Falta de limpieza, apartamentos muy estropeados, ducha con oxido, rodapies que faltabn, olor desagradable en el baño, se oia todo los que hacian los anfitriones de la parte de arriba, la cisterna, los pasos, lo que hablaban todo.

Geen eigen buitenruimte en erg donker. Zelfs op een zonnige dag moesten we alle lampen aan doen. Een lawaaiige badkamerventilator. Zeer sobere inrichting met versleten meubilair. De plaatjes die we zagen voordat we boekten hadden ons enthousiast gemaakt, maar de werkelijkheid viel tegen Niet geschikt om veel binnen te zitten.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Heerlijk rustig gelegen, maar toch op slechts een paar minuten te voet van het centrum. Het zwembad is een fantastische plek om te relaxen. Het appartement is groot, schoon en goed uitgerust.
De zetel was aan één kant wat ingezakt en zat daardoor niet lekker.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Grote kamer met gelegenheid tot koken. Heel dicht hij het centrum (eigenlijk al in het centrum) en een heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen waar je lekker kan relaxen. Daarnaast is het personeel heel behulpzaam en hielpen ze mij met het reserven van de kabelbaan.
Er is geen airco of ventilator in de kamer, het kan best benauwd worden. De kamers zijn iets wat gehorig en wij konden de buren daardoor goed horen.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Un logement idéal pour visiter los picos de europa mais nous avons aussi pû nous rendre en 1h sur la côte cantabrique! Potes est un très joli village montagnard animé mais le logement est au calme. La propreté était irréprochable et le logement est spacieux. Nous étions parfaitement à l'aise avec nos deux enfants de 5 et 8 ans qui ont très bien dormis dans le salon dans 2 lits simples un plus pour nous! Il est vrai que l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gêné cela doit dépendre des voisins. La piscine etait incroyable, vue sur les montagnes nous en avons profité tous les jours. Pour parfaire l'hôte était très sympathique. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour d'une semaine.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Heerlijke ligging, aardige host, heel fijn zwembad. Na een week werd alles verschoond. Prachtig uitzicht! Gastheer en vrouw vriendelijk voor de kinderen. Gaven tips over de omgeving. Hek met toegangscode, auto kun je niet voor de deur parkeren maar wel heel dichtbij.
Het was wel heel basic ingericht. Geen vaatje zout oid te bekennen. Voor de prijs mag er wel iets meer aan basisartikelen staan, maar de host loste dit heel lief op door zout en koffie gratis te geven (we kwamen aan op een feestdag en alles was dicht). De appartementen zijn erg gehorig. De bedden zacht (maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur, ze zijn niet versleten). De wasmachine kan wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Maar over all zouden we zeker terugkomen!!

Quizás que los apartamentos de abajo tengan poca ventilación. Pero lo elegimos entre los dos que nos ofrecieron porque fuimos con nuestra mascota y era más fácil para movernos. No ha afectado a pasárnosla muy bien!!! Gracias!!! Ha estado genial.

Hemos estado una semana y a los tres días nos preguntaron si queriamos que nos lavasen las toallas. Un trabajador me ha ayudado a cargar la furgoneta porque justo en la puerta es dificil aparcar. Pero hay un parking grande cerca. Mucha pena nos ha dado irnos. Como única pega vendría bien algún utensilio de madera para cocinar y no rayar las sartenes. Pero un 10 a estos apartamentos. En el mejor sitio que he estado. Nos toco el numero 13

