Po # okazalo sie ze nie dziala prysznic z ciepła woda. Zgłoszone na recepcji, Pan mówi ze po godzinie powinno być ok bo jest slabe ciśnienie gdyż dolewaja wody do basenu....?? Seriously? Nic nie było lepiej na drugi dzien ponownie Pan w recepcji przeprasza i mówi że kogoś wysle. Nikt sie nie zjawił. Mieliśmy nocleg na 1 noc. Nawet nie skorzystaliśmy z prysznica by sie wykąpać. Bez komentarz

Apartments are a great size, very clean and well maintained. All the staff around the pool are so nice and friendly, especially the male lifeguard with the cool earrings.

The splash pool. Would be better as a shallow pool for small children. The splash area is barely used and puts pressure on the other pools. Family’s are most likely to be in the 2 beds.

I asked for a room as close to the reception as possible cause if being on my own. Difficulty in walking. They put me right at the other end of complex. So I had to ask for staff to assist me. And for the price of one night would expect more however it did appear nice and clean.

Hospedaje 90% turistico extranjero, cosa entendible dada la epoca del año y la zona. esta bien repartido, habitaciones correctas y varias piscinas para elegir. El personal fue lo mejor del hospedaje, buen servicio y tambien bastante limpio.

la nota negativa se la lleva la entrada de luz, estas desayunando en muchas de las mesas con el sol en la cara a 30 grados. Los platos son contundentes y esta buenos pero como puntualización en las tostas el aguacate es de bote. Carece de parking y aparcar se puede convertir en una odisea.

La claridad de la habitación y las camas, lo peor de lo peor.

La ubicación muy cerca del paseo marítimo es excelente para dar paseos por la noche e ir a cenar al mismo. La calidad del personal de limpieza y piscina es excepcional y ayudaron a que la estancia no fuera un desastre.

Reservamos una habitación con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama. Cuál es nuestra sorpresa cuando al entrar a la habitación nos encontramos dos sofás en lugar del sofá cama. Al reclamar en recepción se nos indica que debe ser un error en la plataforma el ofrecer el sofá-cama y que lamentablemente no disponen de otra opción. El sofá evidentemente no dispone de colchón y era muy incómodo para dormir, a lo que se le suma que no te dejan la cama montada y debes ser tú quien eches una sábana por encima al sofá para poder usarlo. El televisor es muy viejo y no dispone de Smart TV, pero es que encima el mando que tiene no permite activar el HDMI y por tanto no pude hacer uso del SmartTV que llevé y solo se podía ver la telvisión estándar. Las piscinas están viejas y necesitan urgentemente un mantenimiento exhaustivo, el cegrite del suelo está levantado y tirado por el interior de la misma, siendo un riesgo constante de corte. La limpieza de los espacios comunes durante el día es nula, y dada la poca educación del huesped estándar del complejo, esto significa que al final del día el espacio de las hamacas está completamente lleno de basura e incluso parte de la misma acaba en la piscina. Encima te dejan las bolsas de basura por fuera de tu habitación mientras desayunas para mejorar las vistas. Por más de 120€ al día esperaba un apartamento de mejor calidad ciertamente.

Superb location. Really nice pool area, felt secure and the apartment was really spacious. Kettle, hairdryer, coffee machine available.

Double bed was actually 2 x single beds with 2 x single bedding. Not ideal for a newly married couple if you catch my drift. Sofa bed was not comfy to sit on. No mirror other than the one over the sink on the bathroom. Not great.

Las instalaciones necesitan un poco más de mantenimiento. El wifi en el apartamento no me funcionó, sin embargo en los espacios exteriores funciona correctamente. Una de las camas era muy ruidosa.

Location was perfect! Lots of entertainment for kids. Spotless. The only negative was that I had asked prior to the stay could we check in about 1-2pm as we arrived about 12:30 and our room still wasn’t ready until 4ish… but other than that it was a great stay and would definitely return!

The pool entertainment made the holiday for us! Water polo, aqua aerobics most days and the foam party and bbq on the Friday were fantastic!

Our bed was crawling with bed bugs. We arrived on the evening of the 8th and at 1:30 we noticed bugs crawling all over the bed. We took pictures and upon further inspection realised they were bed bugs. We immediately went to reception who put us in another room that had obviously not been cleaned properly for the night and we informed them we would not be staying for the rest or our booking. We forwarded on the pictures of the bugs to the reception email as requested. The staff then advised us the manager would be on the premises from 7am. The next morning the staff at reception told us the manager was in a meeting and they didnt know when he would be available but they would advise him to speak with us at our room. We waited 2 hours and no one showed up- reception said the same thing ie he was in a meeting. We waited another hour or so until we noticed a man that appeared to be the manager by the pool and when we approached him he confirmed he was. He said he didn't know anything about our situation and that he would check everything and come back to us in an hour. No one showed up again after waiting approx 2 hours. We went to reception again and a staff member said he knew of our situation and could offer us a late checkout and a voucher for a bbq as compensation. They refunded the rest of our stay when we informed them we would be leaving but said they could not refund the night we had already stayed. We told them we would be discussing this with booking.com. We then asked them to pay for our taxi to our new accommodation as a gesture of good faith but they refused. All in all a horrific experience and really ruined our holiday

