Rich Lanna House

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. The pool was small but perfect in the afternoon to cool off from morning activities. Location is great for lots of little cafes and breakfast spots, but they do also have a coffee shop right outside. About a 25 minute walk to the south gate night market, or 10 minute walk to some nice bars with live music.

Very minor but the lamp in our room had some loose wiring that sparked when we turned it on. We meant to mention it at checkout but had to rush off. I wish they offered a breakfast to avoid having to go out every morning.

Great hotel! The interior was unique and beautiful - we loved the wooden details and beautiful tiles in the bathroom. Staff were very kind. The pool was great after a day of walking. We got food poisoning and our room was a peaceful and calm place to recover. Great A/C. Great location on the edge of the Old Town - great for exploring outside the Old Town, and for walks along the canel.

Das deluxe Zimmer ist sehr gross. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, das es benötigt. Kaffee, Wasserkocher, Save, fön, Regenschirme. Zudem wird Seife, duschgel und Shampoo zu Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis ohne Probleme einen Late-checkout buchen können.

Leider ging in der Nacht etwas am Strom kaputt, das unser Zimmer Betrag, deshalb mussten wir innerhalb des Hotels umziehen.

Ottima posizione con tutti i servizi a disposizione, tra cui un 7Eleven e la lavanderia sotto l’hotel. Pulizie tutti i giorni, stanza molto grande e addirittura gli ombrelli messi a disposizione per uscire con la pioggia. Carina la piscina nel cortiletto interno.

È una scocciatura dover rieffettuare l’accesso alla wifi ogni volta che si rientra in hotel. Inoltre non ho capito per quale motivo nella mia stanza saltava la corrente molteplici volte al giorno. Sicuramente farei un controllo della parte tecnica dell’hotel.

Velmi krásně a pohodlně zařízené ubytování v super lokalitě. Bazén poskytuje příjemné osvěžení a je hezky čistý. Personál byl moc milý a nápomocný.

Прекрасный деревянный интерьер, очень отзывчивый персонал. Отель расположен в старом городе, рядом множество храмов, кафешек и маленьких магазинчиков.

L emplacement et la chambre et la propreté

Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Wir hatten nur das kleine Zimmer gebucht. Ich würde für den Aufenthalt das grössere Zimmer empfehlen. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, fön.

Die Zimmer Grösse war unglücklich gewählt.

Le côté thaïlandais Lanna, authentique et chaleureux La réceptionniste Noon qui a su me trouver une solution ( et cela n’était pas facile) pour joindre un contact professionnel sur BKK, bravo et merci 🙏

Che è durato poco il soggiorno con loro

Chambre jolie, confortable et propre. Personnel présent et disponible. La piscine est petite mais c’est toujours un luxe non négligeable après une journée de visite.

L’hôtel est situé devant une avenue où la circulation était un peu trop intense à mon goût.

La gentillesse de l'accueil, la propriété des lieux et des chambres, une vraie ambiance maison magnifiquement décorée. Situé dans le centre c'est un bon point de départ pour les excursions à la journée et le plaisir de se relaxer à la piscine au retour.

Schönes großes Zimmer im Lana-Stil. Prima Lage am Rande der Altstadt als Ausgangspunkt für die Stadterkundung.

Viele Staubflusen. Stinkende Handtücher. Keine Nachtischlampe.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the shower - good water pressure and big shower head.

The first night I stayed here, the bed sheets were not clean. I felt sand or sharp particles touch my skin and feeling itchy. When I opened the covers to look at the sheets, there were so many of these small sand-like particles and one spot on the sheet was dirty, like dried blood or mud. We asked them to change the bed sheets and they did so it wasn’t an issue after, but I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Prachtige kamer, 2 grote bedden, leuk zwembad en lekker in het centrum. Fijn dat we vooraf al vroeg de bagage konden stallen. In de straat zitten prima ontbijt-opties.

We zaten op de 4e verdieping en moesten met de trap (geen ramp maar met tassen wel even sjouwen)

Très bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville et tous ces temples et marchés ! La piscine est un plus car après les excursions un peu de fraîcheur est indispensable ! Cet guesthouse est très belle avec plein de meubles en bois, la décoration est soignée. Il n y a pas de petit déjeuner à proprement dut dans l hôtel mais le shop attenant fait justement tout ce qui est café ☕️ et douceurs...

Gorgeous furnishings and excellent location

Excellent location for exploring the old town. Spacious room, great bed, Excellent shower. A short walk to a fabulous breakfast place, Blue Diamond, highly recommended.

Great location within the Old City limits. Lots of attractions at walkable distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained, very tastefully designed and has all the necessary amenities.

Conveniently on the edge of old town, walkable to many places, and very easy to snag public transportation.

Excellent location on the north side of the old town- everything is walkable and absolutely lovely staff (Noon) !! Beautiful old style rooms with wooden floors and wooden details that make it charming - and very stylish ! a very cute pool and great decorative details all over - a little cute place for no money (!!) The small hotel has its own coffee bar plus delish home made cakes. I loved it and after a 4 week yoga retreat I went back with a friend who loved it too :)

It has no elevator so if you get a room on 3rd or 4th floor you get a healthy mini work out. Not for people who don't like stairs....

Nice and accommodating staff. Upgraded us to a larger room at no additional cost. Beautiful interior space. Felt like being inside someone’s home.

Bed and pillows were a bit hard. Some rooms are tight. Thin walls. WiFi is spotty.

La décoration de l’hôtel est superbe. Alors que l’hôtel donne sur le trottoir de la grande tour e du canal nord, il suffit de faire 5m dans l’hôtel pour se retrouver transporter dans un havre de paix. La décoration de l’hôtel est très belle avec quelques pièces en bois qui sont des vraies œuvre d’art. L’emplacement global de l’hôtel est appréciable et le personnel très facilitant.

Les grandes chambres de 32m2 donnent davantage sur la route du canal que celles de 16m2. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, celles de 16m2 sont probablement moins exposées.

Good location! Very nice and helpful ladies at the front desk. The pool was a bonus and having a good coffee shop out front was great.

WiFi was a little bit of an issue but it got worked out.

Perfect location to see a lot of things and walking around.

The room is beautiful and the layout is great. Facilities are great. Walkable distance to everything in the old town.

I liked everything about the hotel until one bad experience with one particular staff. I asked for a knife so I could cut some fruits. She muttered throughout the interaction and looked annoyed, but hey maybe she was having a bad day. She came back from the kitchen with only a plate, a spoon and a fork. Thinking it was a misunderstanding, I asked her again if she has a knife I can borrow and she said loudly "NO!" twice close to my face. It's not about the knife but it's about the lack of professionalism and friendliness. Other than her, the other staff were amazing.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rich Lanna House. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and quiet, and the pool was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and made our stay even better. We would highly recommend Rich Lanna House to anyone staying in Chiang Mai!