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026La amabilidad del personal. Son encantadoras. Las instalaciones,el patio, el olor del jardín. la piscina y su hubicacion perfecta. Todo lo necesario en el.paratamebto para disfrutar de unos días. Camas muy cómodas.
La proximidad de las ventanas, los ruidos se oyen mucho al menos en las habitaciones que dan al pasillo que sube a la piscina. Una cocina frente a un dormitorio es incómodo. Tampoco.el.poco.tespeto.de otros huéspedes que se creen que alquilan un chalet independiente y se salen hasta altas horas a las mesas comunes debajo de las ventanas o los que usan la piscina a las 02.00 de la mañana.. Es una simple cuestión de respeto que algunos no entienden. Cuesta un poco aparcar pero hay un parking público a unos 200 metros.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026The staff and pool area are fantastic. Apartment 9 is nice and has a great view of Potes and mountains from the balcony. Had the staff not been accommodating and moved us into a different room we would not have rated this facility as high. We were there during a heatwave and the staff gave everyone around the pool a big bottle of ice cold water. Its little touches like this that improved our stay. The courtyard area is also very nice and welcoming. The main building is a nice old building. The beds and bed sheets are comfortable. I would stay here again providing I could have apartment 9 again.
When we arrived we did not get the room we had selected on Booking.com. It was a small, dark, cave like room (apartment 2). Rooms are rough around the edges and could do with some attention. The bathroom of apartment 2 is in a bad condition. When we explained we were expecting something different the staff went off to find a solution. They offered us a second room the night after. We spent one night in the cave and then moved to apartment 9 which was miles better. The kitchens, seating and storage are very dated and could do with modernising. Rooms/furniture are very lived in and are starting to show their age. There is very little storage for clothes.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Excellent location in the centre of Potes but still a quiet street. Lovely pool area. There is a large free car park nearby so parking was not an issue for us. Easy check in process with the staff.
The apartment was not well stocked with supplies e.g. soap, toilet paper. It's fine for a short stay but we stayed for 5 nights so had to buy some supplies ourselves. Walls quite thin but not really an issue if you have quiet neighbours.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026La ubicación del apartamento, la piscina, el cuidado y la decoración exterior especialmente las plantas que tienen a la entrada y en los pasillos. También destacar la hospitalidad de los anfitriones y su atención en todo momento.
La habitación. Si bien la decoracion y el equipamiento es más que correcto, ciertos puntos no nos gustaron del todo. Decir que la habitación estaba limpia, pero sin embargo, nos encontramos una gran cantidad de hormigas en la zona de la cocina, la mesa del comedor/cocina estaba algo pegajosa y por más que limpiamos no se quitaba, y tambien el hecho de no poder ventilar de forma natural. Me explico, la habitación tiene una única puerta que da a un pasillo exterior por el que pasan más huéspedes, de noche como es lógico no se puede dejar abierto, y por el día acaban entrando multitud de moscas, por lo que ciertamente la habitación tiene que estar prácticamente todo el día cerrada.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Wij verbleven drie nachten in appartement 13 van Villa Potes. Het resort is prachtig aangelegd en beschikt over een mooi zwembad. Een groot pluspunt van dit appartement is de ruime veranda, waar ook een televisie aanwezig is. Het is een fijne plek om te ontspannen na een dag in de omgeving. De wifi was over het algemeen redelijk en het verblijf heeft een prettige uitstraling
Het appartement is behoorlijk gehorig. Wij konden de bovenburen letterlijk horen lopen, koffiezetten, naar het toilet gaan en zelfs gesprekken volgen. Voor lichte slapers kan dit storend zijn. Daarnaast zijn de badkamer en keuken wat gedateerd. De afwerking kan op sommige punten beter, zoals de kitnaden en enkele scheef gemonteerde plankjes. De wifi heeft in het aangebouwde gedeelte van het appartement nauwelijks bereik. Ook is de parkeersituatie niet ideaal wanneer je niet gewend bent om door zeer smalle en steile straatjes te rijden. In dat geval parkeer je verder weg en moet je een stukje lopen. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er tegenover en achter het complex bouwvakkers aan het werk. Dat zorgde af en toe voor wat geluidsoverlast, al kan de accommodatie daar uiteraard weinig aan doen. Al met al een mooi resort op een aantrekkelijke locatie, maar houd rekening met de gehorigheid van appartement 13 als rust tijdens de nacht voor je belangrijk is.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026There was a mix up on arrival as the two bed apartment booked months before was not available and we had been given a twin which was no good for us, after some difficult discussion and the aid of google translate we finally got the room we booked.
Aircon, no aircon available, my fault for not checking.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Excellent location in the heart of Potes—walkable to everything, yet nice and quiet. Our apartment was spacious and clean. Overall comfortable and an ok stay. The pool was a nice bonus. Be prepared to walk 5-10 mins for parking.
Everything feels very tired in the apartment. Leaky bathroom with sad, saggy close line for drying items in the shower. The kitchen is quite dark and the washer has definitely seen better days, though it did the job. Providing a fan would be much appreciated as it was quite warm with poor airflow even when the windows were open.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026De accomodatie ligt midden in het gezellige centrum. We hadden een ruim appartement (nr 13), met 2 slaapkamers, een serre en een terras. Vanaf de binnenplaats 2 trappen op. Een kleine verdieping hoger lag het schone zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen.
De accomodatie heeft wat verouderd sanitair is ouderwets ingericht. Maar alles werkt prima en is schoon.
