Purtroppo, la mattina, quando siamo partiti, non avevano la macchina del caffè accesa alle ore 7:00, quindi non abbiamo potuto fare colazione

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Tranquilidad, silencio por las noches. Al lado de la playa para salir andando. Buen acceso y aparcamiento. Buena ubicación para visitar la parte norte de la isla. El desayuno está bien.
Aunque las instalaciones estan limpias, dan la sensación de algo de dejadez (algunas baldosas rotas, cristales que estan sucios, etc.).

l'hôtel essaye de faire du neuf avec du vieux mais il reste beaucoup de parti vraiment vieille. les appartement sont dans 1 jus année 70, sans climatisation (ne vous faites pas avoir alors que les chambres sont moins chères). Le petit déjeuner à 20 euros est une blague, tout est mauvais et pour ce prix, vous manger très bien n'importe ou. le personnel est rustre...Seul le personnel de ménage est sympathique est efficace.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Posizione bellissima all'inizio del parco delle dune di Corralejo. La spiaggia e il mare sono bellissimi. Colazione varia e abbondante. Belle le stanze molto grandi e bello anche il giardino di piante grasse che decora la struttura.
La salsedine sta corrodendo alcuni elementi dell'hotel. La piscina è un po' piccola.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Ein rundum angenehmes Hotel mit sehr herzlichem und freundlichem Personal. Besonders schön ist die tolle Lage direkt am Stadtrand – und der Strand zum Baden ist ganz bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.
Der Poolbereich ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt stellenweise ein wenig trist.

Manches im Apartment könnte man mit wenigen Mitteln renovieren. Z.b. einen Verdunklungsvorhang im Schlafzimmer, die Matratzen wechseln, die grelle Außenbeleuchtung, bisschen mehr Geschirr.

Las vistas son sencillamente idílicas, tanto a las dunas como al mar. Además, el servicio fue de primera, tanto recepción como camareros/as; atendieron amablemente y al detalle cada una de nuestras peticiones. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir y recomendar con total confianza.

Ha bisogno di un po di accuratezza nella manutenzione. Piscina un po lasciata andare. Colazione mediocre con uova e pancetta fredde. Latte scaduto da un mese! Va un po’ presa a cuore.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026What strikes you first when you arrive is the sea view from the apartment complex that surrounds the pool area. It’s lovely to sit by the pool looking out over the sea. We loved the location of the apartments - 15 minute walk to miles of gorgeous sandy beaches or 25 minute walk along the more rockier beaches in the other direction into all the Corralejo restaurants and shops. El Campanario was only a 15 minute walk away which also has lovely restaurants and shops. The apartments were spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff came everyday even on Sundays! The apartment complex was very peaceful and quiet with plenty of sun loungers both in the sun and shade. We were a family of 5 and will definitely return again in the future.
Would have been nice to have built in air conditioning instead of ceiling fans but not a huge deal as never got too hot with the sea breeze.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Che dire, struttura fantastica. L'hotel si trova al confine della cittadina di Corralejo, praticamente l'ultimo prima dell'inizio della grandissima spiaggia delle dune. Zona tranquillissima e parcheggio sempre disponibile in strada. Per raggiungere la città occorrono 10 min di macchina, a piedi mezz'oretta circa. Le camere sono enormi e pulitissime e così anche tutti gli spazi esterni, la piscina e la sala colazione. Colazione molto buona e varia che viene servita in una sala a ridosso dell'oceano, fantastico anche se il personale potrebbe essere più sorridente. Siamo stati benissimo!

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and eager to resolve any issues that may arise. By chance, I met the hotel owner in Tefia, and I must say that his calm and modest nature is reflected in the hospitality of the entire team. I hope to return soon

Leider entsprach die Suite nicht unseren Ansprüchen. Kein zusätzlicher Komfort! Etliche Abnützungs- und Gebrauchsspuren! Eine offene Toilette zur Ausgangstüre hin, geht gar nicht!

Reviewed May 31, 2026Me encantó, las instalaciones, el desayuno, la habitación, el lugar y sobre todo su personal. Tanto en recepción, como en el desayuno como el personal de limpieza de 10. Se preocuparon por la satisfacción de nuestra estancia y de que no nos faltara de nada.
Todo me gustó. Pero si eso cierto, que mejoraría las almohadas. Le faltaban calidad

Reviewed May 29, 2026Nel complesso carino, struttura un po datata, piscina rovinata. Colazione nella norma. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi e il mare li è meraviglioso. Ottima la posizione, a 5 minuti di auto dalle dune e a 10 minuti dal centro di Corralejo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Lovely little hotel located at the entrance to the national park. Peaceful location and lovely view of the sea and Los Lobos. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to help. Would stay here again in an upper floor room.
Sensitivity to noise is a very personal thing and I struggled with the constant loud stomping around of the room upstairs. Not the hotel's fault though. Therefore, I would stay in an upper floor room next time. I found the bed to be hard which, again, is a very personal thing but a very comfortable mattress topper was placed on the bed for me the next day. These are very minor personal preferences and I would absolutely stay here again.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Colazione con buona varietà di prodotti, sia dolci sia salati; vista bellissima sia dalla sala della colazione sia dalla camera vista mare; silenzio assoluto di notte, a parte il rumore delle onde. Camera ampia, è divertente la parete tra zona doccia del bagno e camera che è tutta vetro, ha una tenda elettrica che sale e scende e che fa tornare la privacy
Caffè/cappuccino fatti dal cliente con macchina automatica un po' lenta, a volte si crea coda di 2-3 persone, ma se si fosse al completo sarebbe più lunga
