Such a lovely place to stay and very homely. John and Bernie were so kind aswell, I would find it near impossible to go elsewhere should I need to stay overnight again in their locality.

Zero complaints!

Nice comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, good shower and bathroom facilities. Opted for a light breakfast, but we were still stuffed. Plenty of coffee and toast if we wanted more. Bernie looked after us very well and would stay again.

The inn is very easy to find and the property is beautiful. The grounds are large and have a wonderful area for kids to play. The rooms are so comfy and warm. Everything was so lovely and charming and the property owners and staff were absolutely wonderful!

I wish I had booked a longer stay!

The hosts were excellent. Helped us out in many different ways. Drove us into town several times. Went way beyond what you would expect. Just an all around fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this location. They have been given a number of awards for the excellence of their place. They are well deserved.

It's located 5 km outside town. You need a rental car.

Lovely house few minutes driving from Castlebar town centre. Room was big, spotless clean and the beds were very comfortable. Many options for breakfast, everything very good and fresh.

Great hosts, they were very kind to accommodate us as we arrived a bit early and caught them off guard. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and made to order.

I liked the family feeling. Unfortunately, I left behind a Book and a CD from the Historic Museum of Ireland. I may be coming back to collect it next year. Hopefully, I will stay again and enjoy the little suite I had booked again!

Excellent breakfast and lovely warm welcome from Bernadette. Rooms were clean and comfortable -- had a great night's sleep. It's a short drive to Westport.

The hosts, Bernadette & John, were two of the nicest people we have met on our journey around Ireland. Their B&B was exceptionally clean. We spent two nights here & the bed in the room we stayed in was the most comfortable we’ve had on our trip.

Beautiful farm setting just outside Westport. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Bernie welcomed us warmly on arrival and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious. A peaceful, relaxing stay — highly recommended, and we would happily return when in the area again.

Bernie welcomed us in with a smile and we felt comfortable for the minute we pulled into the driveway. Breakfast was so tasty! We were well and truly set for the day ahead. Will definitely recommend for anyone to stay here and most certainly will be back :)

We got such a warm welcome from Bernadette. The house and grounds are beautiful. Our room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was gorgeous. It is one of the best places we have stayed. We will be back 😀.

Located minutes from Westport and Castlebar. The breakfast was great, cooked to order: salmon, brown bread, rashers, puddings, fruit, cheese, eggs, sausages, great coffee and tea, juices, fruits….full Irish- excellent

Bernie and John is excellent hostess, the B&B is spotlessly clean, and rooms/beds are very comfortable .Brilliant breakfasts, and nothing is too much trouble for them The garden is spectacular. I would highly recommend the as you get a lovely Irish welcome.

Gorgeous property with a beautiful view of the fields and farm animals! Was playing Irish music at Matt Malloys and this was a perfect location!

Struttura, bella ed accogliente, come del resto la proprietaria profusasi in attenzioni nei nostri confronti, ci ha dato molte indicazioni su attrazioni e ristoranti locali, si sono addirittura offerti d'accompagnarci gratis con la loro auto, colazione ottima ed abbondante, parcheggio interno davanti alla nostra camera, davvero tutto perfetto.

Roxbury is such a peaceful and sweet B&B. John and Bernie were so very welcoming. I had just sprained my ankle and John made me a walking stick which I used the rest of the trip. Our breakfast was wonderful. Next time we will try Bernie’s much raved over porridge!
