PIRE HOTEL QUE JE NAI JAMAIS EU. Arrive à l’hôtel dans l’après midi, présence d’un cafard dans la chambre : nous change de chambre nous dit qu’il n’a jamais eu ce genre de « bête » dans l’établissement. Autre chambre qui avez une très forte odeur et on a vu sortir une dame avec une bombe sens bon… demande de changement. Nous re change de chambre qui a l’air ok. Après une douche prise des dixaines de petits cafards dans la salle de bain !!!! Il était à ce moment là 20h. Nous propose ENCORE une autre chambre : va dans la chambre seul avec une bombe anti insecte sauf qu’on le voit et quand on va voir la chambre présence de caca de cafards !!!! INNACEPTABLE !!! Cerise sur le gâteau refuse de nous rembourser cette nuit la (nous rembourse quand même les 2 autres) car si on voulait un remboursement il fallait partir avant 16h. Obligé de trouver un autre hôtel à 21h, ne veut pas nous prêter son téléphone pour appeler des hôtels. Ne nous paye pas le taxi pour le changement. Aucun geste commercial. Pour votre santé, votre hygiène n’allait JAMAIS dans cette hôtel car on a vu dans plusieurs chambres des dames de ménage sortir et faire rentrer des clients après avoir mit la bombe anti cafard….

Great customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Rooftop bar overlooks the bay.

A location from which you only need to get around by Uber. Khem Beach and Sunset Town pretty close and acceptable.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Le personnel était aimable. Petit point d’amélioration : un souci avec la wifi. Sinon, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Problème de connexion, le réseau wifi est très lent voir inexistant.

Хороший отель! На 5 этаже ресторан, завтраки платные но хорошие Ужинали один раз! Средний чек 350000 на персону, порции хорошие! Есть бильярд!

По приходу не работал сейф и телевизор! Быстро всё заменили! Спасибо девочке на ресепшен Курить нельзя в номерах, есть балкон на этаже! Мы были на втором этаже!!! Но будьте аккуратней с обратной стороны нет ручки( я не увидел и закрылся, хорошо девочка шла и помогла открыть🤣)

Очень уютный отель. Персонал очень обходителен. Снимали отель на маленький срок. Понравился ресторан ,который находится на 5 этаже...комфортно и вкусно. Очень красивый вид с террасы.

Velmi pěkný hotel, ochotný personál a pěkný výhled na moře a skvělé služby.

Jediné co mne trochu zklamalo byl tlak vody, napuštění vany trvá věčnost. Jinak bez výhrad.

Хороший отель. Большой номер, удобная кровать. Уборка каждый день. Персонал на ресепшене хоть немного понимает наглийский. Хороший ресторан на крыше. С него красивый вид на канатную дорогу и залив. Пляжа нет.

Расположение очень плохое. Деревня шумная, постоянно мопеды и байки мотаются по дороге не пройти грязно. Негде поесть. Даже если купить что-то из морепродуктов на рынкн, негде приготовить.. зато видно салют из Сансет таун.

Lokalizacja, bar na dachu, personel i wspaniały widok z okna.

Sofa w pokoju obleśna i brudna konieczne do wyprania/doczyszczenia lub wymiany. Okno w pokoju całe w zaciekach białych psujące piękny widok na Zatokę też można to jakoś doczyścić? Słabe ciśnienie pod prysznicem i często brak ciepłej wody. Mały wybór wietnamskiej kuchni w barze na dachu której łakną turyści.

少々不備な点はあったが、素早い対応が良かった。スタッフの礼儀も良かった。

3階バスタブ付きのシービュー部屋でしたが、シャワーの出が弱く暖かいお湯も出にくかった。Wi-Fiが繋がりにくいし繋がらないこともあった。

Ресторан с террасой на крыше, потрясающий вид. Завтрак за дополнительную плату, из меню, традиционный вьетнамский и европейский, на выбор. Меню на английском языке. Всё было вкусное и свежее. Обслуживание было быстрое и дружественное. Персонал вежливый и услужливый. Проблем в общении не было.

Проблемы с подключением к гостиничному wi-fi. Иногда невозможно было подключиться целый день. Гостиница расположена в районе рыбного порта, нетуристическая зона. Поблизости нет пляжа и других туристических удобств. Приходилось каждый день ездить на такси на пляж или поужинать, или на вечерний променад.

The hotel provides a free one-way airport transfer, but no one informed us about it at check-in. We only found out after seeing the advertisement in the elevator. Beach towels can be taken for free at the reception, which is convenient. Housekeeping is excellent — one of the best we have experienced. The staff are very kind and friendly.

Breakfast is à la carte, but the selection of European dishes is very limited. It was not even possible to order pancakes. It would be great to add children’s breakfast options to the menu. However, the duvet cover was torn, which was disappointing. There were two safes in the room, but neither of them was working.

The window to beach is so weird, anyone can across. TV have no netflix or youtube. Weak water pressure and take a little bit long to have hot water. Door is not sensitive with key card. Hope hotel will improve to have more better experience to another

Great value, good location to enjoy less tourists, have a feel for the locals' way of life and very convenient to go on snorkeling tours. The rooftop bar which is also a very good restaurant has fair prices and the staff is amazing!

櫃台人員很熱心幫忙解決問題，頂樓看得到煙火，有桌球。

一開始訂的房有點恐怖 ，沒對外窗，房間有很重的發霉味道，後來因為熱水不能用幫我們換了房間。換了有好一點，有對外窗，空氣也有好一點。週圍沒有看起來我們可以信任的餐廳，所以我們就在飯店裡用餐。

Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời. Gia đình đã có kỳ nghỉ hè vô cùng thoải mái. Tiện nghi từ chỗ ở, ăn uống và đi lại. Khách sạn có quầy bar và ăn sáng tầng 5 ngắm được pháo hoa và cả biển. Món ăn và nước hợp khẩu vị và rất ngon. Nhân viên và lễ tân đều vô cùng nhiệt tình

A beautiful and quiet hotel located on the main street. Lots of local shops and street vendors within walking distance to explore. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, good coffee and nice food. Friendly staff, no communication problem. Overlooking the harbor, can watch fireworks on rooftop restaurant. Clean and spacious room, cold air-cond and comfortable bed.

The room was perfect , big and very clean. The price was very good. The service was excellent with a kind staff

The restaurant had hardly any vegatarian option and the music was loud. I was missing a safe in the room.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and the wi-fi was almost unusable.

Excellent staff, room service, great breakfast options at the roof top bar with beautiful cable car views and sunset. Staff were helpful at all times. As a result, se extended our stay to 10more nights in total.

Really good hotel with really good location. Stuff really friendly and helpful. If you have a motorbike - this hotel and its location will be the best choice for your vacation. Room is clean and comfortable, every day cleaning. So I recommend this place for everyone.

Cheap prices, amazing rooftop bar/restaurant, good hotel room. For 50k VND you can go to Khem beach in 10-15 minutes by Grab taxi, bike is even cheaper

Friday Saturday Karaoke evening is inexplicably loud simultaneously from two places around. A hot shower problems - sometimes takes 10 minutes to wait for hot running water.