Our apartment was described as having a pull out bed which it did not. Having 2 children aged 4 and 7 it did not have enough beds for us all and one was forced to put base of couch on the floor underneath the other couch at night. Very disappointed

Soy cliente habitual pero lo que no me gusta es que escribo un mensaje para recibir una respuesta y me responde siempre lo mismo e incluyo que ni siquiera un día antes me dan una respuesta firme para saber lo que hacer si anulo o reservo por condiciones especiales para la comodidad de mi niño me gustaría una respuesta clara la verdad para saber lo que hacer cosa que cuando me quedé está vez decía que no había disponibilidad y había tres apartamento libre y cerrado en la zona más cómoda para mí niño confiado por qué yo lo vi cuando estaba yo en estancia incluso en mi salida seguía sin ocuparse y qué no me buscará una solución me molestó muchísimo tengo que ser sincera ya no por mi sino por la situación de mi niño debería dar una respuesta clara aunque sea un día antes para no llevar un disgusto sobre todo el un cordial saludo 😌

Es un complejo más orientado a familias. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y cómodas, bien ventiladas y con aire acondicionado. Al tener tu propia cocinilla con todo lo indispensable, te permite preparar comidas sencillas y no depender de estar saliendo a comer fuera. Tiene dos piscinas bastante grandes.

El horario de piscina es muy ajustado (cierran a las 18hrs).

Great location, apartment was a great size, everything you needed and very quiet at night, very clean and cleaned every day. The lady who cleaned our room was so lovely and so helpful. The receptionist who we dealt with was an amazing lady so so helpful and so sweet. Most of thr staff were so nice with the exception of a few. We had breakfast included the food was lovely.

The beds are very hard. The breakfast didn't always come the way we ordered it and the waiter was the same all week and he could be quite sharp.... it wasn't just with us. Another family paid for breakfast and said never again as he was very rude to them.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely, friendly female receptionist, and the hotel has a bright, spacious entrance. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped for a small family, and the location is excellent—close to the beach, strip, shops and plenty of bars and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. Breakfast was lovely and dining facilities very good. Pool staff and lifeguards were very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a room to store luggage until check-in time.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues. One male receptionist came across as quite grumpy and unfriendly on a number of occasions, particularly when we asked him to book a taxi, which made us feel as though we were bothering him. There were a lot of broken tiles in the lower pools and the ladder into the big pool is wobbly and unsafe. Real health and safety concerns. At breakfast, a member of staff repeatedly looking at her watch when we arrived half an hour before the advertised 10AM closing time. This felt rather unwelcoming. Housekeeping came very early on our first morning to tidy the room and then attempted to enter our apartment at 10:15am on our final morning despite check-out not being until 11am. This hotel needs to improve considerably in terms of staff friendliness, maintenance and respecting guests' privacy and comfort.

Not enough sunbeds and umbrellas, people were tying towels around umbrella pole and bringing umbrellas on there balcony at night time. I did say it to staff at reception but they weren't very helpful.

Realmente, nada. En las fotos todo parece excepcional pero no corresponde con la realidad. La piscina en pésimo estado, sucia y estropeada, el sofá cama que nos pusieron estaba roto, literalmente a ras de suelo y, lo que es peor, sucio. Ni siquiera quise dormir ahí, nos apretamos con los niños en la cama de la habitación (esa sí estaba bien)

Complejo hecho por y para los ingleses de un determinado TTOO. No pudimos usar las terrazas por lo sucias que estaban, llenas de colillas por todas partes. Tampoco las piscinas, llenas de balones, colchonetas, gente tirándose unos encima de otros...no había ningún control. Había una niña haciendo carreras con un scooter en mitad de las hamacas...y nadie controlando, no vi ninguna seguridad. Parecían los Juegos del Hambre. Basura entre las hamacas...En fin, es una pena que por el tipo de clientela que tienen (o han decidido tener, no lo sé), este estupendo establecimiento pase a ser un "No volveré" en la isla.

El trato de la camarera de piso, fue excepcional. Nos lo dejaba todo muy bien, se llama Marisa.el valet también Felipe, siempre muy dispuesto a cualquier cosa que le pedía. Y por último al chico de la piscina de abajo, muy amable indicándonos donde ir a comer. No me sé el nombre, pero nos dijo que procedía de Tenerife. Vacaciones para repetir. Gracias Marisa. Eres la mejor!!!! 😍🥰😍

1. Los clientes reservaban las hamacas y, sombrillas desde las 12.30 de la madrugada poniendo su toalla. El personal reconoció que staba prohibido, pero no adoptaron ni tomaron medidas severas. Simplemente lo aceptaban. Penoso. 2. Demasiados clientes para tan pocas sombrillas y hamacas. 3.. El baño. No había plato ni cortina. El suelo dl baño era el mismo para todo. Al ducharte el agua inundaba todo el baño, incluida la zona del inodoro. Una auténtica incomodidad. 4. El desayuno.

