La atención fue espectacular, todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto siempre a colaborar con una sonrisa, los desayunos del buffet son excelentes y la comida del restaurante también, la ubicación esta muy buena, cerca de muchos restaurantes, Peluqueria, tiendas de conveniencia y lugares para masages buenos; fuimos por dos noches, al regresar de boracay volvimos otra noche y fuimos a Malaysia y de regreso volvimos a ese hotel, totalmente recomendado!!!

The staff are always polite and very respectful. It’s a good location close to the night life , my 6 or 7 th time there.

Camera grande e spaziosa con una tv grande. Colazione varia e ricca sia di dolce chedi salato con un cuoco che può fare uova e bacon come si vuole per esempio. Lo staff è molto gentile e mi ha anche aiutato con la sim del telefono. La piscina non è tanto grande ma dopo una giornata a visitare la città, fa il suo dovere. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante spagnolo davvero ottimo.

In un albergo del genere non poter avere un cappuccino a colazione stona con il resto della struttura.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Frendliches Personal, grosses Zimmer, Bequemes Bett. Restaurant im EG war ein wenig Teuer aber auch sehr gut. Zentrale Lage in Makati.

Lage des Hotels in einem eher Lebhaften Partyviertel, in der nacht ein bisschen anstrengend zum herumlaufen, da sehr viele Menschen auf der Strasse. (viele wollen einem "Massage-Services" anbieten).

hotel manila is on the Makati side. the hotel staff and the staff at the reception are great people who helped us with everything:) I will definitely come to this hotel again.we had a great time. I would like to thank all the hotel staff; I honestly couldn't have felt more at home.especially at meals and breakfasts, the hotel's cooks are very good, they can immediately tell from your face what you want to eat that day and make a menu according to it as if :)

El personal fue muy servicial, la cama cómoda

Está justo al lado de una calle con mucha prostitution. Si viajas en familia que era nuestro caso no lo recomiendo en absoluto pues al salir estás rodeado de chicas y un ambiente muy nocturno. Aunque estábamos en el piso 21 se oía el ruido de la calle, juerga a las 4 am y también el ruido de los ascensores

The place isn’t good it located next to a street has bad reputation no need to mention that St but anyhow i didn’t feel safe outside when i walking otherwise it was nice hotel

BRILLIANT!!!! What a wonderful hotel.  Staff are kind, courteous, friendly and caring.  Couldn't believe I would ever find a hotel like this in Manila. I have been travelling for almost 40 years and this would be by far the warmest and friendliest place I have ever stayed. Location if fantastic, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all the things a traveller needs when on the move. The pool bar is excellent and thank you Fatima for your friendly service and smile.  Give that girl a salary increase as she is good for your business🙃 Breakfast was the absolute be all and end all of breakfasts.  Everyday was different and very tasty.  Our eggs and omelettes were made to perfection by Chef Ruben who also needs a salary increase for his attitude, service and friendly smile. This is my GO TO hotel whenever I'm in Manila

Great spot, room was spacious and had a good view, really comfy bed, staff are so lovely and attentive. They also were so helpful with storing our luggage for the day.

Air con wasn’t working very well so we had a really warm room for the night which was a shame. Let staff know in the morning and they assured us they would check it out with their handyman.

Absolutamente, todo. El personal super amable, la habitación muy limpia, las camas muy cómodas, la vista de nuestra habitación era increíble. Volveremos seguro y lo recomendaré a todos sin duda.

After multiple stays I can say the service is world class and every member of the staff is always extremely accommodating and helpful. I always feel right at home when I visit.

Wonderful property and staff …we arrived early into Manila and check in time was 2pm but they had us in our room before noon. This was a huge relief because we had our one year old son who has anxiety issues.

El personal muy amable muy atentos los mejores de toda mi estadia en Asia comenzando por el chico que abre la puerta con una increible sonrisa hasta el joven de recepción los mozos del restaurante muy amables el desayuno insuperable lo recomiendo mil por ciento, la piscina excelente para el calor y atencion de los mozos ahi muy buena.

Hotel muito bem localizado, no distrito de Makati, próximo ao Green Belt . Arua em frente ao hotel tem vários restaurantes, clubs, à noite é animadíssimo. O staff é muito atencioso, como nosso vôo partia de madrugada providenciaram um breakfast- box para levarmos.

Good breakfast but expensive. I ate out. Once again staff couldn't be faulted. Great location if you can stand the noisy motorbike traffic.

El desayuno fue formidable, así como la comida en el restaurante Tíabuela. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas y las instalaciones del hotel siempre estaban limpias. Sin embargo, lo que más nos impresionó fue la atención de todo el personal, desde los que nos recibían en la puerta hasta el personal de la recepción y, de modo muy especial, el personal del restaurante. Nuestra estancia no podía haber sido más agradable.

- Drainage smell in the bathroom most of the time, I belive it's coming stronger after taking a shower. I didn't why and I didn't reported it - HK used a personal plastic bag kept next to the wash basin for disposals! Luckily I noticed and requested for a replacement immediately - On the last day, the check-out call was at 11 AM not at least at 11:30 same as the before (before the stay got extended)!!! The receptionist wasn't able to explain why I was called that earlier than usual, she replied "this is a pre-departure call" only which I'm aware of!

I didn't like the juices at breakfast, it was actually lemonade not a juice. There are no options for the cold drinks only that lemonade. . Hope they will do much better next time. However other foods was delicious 😋 and the stuff are so nice, thank you!
