Leider war die Sternwarte während unseres Aufenthaltes in Reparatur, welche eigentlich ein wichtiges Argument bei unserer Hotelwahl war. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist unsere Meinung nach als unverhältnismäßig teuer einzustufen, da unser Zimmer für 3 Personen schon klein war und lediglich WC und ein Wachbecken enthielt.

夫の退職祝いと妻の誕生日を兼ねた大切な記念日に、伝統と評価の高さを期待して「湯峡の響き 優彩」様を利用し、事前にもその旨をお伝えして予約いたしました。 しかし、当日は天候（雨）や混雑の影響で臨時駐車場案内となったものの狭い駐車場の誘導がなく、チェックイン時もスタッフ同士の私語が見受けられ丁寧な説明はありませんでした。 スタッフの多くが外国籍の方でしたが、教育が行き届いていない印象を受け、お部屋への細かい案内や説明もありませんでした。また、19:30頃に向かった夕食バイキングでは楽しみにしていたメイン料理の品切が多く、味付けに関しても期待を下回るものでした。期待の温泉についても、浴槽の数や広さ、衛生面において少し物足りなさを感じてしまいました。 人手不足の時代ではありますが、老舗ならではの価格に見合った「おもてなし」や伝統の維持を期待していただけに、今回は非常に残念な滞在となってしまいました。

設備の改修風呂の天井などカビが見にいきました。食事はゆっくり食べれる空間が必要だと思いました。バイキングでの従業員の説明や利用方法などの説明がないと年配者は使い勝手が難しいです。

温泉が男女入れ変えで気にいった方にタイミングで入れない 2階の部屋だったがホテルの屋根しか景色がみえない 一番楽しみにしていた炭火焼きが、その場所で焼くのではなく焼いた物が網に置かれているだけで、冷えていてもの凄く残念種類も事前に見ていたものより少なかった。 寿司の種類も事前に見たもの違い残念 別料金の赤牛鉄板焼きも１００g4,400円であまりは高いような 部屋は入り口が狭すぎて、一度中に入らないとドアの開閉できなかった

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026I love the variety of Onsen we could use and I love the both. Their dinner and breakfast, both were very good.
We arrived around 4 pm and by the time we checked in and start exploring the town, most of the shops in the town were closed. Next day, we had to catch a bus to the next destination by 10 am because there are only two buses to the Aso mountain area, next one was at 3 pm. I recommend to arrive early unless you would plan to enjoy the town next day. I didn't realize the area was so pretty with local gift shops and streams but they all closes early.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026This was a superb hotel, spacious and elegant. I had one of the larger rooms with a tatami mat area and a separate bedroom with western beds. The room was very comfortable, the buffet meals were excellent, but the main attraction was the variety of baths, both public and private. I needed two nights there to sample them all. An intriguing feature was the sky dome and observatory of the roof.
It wasn't an issue with the hotel, but there wasn't a lot to do in the town

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026早餐很好吃，晚餐除了烤蝦過熟其餘都不錯，櫃台有中文服務省去很多溝通的時間，住宿地點是溫泉街偏外圍但走不用五分鐘就到溫泉街上了，可能是平日去所以溫泉街沒有熱鬧的感覺，一些足湯敷臉的也都沒開有點小失望，但風景確實很不錯，另外吸菸室很讚，其他間的吸煙室都很吵這間的很淨也確實有將菸吸出去，酒類免費喝也是不錯的推薦點，溫泉總類很多
1.比較失望的是溫泉內沒有冷泉區(我泡到區域的沒有，沒進去過的湯我不清楚)

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026餐點算豐富不過不算特別精緻，附近有其他餐廳不一定要吃裡面的，不過住宿景觀跟泡湯都非常好 住客可以使用的私人湯屋有竹子景觀跟可以觀賞瀑布的，景色非常優美 服務態度很好 我們遇到車子爆胎有會中文的服務人員協助我們處理，非常感謝他們 在附近走走時可以借木屐，但是我個人覺得穿了腳疼不習慣 飯店提供的浴衣還滿舒服方便的 頂樓可以看星星 飲料吧更多是酒類我沒有引用 不過有很多很舒服可以在這裡愜意躺著的空間 或是房間內的合室 打開窗戶外面就是美景 泡湯的部分，隔天有去其他地方泡湯，我認為這間絕對算是整體品質非常好的，甚至還有提供免費毛巾 許多特色湯屋相對簡陋，優彩的泡湯服務整體都很棒 哪怕沒有入住也推薦來泡湯

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026服務人員都很好有中文櫃檯人員，公共空間很舒服，有下午茶及晚餐後的酒喝到飽，晚餐吃到飽食物、酒水種類也很多 泡湯的池很多，接近晚上去很多湯都沒遇到人包場的感覺很好，洗完澡泡湯回去睡覺剛剛好。
房間的地上有一片隱形眼鏡（而且在地板蠻明顯的地方不是在角落）、地板是榻榻米稍微有點灰塵的感覺，感覺房間的清潔需要再加強 公共浴室的一些角落也有比較潮濕沒打掃感覺的痕跡
