monté sur mon compagnon lorsqu’il dormait dans le lit. Et cela malgré les contrôles professionnels du propriétaire. Je recommande pour les personnes qui n’ont pas peur de ces insectes mais personnellement je n’y retournerai pas.

L’emplacement est exceptionnel Le Ryad magnifique Le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse plus spécifiquement Abdul qui était au petit soin

Le personnel très chaleureux , accueillant avec le sourire. L’accueil avec le thé et petit goûter pendant l’enregistrement c’est un gros plus.

My partner and I's stay at Riad Dar Ten was exceptional. The staff, especially Abdul, went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The breakfast every morning was superb, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, and I loved lounging on the terrace to beat the heat. They also let us keep our luggages in the storage room while we were away on a desert excursion. Thank you to all!

La chambre qui n a pas été faite le 2ème jour. Le deuxième jour j'ai rejoins une quinzaine d'amis et je n'étais pas dans ma chambre de la journée. Elle pouvait donc tout à fait être faite. Ca n'est pas très grave, c'est un problème d'organisation, mais il ne faut pas ensuite raconter n'importe quoi, parce que là ça double l'erreur et ça énerve. Pour autant je ne change pas la note : l'expérience était tout à fait agréable dans l'ensemble.

Bon repas du soir, petits déjeuners copieux, emplacement idéal à deux pas de la place Jama el Fna et des souks.

Nous avions pris l'option taxi par le Riad, mais la taxi nous a laissé a l'entrée de la vielle ville ... et nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hotel ... l'envoi d'un petit plan avec notice explicative peut etre un plus, voire un impératif. Bien Préciser que le paiement par carte implique des frais de 3 % surtout que le paiement est demandé à l'arrivée et que les clients n'ont pas obligatoirement retiré le liquide nécessaire.

Cet établissement est très bien placé, proche de la place principale. L'accueil est très professionnel, le petit déjeuner bon et bien cuisiné.

Le seul petit bémol la qualité du pommeau de douche.

Our stay was very comfortable. The riad was well presented and our rooms cleaned daily. The location was perfect. Abdu made out stay - he was so friendly, attentive, helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Sometimes the shower went cold and the pressure was weak but that is to be expected in an old building.

Riad is well appointed - I love the colors. The breakfast was good. Very centrally located and easy to get to once you get oriented. It was comfortable. The rooftop nice. Good space for low maintenance traveler with limited luggage. Once you figure out navigation, the location is great. Clean. 3 star for sure.

Very small compared to other Riads I've stayed at. Staff was pleasant but I wouldn't call them particularly helpful.....no assistance with our bags and the stairs were very steep, tiny and low ceilings. I hit my head hard several times going up the stairs. The room was really small..we had to move some things out of the room to make room for our bags. Not alot of amenities, no ice, or snacks....it's a lovely Riad just not a great fit for my style of travel. Morocco is a shopping Mecca and we stayed here at the end of trip after lots of shopping across the country. This was not the accommodations for shoppers who may have more than one suitcase.

An absolutely wonderful and memorable stay from start to finish. The property exceeded our expectations in every way – especially the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who made the experience feel truly personal. The atmosphere was authentic and მშვიდ, with beautifully maintained and very clean spaces throughout. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of local flavors. The location was ideal: peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to everything. The room was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s sleep. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, charming, and slightly luxurious experience. We would definitely come back!

La posizione ottimale, la pulizia e la disponibilità e gentilezza del personale nell'accoglienza e nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

La tenda che copre l'ingresso al bagno al posto di una porta non consente la privacy necessaria. Per il resto lo stile tipico e originale rende la struttura molto gradevole.

Super vriendelijk personeel! Wij kwamen laat aan als 2 vrouwen en ze liepen netjes mee vanaf de taxi! Lekker ontbijt, mooie kamer en goeie locatie! Je bent zo bij de souks, maar ook dichtbij de taxi plek!

A localização é o ponto chave deste Riad. Fica mesmo junto à praça principal de Marraquexe. De resto, foi tudo ok. O quarto chocolate não era grande (mas já o sabia porque as fotos são claras). O pequeno almoço era razoável. O Riad em si também é simples comparativamente com outros. O staff é muito prestável. Chegámos já bem tarde e o zelador do Riad foi buscar-nos à porta da Medina. Era muito simpático e prestável, sem dúvida, um dos pontos fortes deste Riad.

O pior é mesmo a relação qualidade-preço. Foi um Riad caro para aquilo que oferece.

Bon emplacement au centre de la Médina. Bon dîner. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel agréable.

Humidité dans la chambre. Chambre en rez de chaussé assez sombre donnant directement sur le patio avec une mauvaise insonorisation. Le jacuzzi n’en est pas un puisque il peut monter Max à 28 degres en fonction de la température extérieure. Prix reflétant l’emplacement central mais non ajusté sur les prestations proposées

Assurdo non avere la porta nel bagno ma una tenda, mancanza totale di pryvaci!! Colazione un noiosa, sempre uguale e niente salato praticamente. Mancanza di cartelli che indichino in Riad, se non uno minuscolo all inizio del piccolo passaggio per arrivare, si raggiunge con fatica

The property was a very comfortable, clean and pleasant experience.

