Pensjonat prowadzony przez bardzo miłych i życzliwych właścicieli. Bardzo dobre śniadania oraz serwis pokojowy który codziennie sprzątał pokoje. Pensjonat w centrum Kaprun - wszędzie blisko.

Nice spacious apartment 10 minutes walk from the ski lift. The bus station right in front.

Hot water was in fact slightly warm and the heating was insufficient at -10.

Great value for money! Good location, nice breakfast and super service-minded owners and staff.

Odličen zajtrk, odlična lokacija, super prijazen lastnik. Soba vsak dan pospravljena, sveže brisače. Avtobusna postaja je tik pred hotelom, tako da ni potrebno smuči nositi daleč in sploh ne potrebuješ avta. Smučišče Maiskogel je oddaljeno 5 min z avtobusom, spodnja postaja gondole na ledenik pa 10 min v nasprotno smer. Avtobus v kraju Kaprun je brezplačen, če greš do smučišča Zell am See, pa je avtobus brezplačen s smučarsko karto.

Nekoliko starejša oprema, ampak čisto.

Location is excellent for skiing, directly on the bus stop, short walk to all the restaurants and bars in Kaprun. The breakfast is generous and tasty. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The shower is on the small side.

Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich. Pension ist sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplätze am Haus, Bushaltestelle davor, kurze Wege zur Talstation/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Super lokalizacja : 300 m od centrum , przy samym pensjonacie przystanek skibusa. Doskonałe śniadania, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie i na ciepło i na zimno. Bardzo ładny wystrój wnętrza, spójny pomysł na całość, połączenie elementów natury z formami nowoczesnych dekoracji. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo uprzejmi gospodarze. Komunikacja również po angielsku.

W pokoju była nowo wyremontowana łazienka/toaleta w nowoczesnym wystroju, wbudowana w powierzchnie pokoju. ( bez uwag ). Dla nas mankamentem była jednak konstrukcja ściany zew. łazienki ( szyba z pasami w kolorze mlecznym ) która nie zapewniała wystarczającej intymności.

A stay at Pension Heidi was an excellent choice for my one-week ski holiday in Kaprun. The guesthouse is conveniently located in the heart of the town, on the main street through Kaprun, but still in a quiet place, and features a free of charge car park and a bus stop in front of the property - it is very important for skiers and snowboarders who would like to get on the bus with boots on feet. Pension Heidi is situated a 13-14-minute bus ride from the Gletscher Jet 1 (the first section of the Kitzsteinhorn cable car) valley station and an about 20-minute bus ride from Zell am See town center. The bus 660 operates quite frequently. The owners are very friendly, nice and make sure that you feel like at home. My room 211 was located on the second floor, was very cosy, clean, quiet and warm, featured a bathroom and a toilette that were separated from each other and very clean. Interestingly, towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned every day, too. There was a spacious terrace with a view onto the main street. A rich, tasty and diversified typical Austrian buffet style breakfast was always a great beginning of the day full of adventures. A Wi-Fi connection was very good, warm water was available all the time. On the ground floor there is a ski and snowboard storage room. Taking into account that the guesthouse is located in the center of Kaprun, the price was quite attractive. I did spend a great time at Pension Heidi, rested very well and would like to come back there in the future again! I do love such a truly alpine style a lot and it was what I was looking for!

Odličan doručak, ljubazni domaćini, soba čišćena (a nije bilo neke potrebe) svaki dan, svakodnevno menjani peškiri. Objekat je odmah uz autobusko stajalište odakle može da se hvata prevoz do polaznih žičara. Obezbeđen parking.

It's rather a personal issue due to my hight, but I do not enjoy enclosed bed (heads on both sides) so much. Small people or people used to it will find absolutely no issue at all :)

Outstanding value for money. This hotel far exceeded expectations. Owner|Manager was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located in the town with restaurants and ski rental a very short walk in either direction. The ski bus stops directly at the hotel, 0m away. Great breakfast, good selection and regularly topped up to cater for the hungrier guests.

There was nothing to fault with the hotel. The Sauna was temporarily out of service but my family had no intention of using the sauna so this was not at all a problem.

Very friendly hosts, room was great as well as the breakfast. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, which takes you to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in ~8 minutes. Perfect for a couple of days of skiing.

The great location, near to central square, in the front of the hotel is bus station for both ski points. It's good value for money. There is also free parking place.

The first day when we arrived the heating was turned off and both rooms were cold. In one of the rooms we easily turned on but in second we had trouble to do it. I have called the owner (about 7 pm) but no one answer the phone. This made bad the first impression. After several attempts we succeed in the turn on the heating in the second room.

Very friendly stuff, good location, private parking, cozy restaurant, nice view. There is a very nice heated ski room as well.

Sometimes very low water pressure on the 3rd floor. Also, it would be very nice if the room would be equipped with a water kettle (maybe on winter time).

Excellent location,right in the middle of the town. Breakfast good, staff very friendly. Very good heating of the room, bathroom ok. also balcony. Nice view from the room, you could see the mountains and the stream. Bus station for ski resorts just outside the pension, in both ways.

The Pension has no elevator, was a little bit difficult to carry the luggage up to the third floor.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the hotel where I recently stayed. The room was far too small and uncomfortable, and I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of courtesy displayed by the staff. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, with a foul smell that suggested they hadn't been cleaned in centuries. The breakfast was very disappointing as well, consisting of the same limited options every day and in very small quantities. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge you to take steps to improve the quality of the accommodations and the service provided by the staff.