Quiero expresar mi descontento con el estado de limpieza del apartamento, especialmente con el baño, cuya limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Además, al revisar el armario, encontramos agua usada de otros huéspedes, algo totalmente inaceptable desde el punto de vista de la higiene y la limpieza. Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza deja bolsas de basura en la entrada del apartamento, concretamente encima de la mesa de la terraza.al intentar desayunar te encontrabas con las bolsas de basura desprendiendo un olor bastante fétido, resultando muy desagradable e imposible de desayunar y dando una sensación de falta de higiene y cuidado del alojamiento. Considero que estos aspectos deberían revisarse y solucionarse, ya que no se corresponden con las condiciones de limpieza que cabe esperar de un apartamento para huéspedes.

L’emplacement du studio. Trop loin de l’entrée, dommage que la sortie en face du studio soit uniquement pour les secours. Je n’ai pas aimé les horaires de la piscine trop juste à mon goût. C’est très compliqué de trouver une place pour garer la voiture, on doit se garer loin, compliqué avec un bébé.

The property is perfect. Apartments are gorgeous. Really close to the front.

Lots of kids with inflatables in the pool. Some mornings people behaved a little crazy to get loungers and umbrellas but I do think that is common in a lot of hotels.

Tienen un gran problema con las cucarachas y que el horario de la piscina sea de 10-18h. También tienen problemas de humedades y hongos en los cuartos de baño.

Es war schön und klimatisiert und hat für uns gepasst.

Die Dusche war nicht besonders, heisst wenn man geduscht hat kam ganz plötzlich sehr heisses Wasser was gefährlich sein kann. Wenn die zweite Person geduscht hat, kam plötzlich nur noch sehr wenig Wasser. Die Poolanlage mit den Sonnenliegen war gross, es war jedoch sehr extrem wie die Liegen reserviert wurden. Aufgefallen ist uns am Abreisetag, dass alle Liegen aufeinander gestapelt sind, aber die Badetücher bereits am Morgen um sieben Uhr an den Sonnenschirmen hängen um zu reservieren. Man hat bereits um diese Zeit keine Chance mehr auf Liegen unter einem Sonnenschirm. Da wir eh immer am Strand waren, hat uns das nicht betroffen, jedoch finden wir das schon extrem.

La cuna que nos proporcionaron estaba rota. Los clientes reservaban las hamacas muy pronto, luego se iban, y no habían normas respecto a eso. Falta mantenimiento en la piscina splash y parque de los niños. El ambiente era sobre todo irlandeses, ingleses y americanos con sus bebidas y flotadores en la piscina. La habitación que nos tocó implicaba subir varias escaleras, y con el carrito, las maletas y dos niños, no era lo más cómodo, aún habiendo pedido algo para una familia así.

La piscina que fue lo que se disfrutó con el calor. Aunque la gente reservaba sus hamacas y sombrillas desde primera hora de la mañana y algunos no venían en todo el dia sino por la tarde.

El sofá cama súper incómodo y la funda estaba toda rota, la manecilla de la puerta de la terraza estaba casi descolgada, había restos de comida pegados en las cortinas, no nos dejaron toallas para 4 y cuando fuimos a pedirlas nos dieron solo de ducha porque no tenían más. La verdad que no es un sitio que repetiría, necesita una buena reforma en muchos aspectos.

The sea view from the room was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious with everything you would need whilst on holiday. The air con was great.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not great. Even when the bins were emptied on two days there was rubbish left behind. There was a stain on the bathroom floor when we arrived which I thought was maybe embedded into the tiles however towards the end of the holiday I cleaned this myself and discovered that it was actually removable however it had been there for nearly a week despite the cleaners being in on a number of occasions. We didn't spend time at the pool as there was sunbed wars. Reception staff were not the friendliest no acknowledgement or hello as you were passing through, as I had previously experienced in other apartments

Large pool. Good location. Good bar food at competitive prices.

Pool hours were limited. I enjoy early morning and evening swim but pool hours are 10 till 6. No sun loungers available, people queuing from 8am to reserve them even if they didn't intend using till the afternoon.

Cockroaches everywhere at night time. Not for the faint hearted. Apartment had various bugs also. Given bug spray by reception but they need immediate pest control measures. Main pool area dirty, rubbish floating in water. Pool staff/lifeguard didn’t bother to pick up a single piece of rubbish. My daughter aged 10 collected paper wrappers herself from the pool.