The only disadvantage to staying at the Riad was the noise at night as people coming and going we were awoken often from our sleep at night- not suitable for a quiet at night time. Also be prepared to buy bottles of water to have in your room as no mini bar. Shower had only hot water for 2 nights of our stay . No wardrobe in our room so 20 kg suitcase took up a lot of floor space. No air conditioning- very hot. Not suitable for kids.

Struttura ben curata e pulita, ottima accoglienza, ottima posizione. Camera spaziosa e con uno stile ben definito. Colazione strepitosa. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Ho apprezzato anche il phon in camera di quelli con beccuccio e non quelli “da hotel”. Consigliatissimo.

Felt the 10 Euro per person per night tourist tax was high

Very cosey and beautiful Riad in a great location. The stuff were wonderful specially Abdel who always went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

The only downside is that there was zero privacy in our downstairs room as it is directly where the tables are and the people walk by etc. every time you are in the room you have to keep curtains and shutters closed. A bit annoying for showering and getting ready. Also noise can be a problem being directly downstairs where everything happens at night and in the morning.

Lo staff è gentilissimo e accogliente e la posizione ottima. Abbiamo anche cenato nel Riad la prima sera ed è stato il miglior pasto del soggiorno. La proprietà dovrebbe investire un po' sulla manutenzione: pompa dell'acqua rumorosa, infissi che non chiudono bene, condizionatori vecchi. Peccato perché potrebbe essere un gioiello.

Riad tenuto molto bene, pulizia ottima. La colazione era super abbondante e la cena, su prenotazione, aveva un ottima qualità/prezzo. Perfetta la posizione, comoda a tutto. Il personale super accogliente e disponibile, un grazie particolare ad Abdu.

Attesa all'aeroporto del taxi, con mancata comunicazione. All'arrivo si sono scusati più volte.

Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa. El riad es muy tranquilo, limpio y perfecto para descansar y recargar energías. El personal es muy profesional y siempre amable. The room was fabulous. Really comfortable bed. An oasis of peace in the Medina but with everything right outside. It was very quiet and the rooftop had sun loungers and a jacuzzi (although the water was cold).

It would have been great if the jacuzzi water had been hot as the weather was cool. The air-conditioner in the bedroom didn't work too well. Other than that, fabulous and, in Morocco, there is always something that doesn't quite work. It is part of the charm of the country. :-)

La localisation, l’ambiance, la décoration et surtout le personnel adorable et accueillant.

Pas très bien isolé on entend facilement ce qu’il se passe dans l’hôtel. En revanche on entend pas du tout le bruit de la ville et ça c’est super.

Posizione un po’ difficile da trovare al primo tentativo, non seguite le indicazioni del app maps.me bensì sulla stessa app cercate il Riad vicino, Ghali Riad e spa, si trovano nello stesso vicoletto.

Un'oasi di pace nel caos della medina di Marrakech. Riad bellissimo con cortile interno e terrazza panoramica dove è possibile fare colazione. Il personale è molto gentile e le camere sono accoglienti e curatissime. La nostra in particolare aveva una favolosa cupola sopra il letto con vetri colorati. La posizione è leggermente defilata rispetto ai vicoli più caotici dei bazar ma permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti la piazza Jaemaa el fna. Siamo stati molto bene, grazie

L’illuminazione del passaggio di accesso al riad può essere migliorata.

We had a lovely stay here and it made our trip to! It was our first time staying in a riad and loved it - this felt like such a lovely homely experiece and was very special. The breakfast was delicious, rooms are decorated so nicely and the staff even decorated the room/got a cake specially for our birthday. Huge huge shoutout to the staff - they work very hard and were all so lovely and polite and really made the stay, their effort did not go unnoticed. The only very minor room for improvement would be we had to ask for refill the toilet paper/shower gel a couple of times (ideally they would have done this before whilst cleaning the room). However when we mentioned it to staff they literally fixed it right there and then in under one minute and counld'nt have been better. Thank you for a great stay it was all amazing!

Gebuchtes Zimmer musste kurzfristig wegen Wassereintritt saniert werden in Verbindung mit Baulärm (Notsituation) Aber Upgrade für anderes Zimmer erhalten Vorherige Info würde aber Irritationen ersparen

La atención, servicio y amabilidad de los trabajadores, la verdad es que son Maravillosos.

El desayuno, aun estando muy bueno, se hace un poco repetitivo, y es todo dulce (Fruta y dulces). Pondría algo mas salado, y no solo pan con mantequilla, unas tostadas, o pan local mejores, y algo como huevos u otras opciones. Tambien nos ocurrio que quisimos hacer check out mas tarde, ya que e dia era lluvioso, pero no nos dieron la oportunidad, y eso que la habitacion quedo libre, pero no quisieron aceptar mas dinero por esa opcion, no entendi el motivo.

Very beautiful Riad, great location, it felt homely and comfortable and it was SO peaceful even with others staying. Yousefs first day was the first day we came and he was sooo pleasant and helpful. Such a lovely young man!

Nothing bad to say, I think only good addition would be is a little fridge in the rooms. Especially coming from a cold country like UK we need cold water in the heat so that would have helped.
